We only take reservations for party more than 6 people and should be by calling the restaurant.
Thanks for your understanding
Ono Sushi was… semi-licious. Let’s just say the food was decent—not bad, but certainly not the highest quality or freshest grade sushi I’ve ever had. The flavors were okay, but nothing stood out as exceptional or memorable. If you’re looking for sushi that wows you, this might not be the place.
What really tipped the experience downhill, though, was the bathroom situation. Imagine this: no toilet paper, no paper towels, and not even a sign of an attempt to fix it quickly. I flagged this issue to the servers, but nothing was done until another customer also complained after going to the bathroom. Mind you, the restaurant wasn’t even a third full, so they had more than enough time to address the issue promptly. It’s disappointing when basic things like cleanliness and customer care are overlooked, especially when the restaurant wasn’t busy. While the food was passable, the lack of attention to something as essential as stocking the restroom left a bad taste in my mouth.

Ono Sushi is a solid AYCE spot; Southeast of the Strip, about a fifteen minute drive. I came here for a quick solo lunch, was the first one to arrive and get seated when it opened. A few other patrons started trickling in. All of them looked like local professionals on their respective lunch breaks. I don't think there were any tourists. Medium size venue with a decent amount of seating with plenty of parking available in the plaza. I didn't realize I've actually been here before...forgot to write a review. The menu has changed a bit. I don't see s few item I got the last time I was here.
Looks like they were minimally staffed. There was a lady running the front, taking orders a cleaning tables...superstar efficiency kind of stuff. I only saw one chef making all the sushi and I heard there were another one or two people in the back. Everything came out in a timely manor, good presentation and food was good. No issues! I was impressed...

Are you simply looking for a off-strip Sushi that you can taste the heaven? Well look no farther… Ono Sushi is super cozy yet amazing food will leave you quite because you don’t have time to actually talk! Staff is super knowledgeable and caring, quality food and fish is super fresh and restaurant doesn’t smell at all. Btw music vibe is super nice so make sure you try drinks as well.

What a really nice restaurant that is super attentive with their customers! Will definitely be coming back I am so sad I had not come any sooner! The only thing keeping me away was the fact that it was sushi on the east side but we were so happily surprised! The sashimi plate was by far my favorite. Garlic tuna was amazing, and by far the sun of the beach was my favorite roll. They do have a really big extensive menu so we have to come back and try much more but what a great first time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 thank you chefs

Changing my rating since recent management has changed, the menu has changed and the quality of the food has DIPPED!!! This place is mid now, not as fresh and changed recipes of foods like the popular Orange Blossom roll which is unrecognizable now. The recipes have changed even for appetizers (like switching the sauce of the cucumber salad). The bulgogi fries looked so sad too, it’s just some melted cheese and two pieces of bulgogi. So different now!!!
This used to be my bf and I’s favorite spot, we’ve been here at least 10 times, but this is our last now :( Such a shame!! The servers are wonderful, but it seems management has gotten greedy.

Update: another visit to Vegas with another great visit to Ono. There are plenty of other all you can eat places, but I'd be worried we would have said, Oh no, had we visited there.
White the rules are still listed in the menu, the waiter seems eager to make us happy rather than stick to the letter of the law.
I had the deep fried rice which had spicy tuna and is sauced to finish my meal. Great easy to end it.

Great sushi in Vegas? Ono Sushi has shown it's possible. If you eat like I do, the lunch all-you-can-eat sushi is a great deal. All sushi and food is still prepared each order and comes out looking, and ultimately tasting great.
There's a 90 minute limit on the meal, and you get charged for leftovers if you can't eat what is ordered, but loosen the belt and get as much as you can.

My daughter, boyfriend and I come here all the time. I've even ordered they're big platter before and they've made commendations because my boyfriend has food allergies but we're huge Sushi heads! The sushi is always very fresh and good! And the service is always great, even on days when they are extremely busy and packed. We also came on Father's Day and they were busy, but they still did a great job with service and being kind. Which is a huge deal for me, I'm not from Las Vegas I've been out here for almost three years now and the customer service sucks in this state, to the point where my boyfriend and I always make jokes that it's non-existent. So if I'm telling you they have great customer service they have outstanding customer service.

Stopped by here with my partner while we were visiting Vegas as we wanted to try one of the many all-you-can-eat sushi places we saw. All the ones we looked at seemed very similar (90 minute time limit, about $35 per person, certain dishes are one time only per person).
The atmosphere of this place was nice, and the food was tasty. That being said, I would rate it around 3.5 stars only because the slow service had us waiting without food multiple times, which kinda felt bad when we spent almost $100 for two people. You can only order one thing at a time and each order is just a single thing, sometimes with just one or two pieces, and then even after you eat your one item you have to just wait until you get service to order something else. Would be way nicer to have something where you could at least order some choices ahead of time to not be sitting waiting hungry.
For example, we ordered the pork belly tacos & stuffed mushrooms (one choice each). We waited almost 15 minutes and then got two small plates: one with two small mushrooms and the other with two small pork belly tacos. They were pretty tasty, but we finished both plates in about 4-5 minutes tops. Then we had to wait another 10-15 minutes until the waiter came by to take our order for the next choice. We were like almost a third into the "90 minute time limit" and had only had one choice each! Even if you stay all 90 minutes, you'll only get maybe 4-5 choices each max with the service we got. Maybe they make it this slow intentionally so you can't eat all the expensive items, but we were just mostly ordering the simpler things (crunchy roll, Philadelphia roll, etc) so it's not like they were slow because we were getting sashimi or anything. I saw another review say they got 15 items, I have absolutely no idea how that is possible in the 90 minutes they give you, it took almost 30 minutes just to get our first pick (an appetizer).
After over an hour, we had only 3 picks each, and that was with flagging the server down to order quicker. If the service was better, would probably rate this place about 5 stars. The weird part is that they didn't even seem terribly busy, just one other couple was eating along with one group (about 8-9 people I believe). The large group seemed to get way, way more service and were getting trays of sushi every 10-15 minutes, so maybe going with a group is the way to go.

So, I rarely post reviews about the places I go to unless I find a hole in the wall or hidden gem.. I've seen this place and always drive by it and boy am I glad I finally decided to stop by. It wasn't super busy but that only made it better because Chris ( The Sushi Chef ) gave me a whole different sushi experience. From my experience, I've only seen this on T.V. I didn't know what to expect in the beginning but wow, not only did he gave me a different perspective of fish I usually don't order (maily due to quality) but I cannot say the same thing about the quality of his selection. He kept bringing different cuts of fish I wasn't aware had soooo much flavor compared to most, if any, I tried. This doesn't even come close to his vibe and personality... definitely made me feel out of Vegas for a bit with amazing service. If you're lucky enough like I was catching him on a slower day is a must! Definitely will be back!!

Ono Sushi is just not good and you should go to Sakana or Smile Shota instead. The first thing we got was fried rice for $5. It was such a little plate for that much money, about 5x5 inches and it was a flat plate. The miso soup was actually pretty good. The worst thing had to be, of course, the sushi. We got one philadelphia roll and one golden philadelphia roll. The philadelphia roll was ok, needed more flavor, but the golden philadelphia was just sad. Deep fried rolls should be hot, but these were lukewarm for some reason. They were so squishy as well. Our total for fried rice, 2 miso soups, 2 soft drinks, a philadelphia and golden philadelphia was $40. That is so outrageous. It is so expensive here! My golden philadephia roll was literally 13 DOLLARS, meanwhile at Sakana its 4! $5 for a tiny amount of fried rice that can be eaten in 6 bites! Its crazy. At Sakana, you can get 2 misos, 1 philadelphia and golden philadelphia roll, 2 drinks, and fried rice for 25 dollars! Sakana gives you better food for less!

Most of the food brought out were spoiled due to heat and improper storage. The sashimi in the chirashi bowl wasn't fresh at all --it was sweating (oil droplets on the surface of the pieces of fish due to being in prolonged heat) because it was improperly cooled/stored. Almost all of the sashimi pieces had a strong fishy aftertaste, again due to lack of freshness. Even the egg pieces tasted sour like it has been sitting out all day. I had to spit out a lot of food after tasting that they were spoiled. The takoyaki was a bit soggy, the dough mix on the inside was a bit too watery, the sauces were low quality sauces (if you eat at high end sushi places often, you can tell the difference)
I can't say for sure if there were cockroaches in the restaurant but here were lots of cockroaches on the sidewalk next to the building --- we noticed sadly after our "meal".
The interior was humid and the tables were sticky. The water tasted like tap water. We took some travelers diarrhea pills after getting home just to be safe.

The restaurant was empty when we got there at 730 pm when I usually use to seeing a pretty packed place around that time even earlier but this was one of the AYCE places we haven’t been yet in highsight probably never should of went for a reason after eating at about 20 plus AYCE SUSHI places I have to say this was horrible I’ve eaten at gorilla sushi - AYCE SUSHI & ASIAN FUSION - Yama sushi - sushi and oyster bar - Sakana - Neko sushi - blue fin - samiura - it’s sushi - kaizen - makino - biwon and soooo many more never had an issue what really got me is they tried to cover what was wrong instead apologizing and know they what was wrong at hand they continued to make excuses I’m was willing to pay if the food is bad or good either way some food was really and the oysters was good to but the uni was not good uni is usually orange or yellow never seen gray uni was sour tasted old the waitress ANGEL stated that they are not busy so stuff goes bad and the quall egg is on the menu for AYCE but they charge extra just for the quill egg i was okay with that and ordered it and just kept eating I get my dessert with was a honey toast which should be bread but I got vanilla ice and a piece of ROLL I took a bite the I went in for another and saw MOLD on the roll I ran to the bathroom and throw up I told the waitress and she said it was burnt how does a roll get burnt inside and anything I’ve ever seen burnt was brown or black not green I advise for anyone seeing this to visit any of the other places the best one is AYCE SUSHI & ASIAN FUSION same price and very fresh sadly I would of never given a 1 star review if they didn’t make excuses for their mistakes and the service trying to lie about it just made it worse when it’s right in their face MOLD take your chances eating here!

***Unfortunately, Ono has gone downhill. I have probably been here 20 times at least but the last time I went, the menu and pricing had changed. There are now different levels of All-You-Can-Eat depending on the rolls or type of fish you wish to have. I understand that the price has to go up at times, and it probably makes sense for them to implement the new pricing changes, however, the fish quality has gone way down as well. I would gladly pay $100 for All-You-Can-Eat if the fish quality is good, but the fish I ate my last time there would qualify for a $15.99 price point. I'm sorry, but I don't think I will be coming back anymore and would have a hard time recommending Ono to anyone anymore. Such a shame because it WAS a hidden gem***
This place has by far the best All-You-Can-Eat sushi in town! I love sushi but I'm not an AYCE fan because usually the quality is subpar by a mile. That's not the case here. The fish tastes fresh. The fish to rice ratio Is perfect. They know what they're doing here. If you want AYCE this is the place to go!

This place was awesome! All you can eat, for 90 minutes is plenty of time to do damage. I had roughly 16 nigiri, 2 appetizers and 4 rolls! The best thing I had was the red snapper nigiri and the Orange Blossom roll. I got a Pic of the roll, sadly I hammered the red snapper faster than my camera could snap a photo. All in with tip $40, so I call it a solid win.

Visiting from Reno. This place was pleasantly empty on the eve before Thanksgiving. The decor/atmosphere is somewhere in between a counter service restaurant and an upscale restaurant. The sushi bar itself is very minimal and barely could be called that. It features very limited seating with a very narrow countertop split to just a couple seats split between sitting in front of each of the two refrigerators.
The service was friendly and very prompt for AYCE but our party of 4 and a party of 6 were the only ones in the place so YMMV.
The menu is LARGE and varied. Excellent roll menu even though I only eat nigiri. Large appetizer menu with menu choices including pork belly.
Fish quality was what I term 'standard' which is typical of all well-rated AYCE places. Nothing spectacular like you would get at a place 3 times the price of course. But you can get one order or one piece of several high-end choices most AYCE places I've been to don't even offer like Uni, Sweet Shrimp, and a few others.
Rice is seasoned well. A lot of AYCE places overseason like the AYCE buggets oversalt or add MSG. They do normal seasoning. The cuts of fish on the Nigiri were thin, narrow, and long so they draped onto the serving plate. So average amount of fish since even though it was very thin it was longer than normal. Not quite as satisfying of a bite as with a more typical thicker and wider cut but shorter (for me at least) but still very good.
Price is typical (low $30's for dinner) and of course a lot better deal than eating on the strip. I can see how it gets 5 stars as you can't do much better for an AYCE place.
They could use a bit of a refresh/upgrade of the interior decor though. This would only be a special occasion dining destination if the guest of honor doesn't care about having an upscale atmosphere.
Close to knocking a star off for atmosphere but for an AYCE Strip Mall joint it's just fine.

It was me my family’s first time trying sushi and it was AMAZING! They were so kind and patient with us trying to decide. The deep fried roll was delicious it was just perfect the right texture the right flavors everything. My personal favorite was the bacon wrapped scallops they were so good! I ordered 3 plates, over all it was an amazing experience. If your new to sushi or have a love for sushi already this is definitely the right place

We absolutely loved Ono Sushi! Myself and my 2 daughters went there this last summer and fell in love! We even went back for our last meal before going back home. Service was great. Price is not too bad, but food was simply okay. With so many wonderful AYCE sushi options in town this place's food was lacking any wow factor. Rolls were just okay but none that I tried did I think "OMG, that one is Amazing." I don't really understand the raving reviews, but I guess to each it's own.

I like that there are different options of all you can eat. Love the Nigiri selection and the Lychee sorbet.

Food & service was great. Tables were kind of rustic almost picnic table-like but not a detriment to the dining experience. Music ran the gamut so rotates through all genres. Used chopsticks for entree but dessert came with plastic spoons. $75 for 2 ...metal utensils would have been nice. Will definitely go back.

Very nice sushi place, only suggest ordering all you can eat, because even on the la carte menu the portions are small, and a bit expensive. So that makes sense for an all you can eat sushi place. I will say that the sushi is good in flavor but not rolled very tightly which causes the roll to disintegrate. Service and atmosphere and flavor were good, just lacking in portion and rolling.

This place is pretty bomb. The people are great. Quality is high. I love all of theyre nigiri, garlic tuna is tops. And they have awesome appetizers. Can't beat the AYCD Sapporos along with an AYCE Sushi. 2023 update: they have a new menu, and new AYCE options to choose from. Comparable prices to other AYCE Sushi restaurants. Still a fave
Visited a year ago
For the AYCE menu, I ordered multiple rounds of 2 appetizers and 1 roll, plus all the Sapporo's you can drink for an extra $10.
Every single app was perfect, and the rolls were way above most AYCE menus.
The beef short ribs and curry udon were the highest of highlights, but I also really enjoyed the seafood skewers, Chicken Karaage, tempura seafood and vegetable, mushroom balls, and truffle Parm fries.
For the rolls, Something Wrong and the shrimp lover were the favorites, but the other rolls were all at least good.
I'll still try more AYCE places, but this one will be in my rotation of favorite places.

And it will not be my last time being here. I have to come back to their garlic Tuna was divine compared to other locations. I've been to this garlic. Tuna has so much zest to it and so delicious. The peppers were awesomeness. Sun of a beach was funny and yet satisfying, and I recommend doing a full order rather than a 1/2 order because I wanted another round, but I had to pace myself. The affogato was so yummy they topped it off with cornflakes and I have not had cornflakes in a very long time which makes me bring back memory's from when I was a kid I would definitely come back again for all you can eat. And I always recommend coming back with an empty stomach. That way, you can enjoy everything that they have on the menu. Definitely come its worth the money.

I have been here several times throughout the years. But, the quality has gone down. The uni and oysters were not fresh! The sushi pieces are really thin comparing to the rice. It's not that fresh either. Don't think I'll come back again.

Small place, Pretty friendly staff. A lot of their rolls have filler imitation crab.

Old, dry, sad. Still hungry. Small ramen soup at the end to wash it down made it tolerable. Wasn't busy and we entered with new/no expecraions. Sorry Ono...it's a NoNo for me

The best sushi in the city. All super fresh, beautiful presented and the service is quick and very kind. I always come here on my visits to the city and the quality is always the best. Love the all you can eat so I can enjoy different dishes. The best think is that they serve nigiri in addition of a great variety of rolls.

I loved that you can do all you can eat on everything on the menu, not just sushi.

Although mom and dad are not sushi lovers, our daughter is and really enjoyed everything she had. Our server was so polite and provided us non-sushi eaters some wonderful options.
The rolls came out very quickly and didn't slow down. They enjoyed every single one of them.
This place has something for everyone, and you shouldn't be intimidated by not liking sushi to eat here.

Ate lunch here, was super excited, got the mimosas and all you can eat sushi
I got the garlic spicy edamame and i found metal spring in it. I was nice about it but it completely turned my stomach, I couldn’t eat any more - they made me pay full price…. As a server I would have felt so bad and would have given me a discount or compted my lunch
A METAL SPRING IN MT FOOD!
I got the Mochi and it had frost bite, it was so hard and nasty
I could never get eat here again
Paid $45 for a metal spring in my foot and frost bitten food…. I wish I could get my money back ….

Ono Sushi is best of sushi restaurants in Las Vegas. Because I have been many sushi restaurants already.
I really recommend.

Quick service, chicken karage smaller than expected but good. The sushi was a fair price but could have been neater.

The sushi here was good. Service was ok somewhat akward. Could use some serving etiquette. Possibly our fault for coming an hour before closing. I would come back again. Hopefully it was just a off night for the staff.

Food was good but we had to wait quiet a bit and they weren't busy at all so that was a deduction from their stars but overall not a bad place.

First of all this place has a horrible font for its signage. I was trying to look for ORIA Sushi but it is ONO which is why I couldn't find its pictures. I hope these help as their rice to fish ratio on their nigiri is only 3/8 rice if thatm. They offer sashimi platter 1 per person, Yellowtail collar, salmon collar, ocean trout as specialties that are cooked to perfection for $25 per person for ALL YOU CAN EAT dinner. The food is so fresh, service is fast and friendly, and I just found my new favorite sushi in Henderson thanks to accidentally seeing it 1 block away from Zia Records
Update it is still our favorite sushi place for AYCE. they get slammed at 7 PM but 3 PM is pretty quiet.

They have an all u can eat, i think it was about $25/person. They make great tasting sushi, have friendly and knowledgeable staff, and a cozy atmosphere!

A quiet little place that's great for when you want to eat a mountain of fish. Good service, fair price, fantastic selection. I had a variety of nigiri, special rolls, tempura rolls, and an affogato. Some of the rolls, particularly the fried roll with the popcorn shrimp, were a challenge to fit in my mouth! All told, no complaints, and next time I'm in Vegas, I'd love to come back.

All the food I had was good, even down to the tempura ice cream. The Rolls Royce roll was massive - definitely get a half order if you're AYCE and not sharing. I only ding it a star because I'd say 4 in 5 rolls had crab mix in and I don't eat crab. I could probably have asked for a roll without it - not sure if they do that. Definitely a good choice if you want to be stuffed and happy! About $50 a head all in with alcoholic drink and tip.

We had the all you can eat and the choices were outstanding. Everything we ate was great.

Impressive array of items to choose from the AYCE dinner! Generally the quality of the food is "good enough" with some of the sushi items tasting a bit too fishy (in the middle of the desert what do you expect?). But if you're hungry and want variety you definitely cannot go wrong here. Plus the service was quick and attentive. I'd come back!

Small place, with good service and food. If you are looking for luxury, this is not the place, if want to enjoy good food in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place. Try their Tokyo Mule, a great drink!

My last experience was not good. The poke salad wasn't fresh. I could taste the rotten fish and stopped eating it after confirming the second piece had the same problem ! This is my first bad experience that I've ever had eating sushi !

Ok sushi for a place that literally never answers their phones lol.

Super good AYCE place. Everything was very good to excellent. Slow service due to only one server in entire restaurant. But, we had ants on our table, and a long black hair on our food tray. Neither of us has long or black hair.

This place was just ok. Open late. Good hot green tea. Good service. I just thought food wasn’t the best. Those baked mussels had no toppings like everywhere else. Roll with the lemon on top was pretty good. But overall..lots of options in the area.
