What sets JingHe apart from others is their presentation. Many dishes have an incredibly artistic flair, including the use of flowers, geometric designs in sauces, and even vertical stacking. While I can't say JingHe is my absolute favorite, it is certainly among the top contenders, and I would happily go there again and again.

UPDATE: came back for seconds and enjoyed every bit of it. I highly recomend giving them a try. Service was amazing and every food item was equally delicious.

I had a decent dining experience. We opted for a-la-cart and enjoyed each item we tried. Just be advised, small plates are exactly that, so don't expect large portions.
The service was a little slow, however it was a busy time. Aside from that, we enjoyed our visit.

The food was delicious, but they won't let you mix the specials at the table. Adults know not to share in these situations, but I guess that's what they're afraid of. I wanted the lunch special and my friend wanted the dinner special. I ended up paying $20 more than I wanted to because of this. When we asked if we could switch tables to single seating situations and just sit near each other, management said we couldn't do that either. They almost lost the whole bill, but we were on a schedule and didn't have time to go to another restaurant.

Great place. Glad I got hungry on the way to the hotel. Another surprise was the decent all-you-can-eat price for the quality and plating. One of the oysters tasted a bit off, though, and I felt a bit queasy later, but everything else was fantastic.

The server was friendly and helpful but did forget to tell me what each nigiri was . The dishes came out pretty quick even when the place got to 75% full.

Will definitely return if I stay nearby again.

A great spot for all you can eat delicious Japanese food! The sushi was super fresh, beef tongue is delicious, and they also have 5 different flavors mochi ice cream. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. If you’re in the mood for tasty all you can eat Japanese cuisine in a relaxed setting, definitely give this place a try!

Service and atmosphere are great. Walking in and taking a seat is an immediate great experience. However, the food mimics a bit of Russian roulette. There are lots of really great dishes and rolls, but all it takes is one to ruin it. I had some great food like the ribeye, rockstar roll, spicy tuna, some sides, and the ramen.

But I think the salmon might have been off that night. The salmon carpaccio and the Philadelphia roll both tasted extremely fishy and chewy. My wife and I spat both out, and stayed away from anything salmon the rest of our meal.

Overall, not bad? Hard to say if it’s a fluke. Might be a few months before I come back.

They kicked us out after ordering three rounds of food, citing the 90 min time limit. Had to eat our 2nd dinner at home cause none of us got our fill for the night.

The place was busy, but it's not my fault your chefs are so slow cranking out the food between rounds.
At least learn to apply grace as appropriate when you implement the time rule!
Place is a scam. I do not recommend. DO NOT bring your friends and family- no one is going to be filled.

Me and my girl found this place by accident one night, and have been back 3 weeks in a row. We are both lifetime service industry workers, so when I tell you this place is phenomenal, I mean it not only as a patron, but as a chef. I judge the quality of a places fish by their raw scallop, hamachi, and the temperature of their sushi. This place is TOP NOTCH. We have been served by Jimmy multiple times, and his service was impeccable. I have never seen a place with such an efficient dinner service, while still maintaining such high quality standards and consistency. In 3 visits, we have not had a single bad thing to say about any of it. These guys know what they are doing, and i look forward to seeing them again soon.

Wife and I came here because of tic tok.
As soon as we entered the door the restaurant was full. We put our name down, they said it would be a 20 min wait but we only had to wait for barely 5 min.
We came for the all the you can eat menu
My wife hardly likes ramen or noodles or any kind and she loves the ramen here and I must say it was delicious.
The yellowtail was the freshest tasting yellowtail I've ever had. everything on the menu that we tried was amazing. The wait staff checked on us consistently, friendly and great experience all the way around
Also how come restaurant sodas taste better than store bought sodas?

Small restaurant however all-you can eat sushi and ramen for 38 bucks each person!!! No brainer!!

Food was mid at best. Everything that we ordered that was served fried was burnt. Everything had a bad fish taste, clearly low quality products. When we brought this to the attention of our server, the lead server took over and told us we would not be compensated because the food is already cheap.

Only issue is with seating, i think the staff gets overwhelmed easily and it makes things tough. BUT the food is great, high quality fish, and the wait staff does a really good job. It’s still a newer place so I think they’ll keep improving.

We celebrated our daughter's 16th birthday at JingHe and it was a fantastic experience. The ambiance was perfect for a special occasion, with plenty of room and for our group of 10.

The food was absolutely incredible. The sushi was incredibly fresh, with beautifully presented rolls and nigiri. We especially loved the shrimp tempura, garlic noodles and ramen. The other dishes we tried were equally delicious (and we tried several).

The service was great! It definitely felt more like the whole staff was helping us, which early on wasn’t clear. Our servers were attentive and knowledgeable, making our dining experience even more enjoyable and they were so kind to our kiddo and her energetic friends. We would definitely recommend JingHe for a special occasion or a just a delicious meal out.

THIS IS THE SPOT. The food was absolutely perfect. So fresh and yummy! My partner and I did the 39$ menu and were blown away with how many delicious choices we had. The food and customer service were well worth the price and more! After every plate we finished the workers would immediately take our empty plate. This all you can eat experience felt classy and clean. Big shout out to the servers and chefs. Everyone was so kind and attentive. 11/10. We will 100% be coming back with all our friends!!

Overall the food was good, however the takoyaki was FROZEN. The takoyaki was warm on the outside but FROZEN in the inside. It was so gross. As this is an all you can all you can eat/buffet,I don’t expect everything to be fresh but having the first item we try be frozen really ruins the experience, especially for the price being higher than your average place.

The nigiri here is probably the best quality out of all the AYCE places I've been to (and even better than places where it's a la carte only)! Even better is that you can order sashimi + other delicious sides (my favorites: the fried squid, shishito peppers, wasabi octopus, and mochi ice cream).

The best thing is that this place offers Sweet Shrimp which is rare to find at other sushi places, and it tastes fresh, buttery, and sweet here.

The servers were so kind and friendly, and they were quick and responsive as well!

Also, they have a claw machine and I won a cute sushi plush keychain!

The absolute best ayce sushi place in dfw. Granted, I’ve only tried 4, but this one blows it out of the water in quality, experience, and taste in literally everything you order. I went on both an insanely slow time and the dinner rush hour, and both times we got our sushi orders out in under 8 mins. I drove an hour and a half to try this restaurant with a group of our foreign exchange girls. They were all so excited for sushi! We arrived at 1pm only to be told after waiting 15-20 minutes that they wouldn’t seat us because the kitchen was closing and they did not have time…. Extremely disappointed.
When we arrived I even asked if we could sit outside and was told no due to the seats being wet. They had very little water on a couple seats. I even said I would wipe them down to which was told no.
Extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially due to the distance we travelled for the sole purpose of trying this restaurant.

Was not a big fan of the food. The steak bowl for example was extremely bland. The sushi included in the 19$ AYCE was sub par - cheap sushi options like spicy tuna that did not taste good. The ambience and setting was nice, presentation of food was nice. Would be willing to try again if they tweak the seasonings/taste and provide a better selection of sushi for the 19$ AYCE.

I have dined at this restaurant several times and took a few friends from California here again last Saturday. It's a small place with a great atmosphere, and they can easily accommodate larger groups by putting tables together. The food was fantastic, the prices were unbelievable, and they offer a wide selection of sakes and Japanese whisky. The service was excellent as well. Overall, it's a wonderful spot for authentic Japanese food at a incredible price. Similar meals at other Japanese restaurants would cost me hundreds more.

However, I was surprised to see some negative reviews from a list of Chinese customers. Many of these reviews lack detailed photos or seem repetitive. I have visited this place over 10 times and have never had any health issues. I'm baffled as to why a group of people might be bashing this restaurant. Maybe I am reading too much into it, but like many others, I really enjoy this place and hope they can continue to serve great food at such a good price.

My fiance and I came here for dinner service, and while the staff was nice and attentive to us, I experienced food poisoning the day after. My fiance was safe, and the only thing she didn't eat (which I finished her portion of) were the raw oysters and the raw sweet shrimp. I'm a frequent raw seafood eater so it's not a case of having a sensitive stomach, I think there was truly something wrong there. It's been 2 months since then, and I'm still having digestive issues from the time I got sick.

They have great service and the sushi chefs are wonderful. Went with my girlfriend and had a bottle of wine and ate sushi for days. The ramen was killer. Definitely give the crunchy rice a shot and the shrimp tempura. It was $40 for all you can eat if you want to try everything, so all and all it was about $90. Me and my husband do more damage with less food/drink at a typical sushi restaurant. It may not look like much but WOW. So good. Also love the location right next to Hyena’s.

Please check your credit card statements. I left an 18% tip on my bill and when I checked my statement, the tip charges were more than 40% of the bill. I have since disputed this overcharge w my cc. Someone seems to have intentionally charged my card more than I authorized. It was not a mistake since the charge was not doubled(where the tip could have been added twice in error, but an additional 22% tip on top of my 18% tip!)

the food was brought out very very fast which was great but our drink order was never taken until we asked and not all the menu options like the ice cream was on the menu which was a little bit confusing. Also we had a group of 7 and they said a max of 4 checks but then gave us one receipt to write on there how we want to split the check which was confusing for us and the waitress and it took a very long time to figure out.

didn’t even make it through the front door! Website is extremely misleading. They detail their ‘$19 all you can eat’ option and let you know how they will charge extra for any unfinished plates etc - very typical of an AYCE restaurant. One thing they fail to mention is that the $19 AYCE option is only available Mon-Thurs! We had a Sunday booking and were looking so forward to it until we had read a review mentioning how the couple got there and ended up paying $39pp…we immediately called the restaurant to check that this wasn’t true to be told ‘yeah that’s only Monday-Thursday’…wow! Not a care in the world that they are literally out here tricking people into coming to their restaurant! We had to cancel a couple of hours before we were due to go. They need to update their menu & stop trying to trick people!

Our workplace held a large party and had a blast! The staff was so friendly and the sushi chef Danny prepared specialty rolls and sashimi for us. Perfection! Great environment too. This is our new favorite sushi spot!

This place is awesome!!! I really enjoyed the food and the service. Sushi were 10/10. You pay $39.99 for the whole ayce menu. My favorite salmon was outstanding which being cutted supper thick and fresh in my mouth. Our server was Jack showed great intergrity and showed us how to go about things…. comeback for sure

Today is the second time that me and my girlfriend came here, the AYCE is a vast variety of food selections, they also have hibachi food included, all of the food are fresh and tasty, even the atmosphere is nicely comfortable. The best part of my second time eating here is our server Jake, he is super attentive and put extra effort on taking care of us. This will be our go to spot for sushi, highly recommended!

The $19 AYCE is only available on weekdays, not on the weekends. This was not stated on their website, and we ended up having to choose the $39 ayce menu (unless you want to choose a la carte). The food was actually good for the most part. The service was okay. The wait time in between each order was horrible! We waited a minimum of 30 minutes between each order, and we were falling asleep. We spent 3 hours total in the restaurant and left feeling just barely content in our stomachs. But they did give us a coin to play their claw machine which was fun.

**Food Poisoning! - Avoid This Place!**

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was absolutely horrendous—rude staff, incredibly slow, and they completely messed up our order. It took over an hour to get our food, and when it finally arrived, it was poorly prepared.

But the worst part? Both my friend and I got food poisoning after eating here. We had the sushi rolls, and later that night, we were both incredibly sick.

I strongly advise against eating here unless you want to risk your health. There are plenty of other sushi spots in town—do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!

The food was good, but you get such little food for the money you spend. I think I spent 6$ on a "Sushi Roll" which meant 4 pieces of Sushi to these guys. The 4 pieces of sushi tasted like any other sushi. Take your money somewhere where you will get more sushi for your buck, this place isn't worth it unless you're getting the cheap week-day all-you-can eat deal. Otherwise, steer clear.

I dined here not that long ago. I was advertise that there is a $39 buffet all you can eat. I was given a special menu what I can order. I marked what I wanted and gave it to the waitress. She came back told me that if I ordered anything extra it will be charged extra. I said okay that’s fine I’ll take the buffet only. Then a waiter gave me my check I was charged 6 extra meals/sides. They didn’t give me my full card what I ordered on there. I spent almost $90 on just me. My daughter just ate a few noodles.

This was my first time coming here. Heard about this place from TikTok and wanted to give it a try. The staff was very friendly and informative how the different options worked. The following day both my husband and I had serious food poisoning symptoms of fever, nauseousness and diarrhea. It was awful. Never suffered from any food poisoning like this. Hopefully no one will have to go through what we did.

I arrived without a reservation and was pleased that the host made an effort to accommodate me.

The meat was generally good, except for the beef kalbi, which seemed to have an issue with its preparation. I returned it to the server.

The sashimi quality was also disappointing compared to other Japanese sushi restaurants, which may be due to this being an all-you-can-eat establishment.

On a positive note, the oysters were excellent.

Unfortunately, there was a mix-up with my order. The waiter mistakenly served me someone else’s food. Dining alone, I knew it wasn’t my order. When I pointed this out, the waiter told me to just enjoy the food and did nothing to rectify the situation. I waited for the host and asked her to check my order sheet. It turned out the waiter had mistagged my table. Despite showing them the pen with blue ink I was given, which differed from the black ink on the mistaken order sheet, they insisted it was my order. I felt bad for the person who actually ordered the food and had to wait longer.

Overall, the experience was just okay, but I'm uncertain if I would give it another try.

Glad I came to this place with my friends and family. A small but nice restaurant in the area.
$39 AYCE menu was a great price for such an excellent experience. I like sashimi and sushi so definitely gonna come back. The oysters were juicy and fresh. I was hesitate at first looking at the reviews but glad I gave it a try. My kids love cheese wonton and mochi ice cream.
Staffs were helpful, nice and really quick even with 100% full.

Food is good! The AYCE $39 is a good deal if you like to order a lot of nigiri.

Service is an issue. They have buttons on the tables that buzz wristbands worn by the servers. This system is not working. We had to press our button many times to get any attention.

Atmosphere is cute. Definitely casual.

I was one of the many unlucky ones who got food poisoning within 48 hours of eating here, which usually points to norovirus contamination. My friend is chinese and says local chinese social media is blowing up about the food poisoning from this place, so it is definitely not an isolated issue.

Don’t believe the paid Instagram or TikTok “influencers”. It’s not truly AYCE. You’re given 90 mins to order your food (not mentioned anywhere), they limit you to 10 pieces per order then throttle back the service after your second order.
The selection is very limited, even for the higher priced menu. “Premium” tuna belly is just tuna, beef tongue was flavorless and chewy, tempura is the packaged frozen variety, fried oysters are dime-sized balls of fried dough, tonkatsu ramen is Maruchan Instant Noodles with an egg.
This place isn’t what you would expect from a Japanese owned and operated establishment. Save your time and money

This has to be my worth experience at a Japanese AYCE restaurant, the food took forever to come, we waited for 90mins before even see any dish, the sashimi was not cut, I mean literally not cut, all connected when try to pick up, shrimp were sticky, and oyster were stink, got food poisoned afterwards. My wife and I dined here on 7/20 and got food poisoning for the next five days. It was HORRIBLE , we are talking about non stopping diarrhea, constant throwing up 🤮, not able to eat anything for the first two days, fever and headaches for a week. I lost 4 pounds.

I recently visited this restaurant and was thoroughly disappointed. The food was mediocre at best, and to make matters worse, they were out of sweet shrimp and chutoro during our visit. We ordered a scallop, and it took almost an hour to arrive, despite us repeatedly asking for it. The overall experience was frustrating and not worth the time or money. I wouldn't come again.

Update: DO NOT COME‼️I ended up getting diarrhea and vomiting the whole night after eating at this restaurant.
