Good Afternoon. We went to the establishment a sunday afternoon. They told us they had a party of 15 limit. That is okay if it is for everyone though. While leaving we saw a party of 22 white individuales. We are hispanic and a party less than 22. It left us to assume that they are racist and they told us to leave just because they didn't want to serve us.

We just learned about this location, decided to try it out. When we got to our table, the chairs were all wobbly, the table was sticky, the chopsticks were rough. The food was edible, but definitely lower quality than the Norfolk location. One of the appetizers that came out had a dead fly in the sauce and completely turned us off of eating anything else. The service wasn't great, had to get up to find out server and ask for a check. We will never go back.

As of 07DEC24 would avoid due to roaches. We were sat in a booth near the kitchen which I noticed had two roaches in the booth with us. I let a member of the staff know and we got up and moved booths. The staff was quick to deal with the issue, but when I looked at recent reviews of this Sushi King there were previous claims of roaches in a booth.

Sushi King's All-You-Can-Eat is decent. Not what I would call worth what you're paying for if you're looking for quality. I'd say if you're looking for somewhere to pig-out it's good for the pricepoint, but $24 an adult for the quality is hard to argue for.

The service was good. Our server was nice, brought drinks quickly and checked on us frequently.

Won't be back anytime soon, but I wish staff the best.

The food was horrible. Everything was cold and smelled bad. Fruit flies were flying around us as we attempted to choke everything down. Biggest waste of $35. Go to the one in NN, much better food and is actually clean. Not to mention I couldn’t even find online where this place has been inspected by the health department.

Tonight had to be one of the worst nights to dine in Sushi King. I was dining in eating… All of a sudden I hear arguments in the kitchen. Everyone was hearing it and making comments about it. We saw a young black female server come out the kitchen crying and she looked super upset. All of a sudden we see a Asian guy who claims to be the manager of the restaurant talking back at her and yelling at her like if she was a dog. Which was really upsetting seeing that because it looked so unfair and rude. I feel very sorry for the young black female. If anything the manager should never treat there servers like this. It is unacceptable and childish.

My wife and I decided to go out for some sushi on a date night, but unfortunately it was ruined due to the fact that we seen 2 roaches in the booth where we were eating. We immediately got up and went to the front desk to make a formal complaint. We waited about 10 minutes for the manager to come to explain the situation. He gave us the meal for free but I told him that this is a public health issue. I showed him the picture of the roaches and told him the location but no one did anything. I informed the other people that were dining in the area that my wife and I were to leave because there were roaches. They even saw them crawl. One female even had the nerve to say and I quote, "Are they the big ones or the small ones" like it matters what the hell kind of roach it is. That just tells me how nasty people really are because no one else left even after seeing it with their own eyes. This reminded me of a bad movie and I could not believe it. Even when I was leaving I was letting people know that they should not even eat here because of roaches and I showed them the pictures and they still ate there. People are nasty and this place is nasty. If you have any human decency or level of hygiene please stay away from this establishment. I've added pictures to prove it.

If I took my toddler to the restroom before we got a table I would have walked out (unfortunately went after because of travel). The seat was stained and had chips/cracks. There was trash on the floor. They had a roll of paper towels on a countertop rod. Not sanitary at all. I was going to give this place 2 stars but seeing the bathroom I can't. I came in with a party of 3 1/2 early Saturday night so it wasn't busy. I think they may be understaffed because everything was slow (even getting a table). Our server was very nice though. I've been to a couple other Sushi King locations and this location is not good. The Sushi rolls are not rolled tight. I had to eat a California piece in 3 bites. The beef gyoza wasn't seasoned and the veggies were way over cooked (imagine an unseasoned burger with over cooked cabbage). The sweet potato roll was good, just hard to eat. Not that it is important to me but there aren't any dessert offerings.

This was the WORST experience I’ve had. When we were ordering, we notice the music they were playing was explicit. Biggie Smalls (hypnotize) and then Kanye West (Gold Digger) unedited. We know how the words to those songs go. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL in a family oriented place. After our food comes some items we ordered didn’t come or was not fully correct. That was fine I figured that would be an easy fix. Until our waiter went missing in action. I requested the manager for the music to the person that brought us our food. He comes to the table in a Vans T-shirt and sweatpants.(Looking like they just sent a random guy to play the part) I explain to him about the music. Very nonchalant “you don’t like the music” I said the music is explicit. He said he can’t change it because it’s locked. Then goes to say is that all? I ask for our waiter as well to fix some of our food issues. He says “you been here for 15 minutes right, you can leave with no charge” I was shocked because he was definitely not interested. So that’s exactly what we did. That was Ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN.

We are in the Hampton area visiting and come to Hampton at least 2-3 times a month. This place was ABSOLUTELY filthy! We ordered wine and received the wine in dirty Beer glasses Stella Artois glasses to be exact. The floor mats where filthy, the tables where dirty the menus were so dirty you didn’t want to touch them… We cancelled our orders and LEFT! Just nasty 🤮

Definitely wouldn’t recommend it at all to TRUE SUSHI eaters.

Although the food was okay there was a shortage of help. They did not have enough servers. We got there at 6p, waited about 45 mins to be seated. Another 20 mins b4 getting our drinks order. There was a table next to us where a party of 6 ppl sat that had left 20 mins after we were seated. This table nevered got busted. It still remained uncleaned, pile with dishes even after we paid for our check over an hour and a half later. But my big complaint was the ladies bathroom. I'm okay with a little mess on a busy day but this bathroom had toilet seats that looked like I stepped in a truck stop. There was only 3 stalls, 2 sinks so not a very big bathroom at all. No problem. But The toilet seats itself was what i had a problem with. They were soooo worn, chipped & dirty that even a gallon of bleach and scrub brush wouldn't do juctice or get them clean. This is just the seat. Later b4 we left I did inform the workers that not only did their bathroom need tending to but most importantly they needed to replace their toilet seats and that Home Depot or Lowes had toilet seats ranging $20-$40 they really need to invest. I didn't complain or mention the 5 gallon bucket under the sink that was catching the water dripping from the pipe below. I have nevered seen this in any restaurant i have ever been to. Especially a Sushi restaurant. Again, i can understand a messy bathroom on a busy short staff day but when you have toilet seats that are clearly unfit to sit or use & should be in the trash. It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

Have been coming for a long time and have noticed overall changes in quality of the food provided for the worse, floor/booths/walls dirty, bathrooms have no overhead light in the men’s room and a floor lamp to take its place and generally dingy and writing all over the walls.

For food - the sushi rolls that include cucumber are now like 90% cucumber, with very little other substance included. There was a bone in one of my salmon rolls. Overall the sushi tastes at least the same or worse than what I would expect to get from a gas station or grocery store.

Order food to go for a stay at home night and wish I'd have gone in person so I could send everything back. This was some of the most bland, flavorless sushi I've ever tasted in my entire life. From the first bite everything felt off and no amount of wasabi or soy sauce could salvage the flavor. I normally don't leave reviews, but I actively wish I could go back and stop myself from ordering here.

Went there tonight with my fiancé , sister, and nephews and the waitress we had was THE WORST waitress I have ever had in my life. Upon walking in, it took forever for someone to even come to the front to seat us, when someone finally came she asked “Is a regular table okay?” We said yes because it was three adults, a toddler, and a carseat; yet she proceeded to show us a booth??? We got our first round of food and received no silverware, napkins, or anything. No problem, we’ll just ask. Wrong. Waitress took FOREVER to come back and every time she came back she rushed away from the table before we could even ask for what we wanted. My fiancé tried to ask for a SECOND drink SEVERAL times and she kept running like she was trying to avoid us. The entire time we were there she didn’t give a SINGLE refill to any of us. The waiter next to us was so attentive and amazing to his table even letting his table know when the last call was but ours didn’t even tell us about last call because whenever she was there she took one order and ran away. My sister was trying to place a second order after me but when she started talking she walked away. It was rude and extremely unprofessional. If you’re in such a rush to get off of work and don’t wanna service your table then you shouldn’t be working the closing shift at all. And then on top of us barely being able to order the food we really wanted, she switched my sister and I’s cards and charged us wrong. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will more than likely never return to a Sushi King because of one inexperienced and inattentive waitress. On the receipt it says her name was “Destinie” but we wouldn’t know because she didn’t tell us anything when she walked up 🤷🏾‍♀️

Do not dine at this particular restaurant if you are non white. This establishment is discrimatory against African Americans who patronize their business. Based on my recent experience, the host (Asian descent) have turned away two young African American males from dining there immediately after they had walked into the place. The host informed the two Afrrican American males that the restaurant isn't open for dine in and take out orders now, which the time was 12 pm (noon time) on an Wednesday. The host's refusal to service these two young African American men ( 20 ish in age) had prompted them to quietly leave the restaurant. The host then briskly greeted me with an Hello and stated the restaurant is not serving but he will extend an extention to me and my grandson to order food. My grandson and I are also African Anericans. The host further stated we can eat there but we have to order lots of food...."lots of food and spend lots of money.". At this point, I was beyond applaused and disgusted with the host's unexpected discrimatory and racist remarks.til my grandson and I left the establishment as well and vowed to never patronize this establishment, again. Now I am leaving this review in prayers that no individuals have to endure these two unlawful practices. But,, I plan to file a greivance of discrimatory practices against Sushi King., located at the Pennisula Town Center, in Hampton VA with the Office of Consumer Affairs, the Mayor's office, the office of ABC Licensing, the BBB, and every other and all business office(s) that deal with approvaling the operation of this edtsnlishment.

It was a busy Father's Day for dining all over Tidewater and empty here. This is the 1st Sushi King I've dined in and would never return. Between all the people in the kitchen, the dishes coming out of the dishwasher, the drying of the dish, plating of the food and the runner running out the food no one caught the big glob of blue gum on our food plate. Caveat: I lived in Japan for 4 years, therefore my standard for sushi is high.

First, it's a all you can style of pricing. $24 for adults. You can't just order one roll. The sushi has very little flavor, even the more extravagant rolls. Then nigiri is very bland. The rice is sub-par. This place is quite disappointing, but the seating was about half full. I definitely will not be going back though.

This was a HORRIBLE experience! The only reason they got 1 star was because I couldn't leave a comment without leaving one. The server seemed very confused. But she somewhat managed to bring out the correct food. The dining experience wasn't that bad due to the company I had with me. However, we were rushed because they wanted to close. They didn't tell us until AFTER we ordered more food. So since we were being rushed, we asked for to go boxes. One stated it was a $5 fee for the box. Ok fine because we didn't want to stuff ourselves. The waiter came back with another male waiter and then Dylan who said he was the manager. He explained that we couldn't take the food. That's fine we'll pay for the box. He then said they don't have boxes. He said he could get fired. I asked the waitress if she said you could pay for the box as she was saying yes, the manager cut her off and said we can not give boxes. Dylan became very rude and loud with me. I then told him not to worry about it. He wanted to charge $5 per plate not eaten. But will then throw the food away. He continued being loud and rude. Then he realized I hadn't paid yet. It was funny to see the difference in his tone and body language. I will NEVER return to this establishment.

There will be a million red flags upon entering to turn around. Trust your gut and leave. Wish we did. If you enjoy sushi and want a clean atmosphere that doesn’t feel like a landfill, go somewhere else. Mind you we ordered not realizing that it was All You Can Eat. We had one round of sushi, our second order never showed, we closed out and couldn’t get out fast enough. Service is good, but disease and food poisoning aren’t worth it. Also the wine tastes like it was open for 3 months.

Came here yesterday with my cousin. Food is actually always great but when it came to pay… my cousin used Apple Pay and didn’t want to tip with her credit car. (She was GONNA use cash) but before she can even tip him cash, the server said 3 times (because we didn’t here him the first two times… he had a strong accent…) he says “was my service not good enough for you?” She told him she was tipping in cash… I was totally shocked for someone who works in the restaurant industry you NEVER question anyone about you tips! This is essentially an Olive Garden quality sushi restaurant. This sushi king location is almost always slammed. The staff always seem overwhelmed, and I’ve been forgot about (like waiting to order) there more than once. I haven’t been impressed with the all you can eat menu- it’s missing some appetizers I like, and most of the sushi menu involves a lot of panko. The sushi itself does not taste fresh and sometimes is very dry. We found another sushi place and have been going there instead, even though it’s farther away from our home.

Service was pretty good but the food and atmosphere were incredibly lacking. The whole feel of the restaurant was nasty and unclean. The original table we were sat at was so wobbly and unstable we had to be moved to a different table. The condition of the bathroom was disgraceful given the price of the food which left us feeling unsatisfied and regretful. Gotta say that we don’t plan on returning.

I regret to say that my experience at Shishi King in Hampton was utterly appalling. The crab rangoon was practically swimming in grease, the chicken fried rice bore no resemblance to authentic Asian cuisine, and the sushi was drowned in an overwhelming amount of sauce. The ultimate horror came when I ventured into the men's restroom, only to be greeted by a scene of repulsiveness and disgust. Neither stall was usable, the urinal was adorned with lewd graffiti, the sink was revolting, trash overflowed, and the only source of illumination was a floor lamp plugged into the sink outlet. The floors were littered with debris, posing a serious safety and health hazard. I implore anyone considering dining here to steer clear for the sake of their well-being and sanity.

Kamyrn was our server today, and I hate to say it but it was poor service. I'm trying to be understanding and maybe she was just off her game, but this was a bit irritating of an experience. We weren't offered refills until she had dropped off our check, and each time she came to our table (which was maybe three times before asking for the check) it was one thing or another. I understand it was busy and short staffing, but other servers that my boyfriend and I observed were hustling and moving. We waited at most an hour to get our check, and when she returned the card said "I hope you have a better rest of your day." I know she didn't mean anything by that, but it gave me the impression that she was trying to garner sympathy. From the gate it was bad. Should’ve left but we were hungry.

The table was dirty and one of the chairs had some liquid on it. The waiter proceeds to wipe the chair then goes to wipe the table with the rag for the chair. Still didn’t clean the table properly. So i used some water from my cup to do so.

We ordered appetizers, crab Rangoon, and they were all practically empty. Some were empty extremely disappointing.

I ordered scallop hibachi, and 20 mins went by before i asked the waiter to check for me.

He comes back to say they were out of scallops. He should’ve immediately came back to tell us for a replacement. It was after 930 when we sat down so i didn’t get much to eat due to this. Tables are dirty and carpet produces a stench.

Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Took my husband here last night for his birthday we had a waitress that was clueless about everything we order our food and didn’t receive it until 45 minutes after cold and all . Order crab rangoons no filling just crust told the waitress and she just shrugged her shoulders !! Ordered hibachi vegetables and all I had was two cats, a piece of broccoli and a whole Lotta onions and three pieces of zucchini to my waitress, and she just shrugged her shoulders again I ordered shrimp, tempura rolls, and they were so chewy. I was not able to chew told my waitress, and again she shrugged and shoulders asked to talk to someone else and no one ever came out And we go here all the time and this is the first time I ever explained something like this, and it wouldn’t even give a discount or anything

Look sis, if you are cheap,love a buffet, and loveeeeee sushi, this is the place to go. They are soooo cheap and the sushi is good af for the price. It’s definitely the place if you are straight up wanting to stuff your face with all you can eat sushi, ramen, crab Rangoon,etc. However, I will say the reviews on this restaurant are reasonable. They do take a fat minute to bring your food and they be forgetting your other orders. Like miss ma’am be foreal. But overall it’s somewhere to go if you want to eat a good amount of sushi if you’re not rushing. It’s giving minus 2 stars for mid service. 🍱🍣💅

My boyfriend was excited to take me here for dinner because I have never been. I must say, I have never met such a cold hostess in my life, Destiny. She saw us waiting for a hostess as she walked past. Did not say hi. She appeared to be completely miserable. We all have bad days but dang. She made me not want revisit because when we were seated, she took our drink order and said ok… I ordered a mix drink. She neglected to inform us that they did not serve liquor, I found that to be extremely rude. Nor did she offer a drink menu or come back to tell us the drink I ordered would never be served.
Dinner was not busy for a Saturday evening. The decor is modern and the place was clean.
It was disappointing that the salad bar was not open nor the ice cream machine. Unfortunately, it seems that their prices have gone up $5 but offer less.

Regardless, the food we ordered came out hot and fresh and we have no complaints on any of that. Our server was being trained and doing excellent. Both of them were very nice and attentive. I would like to try the one in Newport News.

My overall experience at Sushi King wasn't great. I was immersed in all of the fanfare about how awesome this place was.

Upon entrance into their establishment, we were told that there was a ten-minute wait. This wasn't bad. After the server ushered my guest and me to the table, she gave us a lunch buffet menu. I wasn't used to the conditions of the buffet. However, my guest briefly explained it to me.

I ordered a steak & shrimp, shrimp fried rice, and a Teriyaki shrimp meal from the buffet menu.

The shrimp were not deveined: inedible. The rice was cold, and the wait time was fairly long for a buffet.

The meal portion sizes were adequate. However, our waitress became discombobulated, which caused a few items to be missing. The wait service and attention to customer orders is most definitely a learning curve that Sushi King needs to work on.

Overall, I'd give this restaurant three (3) stars, for there's room for improvement.

There are only 3 bathrooms for women and 1 is out of service. the other 2 are missing toilet seats and toilet paper. There is a high turnover of wait staff and they kept getting out order wrong. It took 45 minutes just for our appetizers to come out and my daughter never got her food.

When we raised concerns with management they told us they would give us 10% off our meal and text us two free meals, neither of which happened.

We use to be frequent customers but we will not be going back. Just go to a place where you buy each roll. Its cheaper, better quality and probably a better environment.

I was in town for work and decided to grab food close to my hotel. The rolls that I tried had a very “I learned to make sushi watching a YouTube video” look to them. Taste and quality wise, Whole Foods has better sushi rolls. The overall atmosphere is lackluster and the inside of the restaurant feels dingy and a little unclean. If I had a friend or family member visiting the area, I’d have them skip this place. On a positive note, my waiter was very nice.

Visited this place last night. My line sister had a small net in her food. The bathrooms were terrible I told the manager standing at the host booth NOTHING was done about it. A dead bug was on one of the curtains. They charged my other line sister who only had one entree and also had her weight loss surgery card cause she can only eat so much full price 27.99(the all you can eat price). She did ask before the food was served but received an unclear response from the waiter. Chairs were broken and rocking. Never will eat at this location again.

We had a far superior meal and overall experience at the Hampton location after our very disappointing experience at the Newport News location. Up until we saw the rather large roach that had been stepped on, apparently a few times, right in front of the host station at the front door. It was on our way out so it really didn't affect our meal, and I'm sure he didn't eat much anyway given his condition, but still...
Would have been nice if the host had seen it and cleaned it up, but hey, restaurant in the city? One dead bug is far better than one crawling across the table I guess.

If you love Asian cuisine and have a healthy appetite then Sushi King might suit you. All you can eat, dish by dish and roll by roll. Fantastic! The rolls are thin but the few I tried were flavorful and fresh. I love that tempura crunch! The ginger had a soapy flavor to it which was off-putting for me but that didn't detract from the overall situation experience too much. Service was excellent and attentive. Recommended. 👍✅

Went to get some peaceful time to myself and the experience was bad from the start. I pulled up and I couldn’t tell if they were open or not as I started to pull away I saw someone come out. So I parked and went in there was nobody at the front desk so i thought I was just supposed to seat myself. After I started walking in someone came up and “greeted” me and then sat me. I ordered 2 rolls and a chicken hibachi the shrimp tempura roll tasted a little funny but I waved it off my hibachi was over cooked and burnt, the volcano roll was less of a disappointment but still didn’t quite meet my expectations. I have one piece of my Spicy shrimp roll and sent that back because it was absolutely disgusting I was getting sick to my stomach. The only thing was decent was my dumplings I got both shrimp and beef dumplings and they were both good. Service was less than desirable especially for it to be lunch time and not busy. I also didn’t know that they closed at 330 so I was rushing to get all my food in and I finally couldn’t finish and I asked for a box for less than a serving of food and it was a charge of 3 dollars. Quality is definitely not on the level of Saisaki but they aren’t even on the same level as the other sushi king on jefferson. Saisaki will be my new place for sushi I spent less money and I had better quality food. Makes the tiny bit of extra miles worth it.

Upon arriving at the establishment, we noticed that the hosts were occupied with phone calls while there was a considerable line of customers waiting. Despite the absence of a busy atmosphere, it appeared that the lack of customer service and multitasking contributed to the delay. If I could give this restaurant a ZERO I would! I have been here a couple of times and everytime the customer service get worse each time. The floor, table, and booth is very dirty. When we ask to move they said they couldn’t move us. We ordered appetizers and sushi at the SAME time and sushi came out first.. 30 min have pass and no appetizers was brought out. Our water and lemon look weird and when we ask to speak to the manager he was very unprofessional and kept saying “he’s confused” when we kept pointing out our concerns. During my recent visit, I encountered several issues that have prompted me to reach out. Firstly, upon arrival, I observed the hostess engrossed in a phone conversation while two other groups were waiting ahead of me. Furthermore, when we were finally seated, both the booth and table were noticeably dirty. Despite requesting to be moved to a clean table, we were informed that it was too busy to accommodate our request, even though we noticed available tables in the vicinity.

Subsequently, we proceeded to place our order, which included rolls and appetizers. Unfortunately, after waiting for 30 minutes and having already placed our second order, our appetizers were still not served. When I requested to speak to the manager, I received little acknowledgement following a confused manger after repeatedly showing and telling him our concerns and dislikes of the issue and a lack of reasonable response or discount to rectify the situation.

To add to our disappointment, as we were preparing to leave and had already settled the bill, the manager approached us and mentioned that the owner would like to offer us a complimentary meal. While I appreciate the gesture, it would have been more meaningful to address the underlying concerns during our visit rather than as an afterthought.

As a loyal customer, I have always enjoyed dining at Sushi Kings. However, the recent decline in various aspects has left me concerned and disappointed. I believe it is crucial for you to address these issues promptly to maintain the reputation and satisfaction of your valued customers.

I kindly request that you investigate these matters thoroughly, provide appropriate training to staff, and implement necessary improvements to restore the quality and consistency that Sushi Kings once exemplified. I believe that with your attention and commitment to customer satisfaction, the establishment can regain its former glory.

My friends wanted to come here so bad and try. I was hungry so I ate my monies worth but it wasn't enjoyable. I ate because I was starving pretty much. I didn't expect a lot of flavor but dang there was no flavor at all.

I added salt to my fries and ketchup fixes everything.

The beef dumplings were good. The crab rangoo were just to greasy.

California roll tasted a little off. I dont know what it was.

Edamame typically has sea salt or something on it it was dry and bland.

Sweet potatoe roll was my favorite.

Better use the potty before you go. It wasn't clean. The second stall was missing the toilet seat and it was a little too dark for me. Lol

The building was also warmer than expected for a place of eating... Felt hot. That temp while eating can be a little uncomfortable.

The people were kind and fairly quick with everything.

I dont see myself going again but other may enjoy it.

Everything about this place is generally decent. Nothing about the actual meal is bad and wait staff are fine. Food is plentiful, and if you set up your orders right, you never have to worry about sitting dormant. Overall, a perfectly acceptable 4 stars. I will warn of the sticker shock. This is the one we usually visit but after our experience yesterday I believe we'll just go to the Newport News location. We got seated right away which was nice. Our server took awhile to get to our table and despite the language barrier he was able to get our first orders in. Then we sat and waited and waited. 3 rolls came out for my husband and after he was done mine and my kids finally came out. After we finished we waited around to order again and finally had to flag our waiter down so we could order more. Then we waited and waited. Watched every table around us get their food and some even got multiple rounds. Then our waiter drops off the bill but no more food. $87 before tip on 1 round of food. So I took it up to the front and told them what was happening and the manager said it was super busy which would have been believable if no one else was getting their food as well. He did comp the kids meals and drinks but we still had to leave and pick up dinner because everyone was still hungry. Very disappointed.

My family dined here on yesterday. Upon walking into the establishment, we were notified that they only had two servers and there would be a 10 minute wait. We were seated, and there was an evident communication barrier between our waiter and ourselves. Hard to understand him and hard to get him to understand us. We got our drinks, and are waiting on appetizers when a roach comes crawling across the back of the booth. The other couple sitting behind us saw the same and immediately got out of out seats. The server then sat us on the opposite side of the encounter. He said that he had notified his manager and he was coming out to address it. After waiting almost an hour and pretentiously trying to eat, we ask for the manager once again. He comes out and does three things in my opinion wrongly. First, he didn’t arrive to our table until after an hour of the situation. Then he asked how much we thought he should discount our check. Then asks why we still sat here and ate if there was a roach on the table. I will not be revisiting this location unless management is changed. I have never had such a messy, unprofessional and confrontational encounter with management in my life. This needs to change. So disappointed as this has been one of my favorite restaurants for years.
