We opted for the “all you can eat sushi” special, and the food was both delicious and impressively quick to arrive. This was by far the fastest and most efficient experience we've had at an “all you can eat sushi” restaurant. If I could give 10 stars, I would! We’ll definitely be back.

I’ve been to this place twice now, the first time was slightly above gas station sushi. The second was just gas station sushi. The crab was chewy, the clear soup was sweet. Everything tasted like it came from a grocery store frozen section. I watched them get their sake from a box and microwave it. Just go to Mizumis it’s not that far away and is one thousand times better.

I wasn't impressed. The rolls are mediocre at best. It was my 1st time visiting this particular sushi restaurant. The all you can eat menu wasn't fully explained to me. Therefore, I had to keep asking questions for clarification. Perhaps, they were short of staff because the waitress had a long gap in between taking my first order and coming back for the other orders (all you can eat). I was concerned about the long gap of time because you have an hour or two hours to eat according to the instructions. I was never told which timeframe I had so I wanted to ensure I ate within the hour just in case. Unfortunately, this restaurant will not yield a second visit from me.

The sushi was decent, but the hibachi could have been better. The vibe of the restaurant was off—the lights were way too bright, and the overall atmosphere felt strange for what seemed like a family-friendly place. The menu descriptions were oddly suggestive, which seemed out of place.

I did like that they sold glue-on nails at the front—such a cool touch! I even bought a set.

However, the service was uncomfortable. A staff member seemed impatient and on edge and at the end rudely asked if I was pregnant after eavesdropping on a private conversation with my husband, and a Japanese man kept staring at me while I ate. Definitely not the kind of environment I’d want to revisit...

I had one of the strangest and most unsettling experiences of my life at Sushi Kingdom. While the food was passable, the overall atmosphere and service left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable.

To begin with, the ambiance was terrible. The lights were overly bright, making it feel less like a relaxing dining experience and more like an interrogation room. The restaurant felt eerily similar to something out of the movie Get Out—there was a bizarre and unsettling vibe throughout our visit.

The staff's behavior was completely inappropriate. One of the waiters asked my wife if she was pregnant, which was not only uncalled for but also incredibly rude. On top of that, there was a strange man who seemed to be watching her intently while she ate, adding to the discomfort. We also had to wait for an hour before finally going up to the front to pay our check because no one came to retrieve it.

The bathroom conditions were atrocious, dirty, outdated, and frankly disgusting. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority for the restaurant, which made me question the hygiene of the kitchen as well.

As for the menu, it featured oddly sexualized names for the sushi rolls, such as "Happy Ending 😉," "Creamy Roll," "Playboy," and "Deep Love." This was both inappropriate and off-putting, especially in the context of the overall experience. Eating sushi should never feel suggestive or make anyone uncomfortable, and yet that’s exactly how it felt here.

While the sweet chili sauce was decent and the food was okay (though far from exceptional), the entire experience was overshadowed by the poor atmosphere, strange behavior, and inappropriate themes. To make matters worse, it felt like the staff was objectifying my wife, which led to a disturbing sense of unease that is hard to shake. At its worst, the experience gave off vibes that bordered on something as serious as human trafficking, which is horrifying to even think about.

I would not recommend Sushi Kingdom to anyone. The combination of bad service, eerie ambiance, and inappropriate behavior made this one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had.

We got the all you can eat sushi, and it was an outstanding deal! It was our first time at this restaurant and our server, Saugat, clearly explained how the all you can eat experience worked, and was attentive during the whole experience. The sushi and appetizers were good, my favorites were the takoyaki and the playboy roll! We finished dinner off with the strawberry mochi ice cream, which was delicious as well. I'll definitely be coming back here!

As a family that has sushi restaurants in Winston. I am always skeptical. I stopped by last night for the first time. I was blown away. Great food. Great people. Sushi and Hibachi both were on point.

All in have to say is lose the Base Pro shop ball cap for a waiter lol. Nice dressed employees would make it a date night destination.

And for the love of GOD. Get rid of the finger nails for sale!

Food was really good and service too. On two occasions, we found a tiny piece of plastic, glass or hard material in our sushi roll. Strange. The other thing that bothered us was to be charged for two hot teas we ordered. For $30 per person buffet, it would be nice to know about additional charges beforehand. The variety of food and taste of things was on point. I would recommend they incorporate more of a picture menu for their rolls.

I ordered the creamy roll through Uber Eats. It’s supposed to be deep fried so the salmon is cooked. They add pieces of raw tuna in the roll despite it not being in the description of the roll. I can only eat salmon as I’m allergic to tuna. So I through my whole roll in the garbage.

I always love coming here, I would say it's my favorite restaurant. Me and my family have been coming since a week after its first opening. Ever since this is our main sushi spot, I'm recognized by the usual people most times I dine here. They are very kind, and most/every time I come there is no wait. Recently I feel as if it has been slacking more with their sushi and waiters/waitresses kindness and approachability. Never the less it is still my favorite spot and my favorite food. I have come here my past two birthdays as well. Recently I have been seeing new faces, and no typical waiters/waitresses. This sometimes throws me off because staying the same is one of the big reasons why I like it. Again, I highly recommend, if it isn't for you then I'm sorry, but I will always support this establishment.

Had jiya as our server, she explained the all you can eat, recommended a few rolls which were awesome and unique. Highly recommend 28.99 for adults, had a sake menu too ( not included).

We've gone here a couple of times for the all-you-can-eat sushi and really liked the food and the experience. The restaurant may impose a 2-hour limit on you during busy times (like dinner) but for lunch everything is very relaxed. Their miso is pretty good as is the seaweed salad and squid salad. I know a lot of folks go for sushi rolls such as the California roll, but stick with more classic nigiri or even better, sashimi and hand rolls. Their tuna and salmon sashimi is pretty high-grade fish and I am personally a fan of eel, so get the unagi, too. Very friendly and efficient wait staff, and the owner is a really great guy.

My wife and daughter and I used to come there every weekend for dinner or lunch. Over the past three to four weeks the wait service has been horrendous and the food has been terrible. The quality of the food is so bad we couldn’t get through finishing are meals on a few occasions. It had no flavor, it was watery tasting and mushy and it doesn’t look right. We used to love coming here and the people were friendly but it’s gone so down hill we don’t want to come back.

I am a food connoisseur. I have tried some of the best meals available in the greensboro triad area, including multiple sushi spots. This place is putting all the other sushi spots in the Greensboro triad area to shame. I got the lunch buffet for $18.99 and it was worth it! Fresh, quality sushi. Hot, yummy, miso soup. Perfectly portioned rolls. I am new to the sushi options and I am still trying different rolls. I recommend the "Sexy lady roll" and the traditional "Philly roll" so far. Also, the miso soup as I mentioned earlier. I will be back, and I assure you, give this place a chance.You will not be disappointed! ❤️

I love sushi. I come here almost every weekend as a treat after donating plasma. I suggest the kani (crab) salad and miso soup as an appetizer. I put the crab in my soup, so I only count them as 1 appetizer.
Gyoza (pork dumplings) and cheese mussels are good too!
I have always gotten the all you can eat, but the regular menu is a bit more expanded and has pictures, so I suggest you use the menu to help pick from the all you can eat menu. As pictured, I like the Rainbow and Sexy Lady rolls the best. Order as often as you like, but don't waste food. We have to keep good restaurants profitable so they stay around, serving us great food.

Not only is the sushi all you can eat, you basically have access to the full menu (appetizers, hibachi, etc.)

Pricing is fantastic, the servers are incredibly kind and are good at timing, they play some funky music, and the sushi, especially for all you can eat, is absolutely incredible.

We didn't do the all you can eat option because we weren't hungry enough but I'd love to come back and try it. I loved my sweet potato roll and the mango roll as well. Service was fairly quick and they had a high chair ready for our son which was nice. Sake was good.

I arrived here at 6:30 p.m. August 17th I was told to wait for a table after I had waited for 20 minutes for a table for one I was not told anything about the all you can eat sushi has this was my first time as a customer here I was asked what do I want so I ordered two rolls what ended up costing more than the all you can eat buffet had I been told by my waiter that I can get the all you can eat for 28.99 I think I would have took that deal because the exact same thing I ordered was on the all you can eat menu what a joke I felt like I was being scammed out of my money next time I will go to an all-you-can-eat buffet that has a sushi included I will not return I drove all the way three cities over to eat at this place never again when you walk in the decor so disgusting they have these fake fingernails trying to sell fake fingernails is this a restaurant or a nail salon I took notice in the kitchen they had a big bowl of rice sitting on one of the oil buckets which is close to the floor as I look they were stirring this rice around and using it for the hibachi table i assume as well for the sushi 🍣 it's really not worth the price yours truly disappointed

Just okay. The rice wasn’t great, the clear soup literally tasted like plain water (no exaggeration it had NO flavor) the yum yum sauce was sour, the portions were tiny. The meats tasted good but were way over cooked, the vegetables were the best part. I won’t return.

My wife and I got in there and it was quite busy, understandably there was a wait however they were stingy on giving us a buzzer however people who came in after us they were given buzzers without issue. Another couple noticed this and spoke up however we had already been there around 40 minutes so we left. Still don’t know why we were discriminated as I myself am asian and an heir to a sushi chain. Their $28 all you can eat sushi is outstanding; good variety of nigiri/sashimi, rolls, appetizers, hibachi, and takoyaki. Everything was amazing!

The best part is the bottle of sake included in the buffet!

Server isn't as nice and accomodating so far. 1 of the drinks is flat and doesn't taste like coke. Not a wide variety of real sushi. It's more of a fusion since it has a different way of serving sushi. The price is a bit for a buffet when everyone shares the food. Had to ask where the takoyaki was before we finally got it.

What made this experience absolutely perfect was the service. Crystal took amazing care of us and she was quite funny. She gave us great recommendations and saved us from ordering too much. Thank you miss and good luck in school! Sushi kingdom is a must try if you're in the area.

Went during week day lunch hours. Place was very nicely kept. It is in the old Moe’s store location. If you know you know. They have a great lunch special from just what I saw and ordered from. 2 sushi rolls for 10.99. And they were filling. The food also came with a complimentary soup as well. Once I finished my lunch I felt full yet not unhealthily full. So will definitely come back to this place and try more items out. Staff was very friendly as well.

Drove 2 hours just to try this restaurant on the suggestion of a friend. Was definitely worth the drive! However, be warned they have RULES! Like you must eat everything. They do not throw anything away. If you order too much, you pay extra for what is left. 2 hour maximum time that you can stay.
You are given 2 sheets, and you put a number next to how many you want. We worked slow and steady thru trying the different options. At the end, we almost got stuck with too much food. It can happen if you don't pay attention to what you are doing. They offered us free hot saki. I gave it a fair try, but definitely not my drink of choice. Everything was fresh, delicious & plated so beautifully. It was quite the experience. This is another one I would wish closer, but it definitely is an expensive endeavor & one you have to be ready for. They have a regular menu, be we went for the all you could eat sushi that definitely didn't disappoint!

There are very few places in the Greensboro/ Highpoint area that I would give a 5 star food, service, and atmosphere rating. Food is absolutely delicious and the portions are more than fair. The service I had tonight was impeccable. The waiter I had not only made me feel comfortable to ask as many questions as I wanted. He was extremely helpful. And the atmosphere is really cute I found myself looking all around the restaurant enjoying all the little details.

This place has some of the freshest sushi and rice I've had anywhere. The sushi rice is sticky and sweet, the fish is fresh, and the orders are out fast. The staff is incredibly nice and fast (most of the time). Granted, sometimes the staff can be slow, but it gives you time to breathe. This place is amazing and the price is unbeatable for the all you can eat. My boyfriend and I go often for dates.

My wife and I eat here often but not after tonight. I got the all you can eat and my wife got hibachi because she is pregnant and can't have raw fish. I was cut off from all you can eat after being accused of sharing by the chef/owner. I believe this was a tactic by the owner to limit my ordering. Management would not admit to thier mistake but instead blamed our poor waiter for the way he directly told us the owner said we were sharing. They said it was his poor training and a "language barrier" that caused the problem.

We went on a week day night and got in fast and had the all you can eat sushi and it was really good, we went on a Saturday night and it was busy so expect to wait & wait longer if you have a larger party, we had a party of 6 and waited 30-40 minutes, food came out as fast as they could, I wish they would label the sushi for larger orders because at some point I didn’t even know if I had the right sushi but I still ate it and it was delicious!

Good Hibachi but nothing special. The Hibachi chicken was glazed and a bit sweet. Prices are a little high. They offer an all you can eat lunch but charge you if you have left overs. Overall good.

We just fell upon Sushi Kingdom and WHAT a find!!!! This is by far the BEST Sushi restaurant that we have found!!!! We highly recommend this restaurant over any we have visited!!!!

Absolutely disgusting! Food: The salmon did not taste fresh and the one and only roll that I ordered had absolutely no flavor! I couldn’t even eat it.
Atmosphere: It felt cluttered and dirty. Microwave, cups, big bottles of sauces ect all sitting against a wall beside the bathrooms.. as well as random stuff sitting everywhere. I even got a used menu that had been written on but worse it had dried sauce on it!! Ewwww…Not to mention, there was a screaming child the entire time!
Service: I had to wait and wait and wait for the waiter to come back each time while watching him drink soda and on his phone. When the manager came over and wanted to argue with me! all she did was make excuses and insist her “fish is fresh”. She said Mizumi is their “cousin” whatever that means. Do yourself a favor…go to the Cousins house (it’s awesome!). But this place was one of the worst restaurants I’ve ever been to!🤢

Sushi Kingdom has wonderful staff and service. I apologize to them for the negative review.

We had a great time here! The staff goes above and beyond to create a welcoming and personable experience for each guest. Even though it was a busy Friday night and we had our young toddler with us, they found a perfect place for us in the restaurant. Service was very attentive and thoughtful. The food was tasty too! We can’t wait to come back :)

Went there for dinner tonight to meet up with my brother. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted. The atmosphere is beautiful, nothing to complain about but adore. Took some time to look over the menu because if I order food myself, I want it to taste superb. Waitress came and took the order for me and my brother that we had ordered and got everything set up for the table so when the food comes we will have everything! Much appreciated 👏 Food came, and everything I would have to say matched eye to eye with what I had expected. The food looks amazing, and it tastes amazing, right on! Staff is so wonderful. I would highly recommend this place for any occasion! Thank you to all staff members. You made it happen, and you will always succeed!

Tasty menu options. I highly recommend the Philly. The chefs are are artists of their craft. The owner is always happy to see us, and the wait staff are amazing. With an all you can eat menu including, long rolls, sashimi, hand rolls, and appetizers. You can't go wrong.

Sweet place. Our first visit was filled with good decisions. The menu is full of delicious choices, but do you do all-you-can-eat or share a la carte... We opted to pay by the item.

Crab rangoons were fluffed, crisp, and the best crab of any place (outside of the Crab Dip at Village Tavern). California, Philly, and Shrimp Tempura for our first outgoing. Definitely exceeded expectations and we're looking forward to the next visit where we're planning to upgrade significantly...

Very delicious sushi just a little slow and little high on prices for things that should be of either no charge or charged after x amount for to go orders (if you're paying for regular priced sushi per roll [meaning possibly 30 for 2 rolls instead of ayce rolls for same price] vs being ayce and paying surcharge w additional fees etc.... )

All in all it's very fresh the owner was very sweet and nice she made me feel really welcome and made me want to come back. That would be why I do though only because customer service means alot and hopefully dine in isn't as expensive... Even if I got classic sushi rolls and only one specialty you're still overpaying on to go..

Pretty good little Japanese restaurant. I usually get the AYCE sushi and while I'm not going to act like it's the best in the world it's a incredible deal and good quality. Love coming here, love the staff, love the food.

This place is absolutely amazing. The food the service the atmosphere and it was even sweet to my wallet. The lunch special allows you to choose two sides which is a great way to try some of their appetizers. The crab rangoons were so wonderful that I had to place an order of Rangoons to go. Everything was on point. This place is very popular with deliveries. And now I can understand why. You should definitely come check this place out.

If you like gas station Sushi you'll love this place. Sushi was dry and chewy. Wasabi and Ginger was dry. Below average food. I sat at the bar, & the fish even looked dried out, and way, way too much already sliced.

100% took advantage of my teenagers!! 😡 They came in and ordered the “all you can eat” sushi at $28 per person. Once they finished, the server cleared the table and never said a word or offered a box. Once it was in the trash, they were then charged for each piece they did not eat. The bill ended up being $215! Shame!

The rice that came with the hibachi was awful. Almost crunchy like rice that has been refrigerating and dried out. The escolar which should be sweet and tender had a fishy taste and dry texture. Aside from that everything was good. My server was great. They took the sashimi off the all you can eat which is disappointing. I guess they’re trying to save money.

My family came to Sushi Kingdom to eat good food and they did not disappoint. Made to order, handcrafted deliciousness served quickly and accurately. Oishī! The all you can eat was very reasonable and I hope to visit again. Domo arigatougozaimasu!

Ordered to go and the young lady on the phone was really sweet no problem! ALL of my issues were with our food. My hubby ordered the hibachi chicken and I got the hibachi salmon and shrimp with a Tesla roll. Point blank everything was disgusting. Our fried rice was burned and resembled hash browns. My salmon was weird and the shrimp was rubbery. The sushi was mush 🤢and the salmon on top was so rubbery I couldn’t finish chewing it, it was like gum!! We spent roughly $53 for this mess. This was absolutely a waste of time and money. We usually don’t eat out and I am understanding why because when you finally do it’s disgusting and prices over the top!!

Had been looking forward to trying this restaurant with my daughter. Took her here for successfully finishing her first semester of school. Website says it closes at 10pm, the sign on the door you enter through says 10pm, the open sign is on…however when we enter at 9:04 we were not greeted and told they close at 9pm…we told them their webpage and door says 10, we were told we could “do take out”…poor first impression. If you’re gonna close at 9, don’t advertise 10pm.
