We have four varieties of soups of Chinese Hot-Pot including traditional spicy soup. Recently we have Chinese special dishes, noodle and Sushi burritos. If you want to order other Chinese dishes that are not in the menu, feel free to call us to make reservations.
We accidentally discovered this buffet hotpot place.
The owners were very friendly and attentive.
The hotpot soup (chicken) base was tasty and side dishes were on point and has variety of meat choices and especially fishballs were very delicious.
Really enjoyed the food thus forgot to take the photo.

I believe he was the owner, but the gentleman who worked there tonight. Really took care of us. He explained everything really well and told us what everything was so that we understood exactly what we were getting. He was very kind and generous. He really took care of everyone there. I will be back and I would recommend this to anybody. It was healthy, yummy and just altogether a great experience

This place is wonderful! It’s got a homey feel and terrific food. The people who run it are very attentive and make sure things are kept up. They care. Now I’m not good with serious spice, so stuck with the miso broth. There was a good selection of meat, fish, seafood, and veg to bring from the buffet to the hotpot. I was there for a group dinner and I did see another table with a half-and-half pot as well. They had other dishes to order, but I stuck with the noodles and things we cooked in the broth. Very filling and satisfying, I definitely recommend Four Seasons.

Wonderful staff to greet you and educate you on the experience, making it a fun and friendly environment. Wonderful food with great flavors, amazing broth with great options to choose to make the broth expand its flavor! The best things were to come though, we got a sushi burrito, wontons, dumplings and fried spring rolls. All cooked perfectly, fluffy flavorful and with a great sauce to add to the flavors. The burrito (the dragon) was phenomenal 👌

I've been here twice over the years and was pleased both times. The first was my initiation in Hot Pot. As others have said, it really is a dining _experience_, so, if you're looking for something to do on a date (since I know that's a thing in Provo :P) this is definitely a viable option (unless your picky).
The price is all inclusive of drink, dinner and dessert, so it's a clean $15 bill/person. I won't go into details on the logistics of hot pot, as those have already been explained, and the owners do well in showing you the ropes if it's your first time.
My only complaint is that the water from the drink dispenser tastes pretty awful. I don't know how to describe bad water flavors, so just know it's not Brita filtered.
This is definitely some place I'd return. This second visit I brought two of my aunts and they were both very pleased with the flavors and experience. They also want to bring their families by soon.

A pleasant surprise and a different dining experience.
I was looking for an Asian buffet and this one came up on Google. Not what I was expecting, however.
They have a hot plate on the table and you add ingredients selected from the buffet. The ingredients are cooked in the hot soup.
They bring several items to use that are very delicious and I liked the spicy one the best. I wanted more of the pickled onions.
It was fun, and I would certainly return.
The staff was very polite, although they may have helped us learn more. We had to figure it out ourselves since there was no one else in the restaurant.
Watermelon and ice cream for dessert

Everything you can think of was perfect. I just went here tonight for my birthday with my family and my girlfriend. The service was amazing, including bringing us free orange slices at the end, the prices were great, the food was even better with pork, miso, chicken, and spicy broths available (spicy is my person favorite), and the first thing I noticed when I walked in was how comfortable the environment felt. It was amazing, and this has to be the best hot pot place in Provo!

My girlfriend really wanted to check them out, so we went one night for a date. The food was super mid, and then they charged us $50 dollars per person. So I was out $100 for the most mid food of my entire life. The guy working there didn't even show us a menu or anything, so there was no indication of how much it would cost. He just sat us down, told us to grab our hot pot stuff, and then charged us $100

My sweetheart and I come here often, it's one of our favorite places for dates! So calm and authentic, we have hot pot every time that the family recognizes us and greets us with our order memorized. It's also not your typical "americanized asian food", we've seen people walk in and walk right out because of this, so as someone else said: Don't leave a negative review just because you're culturally ignorant and it's okay to admit that you are. Been there. Instead, take the opportunity to broaden your horizons and give this place a chance, coming from someone that used to only eat "americanized" food! This place is perfect for that.

I love this place! The staff are super friendly, and are willing to help you. Their selection is also very good. At one point they even brought us watermelon just for fun haha. Hot pot is also super fun. If you've been thinking about going, this is the place to go! We went on a Friday night and it wasn't that busy at all. My only complaint about this place is that there weren't any sweeter sauces to dip things into, like a teriyaki sauce. Other than that, everything else was perfect!

The food is really good here. I was very impressed and definitely had my fill to eat. Though the place is small, each table only has one hot pot. So it's not very accommodating for large groups. I do recommend going here if you want good quality Chinese food in Provo.

Went into the restaurant because it was late and we wanted chinese food. I've never been to a hot pot restaurant. It was good. They have bowls of broth on a burner at your table that you grab ingredients for your soup from the bar. It was very tasty. We tried a few types and found out favorite mix. We left stuffed and happy.

Good heavens people! Don’t leave negative reviews because you are culturally ignorant. My goodness this was hard to read some of the reviews. This isn’t soup, but buffet is all raw ingredients because that is how HOT POT WORKS! And the options are authentic Chinese options - not American. When you go to a Chinese restaurant don’t be so entitled to expect chicken nuggets and macaroni and cheese ;) This is by far the best and most authentic hot pot that I have found in Utah! My dad works for the county health department and said it didn’t only pass but was above average, and has always been rated clean. Maybe the plastic cups are to keep prices down during inflation? Do you want it to be 35 dollars like all of the other places? And for the person that was mad about tips… tips are not a thing in China - all these Karen’s need to learn their cultral norms.
Great management. Great food. Very clean. I’ll be going back often! Thanks Four Seasons!!

This was a great first hot pot experience. The selection was fantastic. We were a little weary about the meatballs (prawn, etc.), but they ended up being my favorite part. The ice cream was a welcome treat between spicy broth batches. My only regret was that in doing the hot pot, I didn't get to try the sushi burritos or the curry entree. Guess we'll have to go back and try them! Jayden was also very kind and we felt like he was excited/ enjoyed interacting with us. We loved feeling valued like regulars on our first visit.

This is a very fun restaurant! They have a lot of regular offerings, but they're specialty is hot pot. You order a broth base that they put in a bowl and the table has a heating element to it that boils the soup. You add in whatever you want and make your own type of soup. They have a lot of interesting offerings. I was not a big fan of the meatballs as the texture was a little too chewy for me, but the flavor was fantastic. Everything else was absolutely delicious. The dumplings were some of the most delicious we've had. Many traditional offerings to put into your soup. I highly recommend it. If you bring children, you will have to watch them carefully as the soup gets hot and you wouldn't want your kid to burn themselves. The service was fantastic and they give you individualized attention. The chef even sent out some special offerings as we had gone for my husband's birthday.

Food and experience is good. The main issue I had was that there isn't any ventilation above the tables so the room becomes incredibly humid. The windows steam up and it feels like a sauna. They do use a carpet fan but it doesn't really seem to help.

I love this place. Been there over 10 times now with several friends who also love this place. Unlimited hot pot items, unlimited broth. The owners are so nice and friendly, and they'll do anything to make sure you're having a good time. Get Pork Bone Soup for the broth, eat as much beef/pork/chicken/noodles/vegetables as you want, then save the seafood until the end, as it could flavor the broth from it. Although, I personally like the seafood flavors. Finish it up with their great selection of ice cream (free with hot pot).
My only complaint is that the Ice machine doesn't work half the time until you ask them to add more ice, but all the drinks are pre-chilled so you really don't need them. Acceptable selection of fountain drinks, although I don't drink anything else but water.
MAKE SURE TO HAVE A COLD DRINK on stand by. If you burn your tongue from the hot food you'll be miserable for the rest of your stay, as your tongue will hurt to eat and it's hard to taste but you can't stop because the food is still so good. They'll give you plates and bowls so you can cool your food out of the broth before eating them. The meats are sliced thin so you really don't have to let it cool all that long.

I am shocked at any good reviews. First of all why are dixie paper bowls and plates with red solo cups on all the tables? Nothing like eating soup out of a paper bowl. Why is there raw chicken on the buffet?! (Yes, I understand you cook the chicken in the broth…I have been to a good amount of places like this and they keep the meat in the back and bring it out to you and they do not offer chicken raw ever.) The selection at the buffet is underwhelming. I ordered the chicken broth, boiling chicken in water and serving clear broth with chicken fat pieces and grease floating is NOT a broth you serve. It was so bad we paid for our soda, canceled our sushi, left without even eating.

The Four Seasons Provo Hot Pot has undoubtedly become a culinary haven that has left an indelible mark on my taste buds. From the moment I stepped into the restaurant, I was welcomed by an ambiance that exudes comfort and elegance, setting the stage for a remarkable dining experience.
The star of the show, without a doubt, is the spicy broth soup. Bursting with layers of flavors that dance on your palate, this broth is an absolute must-try. Its fiery kick is balanced with a medley of aromatic spices that infuse depth into every spoonful. The heat is not overpowering; it's a tantalizing embrace that enhances the overall enjoyment of the hot pot.
What truly sets Four Seasons Provo apart is its commitment to catering to diverse dietary preferences. The abundance of vegan options was a revelation. The moment I learned about the variety of plant-based ingredients available for the hot pot, I was intrigued. And the actual experience did not disappoint. From an array of fresh vegetables to tofu and other vegan proteins, the options were not only bountiful but also thoughtfully curated to ensure a satisfying and wholesome meal.
As a result of my visit, I've become a regular patron of Four Seasons Provo Hot Pot. Their emphasis on quality, flavor, and inclusivity has earned my loyalty. The impeccable service, inviting ambiance, and the exceptional culinary journey they offer have transformed this restaurant into a go-to destination for both indulgent meals and memorable gatherings.
In summary, if you're seeking an exceptional hot pot experience that embraces spice, caters to diverse dietary needs, and leaves you craving for more, Four Seasons Provo Hot Pot is the destination you've been waiting for. Don't miss the chance to savor the spicy broth soup—it's an experience that has turned me into a devoted fan and left an unmistakable mark on my culinary adventures.

The Hot Pot here was so good! I’ve been to over a dozen Hot Pot places all over the country and this is easily in my top 3. Yes, the plate ware and ambience are simple but the price is super fair at $20 per person for all you can eat with soda and ice cream. The broth is so tasty and their 4 different heat levels of spice for the broth was perfect for my wife and I as we like different levels of spice. The owner was really nice and very attentive. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will return again.

The best hot pot place in Provo. They have a good selection of meats and vegetables. You can get other things here other than hot pot but I mainly go for the hot pot. If you go for the hot pot, it’s all you can eat. After you’re done eating, you can eat some ice cream (some people eat the ice cream of the hot pot was too spicy for them). The service is also amazing.

Food was good, we got the hot and spicy hot pot at medium spice which was really hot, and my girlfriend and I enjoy spicy food. It had an odd flavor to it which threw me off a little bit but it seemed to fade as more things went in and out of the pot. The eating dishes were all paper and we drank out of red solo cups, which was fine but not ideal. Our waiter didn't mention his name but he was extremely friendly and welcoming, and we felt comfortable even though we were the only ones at the restaurant. Cost is $19/person.

My daughter is a huge fan of Hot Pot restaurants. We've driven up to Salt Lake from time to time just to go there. Then we heard that this place had Hot Pot.
Today we decided to come in and take a look. The place is more homily than the one up in Slat Lake, but for us it just made us feel more at home. The staff was very attentive and nice.
The food was really good and the price was very comfortable. It is certainly worth it for us.

While the food itself here was very tasty, a few things really brought this experience down for me. For my $20/ a person hot pot buffet, I was given a paper bowl to eat out of and red solo cup to drink from. I’ve never drank of of a red solo cup at a restaurant before? Also the hot pot buffet included ice cream, which was a small freezer with old iced over popsicles and ice cream sandwiches. I think fresh soft serve or mochi would be more appropriate. Given these reasons I will not be a returning customer and do not recommend eating here.

We went there with some friends. We love hotpot, especially with families and friends. It's winter now, hotpot is perfect for cold weather. The food there was great with a way cheaper price than other hotpot places. The service was great! They constantly checked if the food was enough and gave us space to eat and do our own thing. We really appreciate when buffet places respect customers' space and not staring at customers eat. We had a great experience there and will come back often :)

So so so delicious! This is a unique dining experience you won't get elsewhere. The food is so delicious. I wish it was better labeled so you could choose what you were getting. Our server was prompt and respectful and quick. I was impressed. Its decently priced for a buffet. Given you've got a very hot pot at your table with boiling broth that your cooking in I wouldn't suggest bringing kids but it's not because the environment is not kid friendly.

One of my favorite restaraunts in Utah County. Under new ownership they have expanded their menu to include more offerings but I still reccomend you ask for the "hot pot".
You have your choice of miso broth or spicy broth, or you can try both. You pick your raw ingredients from the buffet lane which include a variety of meat, vegetables and noodles. Don't forget the chili oil & peanut sauce as a tip.
You then simmer it in the broth (it only takes seconds for thin meat strips to cook but otherwise 3-5 minutes should do) and then..enjoy!

This is a really cute and fun restaurant! The hot pot is a little more affordable than some others I have come across in Utah (about $18/person for hotpot). On the menu, it looked like they had EXTREMELY affordable pricing for children as well, so this could be a really fun place to take the whole family!
The hot pot is buffet style so you can have all the hotpot, ice cream/popsicles, and soda you want. They even brought us some watermelon, which was sweet! It’s a fun environment with some fun options!
There isn’t quite as much variety in the hot pot add ins, but they have most of the essentials/commonly seen items. The food tastes good and the broth is yummy. The waiters were very nice and helpful. They made good recommendations and tried to make us feel comfortable.

Writing this for people with celiac or gluten allergies.
The only soup base that is gluten free is the chicken broth (it is delicious). All the veggies are obviously gluten free. We LOVED the brown mushrooms. Rice noodles are the only noodles. The beef, chicken, and fish are gluten free too (server said the pork is NOT) gf. They also offered my wife her own hot pot so the rest of us could try other broths.

This place used to be epic! Service was terrible, one kid on a Friday night. It was over an hour before our party even ordered. Two of us ordered a pot, and ate, after an hour and a half, the rest just left because they never brought our food. Multiple smaller parties were seated served, and out the door before we ordered. We only had 6 people. They need to step up their game if they want to stay in business.

Such a unique dining experience. A definite staple of Provo. Beautiful to see Chinese culture and food here available to us. The hot pot is a fun similarity to Mongolian grills where they cook your raw food selection for you or the Korean or Japanese BBQ where you cook your own raw food choice on the table in front of you. $17 for unlimited access to hotpot, soda, ice cream, buffet, it's great!

I’ve been meaning to come here for a while and finally did. I am so glad I did. As soon as we walked in I knew it would be good, just by the decor. We ordered the 2 broth set, my wife got the chicken broth and I got the spicy. The server said they have low, regular and very spicy so I said very spicy. It was very good and rich and tasted like how I remember spicy food when I was in southwestern China. I have a very high heat tolerance, but the heat wasn’t overwhelming and I could still taste the flavors. I also used the chili oil and chili paste available. I liked the chili oil the most.
The reasons it doesn’t get 5 stars: My wife said the chicken broth was a little salty. There’s also not a lot of meat options when you compare it to some places in SLC, but the beef, pork, tofu and vegetables is really all we need anyways.
I loved it and will definitely be back!

Everyone that worked there was super friendly & informative for someone's first time being there :) It's definitely underrated & I will absolutely be telling others about this place #SupportYourSmallLocalBussinesses! The only thing I would say is that I wish I had more variety of sides, but other than that, the prices were fair, honest, & it felt like I was eating at a family member's house.
Super random as well too, but their bathroom was very clean and their air freshener smeller amazing! I'm not the type of person to try new things, but I would 10 out of 10 recommend this place!

Went last night with a friend and it was excellent. Good food, and the server we had, Jaden (Jayden?) was soooo nice and friendly, and made it even more of a positive experience. The only downside of it was that dinner prices were $18 a person for all you can eat, which isn't crazy but was a bit more than a college kid like myself anticipated. That being said, I don't regret having gone at all. I don't normally write reviews for anything but I had such a good time that I wanted to pass along a thumbs up to this place.

We went tonight (Friday) and we had been wanting to go here for while. There were only two people working, so service was a little slow understandably. We ordered two all-you-can-eat with the hot and spicy broth and fried pork dumplings. Unfortunately, we did not get the right order and received two broths instead of one and no dumplings. However it was great! The food was so filling we were glad we didn’t get the dumplings! Word of caution: the mild spice for the hot and spicy broth is very hot. But I cannot stress enough how great the food and environment was. Will definitely be going again when looking for a bigger meal.

Staff was extremely curteous and kind. The food has a big learning curve but thats to be expected. Keep yourself safe by not cross contaminating the food that you pick for your pot, it was very easy to forget to grab the veggies before the meats when going thru the buffet style bar.

It was alright, the broth needs more taste to it. The server was great.

We had never tried this place and thought that we should give it a shot.
We ordered chicken and the spicy Chinese. Having eaten a ton of Mexican food we asked for medium. This was crazy hot and we couldn’t eat it. We also tried the chicken broth and that was good, but we had already had an overdose with the first one. The service was very good and I think o would have liked it had it not been so dang spicy. You get free ice cream at the end.

The place is quaint and the customer service is superb and genuine. While there was only one person working the restaurant (Lin) who was new, she showed us how to do a hot pot, took care of us very well for being the only person working in the store. We loved the food and we loved the people.

Great food, amazing service, good value! We lived in the Bay Area for 3 years and had hot pot almost every week. This brought me back and was delicious. Thank you for a great date night!

Run by a very nice elder Chinese man and his wife. Extremely friendly and wanting to make sure you have a good experience. Definitely go for the hot pot. Sometimes the dumplings are not available. But the hot pot is excellent. It's one of my predominant "go to" restaurants.

Great food! Awesome hot pot!!

It was a novelty for us, first time eating Hot Pot, the idea was great but the food seemed stale, not fresh for most of it, the restaurant could also benefit from a remodeling. The owner's were really attentive. But not sure if I will go again. I would've liked to see a fresher buffet or selection of items.

Food was good! (please known this is a self serve restaurant and you will be cooking it at your table.) the owners are very sweet. Dumplings are available when they make them, if they are gone they are gone. Would come back for sure!

My daughter took me here for my birthday. I am still eating and had to give a five star review before I left. The food and service are excellent and the experience of making your own food is fun. I assume Michael is the owner and he is super clean and the place is COVID-19 friendly to the max with plastic gloves to use, etc. I’ll be bringing back friends and family foe sure.

Very, very good. The crab isn't great, but the fish and chicken balls are super good, the spicy broth isn't super spicy so get it.

Super fun place to try! It's smaller than we expected but they did great for Covid restrictions and the food was tasty. The spicy broth is spicy 🔥 we did a medium spice and it was still pretty spicy but tasty. Definitely recommend taking reviews about how everything works beforehand before coming. We did the hot pot, we'll have to come back for the dumpling option

This is our ABSOLUTE FAVORITE place to come and eat when we're in town!! This is our first time back since Covid-19 and are very pleased with the changes of the up to date procedures and constant cleanliness they insure. Anything you use is then thrown out after you're done with it. We weren't afraid of any spreading of germs. The only thing that stayed the same were their friendly faces and delicious sauces and food.

I'm giving this 3 because the people who own it are so nice and friendly and the atmosphere was very casual. But the food was not good. Everything tasted of bad fish even the vegetables. The ice cream bars were old. They had some sauce choices but no way for you to take them back to your table. I've been to better.
