Awesome sushi spot. Loved the robots rolling around. I went solo, so I got seated immediately. Otherwise, it can be a wait. But that's just because the food is good and abundant. Plus, if you eat 15 plates, you get a little keychain! Also, the Taiyaki ice cream was fantastic.

Absolutely love this place, the sushi was wonderful for the price and the kids and I had so much fun watching g the sushi on the conveyer belt. When you finish with a plate, you insert it into a deposit box like setup, after 15 plates, you receive a toy. We all cannot wait to go back. There is also a robot that delivers your drinks, which is really cool to watch. The atmosphere alone is completely worth the visit.

This restaurant seems to be understaffed or unprepared for its own popularity. Maybe both.
I've been to plenty of sushi restaurants of this type, and the experience is often similar regardless of the city or size of the establishment. Yet, this place falls well below expectations.
I can understand the long wait - the place is popular and the revolving belt feature is quite alluring and it can be fun. Beyond this, the item selection offered through the belt that snakes around the restaurant is surprisingly low. Consequently, because the amount of items actually on the belt aren't enough, with a variety to match, I waited several full rotations before I was able to grab sushi pieces I was interested in.
During my visit, each type of sushi only had two plates available for the entire rotation. Meaning that any tables positioned ahead of mine had first pick. And to make it worse, I was sitting near the end of the belt rotation before it was fed back into the kitchen for it to be replenished... didn't make much of a difference though... tables ahead of me seemed to take the same items I wanted to try. I resorted to using the touch-screen menu setup to order the majority of my food. it was delivered faster than having to wait for the belt.
The food itself tastes good enough, but in my opinion it isn't anything that will earn higher ratings than what I am giving it here. The presentation can also use a bit more attention... some items seemed to be thrown together in a rush. Which makes sense if there's a full house, the belt items are low, and everyone is ordering direct table service.
Overall, the food is good. The staff did have a positive attitude, albeit it was obvious they were overwhelmed at times. The kitchen staff was definitely struggling to keep up - food quality took a hard hit as they tried to increase product output to keep with demand.

It's been over a year since my review of the Austin location and my photos were viewed tens of thousands of times. When I heard the would be a San Antonio location built I was ecstatic!
I finally got a chance to come here and enjoy a new location closer to home. Even waiting until 10th in line to leave home, there was a significant wait out front but the process was kind of streamlined.
Same setup as the Austin location but with robot drink servers which was cool and new new. Very accommodating waitress. We were placed in the worst spot for the bottom conveyor but were still able to smash a lot of sushi. God bless the one dude in the back making all of that food, this was a belated birthday event.
Prices have gone up since I last visited over a year ago but I get it...
Sake was cool and came in a box but I should've ordered hot sake. I thought it would be a multi serving instead of for just one person.
Bottom belt nigiri was good. Orders up top came fast.
Looking forward to coming back!

I have been to the one in Seattle and we were never without options on the belt. It was fun and loved it there! First time trying it here in SA and super disappointed. I’ve been here for 20 minutes and have not seen any options on the belt filled. They were all empty!! Every time the belt passed I was hopeful, but nothing was there. Ended up just ordering (though what’s the point?) even that took a very long time to get. Overall super disappointed in this one.

This is the experience I had with Kura Revolving Sushi on 255 E Basse Rd. Been here multiple times so it is an overdue review. It is located in The Quarry San Antonio across from Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse next to Club Pilates. Parking is quite easy as it shares a large outdoor lot with other shops in the plaza so typically there’re no issues finding a spot.
Ambiance is lively and you can hear normal chatters from customers. The revolving belt is nicely displayed and entertaining especially if you have children in your party. The sushi and items are typically quite tasty and I always enjoy the variety of items that they offer. The salmon, hand rolls, crispy chicken and teriyaki red bean ice cream are our favorite dishes; the ingredients are always fresh and we have never had any issues with the food. This location is probably about half the size of the Austin TX location and has a slightly different selection however still good.
Further, when you download their app you can collect points; we usually get a $5 off coupon almost every other time we visit Kura and they always have random promotions going on, which is very wallet friendly.
Last but not least, I want to recommend the server Devin, who was not only friendly and courteous, he assisted me in applying the coupon (I did not have the QR code but only the Ad on my App), and told me a few interesting facts about getting the limited edition toys that they sell. Awesome guy.
Because of Devin, the fun environment and the great food, will definitely return for more. Keep up the good work Devin and Kura San Antonio!

The employee literally very slow. A lot of empty table but not let customer in.
On the tablet said 15-20 minutes wait. But it’s almost one hour wait still don’t get the table.
Leave the waiting list after seeing a lot of empty belt

Came in asking about the wait time they told us 10-15. It ended up being an hour wait . And there were so many tables open. The hostesses are so rude . Off rip just asking about our place in line since it had been about 40 mins, she was so rude . Funny I’ve eaten here many times and have never seen her . She must be new . Awful hospitality.

I visit here about 1-2 a month since opening and it's always been a pleasure to go! Staff are nice and attentive and the tables are always clean. My parents are not sushi lovers but there is still enough options of food to choose from so it's become a place where we can all get something we enjoy! Not suitable for big parties but still can get up to 6 people in a booth if really needed! Will always recommend kura for sushi lovers!

Kura is one of the best sushi places in San Antonio, it is quick, easy, and kinda cheap. (It is $100 ish for 15 plates but it isn’t that bad since you’re getting quality sushi.) I haven’t had a bad experience with them, other than sometimes a horrendous wait time but it’s pretty good there. In short it’s delicious, quick, and quality

I had the pleasure of dining at Kura, and my experience was nothing short of delightful, largely thanks to the wonderful service provided by Emma. From the moment my family and I walked in, Emma greeted us with a warm smile and a welcoming demeanor, setting a positive tone. Throughout the meal, Emma maintained her friendly and professional demeanor, enhancing the overall dining experience. Her ability to anticipate our needs and provide thoughtful suggestions. The food itself was exceptional. The Golden crunchy was fresh and tender. I loved it!

I typically like going to Kura in between classes or after class with some classmates. The environment is always friendly for us, Emma made our experience really great after a long day! This location left a lot to be desired. Checked in on a tablet and waited about 5 minutes to be seated with a very empty dining room at lunch time. It took a while to get any food off the conveyor as it was picked over(which takes away from the experience) and forces you to order from the table tablet. We ordered a few plates only to wait 20 minutes for each one, while one of them we saw got places on the conveyor. To cap it all off we ordered dessert and got the same dessert 3 times, even after we brought it to their attention (only paid for 1). Oh and by the way, nobody wants to hear how much money you made on your paycheck while trying to enjoy their experience (back of the house)!
We have visited other locations and this one doesn't live up to their standards and attention to detail for the price you pay.
Visited 6 months ago
Conveyor belt empty. Went there at 1:30 or so for lunch. There were maybe 8 platters with sushi on them, the rest were empty and stayed empty. I saw the same watermelon, edamame, stale tuna, scallops, and squid go by, over and over. I'm not sure if other people were grabbing the sushi before it got to me, but I was only able to grab 2 plates and then had to order the rest off the tablet.
I've been to the ones in Austin and Atlanta and usually get 10+ plates and never needed to order from the tablet. I'm not sure what the kitchen staff is doing back there but I don't think it's making sushi.
Visited 6 months ago
Do not download their app! They sold my information to advertisers!!!!
the past several times we have gone, there was little to nothing on the revolving belts, some of the sushi was really chewy??, there was quite a bit of residue on the table, the touch screens, and little food pods.
It just hasn't been as good or clean as it used to be and I don't think we'll be back for a while.
The staff were really nice but I think overworked. Hope the owners can figure out how to fix it.

We enjoy eating here, but there have been so many times where the app won’t allow us to join a waitlist because the location isn’t accepting submissions. I’ve tried calling in but it will just simply ring (I stayed on the line for 15 minutes at one point to see if we could be added due to the lack of functionality of the app) with no one to answer. Of course, when you mention this issue once you’re in the building, the staff will say “we had no idea the phone was ringing” or “wow that’s crazy, it didn’t even ring”.
Once we arrive, the estimated wait time will jump from 15-30 minutes on the app to 60+ minutes from the host.
I’d love to go here more often, but it’s a headache to try to even get a seat half of the time.

Great food and atmosphere, but really pricey. They give you incentives to eat as many plates as you can for prizes, but it really adds ups as you get charged per plate.
My mistake because I thought it was all you can eat, so I was shocked at the bill, but the food is delicious and the concept is fun.
Definitely recommend to check it out for yourself.
P.S. I will add that our baby’s high chair was really dirty and missing a buckle.

Been here three times. Two out of three times were fantastic. Third time last night was okay. There was a hair on the snow crab that we pulled off the belt and several of the other items we pulled off the belt just didn’t taste as fresh as the first two times. The things we ordered from the screen took a while but were all delicious. Overall a really fun restaurant with affordable prices and a great variety. The tiger roll and ice cream with the little fried bean paste fish are both to die for.

We love Kura, but had an interesting experience last time. At other locations, we’ve been to out of state, you’re able to use the app to make a reservation as you’re driving in. Unfortunately, even though this location has already been open for a year, you can’t seem to make a reservation to cut down on wait times.
We ended up having to wait over 45 minutes, even though we had made a reservation on the app- it wasn’t honored.
Other than the lack reservations, we really do like the spot and the staff are very friendly.

Ordered a soda, ate 8 plates before they brought it to me and had to call them and ask were my drink was.
Save your money and go to an all you can eat, more options fresher food, and more bang for your buck tbh. 8 plates and a Miso, and a sake, 60$.

Normally, Kura sushi is amazing! Great food, great selection, an excellent service. This was our fourth time, but man was it not great! The floors were sticky, the selection on the revolving conveyor belts was abysmal, and they even got one of our orders wrong! Which was not one of our experiences previously! The only difference I can see is that the most recent time we went we went in the afternoon as opposed to right when they open. So, I think I can confidently state that if you want the best Kura sushi experience, you should arrive right after they open.
Visited 8 months ago
The Sushi was really great here! I do not understand the bad reviews. Do not let it sway your decision to come here. It was a little slow when ordering if that bothers you but the Sushi was fresh.
Visited 8 months ago
This place was slammed when it first opened. However, none of the plates now are full. We waited over 20 minutes for even the direct order, after watching plate after plate of empty conveyor belt sushi pass us.
It seems like they either do not have enough chefs to make the demand, or they aren't making much, leading us to sit for over an hour with little to no actual eating.
This was a really cool concept, but has absolutely terrible follow through at this point.
Visited 8 months ago
The food was great and the experience was amazing. But, the restaurant needs a good cleaning, there was a large rubber mat on the floor that was super dirty, staff did not bother to pick it up. The robots were so cool but poor things needs a good wipe down. The floor, nooks, and crannies need a good hard cleaning. The plates were sticky, and need to be cleaned better. I want this place to succeed, we need more Japanese restaurants that offer an experience like no other in San Antonio. But a little TLC and have someone go in there and clean it really good, and have the staff stop to wipe something down or pick up a dirty mat that’s all folded and dirty makes a difference.

Ever since I moved to San Antonio I’ve been to this Kura maybe 4 times. Each time I’ve gone the food seems to have LESS quality each time I go, and always seems to have new staff (I almost always go on a Saturday around 4-6pm)
I don’t get a lot, I kind of have a usual that I get going to any Kura. But the last time kinda broke the camel’s back.
I ordered my usual tonkotsu ramen with extra egg pieces, wagyu beef, umami oil beef, tuna, salmon sushi pieces, and an avocado hand roll- sometimes I’ll try something new..
THIS TIME however when I got my ramen, the eggs were overcooked, the noodles were UNDERcooked, the broth was warm, not hot.. And they were really skimpy on the avocado for the hand roll. It just seems like each time I go. Their food goes down. I wasn’t the only person to notice this either. My whole table’s food was not up to par, but I was the one who asked them to replace all of our ramens.
This would be the 6th Kura location I’ve visited btw so it’s not like “oh that’s just how Kura is”- no. No it’s not. But with this being the ONLY KURA IN SAN ANTONIO, you guys need to do better.
This is ALSO the only Kura I’ve Been to that have separators along the carousel so I don’t see the table on the other side.
2 for food because of dwindling quality.
3 for service because it took hella long for someone to get to us, and it wasn’t even a rush time.
5 on atmosphere because it’s Kura, it’s a fun place and it just feels so lively there- and the drink robots are cute little things

Fun place to eat. My child loved the robot that delivers your drinks to the table. I also was surprised by how good the mochi was. The restaurant reminded me of one that I visited in Tokyo. My only criticism is that the tables need to be wiped down better. I got a stain on my sweater after sitting down because the edge of the table still had some sauce on it from the previous party. The ordering screens could also use some cleaning, as well.

It is sad that I was one of the first customers to eat at this location when they first opened alongside my girlfriend and at the time it became our favorite spot to eat. Then over time the quality diminished, unsure why. The problems I have now is that the food takes an eternity to get to you even if you have it ordered directly. There is never enough food going around the belt and the system itself is horrible. They have 1 belt going around multiple tables that by the time it arrives to the end tables there is never anything left except for edamame and cheescake. They need to rework their system and have multiple belts for different sections of tables. We are forced to find somewhere else to frequent now.

I was the first one to check in when they opened. We were sat at table 17. Based on the way the belt moves, 17 is towards the end of the line. We dined for an hour and a half and the belt was empty the entire time other than scallops. We ordered on the screen and had to wait 30 minutes for the small portions. Food was decent. Not sure why if you arrive first, you would get sat at the end of the conveyor line.

Really great place to go if you have never had Japanese food. I would call it Japanese food LITE. E.g. - when you eat sushi it is always served with wasabi. Here you had to request wasabi. Portions are tiny. My miso ramen was bitter, on the verge of foul tasting, and too salty. There was an error with my order of octopus sushi and some other item of octopus was served. Orders have to be placed on a little tablet perched about the so-so-quality-food conveyer belt and the what-you-ordered conveyer belt. It is VERY hard to reach the tablet and do your ordering. The text on that tablet is tiny and probably understandable for repeat customers. This was my second visit to Kura; first was in Austin. So I wish Kura the best. If you have a business model that works -- go with it. If you want to get to know and love Japanese food - look elsewhere. My background = worked for a Japanese company for 22 years. Many, many, many sushi dinners. Two trips to Japan.

The staff was sooooo nice... so nice. But everything is sticky, the plates, the touch screen, the table, the soy sauce container. I went right at noon so about half an hour after open and there is no way the entire table got that sticky, in half an hour. They need to wipe everything down between each customer. All food was cold (anything hot has to be ordered) and anything charbroiled or seared is basically barely touched with a lick of fire... but it is a good place to try types of seafood you aren't sure you'd like and don't want an entire serving of it. Little robot gets in the way of the servers alot too but he winks to say sorry for it lol there were zero specialty items or prize packs available though so that also sucked.

This place has good food. However, their app is insanely bad information. You sign up for the waitlist via the app and it tells you that you have a wait. That means absolutely nothing. I had a 75 min wait, show up after receiving a text saying to check in with the hostess, and then am told I’m now on the real waitlist and it’s going to be an hour. I have kids who are hungry and were expecting to be seated when it told me to come up. There is zero reason to sign up via the app, the only thing that matters is checking in in person.
Complaining to the manager about this process just gets you told this is the process corporate makes them follow. He’s said people have put in surveys and nothing has changed.
They should delete the app waitlist if they’re only going off who is there physically in person.

most dishes were good if they were fresh. i counted a piece on rotation for over four whole rounds, which is highly unsanitary given we are dealing with FISH. made me wonder exactly how fresh and clean it is here, the bad ones were slimey. i was asked if i wanted wasabi that was never brought to me after i said yes. extra drinks we didnt ask for were brought to our table, resulting in a higher charge.

Cute place, food was good but I wouldn't wait long for a table.

Tried out Kura for the first time today! Some friends and I met for lunch. I wanted to give it 5 stars, but while I LOVE sushi, I have a latex allergy which includes avacado. This is always a struggle finding "pre made" sushi so I should have considered this prior to going. All of the Nigri is avacado free, but I like rolls! They had 3 that I could choose from. They don't make anything special order. So, for my limited options, I had to drop a star from my rating. But the robot waiter was adorable. It came and winked at me. I did try a few other things on the menu that were good and everyone at the table loved their dishes, just wish there was more I could have enjoyed roll wise.

The staff and food have been consistently awesome, and we have been regular patrons for almost two years now.
The check-in system continues to be the worst part of this experience. Kura had it right with their old system from over a year ago, but the current system consistently frustrates us on every visit.

The food was delicious and it’s great that you can start eating pretty much as soon as you sit down.
The problem is that the wait time to get seated is insanely long. I would not trust the initial waiting time they suggest. Our initial 30min wait time for 2 people turned into an 1hr 30 min wait. This was my experience on a Saturday so I don’t know what weekdays look like.
It’s nice to experience but if you see that the wait time is that long I would suggest going to an all you can sushi place and trying this place again another time. It ends up being about the same amount you spend.

The hosts were very friendly and courteous! This was our first visit here. The hosts asked if we were first timers and gave us the entire rundown which I appreciated. We had an absolute blast! The food was delicious! I actually don't eat raw fish, and I thoroughly enjoyed the tempura shrimp, fries,.crispy chicken, dumplings, and soup! We will definitely be back!

We love Kura and have been in Tokyo, Vegas, Miami, etc. This location however, is (very poorly) run by teenagers. They’re all very kind and nice, but the place is a huge mess: dirty gooey floors, plates piled up in every table with no cleanup in sight, food is not great and if you push the service button… no one will come.

Doesn’t know the difference between one hour and two hour wait time. Could have gone anywhere else to eat but this place had to waste our time.

Robot that brings your drinks is super cute. The variety was great and got to try new things. The restaurant was clean but smelled heavily of bleach. Wish there had been sauces on the table or an easy way to order them. The mochi was great and we all had a good time for my friend’s birthday.

The food and the experience were amazing! 😋 But the restaurant could use a little cleaning. 🧹 I even had to send back a beverage because the glass was dirty. 🤢 #RestaurantReview #CleanlinessMatters

If you are a big eater prepare to suffer the concecuences. Lol. Is truly an experience! There is a revolving belt, hence the name, with all kinds of rolls available for grabs. There are also appetizers, soups, desserts and specials you can order on the table screen. We usually spend 80-100 dollars each time because we usually consume around 20 plates with soups and desserts included. The experience is always great! 10/10.

Me and my son came here for the first time today and loved it! We ordered 9 plates, 1
soup and 2 desserts for $49. Not bad at all. Took us awhile to figure out the system but we liked it and will come back! It was a fun experience!

I'm not a big fish eater and they even had stuff for me.
My wife loves sushi and so far this is the best reaction to any sushi place I've ever seen her have.

Great premise for a restaurant, the robot servers are cute and the revolving option incentivizes you to try new items, careful though it can rack up a bill!

Delicious and so much fun! Food was fresh and easy to grad from the belt. Robots brought our drinks! Will def go again.

Our server Perla was fantastic and so helpful being the 1st time being there.

There is really no point to wait for belt to come around. Last last time I've learned just to order and call it a day. And even then they run out of shrimp. How do you run out of shrimp in a sushi place?

Food was good!! The wait was long but after that we enjoyed our sushi! Also this place is expensive!

This was our first time to Kura Sushi Bar with friends! Fun way to eat sushi with the rotating belt showcasing menu items. You can also order directly from the menu.

We went because we had such a great experience with this restaurant in Austin. But, the quality isn't the same. The restaurant wasn't as clean and the staff wasn't as responsive. It also took forever to get in when it wasn't very full.

Always amazing! The sea urchin is the best I could find so far! Really enjoy the service and atmosphere!

I’ve been going here since they first opened and I watched as the quality of the restaurant go down and yet my husband and I still came back. The dishes are always dirty, the tables and ordering monitor are sticky and we still came back. But today was kind of the last straw. We kept finding multiple pieces of hair in the real crab salad rolls and we alerted the staff but the only thing done about it was “I’ll let the manager know”. When we spoke to the manager he just said he will check the mix. And that was the end of the conflict. We were sent yet another plate and the top had been tossed around and I flipped one over and lo and behold, another hair. I really love Kura. I first had it in my hometown in SD and carried that love to Texas where there closest we could find it was Austin. We would make the drive at least once a month. So yeah we were happy it opened in SA. But I don’t think I can ever go back. This is heavily disappointing. Eat with caution ⚠️

This is a fun experience. Sometimes there is a wait for your choice to come around, but the convenience is awesome. Had such a good time and the food was very good. Definitely will be going back.

Amazing sushi

Rice was overcooked and mushy. Overall over priced for what is offered and what you get. Staff were friendly and attentive. If you never been to rotary sushi go for the experience. Otherwise Umiya has better selection of sushi and nigiri choices.

This place has really taken a turn for the worse. The sushi is okay , not great. The plates were hard to pick up, the screens at every table are so dirty. We pulled out a hair, two pieces of plastic from the sushi. We ordered teriyaki chicken for our kids and we had to send it back because it was so salty and tasted nothing like teriyaki chicken. The staff looks tired and miserable. The whole place looks dirty and the bathrooms the same. Save your time and money.

If you love all things Japanese, you'll love this place. High quality Sushi, and very good tempura. We didn't try any ramen but it looked delicious. Love being able to grab off the conveyor and put the small plates in the slot on the side of the table (that's how they count your plates) When you get to 15 plates a prize drops out of a Gatchapon style machine above your table! 😄 Oh yeah, Robots bring your drinks to the table as well! 🤖

My husband and I went to Kuras last Saturday, we were extremely excited to finally try this place out. The moment we walked into the restaurant I noticed how claustrophobic the place was, people were cutting through us to exit the place, now I did see the EXIT sign, so I guess there was another door that people could enter? I guess I missed it, not sure. Anyways, I looked at the floor when we walked in and noticed how extremely dirty the floors were, the place looked like it hasn’t been mopped in months. When we were seated, I noticed how dirty the touch screens were, you could see smeared finger prints all over the screens, along with gnats flying around the food, my husband had to kill them, we gave it the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to try the food out. Now, my husband is very much a big sushi lover and if he doesn’t like the sushi then that’s a problem. He was dissatisfied with the sushi, he knows when fish is fresh and the sushi was not fresh at all. I tried the ramen and fried rice, both of the foods were not appetizing. I ordered a green tea and my husband ordered a beer and both of the beverages we’re disgusting. My husband is a beer drinker as well and for him to not like a beer then that’s a problem too. My green tea had no flavor what so ever. When we decided that we were done eating, my husband had to use the restroom and when he returned he said the restroom was disgusting like it hasn’t been cleaned in months as well, he said there was piss stains all over the toilet. We were so disappointed when we left and the price that we paid for everything wasn’t worth it. Read my review or not but I stand by my long novel of a comment because this was how dissatisfied we were at this restaurant. We will not be returning here.

This place is so so good! There's a little robot that comes to give you your drinks and plays cute music! The food is a 10/10 and I recommend trying it. The place is clean and organized and your food that you can order comes right away! I recommend coming here!💓💓

Terrible experience upon arrival. Restaurant was practically empty, but they told us it would be about a 15 minute wait. So we stepped over to the side to wait. After a few minutes, someone walked up to us and told us we had to wait outside, in the 100 degree heat. Just seems like a restaurant should at least have a small area where we can wait, away from the elements. Especially if they are going to make you wait for a table in an empty restaurant.
And what’s more, when it was finally our turn to be seated, we walked back in the restaurant to find multiple parties *inside* waiting for their tables!

Food (taste wise) - 5 stars
Staff and service - 5 stars
Wait Times - 2 stars
Conveyor belt selection - 2 stars
My husband and I are Kura ADDICTS. When we lived in Austin we went to that location all the time and it was a near perfect experience every visit. The San Antonio location is a little rough around the edges, but not nearly as bad as so many “Karen’s” on here make it out to be.
The San Antonio location does usually not have a whole lot out (option wise) on the conveyor belt. I’ve learned to usually just order what I want from the get-go to ensure I don’t miss anything. The delivery times for the orders can be long, but this isn’t the kind of restaurant that you just pop in for a quick lunch, so I’ve never minded that.
The staff at this place are always great! I’ve worked in food service and I KNOW the struggle and the workers they have here are typically pretty fantastic, kind, and helpful. I think anyone who says they’re not has maybe never worked in the service industry before.
The only other major negative are the wait times. Depending on when you come, it is not crazy to wait an hour or more to be seated. Like I said, if you come here for a quick lunch this is not for you! Otherwise, if you’re just here to have a leisurely meal and do some casual window shopping, the wait times are really not bad.
The only other potential “negative” I can gripe about is the price. When I first started going 6 years ago, a bowl of ramen was $5.25. When I saw the menu this evening it was $10.60 and the size was the same. I know times are tough, but YEEOUCH I can’t justify some of their pricing.
Overall, I’ll always recommend this place to others. The sushi is pretty bomb for the price, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff are really sweet. In my view, anyone who has a major problem with the place either is upset because of (inflated) prices or because they had to wait a *short* time to get what they want.

The concept is really cool and I got a kick out of the robot that serves drinks! I wasn't a fan of the sushi...cold, mushy, and very small. The kids enjoyed it while me and my husband were glad they enjoyed it. I won't be back, but the kids might go with their dad again.

The scallop sushi was the best, me and my friend we both love it and ordered a lot!! Ramen is not recommended, it’s just like instant noodle. It’s so funny to see the sushi came out from the revolving belt, and you can always order the dishes you like if you cannot find them on the plates.

Place was awesome. Very pricy, but I knew that before. I tried at least one of every plate they had. Not as fresh as some other places but the atmosphere made the difference. The soup I ordered was too salty though. I will go again
