Great cook table dining. They have 3 choices on the all you can eat menu. This place is new, clean and looks to be expanding - see pictures of this that is photographed on expanding facilities. Food was high quality and food bar adds for your own creative imagination. Table top “soup/ Hot Pot” and “cooking grill” and sushi 🍣 makes this a triple winner dining treat. ⭐️Tip : I uses my sweet sake to dribble over the cooking meat that glazed the sugars and added a sweetness to the meat ! Try it 👍 also note they will freely suggest swapping the cooking grill surface anytime during your cooking experience. It’s a great idea to do this as build up occurs.
Also promised readers to including a bathroom review. This was to note the importance of dining establishments to their bathroom cleanliness. The thought was if their failed their … how could expect the kitchen to commitment to clean.
So here we get a management 4-Star it was clean and well kept however I would add those Sani inserts to the men’s urinal. For a cleaner visual and smell. I recommend this place for your dining exploration to Japanese Cuisine.

Despite the subpar service, the delectable cuisine makes it difficult to write off MURA entirely. First time here! Amazing quality of food and our server, David, was on point with everything! He was so attentive and cleared our table efficiently to remove dishes that were finished. The salad bar for garnishes and shabu items had amazing options! We will definitely be back! Also, check out their bathroom hallway. It’s so cute!

For my meal, I opted for the Category B course from the Korean BBQ menu, which introduced me to a tantalizing selection of meats. Among them were succulent cuts of brisket, tender bulgogi, rich pork belly, juicy ribeye, and flavorful LA Kalbi. Each piece was expertly sliced and grilled to perfection, unleashing a symphony of robust flavors that delighted my palate with every bite.

Enhancing this culinary adventure were delectable side dishes, including a velvety steamed egg and delicate shumai, which provided comforting contrasts and enriched the already impressive variety of tastes and textures.

The "Wagyu Lover" is so chewy and not even marblized like real Waygu Meat, it is very blaned and is just disappointing especially for being $45 a person also at the beginning the server took my order and 20 minutes went by and no food, I said something to another waitress and she checked and my order wasn't even being made yet... Its not even horribly busy, service is not it. I had to request sauce 3 times because 5 minutes would go by and nothing was refilled. Over all I am not coming back here again. Don't waste your time or money here! Also eating here totally messed up my stomach. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Holy cow!!! If you visit, the extra cost for the wagyu menu is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT!!!! And definitely ask for the sample box and all of the marinated wagyus cuz they're AMAZING. Chose to come tonight on a spontaneous whim (wanted to get out of the house for once) and it was absolutely worth it. Look, I lovey fair share of asian bbq joints... But none of them have my heart (and stomach) like Mura.

I want to preference this with saying the food was absolutely great. Everything we had was good. Now the reason for giving it a middle rating is the service. We are at the table right next to the kitchen but getting the attention of staff to get more water or New orders was like pulling teeth. Honestly if it wasn't for that it would be getting a five-star but when you're sitting there for 30 minutes without any kind of liquid to drink, you start getting annoyed.

Service was terrible. Had to ask for plates, utensils, cups. We also had to ask to for more water and to change the plate multiple times. There were a total of 5 people and they didn’t give us enough wagyu until we said something about it. Part of the grill caught on fire and I asked an employee to help and he just stared until a nice woman came over to help us. Food was okay but the rice was dry. They did take off the tea off the bill.

Two big things (1) service was not the best; they have a set wagyu limit (e.g., 6max pieces per order/person) and the waiter told us he’d max us out for how many people we had and gave us less pieces in total, didn’t give us tools to cook with, and made us wait a while for all other orders (2) this business is not honest about their pricing. I think it’s fair given they’re a new business but usually is not how you acquire trusted customers. We came for the lunch special and they immediately didn’t honor it because they consider the day before a federal holiday, a holiday as well.

The menu offers 3 different tiers for the meat selection and sushi. Loved the variety of options. Didn't try the hot pot but the offerings seemed good.
This place is newly opened so it seemed like some operational things were still being worked out. It took a while to get items we ordered.

The whole dynamic of this spot is phenomenal! They were so kind during our ordering process the manager was so gentle and patient with my 5 year old son when he was trying to order for himself. David was our main server and he was amazing very attentive to us and made sure we were good but also not in our face the whole time rushing us like most places. Went here for a friend’s bday. We loved every moment of it. They serve both kbbq and shabu shabu. They have good selection of meats and we couldn’t get enough of the short rib for the shabu shabu!!! They also have a bar for side dishes and sauces/veggies/toppings for shabu shabu. Get the fish tofu, it’s bussin! Service is also good and fast. Me and my friends had a good time here and we’ll come back for sure. 10/10 would recommend.

We love their choices of meats and the sauces. There’s plenty of choices. But the best part are their quality of meats. So delicious. You can eat them without (but also yummy) their sauces. The carpaccio choices are all good. All of them bursting with flavors, so delicious and i love the fact that you can also choose your veggies at their buffet area with lots of choices like fish balls, shrimp balls, king mushrooms( my favorite ). Overall, we had a sumptuous experience! The staff are very nice, polite and always accommodating. we cant wait to come back and bring our friends along! The menu was also very crude and the staff worked hard, but it seemed like they didn't know what the customers wanted, from the basic tableware settings. You had to ask for a basic cutlery set, and the restaurant was so dark that you couldn't see the tables well, so it was dark enough to see the condition of the meat. I thought I was grilling meat at a club. I suspected that they made it dark because the meat quality was bad.

Went from being one the greats to now just boring and not worth the 73$ went there got seated an proceeded to wait another 13 minutes before a young kid asked if we needed anything. Maybe a menu? Water? Utensils? I guess everything is self serve now? So we order meat and we order a lot only to be met with the smallest cuts of my life be sent to the table. We ate and still havent gotten water we had to ask for it and they brought it after we had finished. we finished we waited another 10-14minutes before we was seen again for more meat. I get you priorizing bigger tables for that tip money but man it sucked. Not to mention the menu got way more smaller and half the items they used to serve are completely gone. Im honestly really sad that our normal spot (Ms.kims) was not open or else we would've spent our money there at least they're service and food options are more for our buck. Definitely can't see this place getting a 4th try again.....already bombed with this try.

Certainly a place you have to try if you're in town. The food was fresh. One thing to note is that the servings are a little small but it worked outs because you get to try more items without worrying about over ordering. That is different than other bbqs like this we've been. It actually works better. We had Korean bbq, the shabu soup and sushi and didn't leave anything behind.

Our sever Emily was really attentive and answered all our questions. She provided her recommendations. Other servers were also attentive when Emily was busy.

ok so it all looked amazing, so I to my kids and went.
we didn't know how it worked and menu was very confusing.
the server wasn't very helpful.
no one told us it was all you can eat - we figured that later after we were done and saw the bill.
we ordered 2 meat things from the C menu and 2 meat things from the B menu and mixed and matched what we felt like eating.
but got charged 4 x menu C (4 of us).
we had to wait for the server quite a while to order more food.

no one gave us tools, so we used the soup spoons to cut the meat and SLOWLY dish out the hot pot soup.

someone noticed and brought the tools after i asked for a knife when we were almost done.

they forgot our last order of Cali rolls. it came right at the end as we were getting ready to leave and kids reminded me!!

if they had explained the strange menu better, it would be great.
under each menu, A, B, C, it gives limits of items you can order per person, but no info on the list under each menu ... ugh totally confusing

We had a Wagyu lover and all the sampler box meats were wonderful! On top of that, this place is one of a few spots that you can do barbecue, hot pot and sushi altogether in a single place. Worth visiting if you crave some feast when starving.

Hostess was too busy looking at her phone to greet us. Once she realized we were standing there, she held up a finger, indicating us to wait while she finished her message. We were sat without being given menus. Our first server asked if we were ready to order and became annoyed after being asked questions about a menu that had been in front of us for less than 30 seconds. Our second server seemed to be the only person in the in the building that had interacted with a human being before (I believe her name is Yana). The food was decent in quality, neither stellar nor inedible. Zero likelihood of a return visit.

From the moment I stepped into Mura Japanese Bbq, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance. The decor is tastefully done, creating a welcoming ambiance that sets the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. The service at Mura was nothing short of exceptional. The hostess Lojyn greeted us with a genuine smile and was attentive without being intrusive. They were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations based on our preferences. It was clear that the staff is well-trained and committed to providing top-notch service. Shes an amazing hostess & id love to come see her give us an amazing experience. Each dish we ordered was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I started with the Shrimp tempura & gyoza, which featured fresh ingredients. The combination of flavors was exquisite; I could taste the care that went into its preparation. For my main course, My wife & chose the A course meal with the Teriyaki chicken & the spicy pork belly. This dish was cooked to perfection—tender, juicy, and seasoned just right. The chef clearly knows how to balance flavors and textures beautifully. We couldn’t resist trying dessert, and I’m so glad we did! The Ube Ice cream was a heavenly conclusion to our meal. It had just the right amount of sweetness and a delightful texture that left me wanting more. It was our first time trying it. Overall, my experience at Mura Japanese Bbq exceeded all expectations. The combination of outstanding service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. I’ve been there more than 5times even i am living in opposite area by henderson. I’ve visited other places which have double options as like mura bbq but not worth it as here. All meats for hotpot and grill are so good and customer services are always awesome. If you are considering to dine between mutiple option, i recommend Mura bbq to try.

This place is AMAZING. You Can get hot pot , bbq, sushi. The service is phenomenal the hostess was very kind and helpful, we got sat as soon as we checked in. Servers were also great kept checking in on us throughout our experience there helped clear the table for space they were very kind. The place itself looks beautiful good vibes good music and good food !!! Love it we'll be back

The price for the Wagyu is really great and a lot is included in that price. However, the meat was pretty plain and if I were to go again, likely do the middle tier option. The bulgogi was tasty. Personally, the sushi and carpaccio were mediocre at best. I love that they have a salad bar but it wasn’t stocked and a lot of the stuff was missing. The service wasn’t great either. It took a long time to get our order in and a lot of the menu options took a while- we also didn’t get one thing that we ordered, even after asking about it twice. I think I had really high hopes for this place considering the ratings but felt like I had better tasting food and way better service in other BBQ places like this. Would I go back? Maybe but not likely.

The brisket was too frozen. It was hard to cook and ended up burnt. The only cold non -raw sushi options were avocado roll and California roll. For the price, I left feeling quite hungry.

Our first time in this restaurant, first of all our waitress was very friendly, she explained everything to us very well about the menu, the price is good for all the food, the sushi was very delicious, the hotpot was incredible, but the best was the Korean BBQ, the best meat, of course we would return, an incredible night!!!!

Pretty good for self-bbq. Service took a bit long, but I suppose it’s to be expected with how many reservations they had.

Tonkatsu broth shabu shabu was great, some really good options for meat as well.

I recommend booking a reservation to avoid waits! Otherwise anticipate 30+mins!

We had an amazing experience at Mura Japanese BBQ, all thanks to Diya who made our dining experience even better. She was attentive, friendly and really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. She checked on us frequently and even gave us great recommendations on different food items to try. Wagyu…get the wagyu. The portions for AYCE are considered smaller vs other restaurants. The wait staff could have been more attentive. We had to flag down the service person for meat refill. I’d go back

The best dining experience I’ve had in a while! I’m thrilled to have found such an amazing spot nearby, so I don’t have to make the long drive downtown anymore. The quality of the food here is excellent—everything is fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. My family loves the option to have both Shabushabu and BBQ together, which makes it even more fun. Server Yana was incredibly polite and attentive, adding to the great atmosphere. I can’t wait to come back!

1st time here as an avid kbbq and shabu shabu lover. Place is clean and upbeat. Food variety was awesome and meats/veggies were fresh. Price was decent. Our servers, Yana and Jesus, were both friendly, quick, and attentive. We were constantly checked on about every 8 mins. Would definitely be coming back and recommending the place.

For my meal, I opted for the Category B course from the Korean BBQ menu, which introduced me to a tantalizing selection of meats. Among them were succulent cuts of brisket, tender bulgogi, rich pork belly, juicy ribeye, and flavorful LA Kalbi. Each piece was expertly sliced and grilled to perfection, unleashing a symphony of robust flavors that delighted my palate with every bite.

Enhancing this culinary adventure were delectable side dishes, including a velvety steamed egg and delicate shumai, which provided comforting contrasts and enriched the already impressive variety of tastes and textures.

The atmosphere of Mura is a blend of sophistication and warmth, creating a welcoming space that invites diners to relish authentic flavors. However, it was clear that the restaurant required additional staff. The team, though graceful under pressure, sometimes struggled to keep pace with the bustling demand, leading to occasional delays in service.

3-in-1 AYCE Japanese BBQ, Shabu, AND Sushi to choose from. We got the Wagyu Lover set because we love wagyu.

The sauce bar has over a dozen of sauces to choose from and plenty of veggies, fish tofu & fishballs, and noodle options.

There’s definitely something for everyone at this place. The price is reasonable and the space was comfortable.

Absolutely the best restaurant in the Henderson. I am so happy that I find a perfect Korean restaurant near my place. I don’t need to drive all the way down to the Spring mountains rd. anymore. The quality of meet is awesome! All the side dishes and ingredients are so delicious. My kids love to have Shabushabu and bbq at the same time. All the employees were very polite and thoughtful too. I heard they are going to open a bakery and a side dish store soon near here, I can not wait for that !!

*First-Time Diner Review*

As a first-time diner at Mura, the experience left much to be desired. My sister and I waited to be greeted by the front door for about 8 minutes before being asked how many would be dining. We were escorted to a table and quickly afterwards, a metal jar of utensils was slid onto our table. We waited another 5 minutes before our server came to the table. I informed him that I was new to the experience and he showed me the menu, the prices, and the different meat options. The person that gave us utensils walked by and stated that we had to leave by 9 in Spanish. They have a 90 minute table time, but I definitely was feeling rushed.

3 square containers of meat were brought to our table and an order of shrimp. We were not informed about when our soup would reach the table or how to turn on the grill. As a first-time diner I had to look around several times to see what everyone else was doing. Eventually another person, maybe management came and asked how we were doing. I told him we did not know how to work the gas grill. The gas line apparently was not functioning, but it was fixed. The soup came 15 minutes after the cold containers of meat were given to us. I was weary of eating it with it just sitting out. I've seen other restaurants on social media with ice under the meat and they did not have that at this location.

Once we got our soup and a person helped us turn on the grill we were able to eat. If it weren't for my sister being with me I may have left due to lack of attention and service for our table.

The meat for the soup was tender and seemed fresh, but it lacked flavor and the meat for the grill was lacking in flavor as well.

There were many vegetable and sauce options and the soup bases we ordered were flavorful.

I most likely won't return to this location, but I would like to enjoy this dining style again at another location.
