Cool, rustic spot featuring clever sushi rolls & classic Japanese dishes, plus a range of sake.
I ordered sushi and a salad for takeout and cannot believe how good it was-especially being so late! The pieces of sushi are absolutely massive! I got 2 Golden California rolls and couldn’t believe they were 8 pieces each! Normally you get around 5 pieces at other places and the pieces are never that large, especially for takeout orders. I’m impressed with not only the quantity but quality as well- one of the best Golden California rolls I’ve had! The salad with ginger dressing- seriously the size of the salad is insane. You will get at least 2 servings or more from one! I couldn’t believe when I saw seasoned cucumbers too! I’m incredibly excited to have found my new go-to place! Cannot wait to try more and try the AYCE!

The food was excellent, the sushi rolls came out in a timely fashion. The Philly cheesesteak roll was humongous. I typically do not like the extra large rolls so you may want to ask before ordering. Some rolls are capable of being half rolls I should have started with half rolls in order to enjoy a bigger variety of rolls. AYCE so pace yourself there is also a time limit. I didn't see it being enforced but I can see how this place might be crowded quickly. I sat by the door and waiter stand not the best seat in the house but there was no wait time. Beer and Sake available. The lunch time price is the best value.

The all you can eat doesn’t include Sashimi! Strongly recommend the Spicy Tuna Salad… my friend ordered several Sushi rolls and they’re pretty good, though there are definitely other Sushi places that serve better rolls! The service was friendly. For the price of all you can eat, we might go back again.

Love that they still have $3/pint Sapporo draft with ayce tickets.

This place was highly recommended to us by a close friend so we decided to try the lunch special: all you can eat in 50 minutes. We started with ordering three half rolls to start, the Coconut Shrimp Roll, the Philadelphia Roll and Philly Cheesesteak Roll. The Shrimp and Philadelphia came out pretty quickly. After having a minute or two while waiting for the first order, we placed an order for 4 more rolls. We tried the Coconut Shrimp and that one was great! Then, I tried the Philadelphia Roll and they tasted really off, like pure fat which made me sick with each crew. Being that you had to finish everything, I painfully finish the remaining rolls; gross. After, we then waited over 30 minutes for our next rolls to come out and also the Philly Cheesesteak rolls from the first half order (seemed service got very slow). Finally, a waiter had come over and asked if we had received our order and we said no. After overhearing the staff talking, it seems they had forgot a few items for some reason. By the time the order came out, it was around 50 minutes. The rest of the rolls tasted good but that feeling of being sick remained from the Philadelphia Rolls. Will we come back in the future? I’m not sure. That really depends on my mood and when I would give them a second chance.

The food was excellent, especially for All You Can Eat at the price point. Almost the entire menu is part of the All You Can Eat experience too, which is terrific. We enjoyed appetizers, sushi, and desserts.
The service was a bit slow at times and we needed to confirm our orders more than once, but overall we felt cared for by the wait staff.

I am sad writing this because I used to love eating here. My fiancé and I had our first date here five years ago. The sushi was always amazing and fresh.
Well, we decided to eat here yesterday because it had been a year since we came back. We arrived right when they opened. First round of food was great. Second round, my son started throwing a huge fit - he is only 20 months old. I felt bad he was screaming, so I took him outside. I was outside for about 10 minutes until he fell asleep. I came back in and right as I sat down to eat our second round of food, the waitress came up to our table and said "Hey I'm sorry but I have to ask for your final round- if you want any dessert." I was speechless. The waitress then proceeded to say "It's because your time limit is up." The time limit for Lunch AYCE is 50 minutes. It also took almost 10 minutes for our food to come out the first time since they just opened.
My fiancé got upset and we explained that I had stepped out due to our son. She just said "I know." Because they of course heard and saw him. When she walked away, I asked my fiancé if anyone else was asked to leave as 3 parties were there before us. He told me no. We decided to just finish up our food and leave. After finishing what we had on the table, we proceeded to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for the check while staff kept walking past us. We had neatly stacked all of our plates in the middle of the table for them to let them know we were done.
Overall, I wont be going back. For a total of $63, I'd rather pay a little bit more and get better customer service elsewhere.

Food was good, desert options where great, service was supper slow and they never offered us anything to drink
Went there again for a third time and found a different waiter serving us. This one also was slow even though the place was not busy. Also kept examining my plates threatening to charge me for leave a couple of slices on it. Probably wont be by again.

I rated atmosphere 1 because I have never eaten at this establishment and the story I'm about to tell you is going to seem rather odd. I'm from back East where people do not lie, as much, and trust much more than Las Vegas. Sad but true. Because sushi is so wonderful back home bc it's fresh, my foot roommate and I decided we'd try Sushi Bomb bc it's close to where we live. I ordered some kind of chicken teriyaki dish and my roommate ordered some of her meal. After getting home and trying the chicken teriyaki, I decided it was definitely not worth the $13 something that I had paid for it. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Noah, not sure if he's a manager or the owner, and was told that I would be credited the money back the next time I came in to get food. Unfortunately, being as old as I am, I forgot about it but did put it in my phone on my calendar. As I was driving by today I decided I was going to cash in on the credit that I had at sushi bomb

If I could remove that one star, I would because they don't deserve even one star. Awful customer service and they were so rude to us. We ordered spicy rolls because we like spicy food but it was inedible, and when we told them, they treated us so disrespectfully. The waitress said, we should have read the ingredients which we did. But it was a terrible food and I'm sure they couldn't eat it themselves. Not only they charged us for something that we couldn't eat, their attitude was even worse. Never will go back there. Terrible experience!

It is not fair that you order your food for three people and they forget one person's food and give an excuse that they dropped their plate, but they did not come to apologize for the delay of the missing food, we waited to ask the hostess.

Ramen and Sushi Bomb roll was probably the worst I've ever had. Didn't even eat it. The pork in the ramen was hard and over cooked, they put a ton of sesame seeds in a tonkatsu ramen which was weird. And the roll was nasty, the cajun albacore threw off the whole thing. Won't be going back. The staff just seemed to stand around, witnessed a couple staff members getting snappy at each other. One guy was asking for a job bec my company happen to be a sue chef at another restaurant... just all around unenjoyable

What are disappointing dinner. Crispy fried brussel sprouts were served drowning in the sweet sauce that comes with it practically a soup. The Sashimi combination was served with fish that appears to have been sliced earlier this week put together in a styrofoam box and stuck in the refrigerator period call the fish was more or less dried out. Overall just a disgusting dinner I'll Never Eat Here Again

Our last visit here on Sunday early evening was just okay. The servers worked well in getting drinks and food delivered to the table. However, our sushi orders from the bar took longer than expected.
Sushi Bomb is okay for a neighborhood restaurant. However, if we wanted to drive further, we would have gone to a different sushi place.

Unique rolls. Four stars because the Philly cheese was out of proportion, too much in the rolls, so it would overpower the other flavors unfortunately. Not all rolls were tasty. Service was nice. We didn’t wait long for the most part. All you can eat price reasonable. Air conditioned in the extreme heat.

Navigate star, Worst really bad service, we were not greeted wen we got there, we had to wait & ask for a table. Wen server came to our table, he did not advise of the menu if there were any specials. We had to wait so long for our food than we had to ask about the other items we ordered. The green Tea tasted horrible that I had to send it back & make sure he did not charge for the Tea. The octopus roll, Ahi roll, wen U pick it up the rice fall apart & the fish was dry. The Tempura shrimp & vegetable batter was not tasting fresh. Than we had to wait longer for the rest of the items we ordered. Noah manager on duty was very RUDE, he really doesn't have skills to be the manager, especially wen I ask him a question, he may us feel very unwanted & wanted us to leave NO Customer Service. Noah's BAD service cuz us not to RETURN to this restaurant. He did even thank us for dining in or show that he cares about customers. I'm hoping that the owner of this restaurant will see that Noah is the cuz for losing customers...

Three times I have tried this place and all three times the service has made it horrible!!!! Last trip paid for all you can eat got one roll and two nigari then ordered a second roll and nigari waited over thirty minutes and never got second order. They gave me a 10% discount to make up after I waived the waiter down and told him I was not waiting any longer. Everyone else was done eating. Will not eat here again and don't recommend having had similar experiences with the other two visits.

I ordered cold udon for my daughter, waited a good 25 minutes, was told it should be out soon, and it finally came out 20 minutes later, right after I had asked for the check. Server hardly came around, not something you want at an AYCE restaurant. I'd be hesitant to go again.

Food has always been top-tier, but the service at Sushi Bomb has been steadily going downhill the last few months. I go about once a week, and it's pretty reliable in good ways and bad ways - I know I'm gonna eat delicious food but I know the waiters are going to be confused and weirdly aggressive every time. It sucks because of how good the food is.
Today, though, they lost my pickup order. Like completely lost it. I was told by someone from FOH to wait until my food was done, and waited for nearly an hour outside, before I popped back inside to check again. They asked for my name and order number, and went to check, and sent another staff member (I'm assuming a middle manager or shift lead? Idk, some dude in a baseball hat.) to tell me that not only had they given my food to someone else, but that they were not responsible for it at all. This, he mentioned, is company policy. I asked if they could make my food again, considering it was their mistake, and he blamed it on GrubHub and took no responsibility whatsoever. To make it worse, the FOH staff was really glaring at me like I was the cause of the problem? Strange.
After being assured there's was nothing they could do, he did the Very Cool Thing of just looking at me without saying anything when I asked again if there was anything he can do. Silent treatment might work on animals and babies, but it has straight up no place in management. Really immature way to handle the situation and I hope this employee learns sooner rather than later that all that does is make a situation more adversarial. Really poor.
I got my money back from GrubHub. I'm now getting food from a place that is further away, but better priced and with better service. Not hard to beat Sushi Bomb, though - the bar is on the floor.
Avoid this place like the plague.

I’ve ordered delivery from here twice. First time, I was missing one expensive item. The roll I did get was a Philadelphia roll. Very little sushi and tons of cream cheese. Decided to give them a second chance since sushi delivery is limited on food delivery app. Requested very little cream cheese to be on the roll. One hour and fifteen minutes later, I get a notice that they are “sorry, we cannot complete your order”. Pretty sure no one is monitoring the delivery order service. Poor management is very disappointing.

This is definitely lower on my list of sushi places in Vegas.
First, the fish. It was cut extremely poorly and most of the fish on my rolls looked like they were falling apart.
The rolls themselves were okay. Good sized.
Sauces were good, no complaints there.
My biggest nitpick is with this one roll that had cilantro in it. I don't remember the name, but this roll ruined my whole night. It tasted awful, and I'm almost certain I got sick because of it.
It feels like I've had the stomach flu ever since leaving this place. Definitely not coming back for poor quality.

We had the best experience at the Sushi Bomb. Our server Aliyah was wonderful. We had no wait time, even though it was bustling with customers, and it was a cozy spot with a Chinatown flair. Now for the food: The portions were not over the top, just the right size. The rolls were displayed with care. The timing of each serving was on point. What was described on the menu was exactly what you got, no surprises. The best part was the freshness of the items. What was described as cold came out cold and fresh. The hot rolls were screaming with flavor and heat. Some of the city's other spots should take notice.

It does seem like something has changed. Maybe new owners, just different staff. It didn't have the same happy atmosphere as it always had. One of the hostess was very uncaring as to what we wanted. I’m giving food 2 stars because one of the rolls I ordered was bomb and the other roll I ordered was too salty. This place has been me and my husbands go to sushi spot for some time now but yesterday we went around dinner time and I had a very unpleasant experience. We were quoted 45 minutes for wait time. I was okay with that bc it was during dinner and I was SURE it wouldn’t take that long. I checked back in 20 mins to make sure they didn't call my name yet. There was a table open already. I went back in my car for another 5 minutes. My son had to use the bathroom so I took him, (the table was STILL OPEN). Waited a little bit more by the entrance bc I was so sure we’re gonna get seated in that table. My mom had asked if that table was open and the host said word per word “I just called that party and told me they were on their way”. It’s just insane to me that they prioritize people who aren’t even there and that party ended up cancelling. Which if they didn’t cancel, they could’ve sat them when they got there because 3 other tables were open right after we got sat (at the same table that was open for 30 mins). So literally we wasted so much time waiting for that party and the host not doing her job properly. After we got sat, we were STILL waiting for the server to come and take my order. This place had 6 bus runners and 2 servers. It’s just insane to me. I’ve worked at a lot of food industries before and this to me is insane. From the host not being trained properly to the food being SO SALTY. I don’t think I’ll ever recommend this place anymore or even go here. It’s very unfortunate.

Despite previous reviews, you can receive all menu items with AYCE. There are different items exclusively for dinner, but you can pay the dinner price if you want them. It’s only about 5 or so items. Everything I’ve tried here is DELICIOUS! I highly recommend the pork belly. The staff are always kind and attentive. My drink is always filled, my orders come out fast, the service is great! We always come in a big group and they are so patient with us. I will keep coming back! Pictured is pork belly slice and snow rabbit roll

Wait was long but good was worth it. Rather small sitting area so even take out took 20 minutes.

this is one of the best sushi places I have tried here in Vegas! I would 100% recommend this to anyone who likes sushi. all you can eat is amazing, and you will never leave hungry. I am a pretty lightweight eater at times, and all you can eat sushi was a great deal, even for me!!

AYCE Menu is limited, half the items are not included, but the lunch price is decent at only $25. Medium size rice ball under the nigiri. Eel sauce is a stand out, very good flavor. No cucumber or soy paper rolls, only rice. Aloha roll was excellent. White House was good.
Everything cooked came out hot, very nice. Only about 15 tables. Staff is young, you have to ask for what you need like a water refill and change for the tip. They're not intuitive but they're polite. Would come back if I lived in a small town... But there are too many other places to try instead.

This sushi has been my favorite in this area for about a year now. Gotta try the dj roll, snow rabbit and shrimp tempura roll. They are generous with the shrimp tempura in the roll and everything tastes super fresh and honestly, perfect. Most places around here either skimp on the cucumber or the avocado but not this spot. Can’t speak on the actual restaurant as I’ve only done delivery (about 6 times).

Great local Sushi Place. They have some creative rolls including a bulgogi roll (Philly) and Sum Sum (Deep Fried) which are always a hit. The shop is usually busy and the staff is especially attentive and kind. Its great for dine in or take out. I also like the Salmon lover roll. The noodle dishes they serve are good as well. they are served in a soup where I am used to stir fry but still tasty. Frequent this shop and would recommend to others!

Very rude lady who seems to be the manager. It’s very bizarre. I am remembering why it is that we have not been back for years. We creeped back and it’s not necessarily the food . It’s the attitude of the people who serve you. It’s like they want to kill you as weird as it sounds. Will not be back

This charming sushi establishment is absolutely worth the drive! As an avid enthusiast of all-you-can-eat sushi, I was excited to try out this place for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by how swiftly we were seated and how promptly the attentive staff served us water and took our initial orders. To our delight, the food arrived with remarkable speed, requiring a few minute wait or so.
The staff members were incredibly attentive, making multiple rounds to replenish our water, take additional orders, and promptly clear our table of empty dishes. Moreover, the prices offered were quite reasonable, especially considering the wide range of items included in the all-you-can-eat sushi option. The flavors of the food were delectable, even though it was prepared and served promptly. While the second round of dishes took slightly longer than the first, the wait was still within a reasonable timeframe.
Without a doubt, I will be returning to dine at this fantastic sushi spot! The combination of swift service, attentive staff, great prices, and delicious food has left a lasting impression on me.

I went here for the first time today and I’ll probably be back!
The fish was super fresh and the servers were all very kind. I also just love how cute and chill the environment was.
The second batch of rolls did take a while to get to our table, but at the same time we went at about 6-7 so nothing to get upset about.
Definitely up there on the ranks for best sushi in Vegas!!

FREDDIE is amazing! When we first sat down for lunch the place was packed. Got a table by the cashier. I noticed 1 waiter. I asked the lady if there is only one waiter she said yes, we are short staffed. It was her working to front door, non stop phone calls, delivery orders, training a new person and getting drinks! So 2 people were working the entirely packed restaurant. Freddie came by took our order, he was calm cool and collected. He was never stressed and handled every single table without hesitation. He had it down, making sure EVERY table was covered as if they were his only table. He is so young and I was amazed at how he handled all the action going on all around him. Bussing tables came next for him, while handling every table. This place is lucky, lucky to have him, not to mention the superwomen working everything else. To the manager: GET a these people some help! We all know Freddie can handle it, but it’s not fair!

We stumbled on the spot, and we are so glad we did! All the sushi was fantastic and our service was even better. Freddy was amazing! He made our experience 10/10 and gave some amazing recommendations from the menu based off our flavor buds. Our favorite was the coconut lover! Surprisingly well balanced! Can’t wait to come back,

Love sushi!! Specially if is well done. This place serves excellent sushi options. Love the baked and deep fried ones. The fresh sushi is really fresh. Fish melts in your mouth, tasty but not super spicy, the all you can eat is fabulous, tried the yellow tail and the salmon. Excellent, octopus, crab and the tamago, very nice!! Sea urchin is my fav.

I've loved Sushi Bomb for a couple of years now. Their quality has always been great. But recently they have raised their prices and it has made me look elsewhere for reasonably priced sushi. I got a standard roll, and they charged me $10! They used to charge $7. $7 is the standard for a non-special roll everywhere in the U.S.. Take a look at the picture. It's a tiny roll!

I am a regular patron of Sushi Bomb for the AYCE. I've tried everything on their menu except for some fried rolls and rolls that simply do not interest me (the cheese steak roll for example).
My absolute favorite roll is the Angry Dragon closely followed by the Fire Rainbow. My favorite nigiri is the Garlic Tuna or bluefin tuna. The salmon nigiri is a bit too slimy for me, an issue that plagues many restaurants.
On weekend evenings, expect a wait. On weekdays or lunchtime, a group of 4 or less can typically get seated right away or within 5 minutes.
The servers are friendly, rarely need to wave down a server for a drink refill, and the atmosphere is lovely. The two giant TVs take away from it, but I understand that some folks need a TV to eat.
Overall, my favorite off-the-strip sushi spot in the city of Las Vegas.
