Be prepared to be blown away by this place! Officially the best restaurant I have ever been too! It's absolutely beautiful, you are treated like royalty and the food is amazing! They have live music we heard a saxophone and flute player and they were playing classics and up to date music as well! I'm so impressed I don't think I can find a place to top this! Lol
We celebrated our anniversary and it really made our anniversary special when they brought out a special dessert for us 🥰 I will definitely be back!!

My wife and I had been trying to go here for a while because everyone speaks so highly of this establishment. I must say, the hype is real. We had birthday reservations and was greeted at the door by exuberant greeters, and ushered past velvet ropes. The restaurant is very lavishly adorned, and I could be wrong but I think it’s the old National Bank building but I digress. It’s a little on the dark side with new age jazz playing to set the mood, and the wait staff was very prompt and personable. The food was delicious as well. The crowd was very high class and I personally recognized various public officials and a few athletes dining. I can’t recommend this dining experience enough. It certainly isn’t inexpensive, but it’s well worth it!!

We had a wonderful experience! Tiffany provided exceptional and eloquent service that truly enhanced our celebration. The historic bank setting is absolutely stunning and perfect for special events. There is also a unique vault room in the basement.

I recommend making reservations well in advance to secure your spot. The food was outstanding overall, with just one minor exception of 1 of our group's steak being slightly overcooked.

For convenience, there's an $18 valet service out front, and if there aren't other events happening in the city, PNC parking next door is a great alternative.

Our server was outstanding, guiding us through the menu with expert recommendations. We started with the Crispy Rock Shrimp Roll and the complimentary Japanese milk bread. The bread was airy and paired perfectly with the house-made butter, creamy and smooth.

The Lump Crab Cake was a standout with its crispy exterior and moist, flavorful interior, complemented by a tangy, rich sauce. The Crispy Shrimp Roll offered a delightful textural contrast, with perfectly fried shrimp adding crunch and crispiness to the umami to the delectable sushi.

For our entrées, my girlfriend enjoyed a tender filet mignon, while I savored a flavorful Delmonico steak. We paired these with brussels sprouts and potatoes au gratin. Though we wished the brussels sprouts were crispier, the flavor was still enjoyable. The potatoes, layered with Gouda and aged cheddar, were creamy, rich, and topped with a satisfying, crispy cheese crust.

Dessert was a highlight, featuring a maple apple caramel panna cotta that was the perfect blend of creamy, rich, and subtly savory caramel. It was, without a doubt, one of the best desserts I’ve ever had.

To cap off the evening, our server surprised us with complimentary cotton candy and a heartfelt anniversary card, adding a personal touch that we truly appreciated.

Overall, Marble Room Steaks and Raw Bar delivered an extraordinary dining experience, making our anniversary dinner unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their exceptional hospitality!

Went to The Marble Room for the first time.
Was not sure where to park unless you valet, which we did not & found a spot on the street.
The building has great architecture & the atmosphere is very positive. Everyone was very polite & elegant. I had the filet and it was cooked right & no sauce needed, great flavor & not dry. The asparagus was lightly flavored with lemon. The whipped potatoes were good, but a little too buttery for my liking. I like whipped potatoes a little thicker.

The Cobb salad was great and the salad dressing had a great taste. Only suggestion is no iceberg lettuce, for the price I would think better lettuce quality. We had ice cream for dessert, which tasted great. Basically 2 scoops. Then they brought out cotton candy, which is great if you like cotton candy, very sweet.

Great experience & ambiance. The sides are separate. If you get the filet it does not come with sides, only the steak. You need to purchase sides separately.

This place is top notch. Most expensive by far of you compare to other places I have reviewed. But this atmosphere is exquisite every thing feels extremely fancy and casual at the same time. Everything was delicious and the steak although very high priced, was the best thickest cut of Ribeye I have ever had without going direct to the butcher and cooking it myself. This is not a place you will make a regular but it's perfect for that special or romantic vibe. Just be warned this sets the bar high so saves it for a really special night out.

Editing to add: Someone from Savour reached out to us nearly immediately and apologized for our experience. They offered to have us back to make up for our negative experience and sent a gift card... for a third of the cost of our original meal. I refuse to spend any additional money at this establishment, especially when I emailed the person below to clarify what "having us back" would mean after receiving the gift card and have received zero response. Changing this to a 1 star review across the board as their "resolution" has left us even more frustrated than we were before. No amount of beautiful atmosphere or great food makes up for awful customer service, both at Marble Room and with Savour Hospitality.

My husband and I visited to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. There's no doubt about it - The atmosphere is beautiful and the food was outstanding.
That said, we got there at 6pm and didn't leave until after 8:30pm. We purposefully scheduled it when we did to spare our sitter from handling bedtime for our children, but we were rushing to get home by the end of the night. It took over an hour before we actually got our food and, after finishing our meal, it took another 40 minutes to find our server/before he checked back in for our check and to box up some leftovers.
When our server checked in after we finally got the food, he walked away and my husband was never able to order a second drink. I wasn't able to address the fact that the neat bourbon I ordered was served on the rocks. By the time we were done eating, we weren't offered a dessert menu. The restaurant was aware it was our anniversary and we were brought a free dessert at the end of our meal. However, after spending so much on a meal, the novelty of cotton candy doesn't really make up for the fact that it's spun sugar and something we're really not fans of. I much would have preferred to pick a dessert that we actually liked, even if it meant not having it given to us for free. It all sealed the deal on a bad experience.
We waited awhile to get this reservation and were really looking forward to our time there, but we have had much finer dining experiences in Cleveland, especially on anniversaries, where we truly felt celebrated in the moment. We were really hoping to treat ourselves to a wonderful meal for our anniversary but will take our money elsewhere in the future.

Never one thing to complain about here, closest restaurant to perfect in NE Ohio you can get. I come almost every month. Best service you can find anywhere and some of the most El Dente meals. I’m on year 4 of going and hope to keep going for many years! (They also appreciate everyone of their customers and keep their information down for openings and greetings)

I had an awful experience at the Marble Room, and I feel compelled to share what happened. During my visit, my vehicle was broken into, and items were stolen while parked in their lot. I don’t believe this was a random break-in—it felt like an inside job by one of their valet workers. Nathan from VIP Valet even watched as I took off my boots and handed them to my friend, who placed them in the back seat. My windows are heavily tinted, making it impossible to see inside the truck without prior knowledge of what was there.

What made this situation even worse was the behavior of the staff and management. When I reported the incident, “Ryan,” one of the managers from VIP Valet, was incredibly dismissive and simply told me to file a claim. I know how these situations usually play out—I’ll likely never hear back, and it’ll come down to my word versus theirs. On top of that, the claim form stated I was merely “alleging” that items were stolen, despite one of the workers admitting they hadn’t locked my vehicle’s doors after accessing it. They outright refused to document that admission on the form.

Adding to the frustration, the restaurant manager (Kevin) didn’t check on our experience at all (no table touch) and only came out when he heard I was upset in his lobby. Instead of showing empathy or taking responsibility for their team’s actions, he was dismissive and unhelpful, which was deeply disappointing.

This experience has left a lasting negative impression, and I won’t be returning to the Marble Room. If you value your belongings and expect basic professionalism and accountability from staff, I strongly recommend thinking twice before visiting.

This is by far the premiere restaurant of Cleveland. While it may be the most expensive, you get what you pay for. The best food I have probably ever eaten with Lago right up there as well. My favorite meal here is the Delmonico Steak with a side of asparagus and whipped potatoes. Mmm it is all so good, I just can't say enough about it.

Waitress was very nice, but her assistant was very rude by disturbing us and asking if he can clean the table each minute even some of us have not finished their food. Well, I see why this place takes 2 months to get a reservation, even for a Monday night. What an absolute treat, and while probably a little overpriced -I've had better meals for less in D.C., NYC, and L.A.- The Marble Room is unquestionably the king of Cleveland for fine dining. Everything was expertly prepared and presented, and the servers (we had 2 servers for a party of 7) maintained an excellent balance of attentive interaction without being overly interactive. My only complaint, and it's a personal preference more than a complaint, is the cocktails on the rocks had almost crushed ice instead of the more appropriate large cube. It didn't ruin my Manhattans, but it certainly detracted. Overall, an great experience and the pinnacle of Cleveland dining for a special event. I'll be back next time I'm in town... and have 2-3 months to reserve a table.

We were there last Saturday. The booth was ready at the reservation time. We had fantastic service. No less than 8 people interacted with us. The steaks and salmon was perfect as well as the sides. We had a drink and sushi to begin. My first time and I was impressed. It's about 125 per person.

Honest review: I've eaten at a lot of fine dining places in my life. I was honestly a little underwhelmed at Marble Room. The atmosphere, experience, and service was a 10/10, but the food was 7-8/10. We got apps which were actually very good (spicy tuna crispy rice [my favorite of the three], oysters rockefeller, and duck confit spring rolls) and maybe my favorite part of the meal. For dinner we split the 40 oz Tomahawk steak, the scallop dinner, and 3 sides being mac n cheese, Brussel sprouts (very good), and the potatoes au gratin. Dont get me wrong, everything was tasty but nothing blew me away. I wasnt taking bites and responding "oh my god" (quite like I did at Ginko). I would definitely go back for the dirty martini and the apps alone!

We were celebrating our 1-year anniversary and so my only complaint was that the table we were sitting at had a speaker that was playing music over our heads and it was a little loud. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and very pleasant.

Terrible service. Waitress brought wine glass (empty) to the table 1/4 way thru dinner. When asked about the wine, she said let me go see if it's ready. Valet parking sent me 2 invoices. One for $18 plus penalties. The other for $84.25. I had paid when getting my car. I talked to GM Kevin Kane, who promised to send a gift card (which never came). I have since left 2 messages for Mr. Kane and as of now have not received a call back. Even though the food is exceptional, needless to say, we will not go back.

This was our 4th time at Marble Room and walked away overall with an unsatisfying experience. We reserved a table 2+ months in advance to celebrate this special occasion. The ambiance is stunning and service was spot on, however, what made the evening VERY disappointing was that 2 out of 4 dinner entrees were served over cooked and had to be sent back. 15 minutes went by before they were brought back out and the other entrees had already been consumed. Never had this issue before at Marble Room and expectations were to have another amazing dinner. At this $ point everything needs to be spot-on and that was not what happened in the kitchen this evening. Have been in contact via phone and email with both front managers about the experience and they have not followed up with what was discussed during our cordial conversations. Will be difficult to return after this experience unfortunately as this was our go-to place to celebrate special occasions in Cleveland.

I’ve never had such an expensive meal, but also never as incredible of a meal. There was nothing anyone could say to me that would convince me that spending over $300 on a meal would be worth it, but this is the place where you go if you want to experience the dinner of a lifetime—and right here in Cleveland! This is also coming from someone who has had some pretty excellent meals in Boston, London, and Italy. 8/10 Wagyu, 11/10 Delmonico with Horseradish and Black Truffle sauce.

Pricey, but worth every nickel.

Ate at Marble Room for the first time tonight with my boyfriend. We were able to sit at a table without a reservation around 7:30 on a Thursday. Our waiter, Alex, was knowledgeable and professional. The entire staff was exceptionally attentive. Our sushi rolls were delicious and the sautéed spinach was possibly the best I have ever had. We appreciated the selection of non alcoholic drinks which included mocktails, NA beer, and NA wine. We are looking forward to returning soon to try the steak which looked delicious!

My husband and I have been wanting to come here for a couple years and finally made it for our anniversary. This place is absolutely amazing! Not only is the atmosphere moody and elegant, the food was excellent! We ordered 2 filets along with their French onion soup and it was SO divine. The best part of the night was the Marbleroom Gold Candy Bar. Our service was 10/10 from the moment we walked in the door. Huge shoutout to our server Jeff J, they don’t make them like that anymore! Highly recommend coming here for special occasions and just because.

What an absolute gem of a restaurant! The atmosphere is like walking into the novel "The Great Gatsby". Words alone can not describe the vibe here and the food is just as extraordinary.

Good and service was lovely. Unfortunately would not use their Valet service. My husband and I dined there in April, and had a rental, used their Valet and then got a PARKING TICKET mailed to us for 114.25! We called the restaurant as the violation occurred at the exact date and time we were dining there. We each called the manager and left messages but it was never resolved. Nothing like that has ever happened to us before. Would not recommend.

This place is top notch. Most expensive by far of you compare to other places I have reviewed. But this atmosphere is exquisite every thing feels extremely fancy and casual at the same time. Everything was delicious and the steak although very high priced, was the best thickest cut of Ribeye I have ever had without going direct to the butcher and cooking it myself. This is not a place you will make a regular but it's perfect for that special or romantic vibe. Just be warned this sets the bar high so saves it for a really special night out.

We had an amazing dining experience celebrating my wife’s birthday. It’s hard to get a reservation there and I see why. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere and live music. Saxophone and violin player were awesome during our dinner. Regino was assisting our table and was so friendly and attentive! We are already planning our next meal. Amazing food, amazing service. First, let me say our server, Deon, was amazing. We had a private party in the Euclid room, and he was on point. The food was an top notch experience. We had the Takamori Wagyu Filet for an appetizer it was melt in mouth tinder. The Duck Spring Rolls, Shrimp, Sushi, and Pommes Friteswere also delicious. For the entree, I had a 12oz filet with peppercorn sauce that was outstanding. The whipped potatoes, mac & cheese, potatoes au gratin, and sauteed spinach were also extremely tasty. The cheesecake for dessert was probably my least favorite part of the meal even though it was very good.

One of the most beautiful and unique restaurants you will ever see. That in itself is worth having a meal here. On top of that, the food is amazing, and the service is even better. Everything was cooked to perfection. Everything is great, but the highlights for me were the French Onion Soup (very hard to find this done well, and not over salted) and the Old Fashioned (I usually find these too sweet and this one was perfect). Fine dining at its best. We had Tim as a server and can't say enough good things about his service, very knowledgeable, great recommendations and very friendly without taking away from the conversations at the table. Several great options for private rooms as well, we had the Euclid Room for a group of 9 and it was perfect. Whatever the event or party size, I would recommend this restaurant if you are looking for something special.

I decided to go to Marble Room based on how stunning the interior looked and admittedly having dined at a lot of the best nyc and Buenos Aires steakhouses I didn’t expect this to match up. I was entirely wrong and the steak was as good as any I’ve had anywhere. Strongly recommend the delmonico. One of our party had sushi instead of steak and also really enjoyed it. Service and atmosphere are great. World class steakhouse!

We went to the marble room to celebrate our anniversary and we had an amazing experience dining in there. From the beginning to the end the service was exquisite, extremely attentive, polite and always making sure we felt good and were well served. Our server, I believe his name was Enrique (I am terrible remembering names), was truly exceptional. He was very knowledgeable of the menu, had great recommendations, and made sure we were enjoying our meal through the night.

We loved the bread with butter they bring as a starter. It is warm, spongy and simply delicious, we couldn't stop enjoying it.

We ordered 2 appetizers to share, the market ceviche and the tuna tacos. They were simply delicious! You could taste the freshness of the fish and how they melted in your mouth was just amazing. Highly recommend them!!

We then ordered their seasonal fettuccine, thanks god we shared that plate too because the portion was very generous. They were so creamy and delicious as well, loved the sauce and the cherry tomatoes in it!

To end the meal, we decided to order their special dessert of the week. We were thinking we would get the chocolate cake or the cheese cake, but when Enrique mentioned their special, we were sold on it! It was a delicious cake with roasted peaches on it, vanilla ice cream, topped with cherries and cherry sauce as well as almonds. Simply delicious and out of this world! Loved that it wasn't extremely sweet, it was simple perfect.

They were super sweet and also brought us a strawberry cotton candy since we were celebrating, which was a very sweet detail and we loved it so much!

We will definitely be back, such an amazing experience and delicious food. Thanks marble room for making our special night, truly special!

This is our favorite restaurant of any restaurant in the world!! Seriously!!! The ambiance is so elegant, the service is impeccable, and the food is fantastic!!! Our daughter had rack of lamb, my husband had the 8-ounce filet and I had the Vegan cubanelle stuffed pepper. All were so delicious!! We all highly recommend this amazing restaurant!!!

Supper disappointed as a foodie we waited 25 min at the table : ordered the crab cakes they were not hot at all . The dry aged steaks were ok not cooked as perfection the sides were fine and the cheese cake was delicious.

Took the girlfriend out for our 1 year anniversary on the day that 4 tornadoes hit in Cleveland. I ordered a dry aged steak and the gf got pasta. The staff took photos for us, gave us free cotton candy for our anniversary. Absolutely amazing experience. Even packed our to go boxes. Have to go again!

The atmosphere was amazing however buyer beware if sitting at the bar, make sure that you do not go unnoticed. I was there this evening and sat at the bar for over an hour while everyone else received their meal. There were no check ins or anyone coming by to see if I needed anything, not until I pulled a manager aside by the name of Kevin and I asked for my bill - thank you Kevin! The bartender had no awareness of her surroundings with minimal accountability. Staff leaders, please help the broader team understand the importance of awareness, execution and attention to detail.

I am always nervous to try a restaurant that has been hyped on social media as they rarely meet the expectations. This place exceeded everything I have heard. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere glamorous, however I felt fine is my semi casual clothing. The food was out of this world. The steak melted in my mouth. I chose the strip and my parent chose the bone in ribeye. Amazing. The whipped potatoes were smooth like butter. If you are considering traveling or taking someone special, it’s worth every penny. This is the place to propose, to say I love you, to tell him you’re pregnant. The Marble Room is a very special place to be cherished by all walks of life. Everything started with the GM at the door. We stopped in not realizing how fancy this place was. My adult son was grossly underdressed for the occasion but the GM still made us feel welcome. We made a reservation and returned to an amazing meal. The food is very reasonably priced, dare I say cheap, for the quality and quantity. Neither of us could finish our filet. The $36 desert was worth it for the presentation but it’s not something you need to get twice. I enjoyed the crème brûlée.

What an amazing dining experience. This restaurant is worth every penny you spend here. My wife and I were celebrating my 70th birthday.
I had oysters and my wife had ceviche for apps.
Both were amazing. For dinner my wife had the 6 oz filet and I opted for the bone-in rib steak. I guilded the lily by adding Foie Gras.

The steaks were cooked to perfection. The Foie Gras was so buttery and amazing. We shared a Crème Brûlée for desert which is the best I ever had. To finish they brought me a really cool cotton candy that was lit up for my birthday.

Our service was outstanding. Our server was knowledgeable and so kind and friendly. The Marble Room provides everything you will need for an excellent dining experience. We can’t wait to return.

Valets outside are too busy playing tag to open the front door for you. Venue was so dark it was hard to read the menu, music was so loud it was hard to talk. Very disappointed seeing men wearing shorts, tee shirts, and caps to a $100 meal venue.
Food was average, basically the same you could get at at Outback Steakhouse for half the price. Waiter/Server was amazing.

Words can’t describe how beautiful this place is. Its grandeur and opulence shows in every detail from the moment you enter. Can’t help but imagine what it was like back in its days of being a bank. Our server, Roman, was very knowledgable about the different steak offerings and provided spectacular service! Brought us the illuminated cotton candy for our birthday celebration! Valet parking was great since it’s a busy area. Worth every penny for a special evening or when you want to splurge. Go ahead, you deserve it!

Beautiful venue and fantastic food. This is our date night spot. We didn't have a reservation but lucked into two of the last bar seats. It was an app and dessert night so we had the caviar which is always so pretty and delish. We also tried the French toast. Paired everything with a bevy of beverages.

While the marble was very beautiful the service was not. I spent my anniversary there last night just for our server to be completely lacking in every aspect of service. I’ve come to the Marble Room many time before and it was great but last night I was extremely disappointed overall. Forgot drink along with simply just not getting us the right the second time around really showed how little attention our server paid to us.

Definitely a 5-star experience!
My age and I celebrated out anniversary here and it was perfect. Getting a reservation can be tough, but I recommend you try, otherwise it can be a long wait, or you may end up eating at the bar (which is still a great experience!);
The decor is quite special, staying true to it’s name with the large marble columns and intricate architectural designs. They have a top notch bar with amazing high-end cocktails, a large wine collection in full display and the a-la-carte dining menu is delicious!
The staff is very professional, our every need was catered to and all of our requests were responded to promptly, but there was also a very friendly and open interaction. We stayed in the main dining room; however, they also have some interesting private rooms which we’re considering booking for future events.
They don’t enforce a dress code, but I strongly recommend you dress up, as you will certainly feel out of place here if you show up in casual attire.
The valet service is great; however it is a pretty crowded part of town, so plan to arrive early to account for it.
Overall, the marble room is a beautiful place, offering an amazing experience. It is definitely on the expensive side, but worth the money. I can’t recommend them enough!

We had dinner here on the weekend of the Stones concert. It was also my birthday weekend. Our dinner was fabulous. The service was also wonderful. The staff went out of their way to make us feel at home. One of the best parts of the evening was when they served a lovely cake made by their pastry chef. It was a memorable evening that my family and I will always remember.

Came here for our 1 year anniversary & it was awesome! Great staff, incredible food, elegant atmosphere. Everything was 10/10. Our waitress was very nice & helpful.

We got free rolls to start, a limoncello spritz, marble room chop salad, fish-n-chips sushi roll, Delmonico steak with asparagus. My wife got the filet mignon 6oz with pommes frites (fries).

The hostess were super nice. It’s on the more expensive side but for a special occasion, it’s well worth it. The cotton candy was a nice free gift from our waitress too :)

Only downside is they don’t have a lot of gluten free/dairy free options for people with dietary restrictions. But we still had an AMAZING TIME!

Every single aspect of this restaurant is top notch. Amazing service, an absolutely gorgeous building, and the food is just superb. We got the bone in ribeye, best steak I've ever had. Excellent food and atmosphere in an awesome historic location. With fantastic drink selection, attentive staff, and the best steak I've had so far out of hundreds of fine dining restaurants I've been to through the years.

As always, there is room for improvement, and I couldn't in good conscience give this 5 stars. Unfortunately, I have to say the Ceasar salad that accompanied my steak was so underdressed that it was essentially dry leaves with cheese and croutons.

However, I would absolutely recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone wanting the finest steak in Cleveland, and likely beyond that. You'd be hard pressed to find somewhere that can do better.

The steak was by far the best I’ve had in Cleveland! We ordered to tomahawk and devoured it! It was cooked and seasoned to perfection with just the right amount of char. What happened to the elegance and superior service at the Marble Room? Of course, the venue is beautiful, but the service has deteriorated significantly. We took out-of-town guests to the Marble Room in June, expecting our usual upscale experience. Instead, we had a young server who knew nothing about the menu and acted giddy and unprofessional. Worse yet, the server knew nothing about the wine menu, had no idea what tannins are, and had little knowledge about dry vs. sweet wines. The Delmonico steaks that we all ordered were fatty and tasteless, unlike the steaks we usually order. We could have purchased Delmonicos at the local supermarket that would have been far superior. After a very expensive meal, we left, embarrassed that our guests had less than a fine dining experience

Humungous thank you, thank you, thank you to both Dion and Alex G. for providing excellent service. This past Wednesday, myself and two friends were celebrating a medical school graduation. From valet, to hostess, to server assistant, and of course, DION & ALEX everyone made our guest of honor feel very special. Dion was very gracious and professional. Alex expressed his passion for hospitality and encouraged us to throw a private party one day in the future. What a fantastic idea. We finished off our night with the GOLD CANDY BAR. In congruence with our dessert, Dion and Alex are naturally exemplary quintessential *gold* standard.They are the treasures in the opulent old bank! It only makes sense now! :)

Always love coming here. It's not for everyone due to the price but it's definitely worth it. If you're celebrating a anniversary or special event this is definitely your place. My friend has a lot of stories and experiences going to a lot of different restaurants and I wanted to try this one. I’m glad I went. I ordered the scallops entree and was not disappointed. I will say, the sauce they concocted for the dish was a bit rich for me but it’s probably because of how quality it is, but prove me wrong. Also, that was some BIG asparagus.

Obviously, this will be more on the pricey side, but that’s what you get when you’re surrounded by giant, gold pillars.

Update: the management contacted me and was very concerned with our experience. They were extremely pleasant and assured me that they would take steps to address the issues. It’s great to see management care so much about their clientele.

The restaurant itself is beautiful and the food we ordered was incredible. Very delicious! However, the service was not that of a fine dining restaurant. The waiter we had was not attentive. There was a point where we couldn't even eat our main entrees because the food came prior to the waiter providing us our silverware. I received better services at restaurant chains. For the amount we paid, I would expect better service.

Dining at the Marble Room in Cleveland was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The steaks were cooked to perfection and the accompanying sauces elevated the flavors to new heights. The cheesy potatoes were a delicious side, creamy and indulgent, complementing the main course beautifully. The ceviche was fresh and vibrant, a perfect starter to our meal.

What an incredible experience. This may have been our favorite time visiting. Our table was exceptional. We were celebrating our anniversary. Everything went very well. We had a recook, but our entree came out perfectly the second time. A Cleveland must for guests from out of town. I highly recommend. The service was top notch.

Side dishes are not good at all. Bland, however, lobster tail, steaks, and lamb chops were amazing. Personally, jaja was all the way around better, and for the same price, you'd get amazing food and amazing side dishes.

My husband and I hosted a small dinner party after our daughter's wedding in the vault. The food, including the sushi appetizers and wedding cake made by Rhianna were delicious. Symone, The sales manager, made sure my experience was elevated from the arrival to the end. Everything was a dream. A 5/5 doesn't really do it justice. It was really a one of a kind night to remember always. Thank you Marble room. Thank you Symone! Your attention to detail did not go unnoticed.

Had the fish of the day. Over cooked, dry and not hot, served on top on inedible spicy corn salad.
Not for beer drinkers; only a limited list of boutique pilsners and lagers, served at 45 degrees.

The entire experience was good overall. We got the ceviche (excellent), oysters (small but excellent), complimentary rolls (excellent), potatoes au gratin and potato cake (both excellent), 12oz filet ordered medium rare (incredible), the pork chop ordered at medium per waiter/chef recommendation (dry and tough), and complimentary cotton candy (actually really good)….. our waiter was OK but not amazing, he didn’t tell us that “flat water” meant we were paying for bottles of water (he just said either fizzy or flat water), by the time we realized we were on the second bottle which cost us $14 — no one else in the restaurant was drinking this bottled water, and it really felt like a deceptive move by our waiter. Additionally they sat us right next to the bar and it was loud and busy by our seat — honestly probably the worst traditional seat in the house, I was not happy about it and we reserved 2 months in advance as is typical for this place.

Our bill after tip was $300 and it was not worth that despite the absolutely incredible filet…. If you know what you’re ordering this restaurant could be a great option but between our waiter not explaining the water situation and the terrible pork chop it’s hard for me to want to return in addition to paying for parking. The quality of the filet and sides really saved the entire experience. It was our 5th anniversary and my wife didn’t want me to stir the pot or I would have about the pork chop.

Also interesting the manager never came around to check on anything, I expect that at a restaurant at this price point.

I had the pleasure of having Tim t as my server and a time was had y’all! He made this dining experience one to remember and I am so grateful for him! He is a wine connoisseur and got me to try something outside of caymus which is very hard to do 🤣. Couldn’t recommend him enough and this restaurant! Cleveland I will deff be back!
