We only use premium grade sushi product delivering the best and the finest hand made appetizers, sushi rolls, Nigiri, Don't be fooled by "all you can eat". We make everything made to order, never pre-made. From Soju to Sake, we have an amazing selection of beverages.
Atmosphere is great, the service could be more attentive, and the food options could be more expansive. The all you can eat rule I don’t necessarily like because if one person doesn’t or does your party is paying the all you can eat price. Definitely was more a fan of the sushi the specialty rolls but try as much as you want. Nigiri seared salmon and yellowtail I highly recommend. Teriyaki was a little dryer but still good. Overall a great place for the group just be mindful of someone in your party isn’t wanting all you can eat.

The food here was tasty and the server was very polite and quick with our order. For a larger group, the food came out in an organized way.
I recommend putting all orders in on one order sheet, handing it in and prepare to share. It becomes a lot of food quickly.
You will have to pay extra if a lot of the food is left uneaten and it's states clearly at the bottom of the main menu.

Been here plenty of times and we love this place! Love their seared salmon nigiris. Only complaint would be that they limit the amount of carpaccio per person per round. Did not know they offered sashimi but we were surprised when the waiter said we could order sashimi instead of the carpaccio. The yellowtail sashimi was on the thicker side, but everything else was great! Lots of appetizers and options!

Just your average AYCE sushi place. Soon as we walked in, they emphasized charging for left overs. Once we sat down, once again, we were told of overcharges for left overs.
The jallapeno bomb, the crab rangoons and edamame were the only really good things here. And those were apps.
I unfortunately wouldn't visit again. For the price, I'd rather pay less and go to Ohayo.

The place was nice and clean! Great service, and the sushi was good too! It was nice to see the managers taking care of customers and the place, which is a great quality. The only issue was that the spicy tuna on the Ahi tower was too spicy, and we couldn’t finish it. Aside from that, everything was delicious, and it was an enjoyable experience.

The sushi here is amazing for a buffet. The value is in the nigiri which I recommend. The service was spot on as food was consistently received 10-15 after submission. Would definitely recommend going here with friends or family.

This is my all-time favorite sushi restaurant in DFW. Nowhere beats the quality, the price, or the service. We've been coming here since the place opened. Our son basically grew up here, and everyone there is always so nice to him. The sheer amount of options they have paired with their amazing quality is unmatchable anywhere else. This is the sushi restaurant I always recommend to friends and family. Go now, you won't regret it!
Edit 12/14/24: STILL THE BEST SUSHI AYCE OF ALL TIME. We've been coming here since they opened, and the quality has only gotten better and the owners, managers, servers, and workers have remained extremely kind and caring of customers. They just made an orange panda for our 3 year old 🥲

Have gone to this place twice and both times I have enjoyed the food and service. I haven’t tried the all you can eat yet, but it’s something I want to try soon (need to go when I’m more hungry and with a party who’ll also enjoy it as well).
I’ve tried two of their speciality rolls plus their crab Rangoon’s and everything is DELICIOUS

My wife, brother and sister in law came here for our Birthday Celebrations on a friends recommendation and Sushi Kushi is the best bang for your buck sushi restaurant in DFW!
Most AYCE places have poor service and quality of fish, but SK excelled in both. The service was quick as we received our orders very quickly and the servers were friendly. The star of the show was the sushi itself. The quality and the freshness of the fish was top notch, and the combination of flavors on the rolls that we ordered were creative and delicious. I can’t wait to bring back more friends and family in the future!

After hours of shopping during a visit to Carrolton from Waco, I was starving with a major craving for sushi, sake, and Japanese bar bites. Spotted Sushi Kushi across the street from H Mart, and after seeing it was an all you can eat, I gave it a try. Truly, so glad I did!
Being a single diner, my experience with service usually focuses on bigger ticket tables, leaving me waving someone down to get an order. Refreshingly, this was never the case; I was treated like a queen by the staff, especially Ryota, who took the time to warmly welcome me and even show me a couple of their interesting sake options to match my selections. For $40 at dinner, constantly having new plates of sashimi and carpaccio followed by crispy karaage and tempora, I was so satisfied while feeling almost pampered during my visit. Although I was solo, the atmosphere (cool music!) and generous space had me planning out the next group dinner before walking out the door.
This is the place for anyone who knows what they want or likes to share lots of flavors across the table when hosting a group of friends over multiple “courses”. Right off of the action of the shopping areas, there is plenty of parking and a more laid back, mature vibe, so even easier to come stress free and let them take care. Highly recommend.

The menu is pretty big with bunch of options to choose from. Definitely suggest you to visit and try the ALL YOU CAN EAT!! Trust me it's worth every penny!! 😻
P.S. Try the handrolls too they're delicious!!

I was looking for a sushi restaurant nearby and came upon this new place that just opened. My friend does not eat sushi but I saw they had hibachi as well so we decided to try this place out. We both had the all you can eat and omg...this was the best all you can eat sushi restaurant that I've been to. I love sushi so I have been to many all you can eat sushi restaurants in many different cities but this place was the best. The all you can eat dinner included hibachi, as well as many different kinds of cooked items, so my friend was happy too. I will definitely come back!

I did all you can eat dinner. The sashimi was really good. The crab rangoons and takoyaki we're great. The crab rangoons were thinner skinned than most places, which I liked. The crag ragoon was very creamy and yummy, but didn't have much (or any?) crab.
I also tried the eel and avocado roll, which I thought was too salty. The dai dai roll was good.
Did not like: Monkey brain, chicken katsu appetizer
Liked: takoyaki, seared salmon, eel nigiri, scallop
Service: questionable, they forgot my bf's hibachi plate. Might be ok as long as you order sushi/nigiri
The chicken katsu was the saddest thing I've seen. The meat was not even 1 cm thick. It looked like they fried chicken skin and not meat
Note that if one person on your table is ayce, everyone else has to be too.

The nigiri thougu. The rice is borderline mochi (extra chewy) and so was the fish. If you don't mind that, the food is okay.

They had ikura rolls as part of all you can eat menue. It is almost unheard of such an item. The rest of the sushi was amazing as well. Soft shell crab was very well prepared. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone, I'm sure you would find something you like on the menu. +++

I have never had such great service in recent times.
All the servers were very diligent and quick, we didn't have to wait long when we ordered, and they would come and ask for our food before we called.
We ordered a variety of different menus, none of them were top quality, and none of them were disappointing.
We went last week, and our team will be visiting this restaurant again today.
I hope this restaurant continues to be this good and prosperous.

Service was slow, they kept messing up the rolls we would order. That evening the place was not very clean, they also charged full price for kids under 10 and that was disappointing as they really did not eat much from the all you can eat menu, the biggest issue was service was slow and the place was not clean. Very disappointed as our last visit was good.

Some of the BEST all-you-can-eat sushi in all of the DFW!
The AYCE menu is generous with plentiful options to order in the 2 hour limit.
My favorite rolls are the rainbow roll, Alaska roll, New York roll and butterfly kiss roll.
Edited to add: this place is always amazing! My last visit was perfect!
The chefs are so incredibly skilled at creating the bearolls and plating them. I go at a time I know the place won't be too busy so service for my three rounds was super quick.
Kudos to the super professional wait staff.
This place is worth the price!

Was under the impression that lunch all you can eat is $30 but I should’ve know that for weekend lunch they charged 40$. The sushi was great though, I felt that it was pretty good quality for an all you can eat sushi place, and they had a great variety and large menu.

AYCE Included sashimi, nigiri, hibachi, and several appetizer options. The appetizer list consisted of egg rolls, crab rangoon, beef teriyaki, chicken katsu, seaweed salad, garden salad, cucumber salad, soft shell crab, fried calamari..... the list went on and was quite impressive 👌🏾
All @ about $40 per person, with water included and all other drinks for purchase.
Service was quick, and orders were delivered without mistakes. Waitstaff was pleasant and quick to clear used dishes from tables.

The best thing about Sushi Kushi is their interior.
If only the price, value, structure, and quality were up to par.
Now, I'm not saying that I didn't have a good experience, because overall, I enjoyed myself.
However, there were a few glaring problems.
As many other reviewers have mentioned, the service could be better. Especially at this price point.
The menu selection is decent, but no sashimi is a joke. Especially at this price point. I have rarely seen an AYCE Sushi restaurant, not have sashimi on the menu, especially at this price point.
As you can see, there is a pattern.
The quality of some of the fish were good to excellent, but some of the fish had low quality vibes, especially the Tuna, which is a BIG no no, especially at this price point.
And to top it off, they have the strangest rule. If one person in your party gets AYCE, then ALL of your party members have to get AYCE. What the....what happened to each person ordering what they want?
Especially at this price point. If everyone else wants to order a soup and 1 roll each, but if one person gets AYCE, then by default, they all have to pay $40 not including tax and tip, when they just wanted a soup and a roll? That's just nonsense. Especially at this price point.
And the menu doesn't even include Green Tea or Red Bean ice cream? Especially at this price point?
I'm still giving it 4 stars, since Google won't let me give 3.5, because overall, the food was good, but they certainly do have a lot of small holes to fill.

The food was pretty good and the atmosphere was nice. My only suggestion is for the servers to be attentive. We were never asked if we wanted drinks and it was impossible to flag our server down as they run from the table as soon as the food is placed without asking if we ever needed anything. No refills, nothing. This leaves no incentive to tip, especially when the restaurant already has a different dynamic than usual. We still tipped well but definitely won’t next time if the same service is provided. Otherwise great place.

This is the only review you’ll ever need.
Sushi Kushi aesthetically looks nice all around; restaurant and food. Customer service was good, except having to continually having to call my server over rather than them checking up on us. (Petty Stuff) However, I’ll get into the food…
All the sushi overall had fishy smell and taste, like eating a gamy bear meat. It was so strong to the point that it was really uncomfortable to eat. I saw reviews saying that someone got food poisoning from salmon and tuna, and I thought, “it’s the risk you gotta take for eating raw fish”. But after trying their food, I can definitely tell that their fish isn’t fresh. However, I will say, if you like variety such as hibachi, kebab, and some specialty rolls; they do offer a lot in their menu. I would not recommend doing AYCE sushi with the fish they’re offering.

Very classy establishment! Suoer friendly staff and very attentive! For an all you can eat sushi restaurant, I was impressed by the attention to detail and extensive menu. Some places pad the rolls with too much rice to fill you up, but not this place. The proportions were perfect. Highlights were the baked oysters and the Playboy roll ($18 extra)
I doubt there is a bad thing on the menu and plan on coming back for the all you can eat hibachi. Side note order the Xtra large saki ;)
We shall return!

I usually never leave a bad review but honestly my last experience was extremely disappointing. I have been going here for AYCE sushi over the last few years. So, I decided to bring my family from out of town, the quality of sushi was just okay. It used to be good but the quality has continually dropped over time. On top of that, their prices for AYCE has risen from I think $32 to $39 within the last year or 2.
The one thing that made me not want to return is the lack of customer service. They were unfriendly, felt like our servers were just dropping and throwing dishes off at our table. We had a question and they just rushed off. We literally found a small sticker under one of our rolls that looked like it came off from one of the plates. On top of that they charged us 20% gratuity for a table of 5. I would gladly tip that and more if we got any kind of actual customer service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. There are so many more better spots in Dallas.

Been coming to Sushi Kushi since they've opened but recently switched to Bros across the street as my go-to and decided to give Sushi Kushi a try again. Sadly from the picture you can even tell the low quality of the tuna. The texture was meaty and did not melt in your mouth. Multiple waiters kept bringing us the wrong order so I'm sure other tables were missing some of their dishes. Rice was dry. Really disappointed, I remember it being much better before. Ayce price is the same as Bros so I think I will stick to there.

Also been here during dinner time as well but if I remember it correctly you can only have one plate of sashimi and it wasn't even a lot. I think giving more would be great.

This used to be a favorite place for my friends and I but they've gone downhill. The prices went up quality went down. Taste and service. I've never not tipped a server before but I was so upset. Before we started I asked about the kids AYCE prices because my daughter just wanted edemame and a roll. They never brought us the ordering paper. Every time we finished we waited and just stared at our waitir standing around and talking. We had to waive him down every time. Then I noticed they charged my daughters as an adult and when I asked about it he already knew what I was walking up to tell him I definitely think it was intentional. I've never been treated so badly at a place with these prices

This is my favorite sushi restaurant in DFW. I come here every other week or so. The all you can eat dinner experience is really great. There is so many options to choose from. I love how everything is made fresh to order rather than buffet style all you can eat. Even though the price may be high to some people I always feel like I get my money's worth after I leave. I have come during lunch before and although the price is cheaper alot of the menu isn't available like it is during dinner. I would not come here personally during lunch again. It's not a good value to me.

Not impressed with the service. Where to start? My daughter and I visited this place for the first time on 3/23/2024. It was a mommy/daughter day and she loves to try new things so we came here. Keep in mind, she is four. We showed up and were promptly seated. It was NOT busy at all. There were lots of workers so I thought initially this is great! Shouldn't be any issues with timely service. Boy, I was wrong. Service started off great, but quickly became "awkward". Not to mention, they sit you in this general area with lots of tables and no privacy at all while they all stand around and gawk at you....sheesh. Where should I start?
Well, let's start with the good:
1. Food was very good considering it was a AYCE place. Beef, great!
2. Some of the staff was great (although it seemed to be the staff clearing the tables that worked the "fastest" but we'll get to that later).
Unfortunately, that's all i can say for the "good".
Keep in mind, my daughter and I were there a total of maybe an hour, hour and 15 minutes, and the majority of the time we were being silly and spending time. The first 30 minutes, the staff was very attentive and happy to take our order, but by the last half, they pretty much ignored us, which made me feel rushed and unappreciated.
So, let's move to the bad:
1. I'm pretty sure my full order was not brought out both times i ordered. Items weren't brought out all at once and they "forgot" my eel the first time.
2. Service completely "fell off" after 30 minutes and I truly felt like they were just trying to get us out of there. I had told the one server that i thought i had ordered more but wasn't sure. So he left, which was to go and check (I thought) but he never came back. I didn't have another "menu" to order so i waited until another person came over and asked if we were ok. Which is when i eventually was brought another sheet to order.
3. Some of the staff were super soft spoken and didn't seem that friendly. Maybe that's just their "personality" but if you're in the service industry, you should be a little more outgoing.
4. We had advised them it was our first time but nothing was really explained to us other than, "we have two hours and whatever is left over, we pay for...". It just seemed so robotic and short.
5. I do not like that each table has 20 different people working. I can assure you, the great workers are getting screwed daily by the bad ones because most people who received the service i did, wouldn't have tipped at all.
Also, because it was the weekend, I paid dinner price so the total was $57.26 for both of us. My daughter ate yakisoba noodles and edamame so, for the price of $13 for her, they are making a killing off of the kids. With that being said, money is not the issue, the service is. Here's the thing....I tipped $80 (on top of the $57.26) because i didn't want to punish the people that actually worked (this is not a joke and I'm sure the workers from yesterday can attest to my tip = 4 x $20 bills). If i tip that much for bad service, imagine what i would've tipped for excellent service? Unfortunately, we will not be back any time soon. I will try out the other all you can eat places in the area before i ever decide to return.
Stop making people feel uncomfortable and rushed. Shame on you. Don't open an all you can eat, if you don't want people EATING ALL THEY CAN. I get that some people probably do come in and eat way more than others, but that was not the case with us and I'm so disappointed in the service. I wanted to love it, but unfortunately it didn't work out that way.
Do better. You're losing good customers.

We only come here for the AYCE. Still one of my favorite sushi spots. We love it, lots of fun! Only complaint is the servers/cleaners are awkward (sometimes rude) and will stare at you while you finish your food so they can pick up the plate- super uncomfortable.

Really good for the value. Would go again for all you can eat!

I admitt "all you can eat" sushi must be a catch somewhere, either very low quality or you have to buy something else to go with it. This was not the case! The sushi was excellent, as was the quick and courteous service. There was a wide selection of rolls, sushi, sashimi, hibachi, soup , and salads to choose from. We started with a hot cup of miso soup while we filled out our order card for the first round. The only "catch" if you will is that you need to eat what you order or they will charge you extra for what you didn't eat. I think it just keeps people from being wasteful. The yellow tail and salmon were very good.

Sushi was very fresh, suggesting reservations if you plan on going in the evening. Service is fast. Excellent selection. Only order what you are interested in eating, if you don't eat it you will be charged extra for it.

Wasn't sure what to expect from an all you can eat place but I was pleasantly surprised. Food was good and sushi was fresh. Will definitely be back!

My favorite place in dallas for sushi! Their AYCE menu is top notch - good quality and not too much rice like other AYCE sushi places lol their rice is quite stale but everything else is good.
I love their spicy edamame, baked mussels, and cappacios from the AYCE menu.
The servers are nice and the atmosphere of the restaurant is cozy - not too loud but not silent.
They are pretty quick with the food so u dont have to wait long.
Definitely recommend for those passing this area.

If I can put 0 stars that would be too much for this place. As soon as I came in with my friends they were complaining about there’s an hour before closing although we were there way ahead of time. We were a group of 5 and when our server came we told them that 2 people weren’t going to eat. They took the plates from in front of them, then the owner still decided to come out and try to kick out our 2 friends. He started cursing at us and threatened to fight us. I was a frequent customer and now id rather sushi from a dumpster then step foot into this establishment. STAY AWAY!!!

The servers were really polite and had good service. My boyfriend and I got the Godzilla sushi roll and it was good and also the fried scallop roll. Really good sushi.

We came with a large group (17-18ppl) and were quickly and politely accommodated in a comfortable side room. Service was fast, drinks were refilled, food was very good.
Each party must decide if it will order from the All You Can Eat or al a cart menu. Our group had chosen AYCE. It took a couple minutes to figure it out but one of the staff kindly assisted us.
Everything we had was very good. All the fish tasted very fresh. Veggies bright and crisp. I know it's a little silly, but their seaweed salad was the best I've had. And I order that every time it's available.
We will go again. Soon. I'm looking forward to trying the al a cart menu.

I may be biased but I enjoy very traditional style sushi. Not a fan of these big fancy contraptions that they stuff into a roll. I get why they do it, just not for me.

Food was good. Service was meh. Waiter taking orders could be more friendly and timely. Using the call for service buttons while dining took longer than it should. Hostess/receiving waiters were nice as we left.

I took my fiancé to this place for his birthday. We arrived at 8:30 and left at 10pm. We got the all you can eat sushi. All throughout the night i was throwing up profusely due to FOOD POISONING from this place. I called and asked to speak to a manager the following day and i was utterly surprised with how i was treated. I was yelled at by manager on duty and asked if i went to the hospital and how was i sure it was their restaurant? I let them know i had not eaten anything else that day. The manager would not even let me talk and yelled over me and then hung up. I called back and asked him to please listen to what i have to say.
He told me he'd call the police on me and hung up again. It's really sad that management would treat someone this way. Not only did the food give me food poisoning, but i also got treated extremely poorly after the fact. I will never be back and suggest you don't go unless you'd like the same treatment smh…

I visited this restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday. The prices have gone up since I last visited, but the food was still fresh and delicious.
The sushi was excellent. The fish was fresh and flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked.
The only downside was that rice portions were very large compared to sushi. We ordered a few appetizers and a variety of sushi rolls, and we were all too full to finish everything. I would recommend skipping the appetizers if you want to save more room for sushi.
For fellow raw fish skeptics, the nikusushi offers a satisfying alternative, featuring savory marinated beef draped over seasoned rice

My husband and I finally had a date night without the kiddos, and we love sushi. So we decided to try this place, and unfortunately it was a big let down. My husband tried one roll each from the six that we ordered and was not pleased at all. For me it was ok, not terrible, but could of tasted better.
The atmosphere was too loud, we could hardly hear each other speak. We were hoping to get a discount since my husband did not eat and did not like any of the sushi. But no! We ended up paying the full price. It was a very disappointing experience. We are never going back.
