Went here with a few friends and had an amazing time! We had alot of help from everyone but our main server was Lisa and she was very attentive when it came to grill changes and getting all of our sides right. lots of menu items and the sushi was pretty good too.

I’m giving this place three stars, but it has the potential to be a solid four-star establishment with a few improvements. We dined here on a busy Monday evening, and the restaurant was packed, which is understandable given the appeal of all-you-can-eat meat. However, the quality of the meat could definitely be improved. While I understand they can’t offer top-tier cuts at this price point, slightly better quality would make a big difference.

It might also help if they introduced a wider variety of meat options or offered details about the cuts being served. As for the other food items, some could use a little tweaking—like the corn, which was overloaded with cheese. The eggs were decent but nothing special.

The staff was friendly but seemed inexperienced. They struggled to manage things efficiently—our grill kept burning because they didn’t regulate the temperature properly, and a few of our orders were forgotten or not placed correctly.

Overall, the experience was okay, but there’s room for improvement. With better meat quality, more attentive service, and some adjustments to the menu, this place could easily earn four stars.

I saw a video and had to try it out. So so gald I did!! My husband and I love sushi and this was amazing!! Fresh and quality ingredients with excellent service. All you can eat sushi was a great experience. We definitely will be back to try the other options as well as get more sushi.

This is our 3rd time coming here and we got a new server becuase our usual server wasn't working today. Lisa was very attentive and even spoke in korean to my mom to make things easier. We never really waited too long and the timing of when food was done on the grill vs when new food came out was as close to perfect as it could get with how busy the place seemed. This is our usual special event spot and it's been very consistent and the menu even got bigger.

Had such a great time here this past weekend! Visited from out of state and this stop was a culinary highlight of my trip to the area. Our server Kevin flawlessly took care of our large group without any issues. We ordered off the kbbq and sushi menus and everything tasted good and had great presentation!

My fourth time at Bros and Chris was our server. He was by far the most attentive and helpful service we’ve had. Chris did a fantastic job tending to all of his tables during the chaos of a Saturday night and made sure we had everything we needed. My friend had question about the Shabu and Chris was very informative on the various options and recommended the Bros Special spicy base, it was delicious!! Thanks Chris! We’ll be back!

We.went here while we were in town. Nice set up. Grills at each table. Good heat and they will swap out dirty grills frequently. We had the all you can eat meat and sushi. I really liked the rice cakes, broccoli, and japchae for sides. I loved the dumplings and spring rolls too. The marinaded short ribs were my favorite. I also liked the brisket. They were delicious!! All the other meats were good too. We also tried a few rolls...my ex girlfriend, shrimp tempura roll, and a roll with cucumber. They were all good but I would probably just do the Korean BBQ if I went back. I didn't eat enough for both all you can eat.

Bros is one of my favorite places to eat. The food quality and value is great. The service was exceptional. It was super busy, but our server, Kevin, was very attentive and made sure we always got what we needed. Bros not only offers delicious food but a genuinely enjoyable dining experience. We always come back and request Kevin as our server.

Been here plenty of times and it’s great every single time! They sometimes have combo specials so check out their social media for their promos! I always get their kbbq and sushi combo. The nigiri’s are smaller compared to other sushi spots, but I think it’s the perfect size without getting too full. They have a large selection of meats for the kbbq and appetizers. One complaint, everytime we order the ika geso (squid legs), it’s always burnt/overcooked. They have egg and cheesy corn on the plate that they can refill. Workers are great with changing the plates when needed. I’ve never tried their hot pot, but they do have a sauce cart that you have access to even if you don’t get the hot pot option. Overall, love this place!

Solid kbbq and sushi. So spoiled for options I would recommend trying one option at a time. Had to take a star off for service as the waitstaff was hard to flag down and there was a long wait time for our sushi order because the “kitchen was backed up”

We found this place through a friend who worked there. Delicious. We live over an hour away now, and we will gladly make the trip to eat here everytime we want KBBQ. Worth the price, and their ice cream fridges are always stocked. 10/10 will definitely come back

Overall good place. Our waiter was attentive, for our big group of 10 people we had the meats come quickly, and the grills were changed fairly often so our meat didn’t burn.

Only thing to be careful of is that the table all has to order the same thing, for example our group of 10 — 5 of us wanted BBQ and the other 5 wanted Shabu. They waiter told us we could not do that, even though we had 2 separate tables and c we’re doing 2 separate checks. He stated the whole group had to get the same thing, and whoever wanted other stuff could add to it. This was definitely frustrating as it doesn’t say this on the website or when you call to make a reservation, however our waiter was very kind and did his best to explain this to us.

Food was great, it looked just like it was on the website, the atmosphere was comfortable. My main and only concern was the LACK OF SERVICE, I had 8 in my party.  I have a large family but not demanding. We are reasonable people and spend a lot of money when dining out because our family is so big. When I say basic service, let me explain. We were provided with 1 paper napkin each (for the whole dinner), 1 water for the table of 8 (for the whole dinner), 2 servings of rice for 5 people who had the BarBQue service (for the whole dinner), yes I did say 2 servings of rice. It just felt as if they did not want to assist us. Everytime I requested something the male server pretended he did not hear me.and continued to walk away.  I had to finally chase after him to get his attention for service. I feel that we will not be recommending this place on any social platform. I am an overly gracious tipper but I did not tip extra due to the lack of service provided.   We spent over $500+ dollars and did not have basic service, if we had not driven 45 minutes to try this place we would have left.  This is so sad since the food was good but bad service is not appetizing. Would not advise anyone to go after today's dinner.

PS: The reply is true gaslighting at its finest. You tell me after viewing the camera we should not feel negelected. Funny thing is you can not tell me how to feel about a situation. Number one we did not even know the young lady was our server. We have 4 different people all not being attentive to our needs during our dinner. Based on you response, I understand what your rsponse is saying to me. No we will not be back.

Very solid place, we were originally put off by the price but in terms of quality it’s unmatched. We had a few servers check up on us but our main server was Lisa (and someone else but we never got his name). Made our birthday celebration run very smoothly!

Went here for a celebratory dinner today with my family and they got us in pretty quickly despite us not having a reservation. The two waiters who assisted us really made sure we were taken care of but we only got Lisa's name. Excitingly big menu, but it was a little overwhelming from the sheer amount of options. Lisa gave really good suggestions so that really helped. This is a really solid place, we decided to give this place a try because our usual place was too full and I'm glad we did because now we have a new spot!

Had lunch here. Service was terrible we didn’t get water for 25 mins of sitting down. We had to get up and ask someone for it and to order. After only the second round of choices they pretty much gave up on our table. No refills or check if we needed anything.
$133 for only 8 choice of meat that are subpar.
I felt robbed.
Also we had to wait in the front foyer to ask for our check.

Service needs improvement. Every table was just looking at each other with disappointment.

Visited with a friend who was from out of state and some others. Took 20 minutes to get a table in a very close to empty restaurant. No apologies or empathy was given. We were a party of 6. The food was good but the service and attitudes of the servers was not the best. Dirty looks when asking for refills, and too much time to get drinks in general. The 20% Automatic gratuity when we had horrible service was the cherry on top of the bad service. Absolutely will never return to this restaurant. Very disappointing experience overall, would not recommend. Train your staff better please for future other guests.

I visited this place once and wouldn’t return. The food and service were average, and there are definitely better K-BBQ options in Carrollton. What bothered me the most was the lack of cleanliness—the chairs and tables were not thoroughly cleaned, with food stains and crumbs on almost every seat, yes, almost all of them not just one. It was extremely unpleasant. I hope they take the time to improve their cleaning practices for a better dining experience.

Great first time here! Phil definitely made us feel welcomed at our first time here! Phil gave great recommendations and did the cool tornado with the bottle of soju, we will come back for sure, for the Bros we made along the way. The KBBQ came out fast, and was good quality meat. Bros Korean BBQ was my second Korean BBQ experience -- if you haven't been, it's a very advanced dining experience. The food was divine and our server, Joanne, was an absolute joy -- she was so patient and kind, pointed out all her favorite menu items from the mammoth list of options they have, and she even made us her personal favorite dipping sauce mixture for our shabu. It was a perfect special-occasions meal that I'm certainly going to remember for the rest of my life, I can't recommend it enough.

My friend and I did the shabu and bbq for dinner. The meat was sliced thin but was really good quality. I loved that it all cooked fast. There was a good spread of banchan to eat with the bbq. Disappointing Experience - Poor Food & Service
I really regret coming here. The food was awful – definitely not worth the $50 price tag for hot pot and grilled dishes. The meat was bland, and nothing about the meal felt fresh or tasty. To make matters worse, the service was terrible. We were a group of four, but could only order four plates of meat at a time, which felt really inefficient. After waiting forever, they came by 30 minutes later to check if we needed anything else, which was frustrating. The worst part was the staff—specifically the guy with glasses—who had such a rude attitude when asking for the "last call" order. It completely ruined the experience. I had read the bad reviews before, but my friend insisted on trying it out, and it turned out to be as bad as the reviews suggested. Definitely not coming back.

I guess the owner wants to be different and went for trio buffet , but not worth it . You can choose between 2 or 3 buffet choice. We choose the bbq and sushi buffet. We only order 1 round of meat because the quality of the meat was very bad . Before we decided to go my husband and I decided to order 1 more round of different meat because paying $50 for person and did eat much. We waited for 20 minutes and we thought it was taking too long so we ask one of the Asian waiter that we order a meat and didn’t receive it for 20 minutes and he told us he is going to go and check on it. He came back and said that they are cutting the meat . 10 minutes pass and I asked another waitress and told her the same thing and she said she will check on it too snd came out and said that she doesn’t think the order never went through. We waited sitting there for 30 minutes in buffet for meat that was never going to come out . I know Korean restaurants and Korean bbq restaurants closed down in this building because of bad business. This was the worst buffet for the money that I been to . I went back on October 2024 and had shabu and sushi , but shabu had poor chose of add in and sushi was ok. I eat out almost 6 days a week because I don’t cook, so I experience and taste so many different food. Food and price point is still not worth it. I still give 3 chance when the open up and give it a time , but this pls e is not for me or my family.

the meat was good but the grill can be smaller than i'm used to. a little pricier than gen but i was met with great service. Phil Tran was our server. he provided exceptional service refilling our meats and water at the right moment.

Came on a Friday night as a group of 10 with reservations. Seating was prompt. One of our grills wasn’t working properly - which I understand, it happens. Except.. I wasn’t too fond of how our server held the grill plate full of juicy raw meat over the banchan while another person serviced the burner (happened twice during our visit). They did manage to get a fire going, but, it wasn’t strong enough to cook anything. 😕

Food quality otherwise was good. Sushi & Shabu were great. Willing to give this place another try.

I came here over the weekend with my friends and it was incredible! The food was amazing and shoutout to Lisa for the best service!! She was so engaging and helpful with food and drink selections. The experience was amazing and so much fun! We will definitely be coming back!

I just went here for the first time and I definitely will be coming back!! Our server, Lisa, was SO sweet and engaging, making sure to change out our grill often (we are not the best grillers, sorry girl) and laughing at our dumb jokes. The vibes are nice, the food was spectacular, and they even had the Yogurt flavored soju that I can never seem to find. 10/10

Pleasantly surprised with our experience! The menu is very extensive for the BBQ, sushi, and shabu. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate, but also accommodating to larger parties. Love how clean the restaurant was. Phil, our server, went above and beyond! He was very attentive and friendly.

Came here with a group for the KBBQ and Sushi. The KBBQ was high quality. Ellie recommended the marinated rib fingers and they were great. Meat and sushi came out quickly and i had frequent grill changes. Awesome service and great food

I went to Bros for this first time this past weekend, and as a connoisseur of kbbq I was very pleased with the entire experience. The service that Joanne provided was amazing. The sauce bar was unique, and delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable. The quality of meat was great, and the sides were also spectacular. Can’t wait until the next time I go again.

Visited on Saturday at 3pm. There were multiple tables that were open. However I was rejected to be seated since it was only 1 person. I sometimes go to a late lunch after work on weekends and I have never been rejected saying that they don't take 1 person. I understand if it was dinner time on the weekends, but at 3pm? when there were multiple tables still available? that was new.

Second time returning to Bros on a recommendation from my old coworker in the service industry. First time was a month or so ago, we arrived and waited an abnormally long time for our waters. Order came and the food was amazing, service wasn’t great but it was okay. Throughout our meal we begin noticing less and less of our servers presence. After waiting roughly 45 minutes staring at the wall with our arms crossed, I eventually asked the host if we may close out because our server had disappeared, and she informed me she did in fact leave (in the middle of our meal without communication.) Anyways, I get it. I’ve worked a lot of angles of service so I brushed it off.

Fast forward to today - we returned with our family friend who is visiting out of his base in Oklahoma, excited. We are sat quickly with Becca as our server and greeted within 10 minutes, we ask for waters and order cocktails. Cocktails come out in about 15 minutes, followed by no water. We order food, ask for waitress again for water and order white rice along without our Shabu and Sushi. Our meats for Shabu come first, followed by the soup base 5 minutes later. This is then followed by 2 separate occasions of asking for rice and not receiving it, then another long wait with an empty water can. Photo is attached just to show the state our table was in for approximately 30 minutes before we were finally asked if we wished to close out. Service is a disappointment and it’s a shame because the food shines so bright.

The food at this restaurant was exceptional! The sushi had a perfect balance of fish and rice, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The barbecue was also fantastic, especially the brisket, which I highly recommend along with the delicious sides. The staff were super friendly and efficient,especially Joanne I believe her name was; who was particularly helpful and fast. Overall, I highly recommend this place for great food and excellent service!👍🏻

It was such a confusing process to order. Only two people from our party of 9 wanted sushi and they charged us $10 extra per person just because of that. The food was good but I won’t be coming back. Way too pricey.

Amazing service, super friendly and quick, Joanne did a fantastic job! The food was great, we had at least four rounds of the marinated short ribs and the bulgogi each. We tried the jowl, tongue, pork belly, and so much more and it was all delicious. Definitely recommend trying out this place as everything was fresh and the service being spot on.

We got the shabu and kbbq combo. Didn’t make a reservation in advance but still managed to get seated within 30 minutes of arrival. Food came out quickly and service was great. Quality of the meat was good.

I saw a video and had to try it out. So so gald I did!! My husband and I love sushi and this was amazing!! Fresh and quality ingredients with excellent service. All you can eat sushi was a great experience. We definitely will be back to try the other options as well as get more sushi.
