Tried this place out for the first time and our family enjoyed it! The little train to deliver drinks and special orders was cute and the food was delicious. The spicy sushi was definitely more spicy than some places. We enjoyed it but some who are more sensitive to spice may need to proceed with caution. We did wait a good while to get refills on drinks but the staff was overall kind.

Keep in mind that 90% of their sushi rolls are imitation crab based. And even when there is actual fish in them, the fish is really low quality. There was only one server for the whole restaurant. She was doing the best she could, but we had to track her down several times to put in orders or get drink refills. Overall not a great experience and would not go back.

I was surprized real Sushi than I thought.
The nigiri's rice is little soft to me, but fishes are good.
Other sides are not bad.
If you would like to eat much, strongly recommend all you can eat.
It's really reasonable.
Staff is also nice.
Kids were excited to revolving plates and many kind of Ramune.
The only disappointment was that the yellowtail was sold out.
So, I'll have to go again, lol.

Time: 7:20. 2 hours before close! Me and a friend went in and chose the ALL YOU CAN EAT option. The service was as expected for a restaurant where you serve yourself, and with staff that’s easy to wave down. The atmosphere and the dining experience was really fun! However, and keep in mind we came semi-before close, the food slowly thinned out and options became slim. It was obvious that the less desirable items stayed on as it got closer to closing time, with no new sushi coming onto the belt. My friend even noticed the staff seemed to stop making food at a point. We ended up full, but not exactly satisfied with the options. Granted, we could’ve asked for anything especially with the AYCE experience, but I digress. The total was $87.59 -without tip: two AYCE meals with a single boba tea. We would dine here again, but would avoid the AYCE option in the future.
TLDR: Skip the ALL YOU CAN EAT OPTION.

Fun sushi conveyor belt experience! After being seated you can start grabbing whatever sushi tickles your fancy. They also have desert, appetizers, and some drinks that come by on the conveyor as well. You can choose to pay per plate which has a color coated system or all you can eat and then you don't need to worry about how many plates you grab. They also have dinner options from the kitchen that you may order and are shipped to your table on a miniature bullet train. Super fun experience, with the best option being that it takes the wait out of getting your sushi.

Good sushi, decent atmosphere. Rotary is kind of pricey. You're better off getting the "all you can eat" and eat all you can off of it. We did one meal, drinks and rotary sushi plates for two and it was as much as buying 3 all you can eat tickets. Just an FYI- everyone in the party has to do all you can eat or you can't do it, it's $35 per person for dinner. Good sushi though.

Sushi Pro is totally worth the experience! But be forewarned - it is incredible dangerous having so many scrumptious dishes chugging along next to you for the picking! Dangerous because your belly can be at risk in busting, and your pocketbook can be at risk of withering away! My daughter and I took on the experience with glee, and within about 45 minutes, we had two tall stacks of empty plates on our table, and we were both gently patting out bellies!

The concept is somewhat unique in America, but not so much in China. A conveyor belt brings out an endless stream of sushi rolls, appetizers, side dishes, and desserts - you just pick whatever you want. Conveniently placed signs on the conveyor belt describe what the following items are along with a price, so you know exactly what you are taking.

Traditional items ordered from the kitchen are delivered to the tables by a radio controlled train. It just doesn't get much cooler than this!

You do have a choice of paying per plate taken, or all you can eat. They've got it figured out - the cost was about identical based on what we took compared to all you can eat. The waitress was also nice in telling us that she'd calculate it both ways and charge us for the lesser of the two.

I'd rate the sushi about a 6 or 7 out of 10. There is definitely better and worse out there. But I'd opt for Sushi Pro given the ability to try small portions of a lot of different dishes. The boba drinks are not that great though - we'll stick to waters next time.

If I'm super hungry and want some variety, this is the place I'd go!

Oh boy, this place is so fun! We can't go anywhere else if my kids have any say about it. The kitchen and dining area is clean and brightly lit, and the menu is big, but not overwhelming. They do a variety of drinks and teas, milk, boba and so on as well. My kids go crazy for the belt system, and it's fun to see the selections go by as you eat and decide what is next. They always have drinks, appetizers and dessert, as well as a few types of fruit as well. The sushi is really tasty, not like a fancy night out level of sushi but it is fresh, and tastes and looks good. We enjoy nigiri, and my kids grab it off the belt like little trolls when it comes by. We always have a great time, eating too much and stacking our plates as high as they'll go. It makes for a fun experience, and a good meal as well. They offer dinner plates with chicken, beef and shrimp, as well as an all you can eat option too. Service is hit or miss, but if you need to pay your bill or something you can usually just walk up and find someone to help you.

First time here it was a cool experience, but the server was pretty bad. Came two times when she had no one else to serve (person with cool tattoos). The 2nd time was just to see if we were ready to go. We came at noon and charged us for dinner I figured because we stacked a good amount of plates from nigiri.
I don't think I would go again for sure fun experience with the belts. Personally I rather pay per plate than AYCE for sure here since they seem bothered.

Wife and I go in to eat. We are asked if we like AYCE. I say I want AYCE and wife orders off the menu. Was laughed at and stated we must do the same style of order. Either off menu or AYCE. Absolute joke. I have been to dozens of AYCE locations and never been told that. Not spending $20 extra dollars for my wife to eat 2 rolls so they can insure we don't cheat on their AYCE. Do Better.

It was more cost-effective to get the all you can eat because the portions on the plates were small. Good food. Slow service so you better get your order together all at once.

But the management is whack! We ordered a teriyaki chicken for our kids and they forgot about it apparently. Came back after 20-30 min and said anything else we can get for you. Uh yeah our plate that we ordered before we even sat down at the table. Needless to say they were out of chicken so we substituted for beef. Thankfully the kids didn’t mind. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I went here with my best friend - we both love sushi… that night we were up all night with horrible stomach aches, cramping and nausea. It seems they do not properly rotate their sushi off the belt and maybe it sits out too long unrefrigerated. The sushi is also very poor quality fish so that could’ve played a part in it as well. It’s been months and my friend is still unable to eat sushi because of the experience. I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. DO NOT GO HERE.

Wish I could give ZERO stars. We have been here multiple times TRYING TO GIVE IT A CHANCE. Always horrible service. Anytime we have ordered something it has taken way too long to arrive, and if it does arrive it’s cold and disgusting. Twice I have gone and ordered the small size for sushi, both times they have given the full order. When I brought it to their attention they told me to keep the full order. I specifically told them I ordered the smaller size to try other things. They refused to give the smaller size and still wanted me to pay for full size. Another time we went and ordered baked mussels. We were there for an hour and a half and the mussels still didn’t arrive. I asked them for the bill and told them I don’t want it as we are done and ready to leave . They still charged for it and brought it out right before we paid as we were standing by the register. The mussels were cold and the mayo sauce was hardening which means it was probably sitting the entire time. We told them we don’t want it but we’re told to put it in a take out box and to pay for it. This last time we went with our parents and wanted to pay for my dads plates since it’s Father’s Day. We separated his plates and paid for them on our tab but THEY STILL CHARGED for this plates so all in all we paid double. we explained it THREE TIMES that we are paying for HIS, its Father’s Day!!! They still charged for his orders even though the plates were on OUR TAB. It’s not right, always bad service and they never offer to fix anything they just make you pay for it. We literally told them 3 times that we took his order and want to pay for it but she still CHARGED him his items again. I don’t get it, it’s always such poor service. Never going back again. Horrible horrible service. It seems like they are just greedy for money. Money hungry and no customer service skills whatsoever.

Alright, look.

Anytime I go somewhere to eat that has the word "pro", "master(s)", "king" etc. in the restaurant's name.... My expectations are instantly high.

The older I get the more I realize if you set the bar low, you're less likely to get disappointed.

So maybe I've got it wrong the whole time.
I should instead set my standard lower if it has the word "pro" or "master(s)" or "king" in the restaurant's name.

It's not that it was *that* bad, I just most definitely spent $104 on two people and I'm not very impressed.

Maybe it was the time of day, idk.

We love this place, the conveyor belt is a lot of fun. However, there needs to be a way to order from the menu without waiting for, or tracking down your server. Maybe a phone app order system, a bell you can press, something!

It's difficult for my partner to eat off the belt due to allergy restrictions. And nights like tonight, when the belt isn't getting added to, makes it frustrating for him to have to wait so long to order something his diet allows. Hope you take this advice!

The service was a disaster—they forgot to get us our waters for 30 minutes, and if you order anything (instead of just taking what’s on the belt) it takes forever. And when your order is finally ready, it will take the train several minutes to deliver it to you via its meandering, slow route. I’ve been to several rotating sushi places and have never seen a train anywhere near this slow.

The nigiri—and especially the caramel salmon nigiri—were actually pretty good, but the food was spoiled by the poor service. With significantly improved service (like that of tsubame in Vineyard), this place could be decent.

Visited 9 months ago

Sushi Experience №96

I don’t think me and my husband will ever come back… but let me say something nice about this restaurant before I share the reasons why I’m furious.

Pro: we got some caramel salmon nigiri from the conveying belt. They were very flavorful, good looking, and delicious.

Con: after we got seated we asked for two waters. We sat there for a solid 30 mins without waters or any available waiters for ask to order food. So we had no choice but to get food from the conveying belt instead of ordering other different or fresher food. Then, we tried to raise our hands to get attention from the waitress but she was busy chitchatting with the same customers the whole time. It was a waste of time to come here….

I was worried there wouldn't be a lot of options, or the food would taste bad, but I was so wrong! It was seriously the best rolls I've ever had. The Arizona roll was my favorite.

The price was jacked up to $34.99 for all you can eat, which kinda bugged me since the advertised price and posted price everywhere was $24.99

They also charge a fee for using a card & ask for tips AFTER tax and the card fee, which added an extra $10 to our bill. I suggest these things being changed so guests don't feel ripped off.

It’s my wife’s birthday which happens to be the day before Mother’s Day this year. She wanted to go to her favorite restaurant but they were so busy it was a 2 hour wait so we looked this one up after brainstorming. She had seen an Instagram post about this place months ago and so we decided to come here.

My wife is from Seattle. She’s been to many sushi places. She’s been to several conveyor belt sushi places. This place is great for being in a land-locked state. Lots of variety and the sushi was freshly made. The price was reasonable. We’re used to $75 per person for sushi. For $35 per person plus gratuity for our party of 12 was super nice.
We also had a great server. He was so attentive, refilling our drinks, asking how we were, and since we were at the end of the line, he would come and ask if there were certain things we wanted off the conveyor that didn’t make it to us. Because of the price and service we will definitely be coming back more often.

Super fun experience at Sushi Pro. Loved the conveyor concept and variety of food available. When I first saw the all you can eat price of $35/person I was a bit surprised but at the end of our meal, we could easily see we got our moneys worth. The only frustrating thing about the experience was that we were near the end of the line and some food options weren’t available because people closer to the beginning had already snagged them! It just goes to show that the food is good and goes quickly.

As you can tell we ate and it was really great food majority of the food was fresh and due to us getting there when it opened. I would suggest maybe having the server sit you to explain all the rules sometimes they don’t explain it all to well and your bill can be pretty high they don’t really give you a break down as well on what they charged you with or if it really was the all you can eat price. Would suggest then to fix that or if they’re charging by the plates as you can see still pretty cool experience but overall would love for them to update there receipt options on letting customers see the breakdown what they are really charging for. Overall cool though food wise was great.

Food was okay some things off the belt were cold. Service was slow as the waitress explained she was the only one which was understandable but when it came to paying she mentioned there would be an 18% gratuity added because of a party of 6 or more. We only had 5 adults and 2 children under the age of 3, which on their sign says under 3 eat free. During our time there we asked for water for one of the kids. She explained that she counted one of the kids into our party because she brought her out water?? That made no sense to us considering she is literally 1 years old. She went to take the 18% off of our tickets and when she returned she had attitude and was very rude we asked her why would she even add the child just because she brought us water her response was “I can add it back on if you’d like”. That was enough reason to not go back.

This was a fun experience. We’ve never done sushi like this with so many options on a conveyor belt. There was a great variety of sushi rolls but we loved that fruit and appetizers were included in the all you can eat part as well.

This is my favorite place to get sushi in Utah. The ingredients are fresh, the environment is clean and tidy, and the staff are amazing. My go to is the caramel salmon, it’s two pieces, but I usually have about six and it’s worth it!also the Buddha roll is amazing. Taste really fresh. It’s just so pleasing to the tastebuds!

Great food. Experience was fun. Service was excellent. Large variety of options. If you want something special just ask and it will be delivered by the train. Prices are on the items so pay attention if you want to spend little money.

4/15/24 this place just started doing ayce every day. You also have the per plate option.

Not sure what you people are thinking rating this place above 2 stars. It's absolutely one of the worst places I've ever eaten at! Sushi was terrible, service sucked A$$! I'll never go back! It's not cheap. Go get better sushi I promise you! I'm not one to leave reviews positive or negative. One positive review I did see, strange, not one single person other then staff! Oh and the fresh sushi we took one bite and then we got the check and left! It was burnt! Think how long that sushi has been sitting on the track not on ice, refrigeratored, etc... do not go here! Look at Jeff Peterson, the local guide, his pics! Lol There's nobody there! Stay away

TERRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If you’re a true Asian or a person who really loves sushi or has been to Japan then you’ll know this place isn’t good. Anyone who tells you otherwise is LYING to YOU!!! This place will go out of business easy. The sushi to rice rotation is terrible. You get more rice than meat. But still you don’t get much meat on it. You can’t really taste the meat period! I don’t know where they source their meat, but someone needs to be fired. Prices too high for poor quality food. This place reminds me of a road trip stop. Stay away!!!! There’s a better rotating sushi place in Vineyard. Go check it out.

Fun and inviting, this conveyor sushi restaurant is a great addition to Ogden. Plenty of good sushi choices at various prices per plate. Each portion is typically 3-5 pieces. They have good prepared food also that is delivered via train.

Me and my family have been wanting to try this place for a while and we finally did. It is really good. I tried some new stuff and it was good. It is a little pricey but good food, good place, good staff. I recommend trying this place. The plates are color coated and priced on the color that's where the best food is. The squid salad is good. I didn't think it was going to be at first but I tried it and liked it. I had 4 of them. I would recommend trying this place.

Took 35 minutes to get a drink and napkins. The experience is cool but the service is terrible. They didn’t want me to take my receipt with me either because they need it? Would definitely go somewhere else before even thinking of this place again.

My friends and I drove all the way up North to Ogden to try out the first ever revolving sushi bar in Utah. We were all excited because we always traveled out of state to have revolving sushi. After making the drive, this sushi place is located within a shopping plaza, so there's a lot of parking available around the sides and front of the building.

We sat around the outside of the conveyor belt, so that all of us had access to it rather than at a table on the inside. As I was looking at the sushi, the pieces of sushi and nigiri did not look too appetizing. Some looked dry and others were not available almost the whole time we were there until the end. I am a big fan of salmon nigiri, but by the time it finally reached the end of the conveyor belt line, there was always never any left. The pieces that weren't being chosen looked like they had been out for a while. The cute train comes by whenever you special order a dish. It comes from the sushi chef station to where you're sitting and back around.

Trying this place out once was enough for me. We all had come with such high excitement for the first revolving sushi bar and drove almost an hour to try it out, but the quality was pretty disappointing and the prices per dish was not worth it. The older gentleman that served us and checked us out at the end was very nice and polite, however, I most likely will not be coming back again.

You're going to love this place. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. Each plate on the belt has 4 pieces of sushi which gives plenty of room to try multiple kinds. The color coded plates allow you to control how much you want to spend. There is also fruits, Boba tea, a full order menu, desserts and a train that brings your specialty orders to your table. The kids love watching it come around!

I haven't seen this type of sushi restaurant since I lived in Seattle, so it was cool to see... the sushi itself was really good too. Our server was very nice and attentive without being invasive. I think this would be an awesome place to take families with kiddos... order a "specialty drink" (Boba for example). They send it to you on a really cool little train.

I have been to several sushi restaurants in Utah, and we had saw an ad on Instagram, so we had this on our list to try. On our recent trip to Japan, we ate at a few conveyor belt sushi restaurants, so we had an idea of what to expect. I had given this a 2-star because the service was a little slow but friendly. The sushi was sliced very thin, and the pieces were small. I understand the price is less but not much less in total. The rolls tasted pretty good, but they were lacking in the fish. I ordered a Spider Roll, and it barely had a soft-shell crab in it. Very disappointing. I am sure this place is perfect for those who may want to try sushi. It would be fun for kids, and it is affordable for a family with a lot of kids. My opinion is they need to step up the size/thickness of the sushi and maybe charge a little more. The rolls need to have more fish in them as well. My guess is people would pay a little more for a better serving size of sushi. For example; Japan had served larger slices of sushi, and rolls were stuffed with fish, and that is what I was expecting. I know I don't live in Japan and cannot expect the same here, but they set the bar high for me with conveyor belt Sushi. Please take the customer's advice. I wish them the best.

Definitely overpriced, and they are pretty slow on getting out new rolls, but the octopus balls will leave you craving more, and their rolls are good. Their spring rolls were awful, filled with water, it was very strange. But the dumplings, coconut fried shrimp, and tempura rolls were good. The idea and ambiance itself is fun and the kids absolutely loved it! The all you can eat was very pricey and I don't think it was worth it, with the slow output of rolls and fresh plates, although the boys definitely have it a valiant effort and stacked those plates!

I love their weber roll, it’s so good. The teriyaki beef and chicken are wonderful too. It’s a very clean place inside, although I have yet to sit down and eat there. I would love to though! The crab rolls are amazing as well. Love this place!

Teriyaki Beef and Shrimp: 9/10. Their teriyaki meats are great, especially alongside the veggies and rice. A wonderful and very filling entree, the perfect portion for one person. The broccoli and carrots taste amazing when dipped in the teriyaki sauce that rests at the bottom.

Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp: 9/10. Also another great teriyaki dish. Their chicken is just as good as their beef is, and the shrimp is still just as good with the chicken as it is with the beef. The vegetables and rice never disappoint, and are key components of this dish alongside the chicken and shrimp that make it taste as good as it does.

Tuna Roll: 6/10. I’m not a big fan of it. It’s a little too plain for me, but it works.

Crab Roll: 7/10. Not bad, I liked it a little better than the tuna roll. Still a little too plain for me, however.

A fun conveyor belt sushi experience with kind and informative staff. Try the octopus balls, they are delicious! This is a great way to try many different types of sushi without committing to a full roll. Feeling thirsty? Be sure to order a specialty drink so it can be delivered via the train car. Any of the caramelized dishes make for a great sweet treat to end the meal.

It's not the best sushi and it's a bit overpriced, but you pay for the experience. It's a fun place and a unique experience. I would definitely go again for a special occasion or just take someone who hasn't been. Kids would enjoy this just don't let them get the expensive stuff lol. But I will say the more expensive plates are definitely better tasting. We spent $40/person.

The prize is the ambience of this quaint place. Having a trolley deliver you special orders is a super cute idea. The sushi is good, but not the best. However, they had a lot to choose from and kept the belt full. Price is average for this type of sushi. I do think it shouldn’t take so long to receive special order drinks. I think offering water, when someone orders a specialty drink, would benefit the service. I needed to rinse my pallet and I couldn’t, because I waited so long for my drink. I finally asked for water. I would totally go again.

There was a ton of food sitting for too long on the belt when we got there and no one was in the restaurant. After the first couple of plates we realized it was sitting too long and was getting us sick. We then placed orders instead of fresh ones they took old plates and cold soup off the belt and served it to us. There was a mandatory 18% tip since there was 5 of us, then we were asked for an additional tip.

It's a cute spot to go to! Made it fun for me and my family and cool how the plates are color coded for the prices. The little train that comes when u order is also the main star that made us more excited lol.

The only thing is the seats were a little too close together and were bumping elbows but idk if it's bc we kept moving too much from laughing at the stupid jokes we made, but I digress lol. Other than that, it was overall pretty good and a lil fun meal!

Was really hopeful about this place, but sadly, I would not recommend it. The sushi is very expensive for how little you get and not very good in my opinion. We've dined here a few times, and it usually is good. This time was blah. It seemed like every roll had the same sauce on it. We tried a fried roll that had 4pcs and the plate was 6,99. We both spit it out. When it came time to pay, I told the waitress it was disgusting, and I'd really like to not pay for it since we didn't eat it all, and we still got charged for it. We paid 73.00 for mediocre sushi. Not sure if we will go back.

The prices are a little ridiculous, and yea I understand we are land locked. When we inquired about the crab, and if there would be any allergy issues. Was informed all the crab is imitation. So why is there a premium on the snow crab rolls ? Seems like false advertising. The sushi is decent, but 115.00 for 2 people is way overkill. We pay less in Vegas and I’m Washington DC for same experience and fresher food more options.

We've been to 100 of these revolving restaurants around the world and sadly this the worst. There's also no sushi on the belt. It's all weird canned drinks. Every 30 minutes you may see an overpriced 2 pieces os Nigri, at 6 bucks for the smallest prices you've ever seen. What's the worst is that they parked my fat booty at the front of the line- so I ate everything decent for 2 hours before anyone else had a chance. These restaurants can be amazing but don't let this one be your first experience.

Good (for Utah) sushi & boba with a fun atmosphere. I was expecting 4pc sushi on each plate but at the same price, it was only 2pc per plate. Although, it was more expensive than I had planned on, we did get more variety, which I preferred. All in all; we were thrilled with such a fun experience and we'll be back. Our server was kind, although another server for other tables, was more helpful and attentive. Menu photos added because online versions seemed outdated.
