Soru Ramen Sushi & Asian Cuisine located in Saint Rose Park Way and Seven Hills Plaza.
Soru Ramen in Henderson offers an authentic Japanese dining experience. The hallmark of great ramen is its broth, and I found theirs to be indistinguishable from the bowls I enjoyed in Japan. The service was warm and friendly, enhancing the overall experience. With a wide variety of options to choose from, I am definitely planning to bring my friends for another visit.

$14 a bowl?! We just found our new go-to ramen spot. we both got the black garlic Ramen. I got a level 4 spice and my husband got a level 2 spice. I have a very high spice tolerance. This is the first Ramen spot I’ve had where they actually make it super spicy and I loved every minute of it. The flavor was great.
They also have sushi, seafood boil, and appetizers. We’ll have to come back and try them.
The service was speedy and friendly. We also thought the anime decor was nice.

Wow, I'm impressed with not only the animae decor but the ramen broth. Before arriving I placed myself on the Yelp waiting list. I waited maybe 10 minutes but they were very busy. A full packed restaurant. It's not big either. Also they do not have alcohol (Sake, Beer or Wine) but, I did see some patrons drinking a beer. Possibly brought their own. Not only do they serve Ramen, they have sushi and crab boil too.
Food:
Black Garlic Ramen with thick noodles.
The broth was flavorful and enjoyed slurping it. The noodles were cooked perfectly to me (al dente). The chashu was tender and easy to chew.
A great spot and I loved that the broth was hot. Some ramen spots broth is warm and not hot but Soru Ramen was hot. I loved it.

First, let's start out by examining the artwork. It is fantastic. The owner put a lot of time into designing this restaurant. It is visually appealing. It literally changed the atmosphere by blocking out the outside. It is literally like walking into another country. Love all of the visually stimulating details. This restaurant sets the bar for hospitality. Service was perfect and the food even though I only got one item... It was amazing. I've never had a sushi burrito, but it did not disappoint. I highly recommend the ninja crunch burrito. I think I'm stopping by there again today.

Soru Ramen & Asian Cuisine is an amazing spot, especially for their pricing. During this visit, I ordered the seafood ramen in a black garlic broth, which was topped with shrimp, mussels, and crab sticks. The entire dish with an egg add-on was still less than $15.
The decor is busy, but it's a fun aesthetic and the service was fast.

We went for a little treat for our birthday back at the end of May and we're very happy we did! Food was amazing and the service was great. The best part of this place is the decorations and wall art. We spent a good amount of time discussing the different characters and displays. Very delicious and very entertaining! My daughter gave it a 9/10 (she didn't like the egg for no other reason than she's 10 and eggs aren't her thing). She did manage to consume all the crab legs with utter delight.

This place has been opened for a year per the waiter, but I just found out about it! And it’s close enough that it’s only a 10-15 minute walk for me, so I wanted to check it out!
I LOVE the interior - the walls show manga pages from many classic animes. They have shelves with action figures and collectibles, and the ceiling has really pretty Japanese umbrella hanging from above.
The folks working at the shop were very hospitable, patient, and nice! I got to learn some history of the restaurant after speaking with them.
And of course, the food was DELICIOUS! I got the black garlic ramen and it was an 11/10! It was the biggest ramen portion I’ve seen for only $13 — which is really good compared to other but more expensive ramen places like Jinya. They also have sushi rolls (which were pretty good), sushi burritos, curry rice, udon, yakisoba, and more!
All in all, I will come back to this place more frequently! This will be my go-to ramen place from now on ❤️

Had the Black Garlic Ramen w Kimchi. Ordered spice level 2 w a bit of the 3 hot sauce on the side. He said it was hot and was not joking. I tasted some and regretted it but added a bit to my Ramen and it was fantastic. We also had a rainbow roll that was delish. Service was spot on.

Very little seafood in the seafood fried rice. Only 2 small shrimp and 2 small oysters included. Had to add my own ingredients to make it worthwhile. Will not be returning.

This little ramen spot is a hidden gem! Every visit is a delight— the staff is incredibly polite and always greet you with a warm welcome. The service is impressively fast, so you never have to wait long to dig into a delicious bowl.
The ramen itself is phenomenal, with rich, flavorful broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and fresh toppings that feel thoughtfully chosen. Each dish feels like it’s made with care, and the cozy ambiance makes it even better. Whether you’re there for a quick lunch or a relaxed dinner, this place never disappoints! Highly recommend for anyone craving quality ramen and friendly vibes.

This place is nondescript on the outside, which is great. But inside, the food is great. I loved my chicken ramen, and the staff was very friendly. They have multiples spice levels, so I got mine “too spicy” and it was great. I loved spicy noodles but didn’t have the nerve to do the “OMG” which is their top level. I’ll be back often. I also love that they are open until 10 pm.

The latest in the chain of 4 ramen shops in the vallley, this one arguably is the best one yet. Even if it’s a one trick pony, the black garlic ramen deserves a visit. The fragrant black garlicky broth is generously served with half an egg, bamboo shoots, wood ear mushrooms, and char siu. If there’s something that keeps Soru from being among the best in the valley, it’s the noodle itself which lacks the springiness of the best, tasting store-bought instead of made on the premises from scratch. The chicken karage was also above average even if the pieces were smaller in size than the typical nuggety chunks. Service was attentive and prompt when the restaurant was not busy and portions represent decent value. Definitely worth a stop when in the neighborhood.

Not a fan, noodles were similar to top ramen. The crunchy onions you could literally buy at smiths. The flavor didn't pop at me at all. Should have just Made the drive to the better place I know and trust. If you have never tried ramen this may be a good place for starters.

Soru Ramen offers a standout dish in their Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen, which is truly a masterpiece for any ramen lover. The broth is incredibly rich and flavorful, with a deep, savory pork base that’s beautifully complemented by the robust, slightly smoky flavor of black garlic. The noodles are cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of chewiness, and the toppings—including tender chashu pork, a perfectly soft-boiled egg, and fresh green onions—add layers of texture and flavor that make this bowl of ramen truly unforgettable. However, despite the exceptional quality of the food, the service at Soru Ramen left much to be desired. The wait time was particularly frustrating, as it took over an hour for us to receive our bowls of ramen. While the restaurant was busy, the lack of communication from the staff and the extended delay significantly impacted our overall experience. For a dish that is typically served fairly quickly, this long wait was disappointing and detracted from what could have been a near-perfect dining experience.
While Soru Ramen’s Tonkatsu Black Garlic Ramen is undeniably amazing and worth trying, be prepared for the possibility of slow service. If the restaurant can address these service issues, it has the potential to become a top choice for ramen enthusiasts.

Loved it here, staff were very kind and the design/decorations of the store caught me off guard (in a good way!)
Didn’t expect all the decor since I didn’t look online for photos, big Pokémon and Anime/Manga fan.
Food was great and so were the drinks. Would come here again for sure! We ordered the Shoyu Ramen (no spice), Beef Ramen (level 3 spice/hot), Mango Milk Tea, Strawberry Milk Tea, and 1 lb of Snow Crab with Garlic Butter (level 2 spice/so so)

I'm only giving them food a 4 until I come back and have what my husband ordered! He got the Miso ramen level 3 and added garlic oil, I got the black garlic Tonkotsu ramen level 3 and it tasted kinda bland. It was spicy but no other good flavor. Kids ordered the crab rangoons, miso soup, Philadelphia roll and a Straight A sushi burrito. It was all great! The service was amazing and super fast! Excited to try it again.

Our first visit at this new location, easy parking in a large lot and no wait on a Saturday.
Staff was friendly and attentive, decor is lovely. People picking up take-out will all walk by your chair constantly.
We started with chicken karaage and it had the lightest dough, juicy on the inside and crisp on the outside: 10/10!
Garlic edamame was a huge amount but the batch was greasy with burnt garlic, just bitter tasting ... We suspect it was a one-off, staff kindly took it off the bill.
The pork katsu with curry was another winner, crunchy and juicy with a rich curry : 10/10.
Ramen was disappointing: bland chachu, even blander broth. Eggs were simply hard-boiled but did not appear marinated with a simple white color. You can choose your spice level and maybe you can mask it with enough chili oil?
Overall, we'd come back for some dishes but not ramen....

My son enjoyed the food and service so much that he said, “Mama, you have to leave a 5 star review!”
So here it is!
Our family ordered Black Garlic Ramen, Bellagio roll, salmon roll, chicken yakisoba and chicken katsu curry. We also got honeydew drink with lychee jelly and taro with honey boba.
Everything was delicious! Great flavor! The drinks tasted fresh without the artificial flavors.
The employees were attentive and friendly.
Note their spicy scale- we got level 2 for the garlic ramen, which was the perfect kick. My husband went with level 3 for the yakisoba and it was HOT! The jump from 2 to 3 is big- confirmed by the host. He kindly and generously brought us another drink to level out the spicyness.
We will definitely return to this restaurant when we’re back in town!

I'm certain the reviews for this place are boosted by their decorating job, because the food is nothing special. The broth lacks substance, to the point where it felt like I was consuming slightly spicy water instead of tonkotsu broth. The noodles feel rubbery rather than springy. The chashu was thin and tasted more like ham than pork belly (and yes, there is a difference - a big one!) The mushrooms were flavorless and rubbery. The eggs were okay, but the soft boil was slightly overdone so they were gel-ey rather than creamy. Honestly, in spite of this, the eggs carried the dish, as it desperately needs a rich, fatty note that simply wasn't present in the other elements. The gyoza weren't terrible, but they also felt like they were missing something important and the sauce that was with them was not well balanced to accent their flavors (it tasted like it was just soy sauce - I didn't catch the hints of black vinegar usually present in potsticker sauce at all, and I didn't catch any notes of spice like ginger which would have helped immensely.) The Thai tea was pretty good. It's hard to mess up Thai tea, though, so if you're only going to them for that you might as well make it at home.
Overall, I've had significantly better Ramen at a similar price point. If you like this place, I won't judge, but I won't go with you to eat there either.

I loved this place in many aspects, and it’s super complete. Not only does it have the typical and classic ramen that’s always on the menu, but it also offers many more options where you can customize your ramen with extras. Besides ramen, you can also find sushi, boiling seafood, a variety of starters, poke bowls, sushi burritos, curry... In short, this is one of the most complete places you can find. The food is delicious, the service is excellent; rarely have I felt so well attended, and the staff made sure I had a great experience. Visually, I think any anime lover will love it, and even if you’re not into that, it honestly looks super cool. Even though I’m not very into that world, I loved how this place is decorated. Highly recommended to visit.

We’ve had takeout from Soru Ramen before and decided to go eat lunch in person there today. It’s a nice little space! Lots of anime and cutesy decorations. The food is very good and extremely affordable, especially when taking into consideration how big the portions are. Today I had the takoyaki, curry ramen, and a strawberry milk tea. The tonkatsu ramen was very mediocre.
I hate to leave a bad review for a business when the people running it were nice and clearly trying to get things started up, but if someone else had left an honest review about how tasteless the ramen is, I would have been spared wasting my Sunday night special meal out on a dish that was just…. Disappointing.
I hope this place does better.
I wish them the best of luck

Small place in a strip mall but cool posters of anime. I didn’t order ramen, just sushi but it the sushi was bad. I couldn’t even finish it. The rice was crunchy so I don’t think it was sushi rice. And the tempura roll had a weird texture to it, almost like powder so not sure what that was about. Maybe their ramen is good but their sushi definitely was not good at all. But the staff was very nice.

I had to come for the anime-inspired atmosphere, and it did not disappoint! The J-pop music, Pokémon decorations, and the beautiful ceiling umbrellas made this a positive, uplifting dining experience. The prices are absolutely reasonable—lots of ample automobile parking, easy access to Las Vegas RTC line 221 (to get to the Deuce or Mccarran LAS airport), and adjacent to newer hotels too. My favorite was the spicy fried chicken karaage: it came out crispy AND very hot!

The staff members were very nice and explained their specials and deals to us when we sat down. We're just here on holiday with our family having dinner before we set off. The shrimp tempura, pork gyoza, and unagi rolls were our appetizers. We had curry Ramen (which was super tasty and filling), combo miso udon (my husband had this and he loved the soup), and we had the pork katsu curry last. That was super filling and we are all happy dining in today. Thanks so much for a wonderful last dinner during our stay in Vegas. We look forward to coming back and having the boiling seafood.

The food was very bland. Very overpriced considering the quality. We got the Miso Ramen and it literally tasted like the top ramen you buy at the store. We also got the friend rice, and that was very bland and grainy. The only thing that was okay, was the sushi, and even that was slightly fishy. Won't be coming back.

I ate here three or four times in one week due to staying at the Residence inn next door for a work conference. The group I was with would often swamp this business at the lunch hour and you could tell the staff wasn't expecting it every time - yet they still had excellent service and great food. I did not have a bad meal here and the food was well priced. I also loved the anime art on the walls. Would definitely eat here again!

I genuinely wanted to like this place. But the broth tasted like a stock broth definitely not something made with layers of flavor over time. They put seaweed in my black garlic ramen which normally would have been fine but it tasted almost identical to the dried seaweed you get in packages at Costco and it overflavored the ramen so heavily I didn't even finish it.
They seem to have been freshly opened when we went and tried it as far as the location goes and after we finally got our gyoza appetizer and they came by and asked us if we were waiting on anything else even though we had already ordered our ramen and were still waiting for about 20 minutes. I found it rather strange that the dipping sauce for the gyoza came in a to-go container that just doesn't speak traditional Japanese ramen house. I did like the theme of the place and can agree with other reviewers at the idea of putting comic book/anime stuff on the walls was pretty cool but all the staples were still sticking out from the staple gun like it was done very unprofessionally almost last minute to get the place open.
We also ordered Ice-Tea And they gave us a to go cup of water and ice and tossed a tea bag in it (totally unbrewed lol). I've never seen tea made that way It's typically tea bags don't really brew in ice water that quickly. Seemed pretty unprofessional and unprepared I would have rather them just tell us they did not have any iced tea at the moment.
We were there a few months ago and I just got the vibe at this place had just opened prematurely and rushed. I'm genuinely not sure I would want to return just based off that alone.

I think we can all agree the manga prints on the walls are pretty awesome lol. And I was able to walk there from my hotel which was a huge bonus. They have a great variety of ramen offerings. I went with the seafood ramen. Noodles were good. Kinda felt like the black garlic was really prominent in the broth though. I’m looking forward to trying the other broths to compare. They also have good rolls. I tried the Krazy Samurai roll. It was solid. Service is prompt and friendly. Food came out real fast. Would come again!

This location of Soru Ramen boasts a vibrant anime-themed ambiance with attentive service. Despite this, the food experience was mixed. The steam buns were generic, and both the Black Garlic and Lobster Ramen had issues with overboiled noodles, salty broth, and in the case of the lobster ramen, pre-frozen lobster. Water tasted like burnt rubber.
These observations come from a visit during their soft opening, indicating potential for improvement. Soru Ramen has room to refine its dishes and could become a more compelling dining option in Henderson.

Good portion of food at a great price, really enjoyed the cool environment as a manga and anime lover. They are so nice to let us try a new menu item on the house!

Wonderful food, anime themed shop, great staff. I ate here three times on my trip and I would have gladly done the same if it cost twice as much.

Just tried this spot and gotta say, the food was bomb! Ramen was on point, and the chicken karaage? So good! Only gripe - they skimped on the sauce for the chicken. The amount of sauce was not enough for the amount of chicken given. Shrimp tempura? Perfecto! Overall, tasty vibes, just wished for extra sauce.

I was thrilled to find out that Soru arrived to our Seven Hills neighborhood. Loved the Manga paper wall! Stuff was friendly and informative . Chicken Ramen is my favorite so far.
We also tried the Beef Ramen and the Katsu ,Delicious! This place is great!

I placed an order for pickup and received a confirmation email stating that my food would be ready in 20 min. When I showed up at the restaurant, they claimed to have not received the order. When they realized they had indeed gotten my order, they told me my food would be ready in 10 min. I proceeded to wait more than 30 min before my order was ready.
The food itself was alright, but not good enough to risk putting up with another disappointing experience with the service at this restaurant.

The food is delicious and filling, the design of the place is phenomenal, walls covered in posters and there's figures of characters as well, it's also not too expensive while offering high quality delicious food

I always get the same things, its so yummy. Never have to wait long at all, the owners/employees are so kind. Once I ordered from the wrong location and they refunded me by next day, no issues at all. Genuinely impressed. Thanks so much

Honestly everything about this place is great!
Service was great! We we seated and served very quickly.
Food... SO tasty and flavorful! Probably my new favorite ramen spot close to home. We also tried chicken fried rice and the MGM roll. Definitely recommend the MGM roll if you like tempura rolls.
I noticed the food was very fresh!
The spot itself is cool with Pokémon and animals stuff.
I'm not Japanese but loved the music too 🙂

This place is absolutely amazing! I had the shoyu ramen and the broth and noodles were perfect. The pork was tender and juicy. The staff was friendly and the place was clean. I love that I can pick my spicy level.
I want to deduct points for being so good because I will need larger pants to go often.

Great new place. Found by circumstance, and it's great to have such a good ramen place in the area. Give them a try if you've tried the other close by ones. I did find the "too hot" my limit for spice on the noodles. Crab Rangoon, vegetable egg rolls, and thai tea are great as well. The chicken katsu and curry are spiced nice. Come welcome this place to the area.
Update: their service is getting slower, adjusting the rating. Took over five minutes before they even said hello. Seems they're more focused on online orders versus the in restaurant patrons. Restaurant had 3 tables full at the time.

Food was excellent. We had the tonkatsu and tonkatsu shoyu ramen and crab rangoon. The ramen broth was very flavorful and all ingredients were fresh. Service was excellent and atmosphere was great, the only thing we would change was the music was a bit loud. We will most definitely be back!
