Came in around 6pm on a Wednesday. The restaurant was empty so I was seated right away. I ordered a couple different sushi’s and also got crab legs with shrimp. Very good quality fish, the crab legs were absolutely delicious and obviously freshly made. They do have a happy hour and the drinks were very good as well. Decor is cute. So far this is the best AYCE seafood boil spot I’ve tried in LI. Only reason I am taking one star is because immediately after finishing my first round, I was starting to be rushed by my waitress even though it had only an hour at that point. Overall 9/10, I’d recommend definitely.

Selina is always delivering top tier service which is what brought us back here ALL THE WAY FROM QUEENS!! There are 1000000 great places in queens to eat at but taking the drive out east to come here is a treat. The only reason we came back was because of the service Selina gave us the first time, and we never forgot that. We were here the first day they opened and came back again today. The seafood is super fresh and for the price you cannot beat it!! $25 A PERSON ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI, CRISPY RICE, SEAFOOD BOIL. I don’t know how these guys make money but the clearly do!! The owner Steve is also very nice guy met him on the grand opening day. Overall very lovely people, a beautiful clean dinning room, delish fresh Seafood and a price point you just cannot beat. Was 10000% worth the drive from Queens. Ask for Selina if you want the best experience possible!!

My friend brought me to this wonderful all-u can eat Sushi and seafood restaurant. I am not the buffet person and do not like waste food. So I ordered some sushi and roll with Miso soup, and ended up with good impression on the super freshness of sashimi. Each cut is thick and soft. Sooo good! Definitely try Salem, tuna and yellow tail. The scallop is good too.
The boiled seafood came with large portion. Choose signature sauce. You will love it and non-spicy taste people can handle too!
Definitely recommend for family and friend gathering Coffee Ice cream is plus!!!

I did the All You Can Eat sushi/seafood boil on a weekday. The price was reasonable at $50. The servers very helpful with the menu. I enjoyed the combination of sushi and seafood. Must try appetizers are the crab cakes and chicken wings. For the seafood boil, included options are shrimos, scallops, snow crab legs and dungeness crab. Lobster tail is an additional charge. I also like the boil add on options: corn, broccoli, boiled egg, potatoes and garlic noodles. The sushi and sashami were also good.

I have been here 6 times in the past few months. This is the best sushi I have ever had in my life. They were even kind enough to allow me to eat all-you-can-eat alone while the rest of the table had ordered for this menu. This time, I had a full table of all-you-can-eat this time and our server Mary was incredibly attentive, helping with any issue. The owners of the restaurant are very sweet people and I will always come here from Commack for sushi. It is worth the drive.

Seafood boil was clean and fresh, devained shrimp and it did not have a fishy taste. I am definitely coming back here for a birthday get together.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the new SexyCrab location in Hicksville, and I must say, it lived up to every expectation! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was inviting and vibrant, creating a great environment for both casual and special occasions. The design was fresh, comfortable, and reflected the same fun, lively spirit that the brand is known for.
The food—just like the Levittown location—was absolutely incredible. From the seafood boils to the appetizers, every dish was packed with flavor and perfectly prepared.
A special shoutout to Steve, the manager, who was wonderful. He went out of his way to make sure we had an amazing experience, offering recommendations and ensuring everything ran smoothly. His hospitality truly set this location apart.
Overall, I highly recommend checking out the new SexyCrab in Hicksville. With its delicious food, welcoming environment, and top-notch service, it's definitely a spot I’ll be returning to!

First time at this location, not only we felt rushed the entire time but we were unable to enjoy the food and drinks due to the staff constantly interrupting.
Lights kept flickering on and off and there was something wrong with the heat since it was freezing. When the staff realized that their tip was modified due to their bad service, they began to talk within themselves in their language for us not to understand.
Giving 5 stars on the food but service and atmosphere were terrible.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Today was the first time my best friend and I tried the Sexy Crab we love AYCE Cajun seafood and they did not disappoint, the bowls were massive, the fish was fresh as can be, the appetizers were delicious (try the fried oysters and calamari, so tender and juicy melts in your mouth), the server was so attentive and the experience and ambience of the restaurant is truly unique. It's a wonderful addition to the Long Island Seafood Scene. The prices are more than fair. 10/10 will be back!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Staff were very friendly and perfect service. However, the sushi and the seafood part wasn't the best. I have learned that you have to inform the staff that everyone here are having the seafood. We only got 1 piece of snow crab leg for 4 people until the 2nd round with a message.

Great food. It is my go-to sushi buffet. Wait times can be long during peak hours but that’s honestly to be expected because of how popular this place is
EDIT: my review was for Masa Sushi Lounge which has since been bought out by Sexy Crab and are using their stellar reviews. The food quality of Sexy Crab is horrible compared to what Masa provided. And now they are trying to steal Masa’s good name and reviews.

Food wasn't all that they try to limit you on the amount of food within 1 1/2 hr it was 4 of us we all ask for snow crabs legs they brought 1 cluster for each person we asked for more and omg the dirty looks we got
AND THEY ADD THERE OWN TIP they tell u what they want

I enjoyed everything about this place—the service, food, and ambiance. The spot is snuggled next to a nice, calm area. Everything tasted fresh and was seasoned so well. It's not salty at all. I love it. And the all-you-can-eat was great! Go with an empty stomach and enjoy everything on the menu!

Disappointed doesn't begin to explain. I remember this being the best ACYE sushi, Masa. I decided to return because of my great memories of the place, and I wish I never did. I never experienced such flavorless sushi. The salmon literally tasted like nothing, mind you salmon is now majority of their roll options. They used to have a variety of rolls for ACYE, and now the options are so limited. Because the salmon was so flavorless, we decided to have the Long Island Roll, which was a shrimp tempura roll, and I had a crispy rice roll. The tempura part tasted like it was fried much earlier in the day as it literally tasted like old batter and was cold. My boyfriend and I ordered numerous appetizers, for none of them to even come to the table. The first time I put in our order, I included edamame which never made it out to the table. So we decided to try again and just order a few more appetizers. Again, the sushi came out with nothing else. So we asked our waiter why it was that no appetizers were coming out, and there was neglect when checking that part of the paper. We just gave up with appetizers at that point because of how disappointing the experience was. They ended up bringing the edamame which I wish they never did because it was still cold, not even microwaved. I just honestly am beyond disappointed in the sushi aspect of the menu because Masa was so well known. Future tip, seems like no one even orders the sushi anymore and I understand why. Just remove it from the menu. I would never step foot back into this place and don't recommend other people doing so if you only come for ACYE sushi.

Overall it is a good place. I had a very nice waitress. Food was decent. I'm from NY city and I'm spoiled so definitely a wee bit biased but can say that that's what u can expect from a small town restaurant: decent food, good atmosphere, the only thing that confused me was that the restaurant was empty. I was the only customer there. A bit untidy but deserves 4 starts. Pinot noir was excellent.

Throughout the entire duration of our visit, not a single waiter attended to refill our water. Adding to the absurdity, the staff themselves are unaware of the pricing for children aged 3 to 4. They charge $17.99 for a four-year-old child and insist on a 20% tip. I do not recommend this place for families with children.

Horrible service, we had to ask for someone 4 times. On top of that, they were on numerous occasions, beyond the "four times" Not only that i was with a party of 4 in total, they had the nerve to ask for tip while one of my party members already gave them a tip. Disgusting. Food was good but service was disappointing and dishonorable. I never ever got asked to tip more. Talk about greedy and scummy. (They are not legally supposed to ask for more tip) Tips are supposed to be by choice, not mandatory. Stay away if you wanna save the extra money!

This was the final sushi place in Hicksville I had to try, and it was by far the best one.
This place is tucked away a little, but it's the literal definition of a hidden gem. The food was outrageously fresh and tasty. I like to put a little soy sauce on my sushi, especially if its taste is a little off, but this required no sauce at all. We ordered so much sushi, and not one piece wasn't enjoyable. The value for lunch all you can eat was very good as well, worth every penny.
Some of the rolls I'd recommend were the Hicksville roll, New York roll, crazy tuna, and masa roll.
Can't wait to get my friends together again for a great sushi meal here.

The all you can eat (AYCE) sushi deal here is pretty good. Parking is easy. Service is very slow, and they won’t let you order more food until you’ve finished all of your current round. Usually you wait 10-20 minutes between rounds of food.

This was a surprise! When I pulled into my hotel to check in, I saw there was an attached sushi place. I was going to just order delivery from them, then realized, "You're traveling. Go there." So I walked over and was seated immediately, and was presented with a check-off menu. I had the house salad (had to get some veggies in) and Tom Yum soup. It had a few chunks of tomato, enoki mushrooms, and two pieces of shrimp. Considering "tom" is Vietnamese for "shrimp," I would have liked more shrimp. But it was delicious, and I drank the broth from the bowl after all the solids were gone. Next up was my sushi. I ordered the Hicksville Roll, which was fantastic. I also ordered a spicy salmon crunch roll, and another whose name escapes me. I also decided to order some sashimi, and got a nice surprise with the bite of red snapper. Good flavor. The staff were all friendly and quick to pick up my next order, and I left with a full, happy tummy. $26.99 for all-you-can-eat is a decent price, considering I would have spent more than that on what I was thinking of ordering for delivery. Definitely worth the visit. I wish I'd taken pictures, but it was the first I'd eaten all day, so it didn't last long enough to grab my phone!

I honestly do not want to write this review coz i want to keep this place to myself, but I also want them to have good business and keep them afloat. As a AYCE sushi place, this is affordable and food has been consistent ok. There were days were great vs good, but overall satisfactory kind of place and I’ve never had any health issue after eating there.
I can’t speak to the cooked entrees as I’ve never tried, but the rest are decent.

Friends and I have been coming here for a while now but will NOT go back. Restaurant was not busy at all and it took forever for our food to come out. They did last call orders and we ordered Sushi and sashimi for 6 people and only came out with 1 order of a Sushi roll that we added. When we asked what happened and where our food was they said it was closing time so they couldnt give us the rest of our food. We asked if we can get icecream and they said no as well. They even automatically added an 18% tip when we didnt even want to tip. The bathroom was disgusting as well with someone else’s vomit all over the place and urine everywhere. Under our table there was leftover food and garbage from the previous table they didnt clean up from. This place is not an all you can eat and needs to have an health inspector visit. Food quality is also horrendous.
Visited 2 years ago
If I could, I would give 0 stars. Not only was the service horrendous, but the sushi tasted very old. I went with my 2 friends for all you can eat. On the door before you enter, it says for 5 or more people, the tip is added automatically. There was only three of us and they included the tip already. They claim they only take card, which is not true because we saw other people paying with cash or cash and card. Asides from that incident, they took forever to bring out our food and got our order wrong and the food presentation was awful. Even the couple next to us complained about the sushi tasting foul and they disagreed with the customer and they ended up having to pay and left in disgust. I recommend going to Sushi Village instead because at least they have respect for their customers.

If I could put 0 stars I would. My friends and I ate here for all you can eat lunch and unfortunately, the experience was not good at all. The service was slow, and the staff seemed indifferent to our needs, making it difficult to enjoy our time there. We had to wave them over multiple times because the servers were huddled on their phones. The quality of the food was not good either. Us and the people dining next to us had sushi that smelt and tasted fishy, not fresh at all (sushi should never be either of those things). Also one thing I was confused about was the way they charge tip. The server automatically put the tip amount on the receipt with our total which was more than double the tax (which I don’t think they deserved). However on the door there is a sign that says they only add tip automatically for groups of 5 or more (there were only 3 of us). When I asked to have the receipt with only the amount for the food and then pay cash for tip so I can choose the amount, they said the system does not let them do that. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant based on my underwhelming visit.

Although it is advertised as an “All you can eat” style restaurant, we were only able to order once! After we got first order, we waited for second order for more then 20min. At that point we asked them when our food is coming, because after all, we did pay for an hour and half, and if our second order we ordered AFTER the first order was completely eaten. (We tried to order in advance while we were eating the first order knowing the wait time would be long, to which the owner asked, “Are you going to finish that?” We understood that there would be a fee if we didn’t finish, but we didn’t order more than we could eat. After all, that was only the first order. Regardless, we finished our first order then ordered the second one)
The response was “some other people been waiting for hours” I understand it is Father’s Day weekend and it is busy, but what kind of service attitude is that? And to top it off, the sushi chef yelled at us saying, “Do you want to eat? Then be quiet”. It wasn't like we were begging for food, being aggressive, or being loud! And on top of that all, they never uttered an apology, even after ruining a 17 person family dinner! I am also in the service industry, but I would never treat my customers with this level of disrespect and aggression!
Visited 2 years ago
The sushi and sashimi were fresh. Staff were friendly and served us well. Would definitely return as there is much to choose from on the all-you-can-eat check list. My kids loved the variety between sushi rolls, gyoza, pork katsu and salmon teriyaki. And the green tea and red bean ice-creams, were yummy.

Ordered all you can eat sushi with a friend! Everything was super fresh and delicious! Service was amazing and fast when we first got there but once it got busy, not enough servers and had to wait a little longer then you'd expect for something simple but they were always on top of refilling drinks! All in all I'd definitely recommend this place 4.7 stars overall!

Ughhh!!!
The best part about this place is the parking and staff. The rest is not worth it. The food is blah at best. Flavors are all off. I guess there target is the Motel behind them. Filthy bathrooms. Badly needs a paint job and a deep clean. As soon as you walk in you realize the ownership gave up a long time ago. Again keeping the two stars for staff and parking.

We made a reservation for Mother’s Day and they were able to accommodate a party of 15. We were seated right away and everyone was super content with everything. Our waiters were really attentive and refilled our tea/water. Everything was delicious and came out super quick. Highly recommend and the price is fair! It was $32 a person on the Sunday we went.

Sushi addict approved!!
1. The sushi is normal in size, colorful, and fresh.
2. Flavor: the flavors are really tasty and accurate to descriptions on menu
3. Menu variety is good, the tempura is top notch. I recommend the pumpkin!
4. Staff & Service, very polite kind and timely. The staff welcomes you with a smile and greets you right away while they take you to your table.
5. Minus one star on cleanslyness, the bathroom definitely needs upgrades and be cleaned on a better approach. I’ll leave it at that.
This all being said I say if you never try them check out the menu see if you see something you like and try it! If you do you won’t be disappointed!!!!
As far as ranking of the area as comparing all sushi all you can eat buffets in queens/Brooklyn/ Manhattan this is fourth on my list to must try.
Happy eating!!! 🍣🍱

After dining here I have to say i'm pretty dissapointed. Although the sushi was pretty good the service was absolutely atrocious. I understand that at times it can get busy but the wait times were unacceptable. I waited 1 hour per plate of sushi. Additionally, I asked staff for water twice and sadly it took them three attempts to refill it. The tempuras were extremely oily and they put the sauce on top instead of on the side making it extremely soggy. I'm sad to say that I would not come again and would recommend going somewhere else.

Doesn’t deserve a single star! Went here for lunch. Ordered the teriyaki scallops and miso soup. The scallops smelled and tasted like ammonia (a clear sign they were OLD) and the miso soup was also sour! What a disgusting place, I hope no one gets sick from their negligence.

LITERALLY ZERO STARS IF I COULD! I came here with my friend at 9pm exactly and the restaurant closes at 10pm and the moment we went inside there was no one to greet us or sit us. Finally a waitress came with no smile no greeting and when I said can I have a table for two she said they’re only doing take out. There were many people already sitting down eating and many empty tables with ONE ENTIRE HOUR left but we got turned away. Never coming back here again if you turn away customers like this you won’t have any good future business. Very disappointed

If I could give 0 stars I would. They gave us poor service and another worker (not even our server ) chased my family and I out of the restaurant because according to them our tip wasn’t good enough and it was never stated anywhere that there’s a minimum tip required. They were very rude and aggressive and tried to not let us leave through the second exit door. Never coming here again and I used to love this place. All they care about is money..

Food is good, service is bad. Kids not friendly at all.

I'm very sorry but I usually love this place. Ordered chicken and sweet potato sushi and got crab meat sushi and beef? I ordered online and they didn't receive the order so I had to show them my phone and sit down and I waited 30 minutes for the wrong order, which of course I didn't realize until I got home.
I had to come all the way back and wait more, for them to give me the correct order. About an hour in total before I left.
The soup spilled all over everything...There was still shrimp in the box even though I wrote on the order and verbally said multiple times no seafood no fish no shrimp nothing from the sea.
They were really nice to me.
When I kept trying to explain this isn't what I ordered and he insisted it wasn't meat but then he pointed on the menu to crabmeat, and I said no I can't eat it. I physically can not eat it or I will get sick. I showed him the receipt that he had in his hand, that said exactly what I ordered and then he seemed to understand.
Usually this place is great but today the AC/heat vents were screaming in the dining room. the rice I got was still hard and undercooked. I don't want to go back a third time to fix the order. I wasted $30 plus tip, a whole hour and I'm a little upset.
I understand it's super hard to speak English, and I understand mistakes happen, but how do you under cook rice? Lol
Usually they're really good idk what happened today.
The sweet potato sushi was good when I finally got it but I don't want anyone yelled at.

If I could give this place more stars I would. This place is so amazingly good. Me and my husband went here last night on a last minute sushi date. And wow it was so worth it. We were not able to get the all you can eat sushi but that’s okay because what we did get was enough. We got shrimp tempura sushi wow…..!! Ooo and the fried calamari … SO GOOD !!! 10/10 you must get dessert we got these bananas pastries with ice cream …amazing COMBO!!! Eat here :) enjoy!

Food is average. Customer service needs to improve. The worst part: the suggestion of a tip! Really? It's not a place to suggest anything. Never go back again

They don't b give you all the rolls and sushi you choose. We were missing many of the rolls and sushi we wanted. We had to order a second time for some of our favorites, but even then we were missing couple of items. 2 stars because bussboy was nice and made my daughter a chopstick with rubber band so she could eat with chopsticks. Food quality is a typical sushi, nothing to write home about.

Been here before food is good but what is upsetting to me is that we were turned away for having a stroller. It’s upsetting as a new mom to be turned away from a restaurant because of a stroller. The lady that seats people was rude and it felt uncomfortable. Me and my husband came here all the time before the baby but will no longer be coming here they have lost us as customers.

Surprisingly great sushi from an all-you-can-eat place.
Ordering process took us a bit of figuring out - no explanation given to first time guests. Orders were served quicker than we expected.
I absolutely loved the salmon sashimi. Gyoza and shumais were good. A bunch of tempura stuff we ordered were crispy and hot. Sushi rolls were absolutely on point - delicious.
Portion sizes are slightly smaller than regular sushi places, so order about 20% more than you usually would.
Prices are on the higher side - about $40 per person after tax and tip on a weeknight. Our kids are very light eaters, the adults aren’t much of big eaters either, so overall works out a little more expensive than some of our other sushi favorites on Long Island.

Masa is a very good spot and the food is always done very well. Sometimes it can be a little pricey for the amount that we end up eating, but I like that it's all you can eat so that I don't have to worry about ordering something I like. Overall, it is still worth the price-- the food is good.

Chinese cook Japanese food and sell it to Americans?

not freshly, unpalatable, not recommend to anyone!!!

I come here relatively frequently for their all you can eat sushi. The restaurant occasionally gets busy, but that's to be expected and the staff is pretty attentive. The sushi is great for the price.
More than anything, the restaurant should get rid of its fish tank. They have large cichlid fish in a tank that's HALF FULL and clearly doesn't meet the requirements for keeping these fish. These fish should be rehomed and the tank removed or stocked with more appropriate fish. It is horrific to look at, and kills my appetite to see it.

I love this place. Food is great and price is fair. It can take a while to get your food when they are busy which they usually are at dinner time so don’t expect fast service. The sushi is made fresh and with love so it’s understandable that it takes a while to make when everyone is ordering a bunch because it’s all you can eat.

Unfortunately I just had to change my review from 5 stars to 2. I eat here every time I visit New York which is normally once or twice a year. This visit I have decided to stop going because the prices have gotten too expensive

Delicious all you can eat sushi and kitchen options. No complaints on any food we got at all. The sushi tasted fresh. Flavorful miso soup. The beef in the negamaki was juicy. I can go on and on. Quick service. So many options to choose from. My dad especially loved the place. We all can't wait to go back!

The five stars explains itself, but if you are dining in holidays/peak hours, the service will be slow and the wait time after you order your food is quite long (20 mins - 1 hour+). Also this isn't that noticeable but occasionally the sushi is cold.

Very, very delicious and fresh sushi. Truly the best all you can eat sushi I’ve ever had. The salmon teriyaki is perfectly executed, cooked to a perfect medium with a crispy crust. The spicy salmon sushi is so soft and fresh, on a bed of rice that isn’t too large. All the sushi pieces had the appropriate amount of rice, sometimes all you can eat places put a lot of rice. I have no complaints about the food or the service either. They’re fast and kind. I took away 2 stars because my friend and I went here to eat, we live a bit far, but it’s so good it’s worth the drive, yet when we arrived at 8:55 they said they couldn’t seat us because of late it was even though they close at 10. We already knew what we wanted to eat so I think it was really silly that they didn’t seat us. This really sucked because I was really craving this food and we drove all the way out there. We ended up going to a different sushi place, Sushi Village, and it was absolutely disgusting so I was super disappointed that Masa turned us away.

Great sushi. Although it's a buffet and people may see the quality as something to be concerned abt, but this place is nothing to worry about. I have been to many sushi buffets and this place beats the freshness and cost. Should definitely stop by and see for yourself!

The outside of the restaurant looked unappealing, especially as it's right night to a Inn. But the food was very good, good quality fish. Presentation was great, and service was quick. I would definitely visit again.

Currently sitting here at 9:30 on a Thursday night. This establishment closes at 10:00 and we still have a ton of food we havent gotten and given the time it took for our first order to get in, I don’t think it will come on time. They said “you know we charge extra for food you don’t finish” and we responded with a confident “I know”. Me and the boys will eat out way to victory if we get the sushi atleast.
