A majority of the rolls were some combo of fake krab and cream cheese. All rolls were loaded with sauce. We went on a Friday night because every other sushi spot was an hour plus wait. They had several tables open here and now I know why. I would rather wait for an hour at sushibomb than come here again. Service was prompt and the waitress was very kind. The food was lackluster :/

Decent food, for the most part, but as mentioned by others, the service is rather horrible. Wait staff that can't hide when they're looking down on you or judging you. Taking forever to get you your food and hardly helpful. I would love to go to Umami instead, but the wait times are always Krazy long. If you can spare the time and take a drive to Sushi Day or Shushi Tachi, I'd recommend them instead.

We love this place, but unfortunately, we were turned away 40 minutes before closing. They mentioned they stop taking orders at 10:30, but it was only 10:20 when we arrived. We tried calling ahead to confirm their hours but didn’t get an answer. I definitely recommend calling ahead to clarify their actual closing time before heading in.

We’ve always done take out and have loved it but tonight we actually came in to the restaurant. Got seated in a cute private booth. Arrived was great. Fast! And sushi amazing. We had beer, sake, nigiri and baked and fried rolls. So yummy. And ambiance is super cozy

Where to start. The staff sat us and ignored us for the first 5 to 10 mins. We waited anyways hoping the fish would make up for it. Then they offered us drinks and asked what we'd like. We got waters and green tea. We orered quite a bit of food as this is ayce. We will never come back here. The staff apologized, though im not sure they knew what to apologize for unless it was everything. Some of the rolls were paletable whilst others were not at all. Normally, I try not to be too hard. People just have bad days sometimes, and I totally get that. However, I have never been this sad. I'm getting my check. I'm out. Nothing and no one will convince me to come back here.

Had to edit because I forgot to mention ambiance. It's pretty bland inside. They're playing a weird mix its some country and some reggae. I felt uncomfortable and ready to leave almost right away. I'm not sure what they're trying to do with the vibe, but this sucked. Also, prices online do not reflect actual prices, which were like 32$ per person.

Honestly, it kills me to leave a bad review, but this was so bad it felt like wrong not to. Now, both my husband and I have been in the service industry, so we know what it is like. Walking in, the waitresses were very snobbish and just not friendly at all. It honestly does not take much; they pull tips here; we had one girl come over. She was wonderful, but our main lady was pretty awful. The food, oh man, we could have gotten better at the grocery store, to be blatantly honest. It was nice inside they added some booths; it has been 7 to 8 years since we came back; lesson learned, never again. We can deal with bad service if the food is good, but bad food, and bad service, makes you feel like you were robbed and flushed your money down the toilet. We usually go to Umami, but they were on a 1.5 wait go figure. Do not make our mistake just go to Umami 🤣. A painful and expensive lesson, but hey no food poisoning on the bright side.

Ok... new update because of my last visit. Food is still great, but the service has gone way down, and the place needs a good cleaning. The one and only waitress, food server, and probably cook was acting as if we were Inconveniencing her. It's not like she had a lot of customers... us and two other tables at lunch hour rush.

Victoria and Pauly were great, and the food was absolutely delicious. My personal favorite roll would be the What The Heck roll, I highly recommend. This is a great place for AYCE, and the selection is huge. Overall, I had such a great experience here. 10/10.

Been here quite a bit because it's convenient and you never have to wait for a table. The reason you never have to wait for a table is because most people have realized that it's not very good. It's good enough not to have to wait for 30 minutes to an hour at Umami down the street (which is much better) when you got the sushi crave. They no longer let me have all you can eat and my wife get a la carte. They make everyone in your party get all you can eat or everybody gets a la carte. She can't put it down like me so we won't be going here anymore. It's not much of a loss though.

Terrible service. They judge you for ordering to much if you get the all you can eat. And that gay waiter with the hand tattoo. Should keep his mouth shut and keep his comments to him self. Also maybe bring the food out all at once instead of one dish and then make us wait 10 minutes for the next one. Classic technique to get you full before you can finish everything. Food is really good. They got some creeps working there now though. There's one employee who called my sister fat and then there's another one who seems like he's a danger to be around. He sat himself in my booth without permission and started talking about how if he goes too far from his house he'll be abducted by aliens. I'm not exaggerating; it was very uncomfortable. Would not recommend going here.

So I have been going to Krazy Sushi for a few years now. I had stopped going a few years prior due to bad service. It had always been good and then started on the downhill slide.

Fast forward to recently, I order the sushi roll combo special quite often, almost weekly, and I have to say the sushi is always fresh and delicious!

All of the sushi chefs and waitresses are very attentive and very nice. I always ask them to leave the bag open and not tie it up so I can check before I leave to make sure the order is correct and so far the order has been correct 100% of the time.

As long as this is the exceptional service I receive, I will continue to get my sushi from them. If you're ever in the area, don't hesitate to give them a visit as I'm sure you will be pleasantly surprised.

NEVER AGAIN! Went for my annual sushi date with my friend. She brought her 5 year old and ordered her a chicken skewer. She was charged half price all you can eat for 1 tiny chicken skewer! My teenage son ordered 2 rolls and realized he didn't feel well and couldn't eat much of it. I asked if I could pay for just the rolls instead of the all you can eat for him and was told no. We'll you've lost our business now. Hope it was worth the extra $30. Great customer service goes a long way. Maybe one day they will learn the value of that.

Service was horrible and the waitress has an attitude. The sushi is the worst we ever had (period). The sushi was soggy, tasteless, close to being spoiled and the meal was $75 for two (more than any other sushi restaurant I've been to). I took my lady there for Mother's Day and her first impresssion of the fish was that it was discolored and freezer burned. I'm disgusted with this place and the cooks should be fired. It wouldn't surprise me if the cooks bought the sushi at Smiths next door.. Try another sushi restaurant (trust me, this was a horrible meal aside from the Ukrainian server who was outstanding).

Took my daughter here for dinner. Overall the food was decent. The service was horrible. Lots of staff but very disorganized. We were not assigned a waiter, although all of the tables around us did. We had to ask multiple servers to take our order. Food came out at various intervals. We again had to request our check multiple times. The wait staff was nice but they appeared confused about whom was doing what. It is very sad. The establishment was full. I would venture to say they will probably lose 50% of the customer base if they don’t improve the quality of service.

Went this afternoon with my mom and we were seated for 10 minutes without even a single greeting. A few moments after we were sat, another party of the same size were seated right next to us.

The server immediately went over and greeted them ( with her back towards us) and their food was already coming out before my mom and I were brought our drinks. She was also already serving a table on the other side of us and would also have her back towards us. She came over once to our table (after another server had taken our order) and without any greeting or "excuse me" began rearranging our water and side plates and said "I'm going to take this menu, I'll leave you one". We were ignored for almost the entire duration of our experience by that woman that was supposed to be our server.

Luckily, Anne Marie (a server from another section) came over to us and asked if we had already been taken care of. Thanks to her we got our drinks and food despite her having to go out of her way to serve a table in a section that was not her own. She was the only positive thing from our experience.

After our initial treatment, the rest of our experience was pretty much tainted. In my opinion, the fish was not the best quality, the rice was dry, and some of the sauces tasted bitter while others were too sour. The white tuna and garlic tuna sashimi were the best things I tried.

Overall I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone of my friends or family. I sincerely hope the restaurant reminds their waitstaff to treat their tables equally.

It's been a while since we've been here but decided to try the AYCE sushi. The restaurant was approximately 50% full and there were 4 sushi chefs behind the counter. We placed our first order and everything was fine. We placed our 2nd order and after 45 minutes and asking several times where our food was, we decided to leave. The premise behind all you can eat is being able to order more than once. 45 minutes is unacceptable to make a few sushi rolls. They were not at 100% capacity so they either lost the order several times or just didn't feel like making our order. Either way, it's unacceptable and we will not be back.

If I could give our it zero I would waitress Beth who turned out to be the manager acted like she didn't want to be there gave attitude if you weren't ready on her time and acted bothered if you had question about items on the menu. to add to her total lack of respect she would start walking away mid order .she repeatedly slammed plates by dropping them a couple inches about the table. I also watched here roll her eyes walking away from other customers after receiving their order. When I asked another waitress for a boss/managers number she had her waitress give me her (the person we had the issue with to start) personal number to complain assuming I wouldn't call right in front of her and got the voicemail of Beth aside from that good food. Just unacceptable service

I was really looking forward to enjoying a meal here. My husband and I went and had the AYCE dinner.

When we arrived there were 2 servers working and both assisted us at different times. One was very rude, had zero “table side manner” tossed our menus on the table and hardly interacted with us. The other server was very nice but did not seem very experienced, or at least it seemed that the other server was overbearing and the two were not communicating well.
I had a rainbow roll, a spicy crab roll, miso soup, shrimp tempura and green tea ice cream. Both rolls were pretty good but a little dry.
The shrimp tempura was excellent.
Pork belly was good but I prefer it a little more crispy than they served it .. it was very fat forward.

The miso soup was bland and did not have enough green onion.

We also ordered vegetable tempura. It arrived at the table and I took what I thought was a sweet potato and bit in. It was fish. I have no idea how fish ended up in our vegetable tempura but it was very off putting.

The nice waitress took the order back and had them remake it. They brought 1 out pretty quick but the other one took a very long time. By the time they got back to our table I simply couldn’t eat it. The fish had put me off. My husband ate it though so it must have been okay.

As far as our drinks, we each had an ice tea. The tea was fresh and good but the servers were not on top of the refills. The first (rude) server never bothered to ask us about our drinks but the nice one was more attentive towards the end of our experience.

I wish I had gotten the name of the nicer server so that I could mention her here. But unfortunately her attempts were overshadowed by the rest of the experience.

Also for context when we arrived there were 2 other groups there. A group of 4 and a family at a table. Both of the other groups left before we were about half through our meal so it was not at all busy. There was no reason that we should have had to deal with a rude server, slow service and little to no attention to our drinks.

The service at this location is absolutely absurd, there’s 6 waitresses running around aimlessly. 5 different ladies were at my table asking “what are you waiting for” each one I told them I’m waiting for 2 rolls😑 for 20 minutes 2 rolls, only for someone to come and say “we are waiting for a small fried piece for your sushi roll”… so your telling me it takes over 20 minutes for a small fried piece in a raw sushi, but a deep fried roll will come out in 5 minutes, very unorganized. I spent over $100 at this place for the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my life, I run a food business myself, and its never been ran like this…. The owner needs to get their staff together..

I've been to many ayce sushi places and this by far had a worst quality of sushi. It tasted previously frozen. The pork belly wasn't good. The miso ramen noodles were lumped together. Got the ala cart. 2 California rolls, the menu did not list them as shredded crab so I was not expecting that. The sushi was disgusting. The California roll was ONLY shredded crab. Almost no cucumber or avocado. I immediately wanted to throw up. The fried rice was fine, large portion. Overall do not eat here, the food is gross the service is slow and for some reason they play elevator reggae. If I could give 0 stars I would. It also took them 30 minutes to charge our cards because they mixed up all of our items. The service was terrible, super slow, and they seemed to be incompetent at their jobs. Let me tell you. Me, my boyfriend and another friend of us all went to eat here just a few days ago. We are all NOW SICK WITH FOOD POISONING FROM HERE! it it us all after about 2-3 days. Not to mentioned the service was terrible. The waitress we had kept forgetting everything we ordered and brought our “all you can eat” food within 15-25 mins apart. So much for our money and eating all you can eat, although I bet it would’ve made the food poisoning worse. The waitress didn’t even bring our waters or plates until after we had two appetizers and 30 mins had pass. Terrible restaurant. Lack of communication, lack of trust. Do not go here unless you want to be vomiting and pooping all night on CHRISTMAS EVE.

Food was ok. The appetizers and sashimi were good. Most of the rolls with sauce were excessively covered in mayo and absolutely disgusting. Many of the rolls were also flavorless when getting the mayo off.

Spider roll is just oil and doesn't like any spider roll.
Cherry blossom also known as the avocado ball with little to nothing in the middle.

SERVICE:
Service was nothing special. When send rolls back that were inedible, such overly greasy where oil was dripping or tasted like a block of salt and the server stated we'll charge you and required to the manager to send back disgusting rolls. We did eat many rolls without sauce that were decent and had only sent a few back and got more pushback than we should've for rolls that we couldn't eat.

AMBIANCE:
Environment was great. It was quiet and relaxing.

Overall I would not return. It is not worth to go back for the food and service. And I do not recommend anyone to eat here looking for good sushi.

They precook all their kitchen items.
Serve your food on chipped plates.
Play radio music with tons of ads.
Takeout orders have priority over restaurant orders.
Unpleasant waitresses.

Ever since we relocated to Las Vegas from Los Angeles two years ago, Krazy Sushi has been our go-to spot to cure our sushi cravings! We come here about twice per month and are treated like VIP's as a result! The fish is fresh, the rolls are big and delicious, the environment is relaxing with nice music, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. I don't unserstand why this place doesn't have a much higher average star-rating, because it should be 4.5+ stars! You won't be disappointed!

The sushi was probably the WORST I’ve ever eaten. The rice was mushy. The fish was all chopped up in pieces suitable for a baby. You can get better sushi premade from Albertsons. Don’t go. Loved how dark and quiet it was. Very peaceful. I was excited to see they had kids prices, but then was disappointed that they charge full price for ages 7 and up. Thank goodness we left the kids home. Ordered drinks as soon as we sat down. Waters came quickly, but beer came halfway through our dinner. Ordered our food. Loved that there were so many choices. However, the food was not that great. I've been to many AYCE Sushi places. Even been to Krazy Sushi before the pandemic. NEVER AGAIN. All of the dishes tasted like there was something off or missing. Presentation was horrible. Cuts weren't close to being even. The waitress were very attentive and tended to all of our needs. But that didn't weigh out the horrible food.

I went there with family on Friday or Saturday night and we were sat down at a table and waitress Victoria could barely help us out. She had a strong accent and could barely speak English. She was very unprofessional because she never said thank you nor apologized for the wait times. I understand places like these are busy and need workers, but she was rude and did not understand my requests nor my family's requests. Please hire friendly, outgoing, and nice people who can service and understand their customers. Also, I saw her pick her nose and not wash her hands towards the back... The food was delicious and great but I saw a lot of possible areas for cross-contamination. Not good. Food tasted great but atmosphere and waitresses like Victoria made me and my family never want to come back here again. That blond girl needs some training or a better job because I did not like how she treated my family and I. She seemed very messy and her hair was all over the place and I kept on checking my food for possible blond hairs. So sad and disappointed in how I could not enjoy my experience on my off day. Next time I come, I expect better and professional customer service from someone totally more educated, friendly and professional. Please hire new and intelligent waitresses. The only issue here was Customer Service and people like that waitress could really ruin a good successful business...

I'll start off by saying the food was actually amazing! I wished I had gotten pictures.

The major part for my lower end rating is when we walked in we waited for service to address us. Then after we sat down we had to keep finding services to first even take our drink orders. After that the service was extremely untentative. It was like pulling teeth to get service to our table.

The all you can eat lunch is not available weekends or holidays..just a small heads up. They offer no free refills on anything except for water. And their all you can eat all day everyday is very restrictive.

Their menu was rather large which I enjoyed, a lot to pick from.
Overall: the food was outstanding...the service really needs some work. Then I'm sure they will always receive 5 stars.

The actual Sushi is wonderful and there is a very good selection. Price is $25 for lunch M-Th 11:30 - 4 and $32 all other times. 1/2 price for kids but only up to 6. 7 and older full price. The biggest complaint is the service. The service was atrociously slow. It took forever to get orders, forever to be checked on, etc. The service was so bad it really overshadowed the whole experience. Also, mandatory gratuity on parties of 5 or more. Oh, and drinks are served by the can. Yes, my Dr. Pepper was a can and a glass with ice. No refills on anything but water as far as I could tell. I won’t be in a rush to return.

This is my favorite sushi place ever, I’ve woken up in the middle of the night craving some sushi from here. The garlic tuna nigiri is the best iv ever had, from Philly,to dc,to San Fran and Virginia! They are the best, I used to order 8 pairs of sushi and sit for an hour getting new plates when they saw I was low. Very attentive service and watching them prepare the plates was mesmerizing. So yummy! Plus the soccer games were entertaining to watch.

I asked if we could sit at the bar, the tall women with a Bob cut, said “there’s only one seat, we’re full” The gentleman eating at the bar offered to scoot over so we could have the other free seat. She look at us and said “we’re full there’s no where to sit.” When I can see with my two adult working eyes that there are two seats available for us to sit.

Won’t be returning and will let everyone in the area know not to come here for poor customer service

Very disappointed with the food and service. Definite problems in the kitchen. Most of the hot dishes came out room temperature or lower. Some were straight out of the fridge. We asked to speak with the manager and were told there was not one working this evening. That explained a lot! It will be a while before we return. This place is making the patrons suffer due to poor management. I would think twice before stopping for a meal.

We honestly loved this place, and we have been to a lot of all you can eat sushi here in Las Vegas. The rolls were very good and flavorful, nigiri was fresh, and menu is very big. Salmon lover roll, red rock roll are the 2 I can remember that were just great, not too saucy at all you can get the flavor of the fish, their chefs definitely care about their work. Service was very friendly also ! The only thing I didnt love was the red bean mochi dessert, the mochi on the outside tastes grainy like maybe it was old? I have never had mochi that was not soft and chewy, but that is super minor the other desserts were good they have fried oreo with ice cream, and regular ice cream. And they didnt have uni on the menu which most places that we have been to have, and that is our favorite, but overall again very good and definitely reccomend.

This is my first time posting a review about food. I would have to say that the food was horrible the sushi tasted very old. The fried sushi rolls were super soggy. For getting the all you can eat I'd say the only thing was good was the shrimp tempura and miso soup. I've worked at multiple sushi restaurants and I can tell you what they have at this place doesn't taste like fresh sushi. Me, my husband, 5 year old son got food poisoning. Thank goodness my 2 year old daughter didn't. She only ate the miso soup. $100 down the drain. Besides the food, I'm happy that the servers were super nice!

The food is consistently pretty good and they usually follow special requests except the last time I went a few weeks ago, they got both mine and my mom's orders wrong which is unusual for this place. I don't know if they've got some new guys making the rolls, or if it was the server's fault?

The service can be hit or miss though. Usually the servers are super nice, but they just will not check on you at all fir like 15-20 minute gaps sometimes. I've been here at least 5 times and had different servers and this theme was pretty consistent.

What I like:

Veggie fried rice -- A MUST TRY. Perhaps the most flavorful fried rice I've ever had anywhere. Bursting with onion and garlic flavor, I love it so much and get it every time.

Joe's special (roll)- this is my go to roll. ****except ask for the ponzu sauce on the side, or ask them to omit it completely. Otherwise they will pour so much sauce on it that it soaks the roll to the point it is soggy and falls apart.****
it doesn't need the ponzu sauce to taste good.

Shrimp tempura or veggie tempura - it's good.

Edamame with chili - it's good

This is my first time at this place and it will be my last. I went with my two little ones to have a night out. Two servers were helping us, I told the first one we are doing all you can eat, then the second one came and took our orders and she put them a la carte. Then the first one came running to me asking me if I changed my mind and I told her “No” dont you guys communicate about what the guests want? The second server did not even ask me which menu am doing and just assumed am doing a la carte. Then they brought my kids food and forgot mine. So here I am watching tables that came way after getting their sushi and am here waiting. Then one of the girls came and asked if everything is ok. I asked her if my sushi is on the way and then she realized she did not put my order in. One hour later am here writing my review and still no sushi. Am so upset, and disgusted by this place am seriously thinking of paying for my kids meals and leaving. 😔

Its pretty stupid to have just 2 server in a restaurant like this, and have one of them also be the hostess. Somehow they had 3 sushi chefs. Once the food was made, it came very quickly. The place doesn’t look like much from the outside but it’s worth it.
Their service is quick attentive and they make sure always happy and eating.
They have a few private looking booths agains the wall, which are perfect for small dinner dates.
Anyways the food is great they have such a huge selection of rolls and appetizers, you will find something for everyone in your group.
Few different ramen that are just tasty!
The sashimi was so good here, I had to order more and more. This is a great place for AYCE.
Only downside is if you have kids no matter the age you will get charged, maybe not for a baby but we paid for our 3 year old

I reserved a private room for a party of (6) adults on Thursday April 21, 2022 for ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI. The female server did not provide the quality service I expected as she bluntly told me that we would be charged with the sushi we did not eat out loud to me and my guest after being served our first order. The white sauce on the sushi ordered by the female guest was not tasty to my wife and our guest, therefore they ate only two pieces of the this particular tray. WE WERE ALL BEING SERVED THE ALL YOU CAN EAT SUSHI, as I was disturbed by the servers's rude comment announcing LOUDLY that I would be charged extra for what we did not eat. We also ordered 6 teriyaki chicken at the beginning of our service order and the server rudely told us that 3 orders would be enough, when indeed it was not, therefore we later ordered 3 more and we only received 2 orders of the teriyaki chicken. Upon receiving the bill with the amount of $271,33, i noticed a GRATUITY AMOUNT OF $38.65 (20%) WAS INCLUDED, BUT NOT MENTIONED THIS WAS ADDED BY THE SERVER. THE SERVICE WAS ONLY FAIR AND NOT DESERVED OF 20%. The tip amount was left blank when I received the bill for our food and drink with the understanding that an additional TIP WAS EXPECTED. instead of TELLING the customer who received the bill for payment that this tip amount of 20% was ALREADY INCLUDED ON THE RUNNING TAB, AND NO WHERE DID WE SEE THIS AS A POLICY OR TOLD OF THIS WHEN I MADE THE RESERVATION. As we departed, the server was at the door with a disappointed stare and did not say a goodbye greeting to any one of us as we were walking out. We eat at many SUSHI ALL YOU CAN EAT ESTABLISHMENTS, AND NEVER HAVE WE RECEIVED RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE as we received at KRAZY SUSHI as a Client and 5 guests~ I have been in the RESTAURANT BUSINESS FOR OVER 40 YEARS, AND KNOW THAT BEING COURTEOUS AND POLITE IS VALUED BY MY REPEAT CUSTOMERS.

Used to love this place, but had a bad experience the last few times eating here. The staff and overall service have definitely declined in quality.

Long story short: I took my fiance out to dinner and we ordered all you can eat. She got a recommendation from the server on a roll that was honestly hard to eat. So we moved it aside and decided not to ever order it again. The server, who had an attitude all night, went to the back to report to the manager that we were not finishing our food. The manager came out and rudely told us that if we didn't eat the previously ordered roll which we did not like, then we would be charged extra. She had the nerve to say "you have to eat at least two more pieces to avoid being charged", like I am a 5 year old child misbehaving. I honestly wanted to get up and walk out, but I paid my bill and won't be going back.

So the deal is my grandparents, sister, and I have been going here for a long time. It used to have really great service, but after going tonight it was ridiculous. We arive at 4:30 and told the staff it was a party of 4 and they told us it would be a 30 minute wait which we were fine with. There was also a party of 9 that walked in after we did and they were told about the same wait time. So my family and I go and wait in our car and after 30 minutes we didn't get any sort of call or text my grandparents sent me in to check if we could be seated. So I walk in and there were two delivery drivers trying to get the staffs attention to show them that they were there to pick up orders. It took almost 10 minutes to get anyone to come over. Mind you they all just kept looking at us and walking away. So when it's my turn to see if we can finally be seated they told me to wait longer. So we waited to be seated for almost an hour, but yet they sat the party of 9 that came in after us before us. Then of course like everyone else complains about is they never really checked if we needed refills. We had to ask and any time we ordered more rolls and we'd have to wait forever and im not even kidding. And in-between the times we were waiting the server who took our order would come back and ask if we'd like to order anything as if we weren't already waiting on the food we had already ordered. It was really sad because we were sat at like 5:30 and we didn't leave until almost 8 because it took so long to get our food, but mind you we got there at 4:30. So you can see we were there for way longer than what was necessary. My family and I used to love coming here, but because of the service going down hill I believe we'll be looking somewhere else to get all you can eat sushi 😢😔

Went to eat sushi on a Saturday night at this establishment after eating there every week for months. To the point the staff knows my name and am not allowed to eat even tho I made a reservation. And am told that my reservation was for two and was not allowed because my friend decided at the last minute they didn’t want sushi so didn’t come. So I was turned away even tho being there and ready to eat because they gave my reservation away to another couple behind me. Not only rude but unprofessional I shouldn’t be surprised because the staff in the past either forget about there tables and leaves excessive wait times or brings you the wrong orders and begs you to eat it because they made a mistake.
