We are a vibrant, fun, casual neighborhood restaurant + bar imagined through our travels + experiences in Japan and our favorite Japanese pubs (izakaya).
Reservations are accepted through your RESY app or directly through our website but are not required. We make sure to leave plenty of space for walk-in guests and do our very best to keep wait times as short as possible.
Everything on the menu was super tasty - lots of great options for shareable small plates or picking things for yourself! Big cocktail and cocktail selection was nice. Vegan friendly as well! We enjoyed the Brussels sprouts and pickles as appetizers and had sushi and ramen as entrees. Will be back to try more things!

Two Ten is always a top tier experience. I believe they have the best ramen you can get in Nashville or at least they must be in the conversation. The Tonkotsu gets the headline spot deservedly so especially with its marinated jammy egg but do not sleep on the spicy chorizo option further down the menu. I also highly recommend the yakatori selection. I like to create a little vegetarian plate with the corn, garlic, and mushroom selections. The atmosphere is warm and cozy but classy making a great gathering for an intimate dinner or a fun night out with friends. The sake selection is very good for this area and they have an excellent whiskey program with very knowledgeable bartenders. The cocktails are also creative and have a seasonal rotating menu. I often find some salty briney option in invoking the sea to be on the menu and be a solid choice. Reservations are highly recommended. The bar is not open seating either so be sure to request seating there if you are like me and prefer a bar stool. They also have a nice enclosed outdoor dining area it's not really my preference but at least it increases capacity. Overall Two Ten is a must try spot in East Nashville or anyone visiting Nashville looking to get away from Broadway. Prices are a bit high but unlike some other spots they live up to the price point.

As a traveler, Two Ten Jack is going to be my new favorite stop in East Nashville. I found the place lively and fun. I met some great people at the bar, including Chef Trey, who was taking a break. He explained how several dishes were not just prepared, but how they were inspired by real dishes in Asia, with twist born out of his own experiences. I could feel his passion in every bite. You cannot find a place with more ❤️ than 2 10 🇬🇧. It is a can’t miss that I plan to hit every time I’m in town. Subarashī!

We loved our time at Two Ten Jack. We had several of the skewers, including the chicken meatball and the shishito peppers stuffed with wagyu (AMAZING, don't pass that one up). Our roll was great, spicy tuna (fried) and if you haven't had the spicy tuna with crispy rice appetizer, you have not hit nirvana in life.

The best Ramen in Nashville! A must go if you love Ramen. The tonkontsu broth is creamy and flavorful . The chicken wing dumplings are unusual yet delicious. The vibe of the restaurant is very cool and eclectic.
There can be a bit of a wait on weekends however it is in a nice complex with outdoor seating and other shops. It also has a heated patio.

Well I see that this place has fans, but I call it as I see it, and maybe it was a VERY off night, but they were not crazy busy and it was simply a FAIL on every cylinder. We love the East Nashville vibe and trendy spots, despite this one being in a newer strip center, the inside is still pretty cool. We sat for a while without anyone coming by but the the server showed up and we ordered, he seemed nice enough. Problem is he NEVER came back, not to check on us, not to ask how the food was, and we had to chase down a food runner to get him to tell our server to deliver the check. TERRIBLE SERVICE! But when the food is terrific, that goes a long way to salve the wounds, but in this case it just went down hill! Started with the MISO SOUP, which was fine, run- of- the- mill- fine but fine nonetheless...then we had the SPICY TUNA over fried potato tots...had to try this because we love SPICY TUNA CRISPY RICE, and wanted to see why anyone would change out the base, and that was a big mistake. smooth potato doesn't work nearly as well as rice for this typically trendy popular appetizer. Yuck! The SEAWEED SALAD was the worst we have ever had, as it tastes like soggy spinach not spongy/gummy seaweed. All wrong. The SPICY CRAB NOODLE dish was so disappointing, the flavors don't pop and it really is just salty and we couldn't find any trace of crab, at least visually. We didn't stick around for another assault/ dessert course! We asked at the front if there was a manager, to at least give them a chance to defend the meal and lousy service... maybe an excuse like the chef was sick or servers got stuck in the cold weather, but they told us that they "don't have a manager" TELLING?!?

The portions are extremely small for the price. The food tastes very fresh and high quality but it’s absurd how little the small plates are for the price. The sushi was really good, just wish there was more selection of rolls. Very busy restaurant, seems people like it here even with the prices. The alcoholic drinks were very refreshing! 😊

Skewers were nicely charred and flavorful
Tonkotsu wasn’t really traditional, the noodles were more Chinese and the broth was a bit too light and flavorless, but the chasu was good.

Got sat by the hostess after waiting maybe 5-10 minutes. No biggie, sat us on the patio and had several servers come out and wait on their tables. We waited 20 minutes and no one ever approached us. Several servers stared at us and we were never helped. Never even got water. We got up and left, embarrassed. Will never go back

Prices versus portions out of control. $21 for spicy crab ramen noodles and the portion size was equal to a small hamburger? Really? Hardly any crab in it. $12 for an appetizer - Brussels sprouts??? Got more portions from the Brussels sprouts than I did from the main ramen dish.
Will never come here again. Found many places with better prices and better portions than this rip off restaurant. .

Ramen is good. Most other dishes are good as well but the prices are steeeep! Flavor palate is pretty one dimensional-if you're in the mood for umami, miso, and soy sauce themes then it's fine, but beyond that it can get pretty repetitive.
Sometimes the quality is less than ideal. Like the last time we were there, the noodles in the bottom of my bowl were stuck together in a big, starchy chunk. Easily avoidable and IMO a bit disappointing at this price point.
Service can be mixed. We've generally had great service but a couple of the servers have been duds.
Atmosphere is quirky and cool. Space is a little echoey. The lighting is on the darker side.

An incredible all around experience. Very high quality food and drinks with excellent staff and a very diverse menu. Despite being a little more expensive for a night out, the quality of the yakitori made up for smaller than average portions. For the small plates, I probably would not order the gyoza again even though it was very good but the takoyaki was excellent. I will definitely be back to try all the offerings.

First time here, we were looking for a ramen place. The menu online might look a little overwhelming but we took the time to google the ingredients (lol). Out of the places that were options, we are both SO thankful we chose this location.
Our server Julien was legit 10/10!! He made suggestions and also asked us questions to make sure we liked what we were ordering. My fiance and I both agree that he played a great part in our experience. As far as the drinks and food… again 10/10!!!

This is my first time leaving a 1 star review but I feel it is important to let people know. The seaweed tastes like printer paper. The wasabi tastes like a sock that didn't get fully dried on the first dryer cycle. The salmon is just mushy cardboard. I really hate leaving these types of reviews but I've never had a worse experience. The servers don't communicate. It really seems like they're all participating in a competition to get as many steps in as possible because if you blink for a second after they hand you the food they dissapear into thin air. As I'm writing this I just recieved a miso soup because it is physically impossible to force myself to eat my rolls and it is saltier than the soy sauce. I assume the majority of the five star reviews come from people who don't have much access to Japanese cuisine because I've eaten this type of food nearly every single state in the country and this wins the trophy for the absolute worst overall. This is a place where only SELECT appetizers are worth coming for. The mochi just came out. I joked to my younger brother that they were gonna bring out some of the target pre packaged mochi. To my astonishment, they brought out the toughest pre packaged mochi I've ever had. Though it was the only good item, likely because the mochi obviously wasn't made in their kitchen. Seriously save your money and go to smaller places that specialize in one or two things. This is the equivalent of burger king trying to do Japanese food. Except the burger king is in the middle of an active warzone and the only person cooking is one of Elon Musk's weird robot people. If you want ramen, a better option is a 50 cent pack of cup noodle.

This was one of the best lunch experiences I have had in Nashville. The bento boxes were such a great value, and we definitely got our money's worth!! We got the poke bento and the kushiyaki with skirt steak and shared. The skirt steak usually comes well, but I asked for it on the rarer side, and it was PERFECT. We also felt weird about not getting ramen, so we added soft eggs to our plates, and I highly recommend it. I also got a side of the pickled mustard greens. Every single thing was so flavorful and satisfying. The poke box came with lemon on the side, and we added it to the crispy brussels, which were already perfect, but I recommend the zing. 10000/10 amazing lunch. Thank you for the experience

Options for EVERYONE, and the dishes are well executed, come out quickly. Ramen, sushi, skewers, appetizers, all delivered.
Vegans - had a goto option in each part of the menu, and the waiter knew the options and was glad to cover them.
Vibe - it’s a great place to hang and have a good time, good crowd and service.
Alcohol alternatives - Mocktails available to complement the bar
Love the complex it is in… dessert right around d the corner!

I never write reviews but had to share this awful experience. Went with two friends. I could only put certain amount on company card and put the rest on an other ticket. We tipped above 20% on the tab that wasn’t paid with company card for the total of both tickets. The waiter went out of way to FOLLOW me outside with a smart a** comment about not tipping him. Although he should have never done that even if we tipped none. I am furious he did that after we tipped above 20% on the ticket. Entitlement at its finest. I will never return to this restaurant and support a place that hired people who treat people like that.

Reservations are needed to avoid a long wait.

If there's one thing that gets me going, it's a good bowl of ramen. And let me tell you, Two Ten Jack in Nashville knows how to deliver.
Walking into this joint, you're hit with that familiar aroma that instantly transports you to the bustling streets of Tokyo. The ambiance? Think dimly lit, with a vibe that screams urban cool. But enough about the aesthetics, let's talk about what really matters: the food.
I opted for the tonkotsu ramen with a side of spicy miso because, let's face it, I love that heat. And boy, did it pay off. After gently mixing the spice, mayu, and broth, the fusion of flavors, the perfect balance of heat and richness, it was like a symphony in my mouth.
The tonkotsu broth? Rich, flavorful, with layers of complexity that kept me coming back for more. And those noodles? Cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chew to make each bite a delight. But let's not forget about the chashu, because no bowl of ramen is complete without it. Tender, succulent, and bursting with flavor, it was the cherry on top of an already stellar dish.
If like me, you're seeking that umami hit, Two Ten Jack hit all notes. What let us down in that experience was their Japanese Fried Chicken. You're expecting a crunchy bite, packed with flavor. It wasn't quite right there.
But enough, so here's the deal: if you find yourself in Nashville craving a taste of the Far East, Two Ten Jack is the place to be. Trust me, it's worth every slurp.

This was my second visit to Two Ten Jack. The first time I was sat solo at the bar next to a few people having an x-rated conversation not entirely to themselves but that's a story for another time. I did enjoy that meal, but realized immediately I'd need to return with a dining companion. We ordered a few items from each part of the menu and enjoyed everything. The takoyaki was our favorite small plate but the competition was tight. We did a few bites of sushi, the octopus again was a favorite. We got a few different kushiyaki, we loved them all except perhaps the eggplant, it was a bit mushy and the sauce too sugary. I got the abura soba with egg and country ham, it was so delicious but I had to take half home as I was full to the gills. The cocktails looked very tempting and as well thought out as the food. And the atmosphere is very nice, Will definitely be back, but ill stick to the table with my own weirdo friends.

We had our Friday date night dinner here. We came early around 5 pm and the place was already packed! Glad that we booked a table in avance otherwise it would’ve been a long wait. The restaurant has a good relaxing bar vibe. In terms of the food:
- Crispy Rice + Spicy Tuna - stick crispy rice with a slice of tuna sashimi. We loved this one - good bite size, the crispiness of the rice was amazing and the spicy tuna added extra flavor and a kick, making the whole dish fantastic. Highly recommend for a starter.
- Tonkatsu Ramen - the texture of the noodles were okay, don’t feel like they were “Ra” or pulled. The BBQ pork was good, tender and got a smoky flavor in it. The soup was good too, not too salty but got a dense flavor. If it were thicker, it would have been perfect.
Overall, we liked the spot - good food and a variety choice of drinks and pretty relaxing bar vibe. Definitely recommend for a friends hanging out group or a dinner spot for couples / families.

If you haven't been here yet, what are you doing with life?! Seriously, make a reservation right now! I've been dining here since 2019 and I've never been disappointed a single time. Food, service, and vibe are 10/10! Jess - the manager knows how to make guests feel special and loved. My husband and I try to visit the Nashville location at least once a year as we live in Louisville. It's become our favorite restaurant and wish we had it more.
They have a great selection of vegetarian items and we absolutely would die for their veggie ramen. You can't go wrong with anything you order on the menu whether that's apps, ramen, yakitori, sushi, garlic noodles, or their delicious cocktails. Also tried the poke bowl and would not do it again. Was not worth the price for what you got. Enjoyed the chicken ball ramen and it was to die for. Added the spicy miso and it kicked it another notch. Also, had two of their cocktails on tap. It was number 2 and number 3. Can’t remember the names. :) Can’t wait to try something new next time.

Two Ten Jack is a gem in East Nashville. I always visit when people come from out of town. The food is top notch, and on par with high-end Asian food restaurants with a small, local neighborhood restaurant feel.
The cocktail options are plentiful, delicious, and reasonable in cost.
Service is solid, always helpful and engaging with the party.
Parking is plentiful, but do be aware later in the evening it can be difficult as it's a community lot.

My husband and I came here for his birthday. The food definitely lives up to the reputation. We could have made a meal from just the small plates. The gyoza stuffed chicken wings were so good we got 2 ordered. We both ordered the brothless ramen and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor. We will definitely come back to try other things on the menu!
The service was good, considering it was a little busy. I was hoping that they would do something special for my husband since I did make note in Resy that we were dining there to celebrate his birthday and it was our first time there. That's my only feedback. Everything else was amazing!

Amazing food, definitely a "foodie experience"! Don't spread the word too far, it is already hard enough to get reservations!

Man, I'll tell you what! Great food, knowledgeable staff, pleasant atmosphere. Patrick at the front door was the happiest, friendliest, personable, engaging host I've seen in a while, while Ben our server/bartender was super nice, and helped answer questions about the menu. The bento box was delicious and enough to fill me up for lunch, ramen bowl that my girlfriend ordered was flavorful and just the right size! Great job!

One of the best ramen in Nashville

We really like their appetizers. Their main course are not as flavorful. I recommend the Japanese fried chicken, crispy brussels sprouts, and potato fries. I should note the other people in my party did not like the fries. They think it is too thick and not crispy. So don't expect crispy fries.

This has been my favorite ramen spot in town for quite some time, but the management has deteriorated the experience. The last handful of times we have come with a reservation, we have waited nearly 30+ minutes for our table. While I get things happen, this has become a regular occurrence and it’s on management to not overfill their reserved tables and back them up so closely to one another. Loved our waiter and tipped him well, but hate to see my neighborhood ramen spot sliding off the map!

Five stars for the Garlic Noodles alone. Best dish in Nashville.
And can’t not mention the spicy tuna sticky rice.

Listen to reviews about how flavorless the ramen is! Wish we had. Wasted our money. The ramen is absolutely awful. It’s insulting to real ramen. I got the vegetable ramen and it smelled and tasted like burnt popcorn. It was like eating ashes from a fire. No other flavor. I had to send it back and didn’t even ask for anything else that’s how disappointing the food was and I’ve never sent back food at a restaurant in Nashville (lived here my whole life). My partner got the chicken ramen. I tried it and it tasted like Campbell’s chicken noodle soup. We got the chicken wing dumplings as well. They were fine. Not great not awful but definitely NOT worth $14. Our server was very nice and the atmosphere is cool and laid back. Won’t be coming back and don’t recommend to anyone!

Food was fine. Super rude service. Sat at the bar, two parties that sat after us had drinks and small plates before we were event noticed. Had one round of drinks and wanted a second, but walked to another bar after waiting forever to try and order. Really unfortunate as I just moved here and had high hopes for this place. Additionally, it’s ironic that they put the who gives off the least welcoming feeling as the hostess.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while now, and my ex went with two of his friends while I was visiting him last year, acted like it would’ve been difficult to add +1 to the reservation to include me. So my best friend took me tonight, and we were able to get seated in under 30 min. as walk-ins. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable, and the ramen and hot tea we ordered were excellent! Got me out of the breakup blues for a bit, really appreciate it.

I love it all but my only problem is that the music is too loud. I couldn’t hear a conversation I was having but otherwise perfect

First off, we had to sit at the bar despite there being several tables available from the time we got there to the time we left. Second, the tonkotsu tasted charred -- as if someone had scraped ashes into it. At $18 for a bowl of noodles, I did not expect that. The greens in the noodle bowls were leathery. Two of us did not finish our food, and we had no inclination to ask for a to-go container. The place was loud, with tvs and music playing at the same time. I will say that the wait staff (not the ones who seated us) were friendly and pleasant. This Two Ten Jack is vastly inferior to the one in Chattanooga.

The ramen is delicious and flavorful, and the service was the friendliest we've experienced on this trip. We came for lunch and they only had a limited menu, but the options were still interesting. The chicken meatballs, while not traditional, are surprisingly juicy and I preferred them to the chicken breast served with tori paitan in Japan. A little expensive, but worth it.
A minor criticism is the handful of flies buzzing around the table at the window.

Cute place… not Japanese. Food was lacking flavor and some things were over cooked. We tried the gyoza, edamame, ramen & chicken. If you’ve actually been to Japan or experienced authentic Japanese food - skip this one as you’ll be disappointed! The atmosphere and decor was much more impressive than the food.

Incredible ramen, great music & service! Wait staff isn’t pushy, very helpful and was the best ramen experience I’ve had since moving to Nashville.

The worker standing by the bar directing foot traffic to the bathroom was weird and overzealous. Other than that it was a great experience. I love the Chattanooga location more as it seems to be a bigger restaurant.

Run as fast as you can and stuff yourself with the takoyaki! The miso butter with these hush puppies are chef kiss! I did my best to scrape all the miso butter off the dish with my chopstick. We also got the spicy tuna with crispy rice which was all scrumptious!

The crab noodles didn’t really stand out to me, though my husband and friends enjoyed their meals a bit more. One of them said their ramen was excellent. Traditional Japanese cocktails were decent. Fried appetizer bites were good.. Mochi ice cream bites were pretty good. I can’t speak for the rest of the menu.
As far as the atmosphere goes.. there is great decor, EXCELLENT service, and the layout of the place is cool; however, it’s very dimly lit/ it will take a while for your eyes to adjust. I’m 25 to put this in perspective.
Bathrooms felt pretty dirty and is darker inside than the restaurant itself.
I think the pricing for most of the menu is a little more than it should be.. but, it’s Nashville, and you should expect as much.
If you’re interested in traditional Japanese food, take a shot! Reservations needed.

First time here and I’ll definitely be coming back. Kenzie was such a sweet bartender and gave great recommendations for the small plates. Definitely recommend going here for the ramen and people! Everyone who works here is so nice. It’s the perfect place to go for dinner.

My favorite ramen restaurant anywhere.

Pathetic attempt of a ramen restaurant. If you've had ramen on the west coast...just avoid this place altogether. Hilarious price/per portion and quality. $1 to make it spicy....lmfao in no way is this place authentic, avoid or don't but you'll appreciate my honest review after.
