Sushi is one of my favorite foods! Sushi Mioga has a great atmosphere and friendly staff that really helped to make the experience wonderful! They delivered each entree with an artistic flair. I really enjoyed the salads like the seaweed and kimchi. Each we're so cool, fresh, and crispy. This comfortable place features a conveyor that brings a wide selection of favorites within reach of your table so you can get started without delay. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves sushi and doesn't like to wait. The fresh fruit plates complemented the delicious food, and the little pastries were fancy and would satisfy the sweetest tooth! When in Vancouver Washington, you won't want to miss this fine establishment. The wide variety of food was great and the price was right! The friendly servers contribute to the nice atmosphere.

Sushi Mioga is my go-to because I walk in and am greeted like an old friend. They are technically a revolving sushi restaurant, but when you go in outside of their peak hours they will usually have the belt emptied and will make your plates to order. Great rolls, awesome sashimi/nagiri, and flowing hot sake makes for a great lunch or dinner!

While the conveyor belt isn't always full the staff are more than ready to make whatever you order. The food tastes fresh and is delicious. Always clean, always good service, and personally a very fun place to eat. I love their wall of plants near the door and enjoy their fun sushi decor.

I never leave reviews, but the visit that I just had was very unpleasant. At first glance the rolls looked like they are falling apart. For the price per plate, I thought maybe the flavor was there. It wasn't. The fish didn't taste fresh or recently made either. Maybe I got some bad plates? So I proceeded to eat about $20-30 worth in total thinking the next roll would be better. I was wrong. I will not be coming back. I'd recommend going somewhere else for Sushi.

The employees weren’t super friendly, food was okay. The sushi rolls slightly fell apart and one rolls was a tad bit too fishy to taste fresh. Tempura was not fresh. I made sushi for 4 years so I might be a harsh critic idk but it definitely didn’t taste fresh. I placed the order in person for takeout and ate in the car as I left then ate the rest when I got home 10 minutes later so definitely didn’t sit longer than 15 minutes. I’m pretty sure it was taken off the belt and put into a Togo box but idk, I wasn’t watching, oops.

I ordered some cream cheese rangoons this morning because I had a craving and I remembered the ones from here being sooo good.
Sadly, that's not the case today. The rangoons I received are very oily tasting, and they barely have any filling at all. So it's mainly the oily wonton shell I have to eat and it's so sad. Only reason for 2 stars and not 1 is because the little filling I do taste is good. But I can tell there was zero care put into this order. I'll order somewhere else next time :(

Ugh this place wasn't it. I walked in at 6pm on Wednesday and there were only a few plates on the conveyor belt. The guy hands me a paper menu and sharpie and tells me to circle what I want. The menu was already marked up by other customers with other color sharpies lol. The sushi on the conveyor belt has definitely been sitting out all day. The ones made for me were loosely made, kinda small sized but tasted ok.
TLDR conveyor belt sushi place with no sushi on the belt. Sushi Chiyo in Salmon Creek is much better!

Place was DEAD empty on a WEEKEND. Don't know how long anything was on the belt since it seemed like nobody goes here. I was able to order off the menu and that was okay, but the belt food was meh. Service was non-existent, with the girl who seated us sitting at the check-out counter playing on her phone instead of coming back to check on us to see if we had questions, or wanted anything elsee to drink, or soup or anything. I had to GO to her when we finished, then walked back to my table so she could count the plates because even when I stood up to signal I was done, she ignored me. Don't waste your time, Mio is close and FAR superior. I tipped out of pity.

This place has been going downhill for a while. Went tonight for the last time! Terrible quality sushi, all tasted the same, not fresh, and their salmon slices have gotten so thin you could probably read a book through them. To top it off there was a piece of plastic in one of our rolls (like a chunk of plastic wrap). The service? Not sure either employees pulled their earbuds out and pulled away from whatever was on their phones long enough to notice we were there…

Editing this 5 star review I usually bring my family here and tonight the guy so rudely said just one I thought he was referring to water. There was a guy in the booth next to me by himself. So he was rudely speaking to me and him in a passive aggressive way going on about there needing to be 2 or .ore for the booth and I told him my family is coming behind and he said that's why I asked you why did you say one? And I didn't have the energy to explain that his English sucks and I didn't totally understand what he was saying. So with that said the food is sub par imagine Fred Meyer sushi the happy hour prices used to be cheaper all in all literally any Sushi place in the area is better

I wish I would have taken photos!! I’m not usually one to leave reviews so that’s why it didn’t come to mind, but truly wish I would ah e so people could see the condition of the sushi here. after having to pay 56$ for sushi we didn’t eat because of how gross it was I feel the need to leave a review… my plate of albacore tuna came out with black specks in it so I sent that back. When the rest of my plates came I could smell right away how FISHY the salmon nigiri smelled. I’m a huge sushi person this was not a normal smell and the salmon itself looked gross also.. and multiple of my rolls had completely brown avocado and one had brown tuna on the inside. Absolutely disgusting!! You can tell this is one of those places that keeps plates for longer than they should hoping it gets picked up the conver belt. GROSS! We took a few bites of our food before realizing the full condition of the food and left the rest and left the restaurant.

I stopped in to try it for lunch. I sat down and ordered tea. She brought me water so I figured she would be back and then take my hot food order. She never came back and proceeded to ignore me and seemed very rude and unwelcoming. I ate one small plate, which was just ok. I sat there for quite some time, nothing. I paid and I left.
I then came to a place I know and love in Salmon creek. I always get great service and very tasty sushi here.
I will never return to Sushi Mioga again. I will put my money into places that care about there customers.

The food was alright and the customer service was bland. It went from bland to awful when my 2 1/2 year old grabbed some napkins from a bin and put them back. I have a 10 month old as well so my hands are full. The waitress reaction was very angry, shaming and just overboard. It was as if we contaminated all the food and not just a few napkins. Sure, it’s not okay for my daughter to do that but she is only two. We won’t be going back and I unfortunately I will be spreading word that this place is just not a friendly place to be.

I like the food. I've gone in person several times and it's fine. And I have ordered carryout and I can check my order. But this last time I ordered delivery. Spicy mayo, sweet chili sauce. Paid extra for those . But I did not get any soy sauce or chopsticks. The basics. It should always come with soy sauce and chopsticks. It was frustrating. I used a fork because it would be messy to use my fingers with the sauces. I use sauce on every piece that's how I am. The fork broke apart every piece of sushi. I love using chopsticks. I didn't think that I would have to pay attention and ask for Chopsticks or ask for soy sauce. I paid extra money for the other sauces. But didn't get the basics. It sounds Petty to complain about but when you spend $50 those two items mean a lot

My friends and I came here kinda late yesterday night but it was still fabulous. The men working were very sweet and when we all sat down, they gave us a marker and menu so we could circle the items we wanted. The food? Amazing. I discovered that the sweet potato tempura roll is easily one of my new favorite rolls, simple but delicious. A lot of us did happy wiggles in our seat while eating because everything was so good. The plates were also reasonably priced! There were five of us chowing down and the total was a little over $100- that's including some ramen and drinks too. We decided that'll be one of "Our Places" for whenever we all decide to get together for dinner again.

I'm really confused how this place has 4 stars. When my friend and I walked into this establishment not one staff member greeted us, seated us, or explained anything at all. We were lucky to get water and had to chase down an employee because we wanted to leave. Also the NUMBER ONE REASON WHY I do NOT recommend this place is there was no freaking food! Check out my photo! The belt was empty and what was there was so terribly made. Oh, also the floors were incredibly filthy. Do better Vancouver.

My wife and I have come here for years. They have great attention to detail and often remember how we like our orders better than we do as we can be picky but also forgetful. There's always a friendly face upon arrival and the sushi is pretty good for being conveyor belt and on the cheaper priced side. Idk if Mr. Kong is the manager but he should be, excellent service!

Lowering my review again sadly. Came in 30 min before close and decided to get to go so the people wouldn't have to stay and wait looked like they were wrapped up nothing on the carousel. I asked for extra soy sauce like extra. I paid and she only gave me one regular container (didn't charge). I tried to open my bag to check my order and she tied it so tight I could even rip it open. Then I asked hey I wanted more soy and she gave me a dirty look and said "50 cents". I told her well I only have my card you want to run it for 50 cents that will cost you to run that won't it? The she flat out rudley ignored me. Then I told the guy I needed a lot why didn't she charge me when I paid and give me the amount I wanted? So, then I said I'll eat there like I orginally planned give me the soy like what's the difference, I just need someone to give me some. Then the other guy came up tried to say this regular size was three in one. End of the day I just wanted more soy and I don't carry around 50 cents and she didn't even respond when I said all I have is my card just did nothing and gave me some stupid stare like she hated the world or something. I was more than happy to pay. So, it was stupid. I even left them a good tip and usually always do. I sat there and ate my to go order, filled the cup at least a second time like I anticipated. They didn't offer me anything to drink either. Also, everything is still sticky and their Wasabi has been mushy latley. I only come back for the wontons. Get a better server.

Also what is with the weird art. Fake Disney children characters dabbing. Weird vibe.

Lowering my review because of cleanliness. Please clean your condiments and tables better!! Everything it sticky. Food is fresh and overall quality food. Love the crab rangoons. Orders are fast. Prices are moderate.

I took my daughter here for her first visit to a Sushi place and I regret it. We were mostly ignored. We were asked once to circle what we wanted on a menu, and then they prepared the food. The food was ok/edible. But the waitress never checked on us again, and I had to flag someone down to check out. I noticed that the menu at the seat was different pricing than the original menu I received. And then when I went to check out it was a third price. Overall, this was an unpleasant experience which I'm documenting for future reference.

I've been to this location several times and I've always had a good experience. If you love sushi and want a quick bite to eat or if you want good value for your money, then you should come here! I can see most of the bad reviews are for poor service but I've never had a problem so far. If you expect to be waited on constantly then you'll be disappointed but that's how they run things. Just flag down someone from the front of house if you need anything.

A few times a year we feel like getting “quick” track sushi. This place has always been pretty decent. Last night was awful. They had nothing but desserts on the track. We placed a fairly large order. The fish was not very good, the service was worse. I feel like the main server (only had 3 tables) purposely try’s not to make eye contact so he does not have to serve people. They might as well just close the track and just be a take out joint. We Might try it again, or just find a new track. Bummer because we did like it for many years.

My go-to for sushi by my house. The have a killer vegas roll and the mussels are so yum. They also have a Thai tea that is fire and they will make anything on demand that is not on the go round. Do not go here! We tried giving it another shot after a bad experience, but were disappointed again! The staff is so unhappy, and they do not know what customer service actually means. We had to flag a guy down just to get water, that's after sitting there for a good 5 minutes, with only 1 other booth that was sat. Then we asked for more soy sauce and gluten free, which we did not get until my husband had to get up and ask someone for the third time. The belt was pretty bare, and to order something from one of the employees making sushi was like pulling teeth. It seems like they purposely don't make eye contact so they don't get asked to make more rolls. We also ordered something to go, but when we went to pay the same guy that took that order told me "they" forgot to tell the kitchen so they did not make it. No sorry, just told me that the order was not made. The absolute worst part was when we asked for chop sticks for the kids, and finally got some after asking a second time.... the guy brought us USED kid chopsticks! So gross!!! They were in the paper shield and all....so basically taken off a dirty table and repackaged for the next person...that's nasty. We will definitely never return to this place.

This is my favorite sushi place. The staff are always incredibly nice. The food is always good. Very affordable. If you order, it pops up pretty quickly. Good selection of drinks. The Tai tea here is AMAZING. And the crab cheese wontons. Never really overcrowded if you go at the right time. Usually a nice quite atmosphere. My roommate and I go almost every week. 💖

Sushi Mioga has better sushi than a lot of sushi places I've been to, so I applaud them for that. Their customer service, though not terrible, could be significantly better. My first experience here was really bad. The staff was incredibly rude and impatient as well as completely unattentive to our needs as we dined there. However, as I've continued order sushi here my experiences have been better. I've never been disappointed with the quality of food at this location.

Hazel dell, very short and rude on the phone, hung up on when placing phone order. When husband picked up my order he paid for it and they were rude during the transaction. When he arrived home with the order it was incorrect and my missing items were replaced with higher costs items. ( accidental or intentional not sure ) but when we called them to inform of the mistake they were very rude and put me on hold for 5 minutes then said we have your items here and hung up.
Never went back for the missing items. Not worth it, we just will not be returning.

Been coming here since they opened this location a few years ago and it used to be my go-to sushi place, but the quality has gone down drastically...
Prices have increased, happy hour hasn’t been a thing since covid started, and it seems the portions are getting smaller and sloppier.
today I had a tough, fatty piece of salmon in my roll, and their avocado is more brown/black than green sometimes. Bummer! :(

Normally this place is pretty good, but this unfortunately has to be my last order. I bit into my Vegas roll a piece of plastic came out. I looked at my other rolls I could see that there was more plastic IN THE ROLL. Be weary and check your rolls, I wouldn’t want anyone to choke.

Conveyor sushi as you would expect, is good. Fine. Some even delicious. The customer service is absolutely terrible and aimless. These workers attend to your needs but you have to hunt them down and they seem to take no interest in earning a shred of tips.

They never look happy to serve let alone speak to you.

Hazel Dell location. Well, this is not our go to sushi place. It’s near our daughter’s, so we sometimes will meet here. There were 5 of us. Twice, we’ve been over charged by about $15, mis-counting our plates. The service is slow with no interaction. We had to ask for beverages and water. No refills of water. We asked for more sauce dishes that never came. They still are not putting up any kind of variety on the belt, so we have to order what we want. With five people this is tough. They give you a menu, and with a dried up marker, you pass the menu for people to check what they want.

When we were to pay, the person came with a 1”x2” scrap of cardboard and scribbled what he counted. We couldn’t see the bill before he rang it up. We had done our own count and calculations and their amount was $15 over again. I walked back to the table with the server for a recount. The server said, ‘well, theirs a lot of plates….’. No excuse. There were 5 of us, duh. We had piled each color together for easier counting. No tip for you!

This is for the Vancouver Mall. So at the restaurant you sit at a bar and a conveyor belt brings half servings or orders around. You take what you'd like off the belt. It's a neat idea that could be fun for kids but for adult diners keep in mind:

- Hot foods like dumplings are lukewarm or cold.

- Sushi like Salmon or Philly Rolls will be warm or room temp.

- Some menu items may never show up, at my experience - Eel items were never stocked while I was there.

Can you order off the menu? I do not know. The waitress got my drink then I never saw her or interacted with her again.

Fruit and desserts come out that are kid friendly like watermelon and brownies.

Prices are okay BUT there is a different pricing than what is presented to the customers. Most will be looking at the colored tops that match the menu colors. Nope. You'll be charged off the plate color - but the menu is inaccurate to the plates. Like there's blue tops but then your charged for orange plates - but there's no orange category on the menu. So unless you bounce your receipt off the menu you can't be sure what the actual charge is.

Wouldn't recommend unless you have kids or young ones that find the conveyor belt idea fun.

This is not the mall location, this is the Hazel Dell location. It's pretty good for a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, though not the best I've had. They do have a nice selection of appetizers and entrées, and I would say that their beef udon is especially tasty, especially when complemented by vegetable tempura. The calamari did come a bit cold. Service was pretty fast and efficient. I think that the food is a bit expensive for what it is, but since you get it quick and it does taste good, it's not much of a problem.

The sushi itself was... Fine. It's a mid-tier belt sushi place. The cause for this review is that when I ordered green tea mochi, they served rock-solid, freezer-burned, still in plastic container mochi, for 3.50 for two. These were downright inedible due to how badly they were freezer-burned. When asked about this, they insisted that the mistake was on my part, or that this was a supply line issue and not their fault, or anything to avoid acknowledging that they just served ruined food. Suffice it to say that they did not remove the mochi from the bill.

As a bonus, we found a live ant on our table.

I'd recommend going to one of the many other sushi joints in the area over this one.

However, the food was very awful. Each one felt like it was left out in the sun, like it was mush, and lacked flavor. Each dish I got I kept thinking it'd get better, but alas it did not.

Unfortunately, this place was really lackluster. Their plating was tired & unappealing, every roll was greasy (even when it shouldn't have been), and the rice felt overcooked & low quality, with very little flavor. The nigiri were also below par, and my hand roll had clearly sat for several minutes before they gave it to me - meaning the nori had become soggy and no longer had any snap to it. Overall a pretty disappointing experience.

By far the worst sushi restaurant in all of Clark county, and that’s just me being brutally honest. They should hire a front door host, but instead they have 5 dudes in the center—who were so out of sync with one another, and their customers/delivery drivers.

I love sushi, but restaurants like this reminds me why I don’t dine-in at conveyor belt sushi spots. Quality of food was questionable, and definitely overpriced. Customer service...non-existent.

They said 20 minutes and then never called to let us know it’s ready (they said they would) I was missing one calamari (the one serving we got was pathetic) we were also missing 2 Vegas rolls everything was cold and they didn’t have teriyaki sauce even tho that is listed on there rolls, they added an extra dragon roll (there was 2 hairs in the box photo will be below) we called and complained and they said we could come in and get a refund so we threw the food away after we took photos we get there and they tell us we needed to bring the food with us (we live 20 mins away) we show them the photo and said they did not believe us and don’t trust us they told us to go back get the food and then once he sees it with his own eyes he will refund us first of all he was so disrespectful and rolled his eyes repeatedly second of all nobody was wearing a hair net even the men with longer hair and they were not using gloves so we ended up spending an hour and a half wasting our time and money and left -$90 in my account, hungry and upset

This is a very nice place. All their Sushi is made on the premises by the sushi cooks. I love their food it's great. Every thing there had wonderful flavors. I only order to go at this time due to covid. Even the to go orders are nice presented in the carry out boxes. I would highly recommend Sushi Mioga. You can also order on line. I haven't tried this option.

This is a difficult review to write, but one I feel necessary. I ordered via Door Dash both sushi and teriyaki chicken. I ate the chicken first. I wouldn't say it was the worst I've ever had, but it was a long way from being the best. Based on the chicken alone, this would barely get a 2 star review. But the sushi. Not quite the best I've ever had, but mighty close. The sushi alone would give a solid 5 star review. It was actually good enough to ALMOST push the overall review all the way to 5 stars even with the chicken. I don't know about their other menu items, but based on the chicken I'd say you should probably go elsewhere if you don't want sushi. But if you want sushi, look no further.

I dine here frequently. Why, then, would I give it a three star review? It is the service, and the odd inconsistent quality of food. The service is reduced in quality by who seems to be running the place, when his subordinates seem to want to be congenial and respectful. Most times, the food tastes is great, the fish fresh and the preparation prompt. It is fairly popular, and if you are expecting sparse attendance to be safe in corona virus times, you might not want to dine in.

Since posting the above, the manager has been courteous. Some of the frills on the rolls seem to disappear on the occasional take out order.
