I went to this sushi place first time today. I saw that they had three different menus price range of $19 up to $37. I just want to give a try to see how it goes.
This place lovely, servers are very friendly. I saw owner too - she was very nice lady.
Let's talk about food. Appetizers were really good especially garlic sauced edamames. Sushi was average. I tried many options. But tuna sushi was the only dealbreaker because tuna was old, smelly and taste was really really bad. I thought maybe they tried to finish up old one since I choosed $19 menu. ☹️
Other than that everything was alright.
I know $19 is very good price for AYCE. But I would stick to my Neko sushi restaurant still. Even though Neko sushi charges $30 - everything - even sashimi included in $30. Everything tastes fresh and delish. That's why I have been going there over a year at least once a week.
I expected to become regular here too but I don't think I'm gonna come back.

I've been looking for a new sushi place. A little on the high side for price. $36 per person for dinner AYCE but totally worth it. My favorite was the spicy pork tacos. The servers were very attentive. The baked rolls were warm and fresh. Lots of spicy choices!

I ate here when it used to be Jjanga a few years back and had some great meals. Unfortunately while the rolls are visually pleasing, was a bit let down by the taste.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 3/5 - we ordered the rolls to go and all the sauces were provided in containers. The spicy garlic ponzu sauce had a great kick and was our favorite sauce.
- Something Wrong from the shrimp tempura rolls was the favorite roll overall. The spicy crab was a great contrast to the mild sweetness from the shrimp tempura.
- Bunny & Bonny from the spicy rolls had some deep fried shredded carrots on top. It had the thinnest slices of fish on top but the roll still tasted okay.
- Grand Canyon is a baked roll which was a disappointment. It was a California roll in a white runny sauce with some shrimp, scallop, mushroom, and onion on the foil paper on top of it. There was no masago nor rice cake as advertised
- Vegas which is a deep fried roll was average. The white liquid from the Grand Canyon made it a bit soggy. The taste of the fish was covered by the oil and the avocado was the tiniest piece ever
Ambience: NA - took the food to go but some nice decoration inside
Service: 3/5 - cashier was nice but felt like he was in a rush as he did keep asking if we were ready to order as we sat by the register to look at the menu. We were there at around 3:30 PM on a weekday so it was quiet so his question wasn't because there was a huge line
Value for price: 3/5 - rolls were mediocre and the slices of fish were small. Considering AYCE was $29, the rolls were surprisingly pricy at $54.

I gave this place a low score because the service was lost in transition. I requested tuna, salmon, and yellow tail sashimi. She brought my Nigiri servings without telling me they weren't doing it yet until 5 PM. She also failed to tell me that they do not have any yeallow tail. When I mentioned to her what I ordered, she had this dear in the headlight look. I finally said it's okay, I will have it the way things came out. The Nigiri was okay, along with the vetegeable tempura. The miso soup was plain tasting. For me, I'm out of this place. It's not something I would return because the staff is lost in transition along with the food.

First time here. Came here on a Monday at noon. No one else at the restaurant. 2 servers. You'd think we'd get the best service ever? Nope. Drinks took a while. And no one came up and ask if we needed refills. The entire time we were there, no other patrons. They do have 2 "riceless" sushi in their AYCE.

Only one server and one sushi chef, but it was between lunch and dinner, so that didn't adversely affect service. Some of the food was good. The shumai had hardly any shrimp at all, the octopus balls had hardly any octopus at all, and they overcooked the pork belly skewers and the baked green mussels. The Miso soup was way too salty, rendering it nearly inedible. Otherwise, everything else was ok. The calamari and shrimp tempura were excellent, as well as the spicy garlic edamame. The nigiri was pretty good, too. However, the Red Rock sushi roll had too much spicy tuna stuffing, was too mushy, and too rich. The interior is nicely decorated, a real fun atmosphere. A lot of interesting music was also playing.

To start chef Susan is amazing very professional and kind but two days in a row the service have been horrible with this little Spanish girl having an attitude yelling across the restaurant not wanting to help or take any orders. The little girl is probably between the ages of 12 to 15 years old the most, she has no respect at all for her job or the business. She almost made me walk out if it wasn’t for Chef Susan professionalism. The second day I returned because it was Chef Susan last day with the establishment and still the same little Spanish girl had a nasty attitude and didn’t even have any receipt paper for Chef Susan to even know my order. I had to only be serviced my Chef Susan both days to get my order complete since the host didn’t want to assist at all. I will no longer be a returning customer due to the rudeness of the host. I am currently pregnant and dealing with disrespect repeatedly does nothing, but causes more stress.

I came here as an Uber delivery driver. The wait was extremely long and I had an order already picked up as this order was a part of a stack delivery. A customer came in and the hostess was pretty rude and said "Uber only" and turned away. I don't know when this change occurred, but knowing how long they take and how rude they were in front of me, I wouldn't personally order here. Especially if you only take Uber orders and you still take too long.

Always been a big fan of this place until today. Always get Lisa Lisa rolls. Today I had order Lisa Lisa 2x and ultimate shrimp roll 2x and some other things all for pick up. Get there pick up my food and come home to me missing two rolls. I never get upset but I had to go back and grabbed them and waited and had to drive back home. I asked for some eel sauce on side and I was told I would have to pay for them if I wanted them. I just came back for my order that you guys messed up and I tipped and you guys still want me to pay for sauces? I’m good I hope you well I see why you ain’t open to the public

I am a Uber eats driver and came into this establishment to pick up a order… the food was not ready and while I waited I asked to you the restroom.. the rude hostess walked over to a signed and pointed instead of answering me. The sign stated that they charge $1 to use the restroom… I would never eat at a place that charges to use the restroom I could understand if it said for customers only. But I was pick up food for a paying customer.

Went there today 4/14/24 at 5pm and walked in to the restaurant. There was a worker( middle aged Filipino lady with light skin) whom was assisting another customer. She was very rude to the guest and had an attitude talking down to the guest who was trying to verify there order. About 5 mins later I finally was assisted by this same I dividual and advised I had a pick up order. She then brings the to go order out and rudely tells me to confirm the order thru uber eats app. I do that and then she tells me to sign and write uber order down on there checklist. I then say I just co firmed the order like you said so I don't have the order number shown on my phone. She instantly gets frustrated and talks down to me the same way i observed her talking to the previous customer. She says I TOLD YOU TO SIGN AND WRITE THE NUMBER DOWN IN WHICH YOU CAN SEE HERE. Excuse me I say . Dont talk to me like a child. And why are you being so rude abd mean. She then starts an argument and repeats herself. I then lost it and said some few choiced words of my own. This employee is despicable and it seems she may be the wife or family member of whomever owns this establishment which by the way is not all you can eat. They seem to only be open for to go orders thru uber eats etc. You can dine in restaurant with limited menu. This place when it was fully open was a joy but the worker seems to hate life and treats customers badly. Won't dine here again.

If you’re going to listen to a review, let it be this one. AVOID. I love sushi, even gas station sushi…this was rough. The foods taste was horrible and the tuna roll we got was clearly expired based off scent and taste. We paid a pretty penny only to be very disappointed and concerned about getting sick later. The food was so disgusting, the reviews on Uber Eats must have been fake.

Important: Me and my partner went Valentine's. They were doing something unique where it was essentially a course based meal for $36.99. Starting with appetizers, then going into main dishes and then dessert.
Experience: My experience wasn't great, we called ahead to make sure there was an opening, and a staff member said there was but that they were doing a specific Valentine's Day menu but described it as all you can eat. When we got there they explained the same thing, and we were seated. Another member of the staff explained the menu, which didn't align with what the first staff said. You were promptly served our first set of appetizers, a rather bland assortment of tempura, miso salad, and miso. Then they seemingly forgot about us. We did approximately 25 minutes before I eventually flagged a member of staff down. They did give us free soda as an apology which was nice. After around an hour and a half we asked to skip to desert, not finishing the menu.
Food: The miso salad was pretty good. The assorted tempura was very bland. The Nigiri was good although a little heavy on the rice. As for the sushi, the focus seemed to be more on presentation than taste. They were all good looking, but the flavors were mediocre at best and the fish got lost. They were also very heavy on filling compared to the rice. The red velvet ice cream cake was not appetizing. It was essentially an ice cream sandwich. However, the red velvet sandwich aspect, had no flavor and the look and feel of a literal sponge. Albeit one that wasn't chewy.
Summary: Granted, this was a special case, but given my experience, I will probably not go back. The food was expensive and lacking in flavor. And while I'm assuming being forgotten was a simple error, it still wasn't a great experience.
Additional Notes: The bathroom floors were so sticky I had to use noticeably more force when lifting up my feet to get them to break free. The inside of the main restaurant has a nice aesthetic though.

Not all you can eat anymore, which they told us when we got there so that was fine. Service was terrible. Forgot things we ordered, just dropped things at the table and made no effort to get them to who ordered them. Seemed put out that we were there. Warning sign should have been that they were empty when every other place around them was packed. What food we got was good though.

We have been trying a lot of new sushi spots lately and this one is definitely in the top 5 right now. The sushi was good, and I liked the vibe. It’s kinda dim lit but was a nice ambiance. Our service was fantastic, I think our server’s name was Din. She went above and beyond compared to other sushi joints we’ve been to. She regularly checked on us with was a breath of fresh air compared so many other restaurants where they would check on us like twice the whole time we were there. All together it’s a nice little hole in the wall place to get some good grub and good service. 8.5/10

My family and I decided to dine in here on the 26th. Immediately, you could tell it was busy and shortstaffed. I wish I caught her name but it was the girl with brown hair, she had amazing customer service and you could really tell she cares about customer satisfaction unlike the other two girls working that day. This girl was running from table to table, doing togo orders, and still had time to run food to tables, and I'm pretty sure most of these tables weren't hers. It took half an hour to get our drinks and we received our food first little by little. The other two girls working were no where to be found at times and I could tell this girl was stressed. She is the ONLY reason I'm giving a 4 star review, otherwise it would be a 1. I truly hope this girl doesn't have to share her tips with those two slackers, I tried to give her a tip for just herself but she rejected it because of 'shared tips.' The manager should really observe her employees more.

so we went there for dinner last night for a group holiday party we had 11 people in total. You’re only allowed to split the bill 4 ways so we did it. The server tried to add 18% gratuity to everyone’s bill. So we told the server put it all on one bill. My wife and I have been going to this place for years and after last night that will be the last time because of this. they were trying to be slick. The server was trying to make over $37 per check in gratuity. and when they put the bill together for one check, the gratuity only came out to $40 as a combined check.

My friends and I have been here about 10 times this year, it’s our go too spot, they have vegetarian options which is HUGE since one of my friends can’t eat meat/fish. The prices went up recently or rather they implemented two menus vs the one we are used to. Not a fan of that but it was still a great value, only down side is that every time we go someone’s order gets forgotten which isn’t the end of the world but when 9/10 ppl have multiple rolls but one person is sitting patiently it becomes an issue. Before anyone says it’s cuz there’s 10 ppl it happens when there are only 4. The vegetarian person last time didn’t get all of her order until the rest of us had gotten 3/4 rolls each.. she put in two rolls. Otherwise the food is great, the servers are bad at telling you what they are bringing out. I’ll still go back

Went with a couple of work buddies on Friday. Place was not busy at all only like 3 other tables had people. Took a while for the food to come out and we had to keep reminding the waitress about food we had order that had yet to come out. When they brought out the food we had to ask what each roll was otherwise they wouldn't have told us. When it came time to dessert I ordered the pillow mochi and my coworker order banana something, when it came out the guy said it was the banana thing when we asked so my coworker ate it. And when we figured out what happened I explained it to the waitress and she just laughed and said "Oh my gosh I don't know why he would do that" but was told no I wouldn't be getting my dessert even though the situation was kinda their fault. Never going there again.

I will never eat at this sushi restaurant ever again. As someone who comes to this sushi place to eat because it’s close to my house and is also an Uber driver who picks up food for them to deliver. Today I needed to use the restroom while I was picking up the Uber order from here and was told I am not allowed to use the restroom it’s for customers only and not for Uber drivers even though I am picking up an order to take. I will never eat here again or refer anyone to this horrible sushi place.

Absolute worst sushi place ever. They served frozen rice on the sushi rolls and cold shrimp tempura. The server and owner have no customer service skills whatsoever. The atmosphere was not friendly at all as soon as I complained about the frozen food. Save yourself the trouble and go to any other Sushi place instead.

Actually snapping up someone's review as a starting point as our experience was so similar. Maybe the worst dining experience I have experienced. Over a 2.5 hr window our group of 8 had rolls that never arrived (and reordered a few times), the wrong orders brought out, and poor quality rolls when they did they arrive at the end of our time. When our group arrived, there was only one other table seated in the restaurant, after we arrived there were 2 other tables of I behind believe 6 and 8 people that showed up. Some of us never did get our original orders and the rolls that came out seemed like they were made by sushi-chefs in training. And, after waiting obscene amount of time past when the rest of the sushi orders FINALLY came out, server tried to deliver us more scallop than our table had ordered and to insist we ordered it. Also, even though it took them a half an hour to even take our initial order, server made sure to point out to us that it was our time for us to leave the all you can eat, when we were mentioning rolls we didn't get. We had no interest in waiting for the slow service at that point to get what we ordered.
Our group confirmed that for all of us, it was the most awful dining we've had and that we'll never go there again

It’s Bento Ya on Uber Eats and Sushi Ya on google. Regardless my sushi 🍣 lunch was bomb. This place never disappoints when I order from them. Everything is fresh and warm. And the watermelon 🍉 drink is the best thing ever for a seltzer. I got the Crunch and Golden Knight. The tempura was nice and crispy in both and the sauces were super flavorful 😋. And they went above and beyond by putting an ice pouch with my drink so it stayed cold! Who else does that. Definitely recommend.

I went here with my 2 year old twins who wanted just a small bowl of rice and the waiter told me I couldn’t order that unless I get it off the menu that the table agrees on and he would have to charge me 2 AYCE prices for them to share a bowl of rice. Not only that but the place smelled like dead animals. Highly don’t recommend this place. Also, it doesn’t look like how it does on google and IG.

Food was good, however one of the two people bringing us food would just ignore us if we asked questions and wouldn't say what rolls they were dropping off adding confusion to who's food was who's. Atmosphere was nice up front, but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. So bad there was even bloody paper towels on the floor and drops of blood everywhere and it obviously hadn't been cleaned in some time. I like to think of a restaurant can't keep a bathroom clean, then they probably can't keep a kitchen clean either

The place is still a notch above average but still not ready to be my favorite neighborhood sushi restaurant, the fish on the nigiri was fresh and delicious and the jalapeño bombs were out of this world, the menu is plentiful of options but somehow the special rolls seem like repetitive lists of the same ingredients, but that's only my opinion. I was never able to feel the mango flavor in any of the two roll versions that have it on them. One star less in the food category because one can only have one order per customer of the best items on their menu. Finally, the place feels dark and dated (sorry🤗🫣) and parking is limited during busy times.

We go here onve every 2 to 3 weeks... For AyCE it's one of the most consistent and they change their menu every 3 months or so. Quality fish and ingredients and cold Sapporo!

Not recommend this place. The food taste soso and the service is terrible. Mexico girl is ok.but the Korean girl looks so arrogant and No patience to talk with the customer. She never smile never say hi and just go away when you still talking with her. Unbelievable.

This place is solid. The appetizers came out in a flash, and the service was stellar. The team that served while we were there were fast, courteous, and accommodating. We had 7 rolls total, and they were all unique and flavorful. This place is definitely worth coming to again when in Vegas.

Ordered through Uber Eats, the 8 PC Nigiri with miso soup and salad. Meal arrives in one bag and I ask driver where the soup and salad are. He states that's all the restaurant gave him. I call and they say that it is not included, except that's not what the menu stated.
No apologies and instead of making any attempt to resolve it themselves, they told me to go through Uber Eats foe what was their own misrepresentation of the meal.
Small portions, ok quality except for the tuna which was not fresh.
Would not return simply because they were unresponsive and unapologetic and didn't want to resolve the issue themselves. One star for an epic customer service fail. 2 stars for food based on portion size and tuna not being fresh.
Edit: a Manager did correspond with me and while apologies were offered, nothing seemingly to encourage a return visit despite what was enormous aggravation in getting the issue resolved through Uber Eats.

Good food. I was very hungry coming in here so it everything tasted good 🤣 but seriously, it wasnt bad. As long as you get your moneys worth by eating a lot

We just went to sushi ya right now and let me tell you it was not the best all you can eat in Vegas. The service was fast but our sever had a weird attitude as if he was in a hurry to be somewhere. Overall was not satisfied at all with the food quality and defintely could be better when it comes to service.

Good flavors but a little pricey for the speed that the rolls came...2 wrong orders and 3 missed orders.

Overall good experience. The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious. One thing that was a little upsetting however was: Fried rice is included on the AYCE menu but not white rice. When I asked if I could get white rice instead, the server said yes but didn't tell me it would be an additional cost which is a little upsetting as it came to me out of left field on my bill.

Worst service I've had .. I'm a waitress and very patient for that reason. I ordered only one suchi roll my waitress never went back. When I finally ordered with another girl. My order never came. Spent $30. On one roll

We made reservations here. Arrived were seated. The hostess then came and explained the "rules" to eat here. We have been to plenty of AYCE sushi restaurants and have never been given "rules" like these. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and we got up and left. 👎👎👎👎 I wouldn't recommend.

My family of 3 put away 14 sushi rolls. The all you can eat option is great, just don't leave active uneaten!

I come here twice a month I’ve met the owners one time they are rarely there and the place is ran by young kids and used to be my favorite place to eat now whoever is making the sushi does a sloppy job and the service is terrible I come in there and the music is awful all the people working there are sitting there listening to music changing the music and have bad attitudes just recently came there just a few days ago same thing and can’t reach the owners to tell them what’s going on I ended up eating very little food for all you can eat after 3 PM I was there at 4:10 the place is just really gone downhill owners if you’re reading this I would love to know a way to reach you so I can just tell you when I have gone through it’s not always this way I don’t wanna say that completely I just think that when it’s very slow because myself and one other couple was there that is when things become a little lazy I actually met you on my birthday you were so kind to me I would love to talk to you

I can't put my finger on it but I found it strange that I ordered chicken katsu as an appetizer and got it on top of a bowl full of rice! My daughter ordered the teriyaki chicken and got the same thing! I asked for a half roll and got a full one. The takoyaki, oyster, katsu, spicy tuna roll, and melon pop were all good and fresh.
But I wouldn't visit again because of the impression I got of them forcing rice on me. If you go I say beware! Always make sure they confirm half roll! The appetizers come with rice!
I like to try new things and so I would never order a full roll at an all you can eat place. It would have been good customer service for the server to ensure my portion size every time or once for the entire time.
No pics the girls had my hands full.

Quality has gone down while prices have gone up. On more than one occasion I was served sushi made with wet canned tuna. I ordered a veggie sushi and they added crab mix (I’m allergic and it’s not listed as having crab on the menu). This used to be a great place but the quality is trash compared to others around the same price point. Plus most of the staff now speak Spanish no English and there’s literally not one Asian person working there. Not sure who bought them out but it’s terrible. Try somewhere else for $29 a person it’s not worth the Poot quality

Great overall dining experience.
This place used to offer all you can eat sashimi, but I don't think they do anymore.
The service was really good and the chefs are wonderful.
BE WARNED: WATCH WHERE YOU PARK. Some spots are reserved for other businesses and they will tow you.

My boyfriend and I were regulars for the last 3 years but the last 3 times we went in, the food quality was terrible. The time before last, the sushi rice was extremely bitter, and I asked the waitress if the chef put too much rice vinegar in the rice or if the rice had spoiled? She took my food, and came back and said “they knew” the rice was too bitter, and they chose to serve it anyways?? My boyfriend and I both got food poisoning the last time we ate here. I called in to let them know that both me and my bf got sick from the sushi we had and the girl on the phone just said “okay…” and went silent. Didn’t even offer an apology or offer to get the manager on the phone.
For about 4 months they continued to serve the same rancid smelling/tasting ginger even after I told them about it. Rotten ginger can make you seriously sick btw.
Super disappointed cause this was our favorite sushi spot that we always recommended to our friends, but unfortunately we can’t recommend coming here anymore.

This place is amazing. My group of 6 had a wonderful time and ended our Vegas trip off perfectly here. Originally wanted to go somewhere else but they ended up refusing to take walk-ins, pretty lame but I'm glad with the way things turned out. Price is great at $30 a person (at least compared to Washington where AYCE sushi is scarce and pricier).
We called to check availability and they fit us in as soon as possible. Gave us an overestimated wait time of 30 minutes but we arrived in 10 minutes and got seated promptly (maybe total 15 minute wait rather than 30). Staff were so welcoming and friendly the entire time. I wish I could shoutout a single employee, but every single one of them was a rockstar and I can't name all of them. You know who you are. Deserved tip on top of gratuity. Service is beyond excellent.
Anyways, not enough pictures to show the damage we caused because there was no time. Food kept coming without delays so long as we ordered. They aren't scamming you here. You aren't waiting long for rolls which means you will eat till you're full. Other spots similar to this take their time and then ask you to leave past a certain point, limiting your food intake and experience.
They have all sorts of items with such unique fillings. One that stood out was the Grand Canyon Roll with rice cake - not something that sounds tasty in sushi but it's simply creative.
Select items are labelled with a 1 to show you can only order one per person. Most of these I'd recommend, they're limited for a reason. Come and try things you've never had before. The nigiri offerings can also be pretty unique so step out of your comfort zone to try something new. You never know when you'll have the opportunity again.
Avoiding going into details on every single roll because that would take years. Our primary waitress, Christine, provided us with a specialty Mistletoe which was fantastic. It's the tuna carpaccio with avocado and miso sauce on top. It's not shown on the menu because it's seasonal (Mistletoe for the holidays) so I'm sure they have all sorts of seasonal specialties - highly recommend asking!
Also included in the AYCE is one free dessert at the end. Nothing special, but there's always room for dessert and the offer is a pleasant way to end this fabulous feast.
Just come! Start ordering rolls, they will come no questions asked.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH !!!!! I order food from this place and it was literally un-edible with the exception of the California roll and Agadashi tofu (still horrible but I could eat it) all the raw dishes were basically spoiled the fish smelt horrendous and the yellow tail was grey in color unless they were serving grey tail not yellow tail today. Seriously the food from this place is nothing less than a culinary hate crime.
