Your home for Authentic New England Seafood in the Smokies. Featuring fresh fish, lobster, crab, clams, sushi, oysters and more. Live Music, Beer Garden and Raw Bar. Outdoor seating available. No reservations needed.
Great place for seafood lovers.
Atmosphere is awesome with inside and outside seating, heat lamps and a fireplace.
Staff was very responsive to turn on the heat as the evening got cooler.
Food was great. Highly recommend the lobster smash burger, my son loved it, and he never branches out from a regular burger. The Fries are out of this this world!
My wife loved the lobster ravioli and my lobster stuffed flounder was pretty good, though I would try a different meal myself the next time we eat there.
The charred Brussels were awesome and had a kick to them.
Only downside was the cost. It came out to $45/person, but that is the cost of good seafood out nowadays, so I'm not holding that against the restaurant.
Lastly, Emmie was an excellent server and was great with our kids.

Stopped on our way through town and so glad we did. Our server was a friendly and funny gentleman. He explained the lunch/daily specials. I got the BLLT lobster roll and my husband got the Nashville hot roll. The bun was incredible. Perfectly soft and toasted. The fries are this neat little cut that makes them wide but thin. I loved that they came with dipping sauce. We also both started with the crab bisque which had a good kick to it. Best food we had in the area on our trip. Thanks for the great food and service.

Wow, where do I even start with our amazing experience at Pinchy's Lobster + Rawbar? From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a vibrant, coastal atmosphere that made us feel as if we were transported to a beach.
First things first, I had the Pinchy's Porch Swing, and let me tell you, it knocked me on my behind — in the best way possible! It was refreshingly tasty, the perfect mix of flavors that got the evening off to a fantastic start.
We also indulged on Po Boys that were absolutely mouthwatering! Each one was packed with flavor and generous portions. The New England Clam Chowder was creamy and comforting, a true classic that hit the spot. And then there was the Steak Oscar — wow! Tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor, it was the twist that rounded out our meal perfectly.
Everything we tried was not just good; it was downright DELICIOUS! The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for an unforgettable dining experience.
If you’re looking for a fun, flavorful night out, Pinchy's is the place to be! We can't wait to go back to Pigeon Forge and try more items from their incredible menu. 🌊🦞🎉

We hit the jackpot with Pinchy's Lobster and Raw Bar!! Everything was perfect and the waitress Mary was excellent and made the fantastic experience even better. The entire meal was absolutely spectacular from start to finish and Pinchy's has become one of our favorite restaurants in Tennessee. The seafood is fresh and flavorful from the raw oysters which were perfect to the fantastic drinks to the amazing Bloody Kraken special (an absolute seafood feast!)
What more can I say but that this meal hit all bills eye marks and was our favorite meal during our trip to Tennessee for the Christmas break.
5 glowing stars and a thank you very much for the absolutely splendid meal!! Thank you again to Mary and the entire crew at Pinchy's Lobster and Raw Bar!!
Amazing!! A must if you are in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg Tennessee!!

Everything about this place was fabulous. We were greeted at the door by a cheerful man with sparkly eyes. Another kind man in a hat led my family and I to a table. Our server, Mary, went above and beyond to meet our needs- even things we didn't know we needed, lol. She was so sweet and knowledgeable- it's evident that she really cares about her customers.
As far as the atmosphere- there was great live music, and I really loved the "Pinchy's" mural on the wall.
We had dinner there, so when it started to get dark outside (just before the live music started up), the man in the hat brought every table a little lamp. (My daughter used hers to make a tiktok about loving Pinchy's).
The food was PHENOMENAL. I got the crab plate and my daughter got the platter? (I don't remember the exact names, but hers was more like a crab boil- her favorite) She ate nearly every last bit with no regrets 😂.
Also- whatever sauce came with the fries- 11/10. You guys should really bottle that. I'd buy it.
We also ordered the lobster grilled cheese, the Wasabi lobster roll, and fried shrimp. I'll attach photos, but they won't do the food justice.
🙏🏻 Do yourself a favor and visit Pinchy's. And let's hope they open one in Georgia. ✨️🦞🦀🦐

After seeing numerous local recommendations on social media, we decided to visit this establishment. Opting for outdoor seating due to the indoor food hall setup, we were served by Madison, who unfortunately did not inform us of the lunch specials. We only learned about them from another server attending to a nearby table.
As dedicated food enthusiasts willing to pay for well-crafted cuisine, we found this place lacking in value. The price point did not match the quality of the offerings. For example, a $9 Maine IPA beer on tap felt exorbitant. However, the sushi was a highlight—tasty and reasonably priced at $10 for a Wednesday special, which seems to be a consistent hit according to other reviews.
I chose a healthier option with the Cobb salad, but it fell short of expectations given the price. Overall, while the sushi was commendable, the rest of the dining experience did not justify the cost.
Additionally, Josh, the manager, appeared to focus exclusively on one table that had ordered the endless crab legs at $80.00 per person, neglecting other patrons.

We stopped in early on a Friday wanting some seafood and a place we hadn’t tried before as locals. We ordered two Lobster platters and let me just say, it was absolutely amazing! It’s pretty hard to find good seafood around here but I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was on point! Our waitress was fantastic and the blueberry margarita was delicious. It was a little pricey obviously but it was well worth it! We will definitely be making Pinchy’s a new regular spot!!

Nice restaurant but was a little pricey. The soup was excellent. I had crab legs (2 claws) and they were pretty cold. I’ve never had them that way so it wasn’t what I was expecting but they were decent. My wife had fish and chips, the fish kinda tasted like what I remember Long John Silvers fish tasing like meh. Our waiter was great!

Big chicken wing and ramen connoisseur.
The tempura on the wings was lack lustre, the ramen had the worst possible noodles, no flavor in the broth, and the most measley bit of lobster that was overcooked. We paid $60+ for that ramen.
We ordered sushi that was the best part of the meal, but more expensive than any sushi around.
The whole meal for 2 people was $200.00
It was absolutely nothing special, not even a little bit.
Our service was good and the server was a sweetheart.
We won’t be back.
Overpriced and under whelming.

To start off as soon as we entered we loved the atmosphere. We came from Georgia and were very excited to eat here. We were greeted as we entered and told the hostess we had a reservation she stated we could sit at the bar or at the table in the center of the room, we chose the table(they didn’t save a table for our reservation). They had a singer and she was amazingggg. When we sat down the table was still dirty from the last customer. When looking at the menu we asked the server how much the bucket was he said $65, I asked my husband if that’s what he wanted and Alec stated ik it’s pricey and we agreed because my husband wanted something different. I stated I’ll get something else and asked him if he recommended the Nashville lobster which was 34 or the ramen he stated the ramen after knowing it was pricey and did not state it was 65$.
We ordered an appetizer and another entree. Alec stated if we wanted everything all together we stated yes. One of our entrees arrived after 10 minutes (ramen, it wasn’t hot it was lukewarm warm so after waiting more than 15 minutes for the rest of the items we assumed it wasn’t meant for us this is the reasoning behind how hot it was). We didn’t not know that all together meant 15 minutes+. The other appetizer and entree didn’t arrive for over 15 minutes, once he brought the other food we had finished the ramen . He barely checked on our table and didn’t buss dishes until we asked for the check. Once we got the check we noticed it was $65, we asked if it was correct he stated yes it was.
I don’t understand how there was so much of a leap of pricing if both dishes came with 4 oz of lobster(Nashville lobster vs Lobster Ramen), I understood it came with pork belly but that doesn’t justify a $21 increase. Would have been better to just get the bucket which I originally wanted which was a whole boil instead.
Our check came out to $124 without tip, One soda, Ramen, Nachos, and a roll.

Very overpriced for average food. Below average ramen with small chunks of lobster ended up costing $65. Not sure how this place has that many good reviews.
Don’t bother making a reservation, we got there on time and all they had was a dirty table or two chairs at the bar.
Looks like I hurt your feelings, all good youre not the first one bud.

Excellent food and service but live amplified music/singer is way too loud for such a small enclosed space. Couldn’t hold the conversation with our friends because of how loud it was. Left without dessert because we just wanted to get out of there. Take the amplifier out and it would be way better.

We visited for late Sunday dinner on 11/24. The outside seating area and fire pits are perfect for hanging out before or after dinner. The inside was immaculate, no fishy smell, with an industrial/ modern farmhouse feel. They have several HUGE tables as well.
Our server, Mary, was excellent and never
made us feel rushed even though we walked in 30 min. before closing. She also said they were out of a few things. Our apps arrived before we'd even decided on entrees. The salmon bites were moist, the batter was light, crispy, wasn't greasy and was perfectly cooked. The goyza and sauce were better than most Japanese restaurants.
My Stuffed Flounder was delicious. They were out of baked potatoes and substituted red skin potatoes. I got a side salad instead and it was fresh and crisp. They were out of kid's fish and I missed that it's fried shrimp. I'm sure they'd have grilled it if I'd asked. Maybe add the option on the menu...
Lobster Ramen was overpriced. Online pictures show a whole lobster, but the menu says claw and knuckles, but at market price (MKT)? MKT is a whole lobster. It was served claws and knuckles, so I assumed it would cost more than Lobster Mac n Cheese, $40- ish, given similar ingredient cost, plus delicious pork belly and soft yolk egg. Nope on a rope.
It was $65 per bowl! We were tired and didn't ask questions upon ordering when details didn't align. My husband led me to believe it was $65 for both bowls, a value in line with Lobster Mac n Cheese. He avoided telling me because I'd have said something to management and he wanted to get his head on a hotel pillow.
I'd be giving a 5 star review:
#1) IF there weren't misleading photos.
#2) IF the price was listed vs. "MKT" to further expectations of a whole lobster.
#3) IF the ramen bowls served were a lower price.
#4) IF my husband hadn't asked, "Should I ask market price next time?" "No, we've never done that before nor will we ever".
EVERYTHING was perfect minus the value of ramen compared to other entrees. I doubt I'd be complaining if they'd ordered anything else on the menu. We'll definitely be back, but skip a certain menu item 😊

Before I ordered my food at this restaurant, I asked the waitress about the burgers and she informed me that these were the best burgers in all of Gatlinburg. After eating - I absolutely believe her. That burger was absolutely delicious.
There was also live music playing while we were there. It was a little loud, however I really enjoyed the vibe & the overall experience.
Definitely would be a place to revisit, especially for that burger. If you're not into seafood much, still give this place a try for the smashburger and exceptional service.

I was surprised when I was told the stuffed flounder would be spicy. The asparagus was prepared well. The stuffed Flounder wasn't spicy to me. The red potatoes were simple boiled with a dash of salt and pepper on them. If they would have smashed them, drizzled them with olive oil, spread some salt pepper and rosemary on then and popped them under a hot broiler for 5 minutes, had a rich creamy sauce over the flounder, and a buttery parmesan drizzled on the asparagus it might have fit the $29 price.
The lobster roll was flavorless and kinda bland. A little Old Bay sprinkled on it before serving might have given it more flavor than the roll.

5/5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Started off with raw oysters on the half shell. When I say these were the best oysters I’ve ever had I mean it. THEY WERE HUGE AND FRESH. Music was 10/10. The kind of songs you can scream sing to. I had the Salmon and my husband had the stuffed flounder and both were excellent. Waiter was great. Staff was so nice- several came by our table and spoke with us and asked us about the food and if there was anything they could do to be better or do better… And honestly I wouldn’t change a thing. This place is amazing! Definitely give it a try!

A "chill" restaurant with high class food! I love the outdoor seating area and that they are dog friendly! The restaurant is in a quaint area of town, away from the chaos of the "main drag." The food is outstanding! We had oysters Rockefeller, Connecticut (lobster) sandwich with fries, crab bisque, and sushi roll. All were delicious! We ordered the seafood boil for 2 of us. It was about 1/2 the size as we’re used to at other places. They only gave us 1 piece of corn on the cob and charged us $3.50 for an extra one so we could both have one!!! There were no clams, which we normally would get in the order. Got 3 pieces of sausage for 2 of us. We each got 3 shrimp which is normally we get 6 to 8 each. After all said and done with tip we left spending $100 and left still hungry had to stop and get more dinner on the way home. Makes sense there were only a couple of other customers there. Won’t be back ever!!!

Good food terrible service. The bartender needed to be only that as there were at least 8-10 other servers and we had to flag her down to get our order then another server saw we were waiting on our ticket after trying to get the attention of ours and he took care of us. Maybe stick to drink orders.

My husband and I FINALLY decided to eat here!! (We knew it was expensive.)
Pray tell, where else can you get fresh sea food in Sevier County!?
Ahh!! And sushi that ACTUALLY has crab!!?? REAL freah crab!!??
And, a steak that was actually cooked rare!? (Nope, no handing us anything overcooked.)
Heaven!! 🤤
The Peddler: two out of three times, overcooked our steaks…
It’s a steakhouse… kind of supposed to be their thing. 🤦♀️
Pinchy’s had the absolute best cut and perfectly mouthwatering steak that I’ve ever had!! (The Oscar)
Sorry Ruth’s Chris… Pinchy’s steak was better!!
Literally the most perfectly cut and cooked filet I’ve ever had!!
We also enjoyed the whole lobster!! Oh, it was absolutely divine as well!! The lobster ravioli will have you drooling too!! 🦞 😇
Our server and bar manager, John, was absolutely PERFECT!! ❤️
He knew exactly how to give us attention when we needed it while never making us feel rushed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
He was so personable!!! 🤩
I was so food-high when I left… I’m trying to talk hubby into taking me again next week!!
🤣🤷♀️
I can’t wait to try the sushi!!
Anyone who complains on the price is, I’m sorry to say, ignorant.
Having this fresh of food, especially seafood, is worth EVERY. Dang. Penny!!
Yay for Pinchy’s!! 🥰

We had a group of 8 and a baby each couple paid for their own meals when i looked at the bill they charged each couple a 20% large party fee as the tip on each couples bill. plus the tax was added into the total for the tip.. the tip should be based on the subtotal before tax..now what upset me is the server SHOULD have said the tip is already added in the bill …

Also, I appreciate y'all having the Lions game up so I could watch while we ate lunch. We saw many things we would like to try on the menu so we'll definitely return (especially if y'all open up a location closer to Knoxville, I've been hearing good things!!)
Ps. When you ask for ranch and tartar sauce, they will look exactly the same. Just trust your server when they say it's tartar, haha. It's good though!

Drove 40 miles to eat at Pinchy's. Our Florida rental was cancelled due to hurricane Milton. Hubby did not want me to miss celebrating my birthday without my beloved seafood. He researched a 50 mile radius and discovered Pinchy's. Good seafood is hard to find in East TN. We found it at Pinchy's. I pigged out with the all you can eat crab legs. Hubby had the clam chowder, and oysters rockefeller. The fries are the best, but I only ate a few, to leave room for the crab legs. Dee, our server honored me with a birthday dessert, which she kindly packaged to go. They are talking about opening in the Maryville/Alcoa area which would be in my backyard. Hope it comes to fruition. I see some reviews mention "pricey" but when you get fresh seafood, properly prepared it is worth it. You get what you pay for definitely applies here.

I’m so surprised this place has high ratings. Yes, the place is cute and the outdoor seating is extremely kid/pet friendly, but it is way OVERPRICED. Our total bill for a 2 adults and 2 kids was 155.00 and that would be perfectly fine if the food was good. I ordered lobster ravioli and it was crunchy on the outside as if it had been microwaved. My kids both order shrimp kids meals and there were pieces that had no shrimp… it was literal just bread. My husband ordered the lobster claws, there was a considerable amount of lobster but a ton of breading with no flavor. Don’t waste your time on this place… huge rip off.

Stopped by today for lunch. We had been hearing about this place. It had a cool vibe except for the techno vibe music playing. But it wasn't very loud so not a deal breaker. It is a tad bit on the pricey side for sure for what it was. Fries were good. But the wifes fish and my oysters just lacked flavor. One other grip which falls more on pet owners. Pets should NOT be allowed in restaurants. Not talking about service animals. THis was someone's yip yip little purse dogs.

Unique menu items for being in TN. Good quality lobster!

I have followed Pinchy's on Facebook for a long time. Somebody posted pictures & a great review in a group Im in. Couldn't wait to try it on our recent trip to Tennessee. We made it this past Friday night. I am so glad we were able to make this our last meal before heading back to Wisconsin the next day. From the young lady who greeted us to our server Scotty, who did a great job! So friendly! Customer service was top notch. Our drinks were so yummy. I had the shrimp tempura roll for starters it was so delicious! For my entree I had the Steak Oscar. It had lump crab and hollandaise sauce on top with asparagus. Was amazing! My honey had the Connecticut lobster roll and french fries which were also amazing! The fries were so good too! So buttery delicious. This is definitely a great place to go. Can't wait to come back again! So many things I want to try when we come back. We have been Pinched😁

Awesome food, especially the sushi and crab legs! The tarter sauce was the best I've ever had

This was such a pleasant find for my wife and myself. Really good food. Very friendly staff. Most importantly, for me, it was not right in the middle of the tourist traps.

Quite expensive but food was nice. 2 meals and 2 drinks was $100 for a lunch.

Very nice place! Food was perfect and staff was accommodating. Our server, Christopher was great!

The she crab poutine for 18 dollars maybe had 5 pieces of meat, and I am being generous when I say maybe 5. Sushi rolls could have been rolled better.
Our waiter said he couldn't recommend any seafood because he doesn't like seafood.
Edit... crab meat or crab marrow don't go in your she crab bisque? So what does it have? Just crab stock?

Great food ... excellent service. Fries were done perfectly and smash burger was great. Hip hop music a little too loud as the room is echo-y.
Visited 5 months ago
OMG .. We stopped in on a road trip and glad we did.
I enjoyed the Connecticut very much and the homemade fries are awesome. My husband had the smashburger and said it was fabulous. Highly recommend you dine here however I recommend sitting outside as the interior plays loud hip hop music.

LOVE their all you can eat crab legs.... Best I've ever had, (and we've traveled ever to every state in the USA).Hot, tasty, no meat wasted, just crack n pull. Never had crab that easily accessible before. Well worth the cracking!! A Must Try if you like #12 show crabs 🦀 😋

Food was amazing. Staff was professional. Atmosphere was good just a tad noisy. Lots of hard surfaces for noise to bounce off. Highly recommend the Miss Clawdia's Roll Sushi and the Connecticut Lobster Roll.

Really disappointed. We came down from MI and this was our very first meal here in TN. The fried fish was really greasy and mostly batter with very little fish. The stuffed flounder had a BLANKET of rosemary, making it absolutely disgusting and like we were chewing on pine needles. Fries are barely thicker than chips and my kids wouldn’t even eat them because they had no flavor. They were playing gangster rap for music…it was nothing less than totally irritating and a big headache. The wings and potato skins were good and our waitress was great. So, after paying $230 for a meal for 5 people, we left disappointed and hesitant to go out to dinner again here in TN.

The service was very good but the food was not worth the price, not even close. Wr paid over $100 per person including tip. Lobster mac and cheese was bland. Soggy lettuce on the chicken sandwich. I'm assuming they don't use real butter for their snow crab legs, it had a movie-theatre fake butter taste. The bisque was good!
Sadly, we would never choose this place again, or recommend it.

Food and service were exceptional. Had the Connecticut roll and salmon bites. Both were fabulous and our server, Steve, was very friendly and helpful. Definitely give this place a try!!
Visited 5 months ago
Our waitress Lyndsey was very good. The food was good as well. My husband and I both had a 6 oz sirloin with crab meat on top, baked potato and he had 3 120z beers and I had one margaritas. Our bill was $200.02 cents. Not worth that kinda of money. We lived in Florida on thw.beach and ate out and we never spent this much money for a meal!!!!

Fantastic service and the food was amazing. The She crab soup is really tasty as well as the lobster cakes and fish & chips dinners. The blueberry cobbler is probably the best cobbler we have ever eaten. Good choices for drafts too. A 2 man band was playing and we enjoyed some time listening to them after we finished eating. Definitely on the list to return soon. Shout to friends Paul & Donna for recommending Pinchys to us.

Pinchy’s is amazing and well worth the cost! Our 6 year old LOVES the lobster claws. The fried salmon bites are amazing! We’ve tried almost everything, down to the homemade desserts, and everything is delicious! If you’ve not been yet, it’s a must to add to your list!!

My family and I plus a couple of our friends stopped in to have lunch. We've heard great things about this place and we wanted to see for ourselves. The atmosphere is great and the food is awesome. Definitely coming back.!

High end seafood. The highest quality of freshness, flavor, and service. Lobster ravioli and Lobster ramen, were our entrée selections. Both...amazing! We also ordered Lobster grilled cheese sandwiches to take back to our cottage, as we were there early, and didn't want to get back out for dinner. I didn't look at the Lobster grilled cheese until later in the evening. I heated them up in the microwave...I know, you're thinking, ewwww. It held up so well. The Lobster was loaded on that sandwich, and the cheese...oh my goodness. I had no idea that a grilled cheese with Lobster could be so incredibly good. Especially, after being reheated. This is absolutely, our go to, for seafood in the smokies!!

Best seafood around. Love to dine and listen to the live music. One of our favorites!

The food: the salmon bites are tiny slivers of salmon fried in a thick, hard, and tasteless coating - avoid. I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled salmon. The salmon was close to rancid and tasted horrible. The salad was bland and lacked discernible taste, so I struck out all around. The fries had been fried in old oil and were not enjoyable. My wife ordered the lobster roll, which she loved, until she came home and became sick. So, an $80 lunch was an awful experience. The atmosphere is designed to be kitschy, but the loud (c)rap music was off-putting. Our server was great! I don't understand a high-cost restaurant that can't deliver a quality meal.

This is really a great place to eat if you like lobsters! it's pricey, but lobster tails are pricey anyway. I had the lobster roll and fries and it was really really good! good as the ones I got when I was in Maine.
We will be going back again!

One of my favorites in downtown Sevierville. I highly recommend the Connecticut Lobster Roll and the chowder is always great too! The Korean Chicken Wings were crispy and delicious also. The atmosphere is great for a night out with friends, family meal or Date Night! It can be a little more expensive to eat here than some other options but the food is great and you should give it a try if you get the chance.

My friends brought me here today, for my visit from Connecticut, where seafood is abundant. This was one of the best seafood places I’ve ate at in a long, long time. I had the lobster grilled cheese, the edamame, and the pork goyza. Everything was delicious, the server (and I forgot her name, I’m so sorry) was so helpful and sweet. The atmosphere was very upbeat and pleasant. The whole place was spotless from the inside out and the restrooms too! What a treat! I’ll be back for sure and recommend all my travel clients to come as well when they visit.

Yesterday was our first time here and definitely will not be our last! When we walked in, we were immediately greeted. Our server, Christopher S., was the absolute best!!! He courteously went over the menu selections and tended to our every need. We couldn't have asked for more.
The atmosphere was wonderful! Great music, family friendly, clean and comfortable!
Our food was delicious! Being simple eaters, my husband and myself had the Fried Shrimp Basket and our daughter had the Snow Crab Leg Bucket. Let me just say, she tore it up! My husband tried to pick through the legs she had eaten and all he got was barely enough to try. He tried the potato, sausage and corn. He loved all of it! Everything was as fresh as if it had just come straight from the ocean to the kitchen. The fries are the bomb!
We definitely give Pinchy's 5⭐!

What a great find in Downtown Sevierville. The fish sandwich was perfectly on point. Ordered exactly the way it came on the menu and didn't need anything else. The outside was perfectly crispy and the fish was still perfectly flaky. Was lucky enough to have a few last bites of my dinner date's hamburger--truly is the best smash burger in Sevierville/Pidgeon Forge!!!

Mediocre food; got the tower. Presentation was poor, additionally crab did not smell fresh, and clams were cooked…even thought it claimed to be a raw bar tower, shrimp was over seasoned and varied in size significantly. Most disappointingly, the oysters were not cleaned well and had sand in it. Do not recommend and not be back.

First time customer. Went on $2 oyster Tuesday. Had 6 Raspberry Point raw oysters with lemon, cocktail sauce, horseradish and black pepper. Very tasty! Also had a cup of the clam chowder. Very delicious! My server Madyson was awesome! Will definitely be returning! Ask about their loyalty program.
Went today Tuesday July 16th. Got 6 Connecticut raw oysters for 2 bucks a piece plus a cup of she crab bisque. Also used my $ 5 off birthday discount. I highly recommend them.
Went today Saturday August 10th for the crawfish boil. It does not disappoint. Crawfish were succulent and juicy same for snow crab legs. Plenty of meat. Shrimp, potatoes, corn and sausage were very tasty.

1st time here and it will be my last. My wife ordered the fried haddock and said it was good. I ordered the clams and pasta. The dish had zero taste. I kept eating hoping to taste garlic or something from all the spices I could see in the broth but finally nothing. My wife tasted it and agreed to the lack of taste. Sorry but get another chef to prepare seafood

The one thing that all great restaurants have is consistency. I have been to Pinchy’s several times and it is consistently great food every visit. I thought the lobster rolls were my favorite until I started branching out from just ordering those. The smash burger was amazing (the bun makes it), the sushi was just as good or better than sushi restaurants in surrounding areas of East TN, and the fish sandwich was to die for. Anytime I am in Sevierville and have time to eat, this is the spot for me.
