Kura Sushi USA, Inc., is an innovative and tech interactive Japanese restaurant concept established in 2008 as a subsidiary of Kura Sushi, Inc. As pioneers of the revolving sushi concept, the Kura family of companies have improved upon the developed innovative systems that combine advanced technology, premium ingredients, and affordable prices to enhance the unique dining experience. Since the first restaurant opening in 1977, Kura Sushi, Inc. has grown substantially with more than 500 locations across Japan, Taiwan and the United States. Our philosophy of “muten” or “nothing added” is an ongoing promise that our food is prepared using fresh, high quality ingredients free of artificial sweeteners, seasonings, preservatives and colorings.
It’s my first time at this location. We just walked in and got seated promptly. I enjoyed the ambiance, and staffs were polite. You basically do everything yourself. They have robot waiter delivered water and wasabi to your table. You can pick a plate on the conveyor belt or order from the tablet and it will be delivered to you. You will receive a random prize from the mascot, Mutenmaru once you inserted 15 sushi plates. We got some cute key chains. Nigiri quality is decent, not as good and is more expensive than in Japan. I didn’t like the uni here, it had a bitter after taste. Beef udon was decent. My favs here were seared scallops and sweet shrimps.

Great atmosphere! Decent food. Staff was very friendly. Service was decent also, minus the one drink never came. They did remove it at the end when we asked so I did appreciated that. The sushi on the conveyor belt wasn't refilled very quickly, so there were lots of empty plates passing by multiple times. Since we didn't get to try much off of the conveyor belt we ordered most of our food off the touch screen. The touch screen is easy enough to use, though I was disappointed you can't see how much your meal costs till the end. Normally I'm fine with that but since you're being charged mostly per plate you have to keep track of how much you've spent in your head. There's posters with prices in a few places, but no prices on the screen, so you have to find the nearest poster to see how much each item costs. Having to do math the whole time you're eating kind of takes some of the fun out of the experience.
Over all we did enjoy our time there and the food decent.

Such a fun expirence! The only downside is that the booths only sit two on each side, seats four, and I went with my family of seven. The cute robots serve drinks and a computer above let's you type in specific drinks and food you want off a personal convyer belt. The belt below is endless sea of delicious sushi. Green flag:! You can see the kitchen and the cooks! I was so full at the end of the trip, but I felt full without being bloated. The pros of sushi. We ended up paying about 20-30$ per person which is alot for the huge amount we ate, drinks and desserts. The Taiyaki is so crunchy and delicious! 😍 And the Spider Roll was one of my favorite things! 🤤 I LOVE that I got to have so many new dishes I've always wanted to try! My dad, sister and I have seen the revolving sushi bars and we're so happy to expirence it. (I will say they have plain beef and things for picky eaters like my brother too.) The best thing about this restaurant was the lovely service ladies. So thank you to everyone on the evening of 11/29/24!

Not one piece of food was good matter fact better then that every single piece I had was a new experience, foods ranging from crab rolls to octopus, two waiters named V and Bunny were extremely nice never had a problem even though we called about 8 times, got it done quickly. Very cool design with a cute little robot waiter which was AWESOME to see we also got a free shirt and a little pin, there were even kid chopsticks that were chopsticks with a rubber band attached to them so it was significantly easier to use them. Overall experience was a solid 9.5/10

This is such a fun sushi bar. I love that as soon as you sit down, you can start pulling food to eat. The little drink service bot is a fun touch. We tried so many different sushi rolls and enjoyed all of them. We went during a One Piece collaboration, and those rolls were amazing! I hope they bring it back, or at least the amazing sauce that was on the top. We also had the taiyaki for dessert. It is a little fish shaped pastry with a sweet red bean filling and ice cream. Delicious! We loved it and will be back often.

A little pricey but worth every penny! I’d never been to a revolving sushi bar, but my husband raved about them while stationed in Japan. It was the freshest, most delicious sushi/sashimi I’ve ever had. If you’ve never been, the staff is super helpful in teaching you how it all works. We went just before noon and I recommend that if you want to get a table before the lunch rush. Very clean establishment, and the little serving robot was too cool. Highly recommend the eel and tuna!

I've been here twice (so far) and both times were great experiences. The conveyor belt is so much fun, but our first visit got out of hand quickly, we kept grabbing plates since everything looked so good! 1st visit we had 30 plates, 2nd was much more reserved at 13 plates. Pacing is wicked important here. The sushi and revolving items were all very good, but the beef & onion on rice was fantastic, and the sesame paper hand rolls were fantastic. Great place for a first date, if I can get one 😂. Will be back for sure!

As good as it gets. Great prices and quality of sushi is top notch for a rotary sushi eat. Lived in Japan for a long time and really enjoy eating here. Staff is top notch and the place is immaculate. Be brave and explore eating things you have never tried. You only get one shot at life...live it.

Such a great sushi place. They also serve ramen, edamame, ice cream, and many other special items. We try to come back here whenever we're in the KC area.

Clever concept, but it’s a bad value. The proteins are sliced so thinly you can see light through them. They’re basically selling you small plates of rice. When we were in Kyoto, we ate at a place similar to this, much better quality at 1/3 the price.

I'm not a high end sushi guy, so can't really give a response you're probably looking for. I don't like this digital stuff. Every thing going around a train type setup and a robot providing drinks and other items to your table. Just wierd to me.
Visited 4 months ago
In all fairness we did show up 90 minutes before close, but it was a bit difficult to get service help. Out of their selection of food for nigiri sushi out of like 15 options, they only had like 3 left. Crab, socket salmon, and eel with cream cheese. Service issue didn’t seem to be a specific server issue but more so an administrative issue. And the cool little train sushi stuff was mostly empty. Like 10 plates would pass by just empty. Has great potential if it tightens up a bit. Lastly felt way overpriced for the experience we had. I gave 3 stars, but it’s more like 2.66. Cheers.

Popped in during some inclement weather, and this place was the surprise we were not expecting in KC. Conveyor belts of sushi for you to pick up at your convenience while still having the ability to order off the menu and have your food sent to you via a separate belt all from your table. ALSO THE ROBOT HELPING IS SO CUTE!
Value, flavor, presentation, and personality - all of these are brimming from Kura Revolving Sushi Bar. I can't wait to come back with friends the next time we come to KC!
Thank you for having us!

Hubby and I went for a night out! We were afraid as some ppl
we heard say the plates are like $8 a piece and that is NOT true.. so don't be scared.. Here it is.. prices for the conveyor are $3.40.. (& if something you want does not come across as ppl grab before you, you can order it on tablet, same price & really quick) then their are other items that will not be on the conveyor & you order them on the tablet-some things are $5.70 and then a few $8 and almost $10. Hubby is not a sushi person so he was able to get dumplings/chicken and other things and he actually tried a couple sushi things and enjoyed them.. (I call those No Thank you bites..haha never know till you try it once I say. ) now how you can get carried away is all the choices and you want them all! So for sure try new things. We ended up with 7 plates @$3.40, then the 2 bowls @5.70 and a dessert @5.70 and 1 drink and water. For 2 ppl total was $53 and change and that included tip! Don't be scared and have fun! We are actually going back this weekend for our son's birthday as a suprise!

Used the waitlist feature on the app and even after waiting almost 2hrs they still didn’t have our seats ready. There were 3 open tables but they did not seat us in them. The conveyor belt had plates on it!!!! People’s plates were they had eaten and put the plate back up. There was a large group screaming and yelling on the other side of us. It was a crazy bad experience.

This was our second time at Kura Sushi Bar, and it was just as fun as the first! The atmosphere is lively and engaging, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly, which added to the positive vibe of the place. Cindy, Eddy and Mike were great!!!
We tried The Perfect Pair, a lunch special that included Beef Udon and a Golden Crunchy Roll, priced at $12.50 each. Both dishes were absolutely delicious! The udon was savory and comforting, while the Golden Crunchy Roll had the perfect combination of flavors and textures.
It’s clear why we keep coming back—great food, excellent service, and an all-around fantastic experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for fresh sushi and a fun dining experience!

Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. From the moment I interacted with the first server, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. She rolled her eyes at me, was extremely rude, and seemed to lack even the most basic knowledge of the menu and restaurant offerings.
When I tried to ask clarifying questions about the menu, she walked away mid-conversation, leaving me feeling ignored and disrespected. Eventually, she went to retrieve another coworker, but this only worsened the situation. The second server made it abundantly clear that she was on her break and “wasn’t getting paid to help me,” a comment she repeated multiple times, adding to the already uncomfortable environment.
When my food arrived, it was completely wrong. I had specifically requested tofu multiple times, as I am a vegetarian, but the dish came filled with meat. While mistakes happen, this one would have been forgivable on its own. However, paired with the blatant rudeness, lack of attention, and unprofessional behavior from the staff, it left a very sour taste in my mouth.
I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but the combination of poor service, disregard for dietary preferences, and unprofessional attitude made this experience particularly disappointing. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure better experiences for future customers.

Bunny, my server, was super kind and went out of her way to help with the experience. The drink-serving robot and efficient system make the whole experience so smooth. At $3.20 per plate, it’s easy to try a variety without spending too much. Parking can be tough, but there’s a free garage across the street. Definitely a must-visit!

Kids loved it! Sushi is decent but the appeal is the speed of service. Just grab plates off the belt anytime you want. A family of four can easily eat 30 plates. You can eat a big meal in like 30 minutes

We have eaten here 5 times since it opened and have not been disappointed yet. The sushi, rolls, and sashimi have all been excellent. Presentation is excellent and take is excellent as well. Love the robot that brings us our drinks. The staff is prompt and polite and friendly. Whenever we get our haircuts right around the corner at Plaza Hair Designs we make it a point to have lunch at Kura.

The food was very good! Incredible variety, and flexibility to try a little bit of everything. The revolving sushi is extremely fun, and more than just a gimmick. You also have the option to peruse the whole menu, and order specific things with a tablet which is very convenient. The prizes are very cool, and I won't deny they encouraged us to eat more!
Only downside is that it is quite expensive, and I don't see any specials.

Nice variety of high quality sushi in a fun atmosphere! There are nicer restaurants out there that are more formal, but I loved this one from a price and selection standpoint. I was able to try a wide variety of rolls and other dishes in small very affordable portions, and the fact that they were being constantly rotated and fresh made it so much better than a buffet. I will definitely come back, and I'll bring my kids or some friends.

I’ve been going to the same sushi restaurant since I was 5 years old, and I absolutely have found a new favorite spot with Kura. The food was so fresh I’d believe it if they had a secret ocean under the place! The animations on the screen for 5,10,15 plates were SO CUTE!!!!! The green tea was the best I’ve ever had. I normally don’t like raw fish but here is was DELECTABLE!!!!! I am so obsessed. Will be coming back often.

I don't usually post reviews unless I've had an exceptional experience on either side of the spectrum.
Today was a mixed one. Food is good. Service not so much.
My teenage son and I stopped in for lunch after his cancer biopsy at children's mercy. We are dressed in sweat pants/t-shirt comfy clothes, cuz surgery...
There is minimal human interaction here which is one thing we like but can be an issue. We were seated by 1 person, the robot brought our drinks we ordered on the screen, another person brought my kid a fork, and a different person brought our check we ordered on the screen... 3 interactions, 3 different people.
Until we left.
Now I'm a server at a full service establishment. I almost always pay in cash anywhere. This place is not cash friendly. It wants you to pay on the screen. I left $95 on the table for our $84 bill. Guy runs after us after we leave to ask if I paid and if I paid online or with a card at the table. Acted all confused when I said cash and asked if they just keep the change.... huh? It took me a min to register what exactly he was asking. Finally another guy comes out to tell him there's cash on the table. No apology or anything. Who doesn't look on the table, especially after I asked for a bill, and just runs after someone in the street?
Whole thing was just insulting.

Interesting concept. I really enjoyed the smaller portions per plate so we could try various rolls. Seeing them scroll along made it interesting. Service was friendly. I expected it to be a little more “fancy” inside but I was glad it wasn’t. Laid back environment. Only negative was the lack of alcohol options. A couple beer choices and 1 wine shot (not a glass of wine). Fun place for a date or outing.

This is one of the best sushi train experiences I’ve had. There were so many options and you didn’t have to wait a long time if the roll you wanted had already been picked by someone else. The robot that brings your drinks is adorable but a little slow. I’d return just for the sake of being able to try a bunch of sushi.

What you would expect from conveyor sushi. Depending on where you are seated, the order from the screen was super quick and same cost. Robots delivering drink is amusing.

10/10 experience! Servers were polite and helpful when needed and the sushi was top notch. Loved the delivery system, gashapon machine that counts your plates, and the desserts! Mochi and taiyaki ice cream box were to die for! One of my friend's does not eat fish and they had lovely kitsune udon for her - so there are options for those who want something different. If you're on the fence, dont be - just go!
Thank you for an exceptional experience!

I came to eat with my family today and been here many many times before but never ever experienced what I did today. The service as far as refills and them checking on you honestly is never great but I come for the experience. Today I pressed the refill button 3 times and no one came. Finally a gentleman came by seeing all the empty cups asking if we need refills. This is not what pissed me off though. Another female waiter named (Dee) who only came to our table to get the payment for the bill and never actually checked on us or anything, when she brought it back for me to sign she said : DON’T FORGET TO TIP. First of all you weren’t my waiter and second of all I tip very generously all the time even though I never have good service, but for you to tell me don’t forget to tip that’s crappy and unprofessional. I have never been to a restaurant telling me don’t forget to tip. I always spend well over $120 and tip 25%_30% and I could have easily not tip today for what she said but I am not that kind of person. It is safe to say I won’t be coming back.

Four stars only because of service and service was mostly provided upon arrival so it was a small piece of the experience but nearly prevented the experience. You check in on a tablet and are instructed to wait outside. You get a text that your name will be called soon rather than a text when it’s time to come in. Our estimated wait time was 10-20 min.. As tables started to leave, we assumed someone would be out to call us but it never happened. People that arrived after us went in a few times and ended up sat before us. So right at 20 mins, we went in and they sat us right away with multiple tables open. Idk that anyone would’ve come out to get us if we didn’t go in…we were just following directions that were clearly stated. It should be a text when to come in or someone properly coming to get you. OTHERWISE - food and overall was great! Just sad it wasn’t a smooth entry process.

Very fun place! If you want a lot of sushi and not a lot of hassle this is the place to be. Try their specials and the nigri options with sauce, like the cream cheese eel. Don't sleep on the hot dishes on the menu; nothing like some good crisp fries to go with your nigiri. Save room for taiyaki (or any other dessert, really). Be prepared for a few issues with their ordering system, especially if it's raining(!?), but the people and robots at work are always kind.

Coming here was the best Sushi experience I've ever had. The servers work together to make sure everyone has the things they need. They even have a ROBOT that delivers your beverage and wasabi!! Such a neat atmosphere. And THE SUSHI!!! OMG, THE SUSHI!! By far best quality I've had - also really hard to find this close to home, so this was a great luxury. The eel, and wagu were soo delicious. Salmon was so buttery. It was perfectly proportioned. I live the conveyor belt! It was so fun. My husband is very picky and he was amazed and delighted too. I can't wait to come back.

Biggest let down in a while. The place is a novelty. The sushi is grocery store level so just okay but not “good” sushi which I kind of expected since it’s buffet style. I wouldn’t go back because they couldn’t turn out enough rolls to keep the sushi train even 1/3 full . We were sitting in 5th from last table on the line and wouldn’t see a roll go by 30 min at a time level of no food. That’s just ludicrous. Hire more chefs or churn out more food. As a professional restaurant I was disappointed. And then, normally this would be okay bc you could order on the tablet and it would appear on a separate conveyer belt but the kitchen waited 30-40 minute to deliver those and plumb forgot some of our orders too so in short it was a nearly 300$ birthday dinner where I left hungry and waited for food the whole time while watching other tables eat. The wait staff didn’t keep waters full or check on anyone the entire meal. Meal took about 2 hours which was too long, and again still left hungry. Also no tables bigger than 4 people, and I agree with the others that the place reeks of bleach and you can’t even enjoy your food sitting near the kitchen.

Came alone, it was a really long time to get a seat. Most of the people where friendly. Come 2 hours before it's busy if you want o just try alot of different things. There was a group who only liked a certain dish. They took all of them multiple times. Lol. But you can order direct to your table so that changed the game for me. I will be back.

Such a fun experience. The total price ended up being a bit higher than a more typical sushi meal, but given the amount of extra infrastructure necessary, it is hardly surprising.
The sushi was all excellent and when we ordered something via the touch-screen menu, it came quite quickly.

The quality of sushi here is not the best I’ve had, but also not the worst. You go more so for the atmosphere and experience which is cute and fun.

I don’t typically ever get full from Sushi, but I for sure did this time. Food and atmosphere plus the little machine that serves your drinks is all 5/5. However, Ramen really needs some work… otherwise than that, very chill spot

I would have gave it 5 but they told me they don't have 🍋 lemon. Saw one on the conveyor belt. But yeah, other than that everything else was great. Oh, you have to try the sweet potato 🍦 icecream. Also try anything that says garlic because the garlic tuna and the garlic salmon are the best.
If you have a kid seated out at the end of the table and you're getting your drinks delivered by the robot make sure you put your hand in front of the 🤖 robots sensor so the 🤖 robot doesn't run over your 🧒 child just something I observed while I was there.

This was the most fun I’ve had a restaurant in ages. The staff were super helpful in explaining how everything worked too, I’ll definitely be back!

As good as it gets. Great prices and quality of sushi is top notch for a rotary sushi eat. Lived in Japan for a long time and really enjoy eating here. Staff is top notch and the place is immaculate. Be brave and explore eating things you have never tried. You only get one shot at life...live it.

We tried it just because it was near our hotel and we were either too hungry or wanted a happy midnight snack. We waited until 8 to 9 before we were seated. All the operations were simple and the meal was good. We finished 15 plates and there was a little surprise!

Absolutely amazing, loved it there, was a but busy and a bit of a wait but it was great!!

Usually love this place, but upon my latest visit this afternoon I found a hair nestled in between two pieces of nigiri from the belt. I reported this to the server who proceeded to pick it off the plate, call it yucky and assure me I wouldn’t pay for that piece specifically. Not paying for it is fine, but the fact that the hair was plucked off and dropped to the floor and I was not assured that management or kitchen staff would be informed, is more than concerning. Having worked in the food industry for 8+ years, I assure you this is not the proper response to a health code violation such as this. I hoped to make this a staple in my nights out, and I am disappointed in this experience tonight.

This place is just amazing i drove all the way from arkansas to experience it and all i can say is wow. Our server Cindy was just amazing, and if I ever go again i will definitely ask specifically for her. So fast and caring! The food was outstanding as well, im a big sushi fan and i can confidently say this is the best ive had in awhile.

Kura is a great spot for sushi! The food was fresh, tasty, and reasonably priced. The ordering process was tricky at first, but the staff explained it well. The area is safe and beautiful. Highly recommend!

This place is just so much fun. Even though I'm not really a sushi lover, there is plenty of other tasty food on the menu for those who want something else. Just watching the sushi go by, or someone dodge the drinks robot, or having your menu item robotically announced before it is sped to your table on the track is really entertaining, and the good food is a great bonus.

Never been to one of these before but it was very cool and very fun. I was expecting it to be really expensive but for a dinner out in Kansas City it was surprisingly affordable. Only slightly negative was that they seem a little short staff as we had to wait a bit to get a server to our table. But all in all I will definitely be going back.

My favorite was the Seared Scallop with Japanese Mayo, as it was so creamy. The Spicy Scallop Hand Roll was also excellent. The Ikura (Salmon Roe) were flavorful and popped like bursting boba. It was disappointing that most of the sushi rolls fell apart when trying to pick them up. The Sea Urchin had a really strong and unpleasant fishy taste, likely not fresh. The Seared Beef with Yakiniku was salty. The Squid Nigiri was chewy. The Texan Roll had a shell in it.
The AC was struggling, which made the experience less enjoyable as it was blazing hot the day I went. The concept is neat, allowing you to try lots of different things. The robot is also cool, although its only use is bringing you beverages. In terms of cost, it can get expensive quickly, which is unfortunate as I hear it's really affordable in Japan.

I had an mazing dining experience at KURA sushi bar! The food was absolutely delicious, from start to finish. The ambiance was cozy and welcoming.
Special shout-out to our server, Rus, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time.
Highly recommend this place!

If you are looking for a sushi train place to eat, this is it. Fresh, revolving sushi line that is clearly marked w.types. Also, the ability to order items not on the train or out at the time. These are also delivered by the train. This is a unique experience and is reasonably priced for this type of selection.

My brother and I were at this restaurant yesterday. And I think it's one of the best sushi in Kansas City. The service is also top notch. At least Rus served us and we really enjoyed it. I recommend it!

Been here a few times and we love it, only problem is when you get seated at the end of the conveyor belt and the kitchen isn't at max capacity you basically sit and wait while empty plate after empty plate goes by for 20 straight minutes.
It's no trouble at all to order instead, and it's delicious, but it does definitely ruin the experience.

I have a complicated relationship with this place. Great sushi & good price, BUT they use a cleaning product that reeks of chlorine. The stench negatively impacted my tasting experience and I’m not likely to return unless that changes. Chlorine is for swimming pools! Not restaurants!!
Visited 8 months ago
the sushi is decently priced, but its not that impressive. Most items are the same price which can be a bargain. However, they use a strong chemical cleaner that completely overpowers the food. It was difficult to enjoy the revolving sushi aspect because I just wanted to leave.

Fantastic! Great variety and delicious food. Only suggestion is to label the train of sushi with a "*" similar to on the menu when an item is raw so we don't have to look at the menu to determine.

It's a fun way to spend time with friends or family. The food is fine, but it's really about the experience.
Visited 8 months ago
It's more expensive than other places, and pretty redundant depending on where you sit.
We figured the plates on the conveyor would be cheaper because there's a hit or miss on what you want, or you wait for long periods. Turns out it's the same price. Might as well order what you want Everytime. The conveyor is usually pretty cool, but in this case it's pretty useless. Hot Sake is also on the more expensive side for being some cheap house sake.
Then there's a seating issue. If you sit at the initial exit where food comes out you get first dibs on everything good. If you sit at the entrance where the plates go to be refilled, you often get nothing you want, so again you might as well just order it.
Over all the food was good, the experience was not. 🤷

The only complaint is that ramen is salty.

Compared to Tokyo this one has a lot more custom rolls. Philadelphia, Rainbow, Spider, Steak rolls. The variety was very awesome, plus this is a very unique experience. Great staff, good food. I would recommend everyone go once.

I came in around 7ish earlier today, and since it was only me, seated quickly. My server, V was extremely attentive to my drink and keeping the booths around me clean. The food was delicious and i loved the experience of being able to order what I wanted incase it wasn’t on the belt. I paid a fair price for what I ordered, the quality of the food is worth it! :)

Great concept from Asia, poor implementation. Sushi was okay, but the conveyor was half empty the whole time. Plus my partner looked online beforehand and found teriyaki, but they were out and had few other choices. Not even any dumplings; website needs updated. Cleanliness was not great.

The sushi is fresh and even faster when made to order. It can get a bit busy, so having the app is very helpful when needing to place your party into the queue

low quality and room temperature sushi. I was really looking forward to this concept, but I don’t believe that this location executed well.

Waited over an hour. Got the text to check in after 35 minutes, then checked in at the front counter with our name. Was told wait would be about 10 minutes after this. Waited in the crowded entrance for another 30 minutes and was never called. We went back to the front desk and apparently they hadn’t checked us in. Even knowing this the guy was rude and didn’t put our name as next, finally got a table after another 15 minutes. Food was ok, experience is cool, but after a while the train food never seemed to be replenished and half of it I never saw once. Not worth the 1 hr 20 wait we had that’s for sure
Visited 9 months ago
The food was great but the service definitely could’ve been better. Right off the bat, they have a waitlist system to input your number to join and it very clearly says to wait outside, the link it sends you tells you that you’ll receive a text when it’s your turn. We waited outside, like the sign states, then after about 10-15 minutes and seeing people coming in after us got sat we decided to wait inside. The hostess had a slight attitude after I gave the name and said “I called your name several times” so we informed her we waited outside like their sign says. Then she walked off and eventually we got sat. After that we ordered refills and the server came by and was originally only going to fill up one drink, despite all of them being less than half full. He goes and gets a pitcher of water, doesn’t ask if the person with soda wanted a refill and walked off before we even got a chance to ask for another soda.
Over all the food and atmosphere were great but they could definitely improve on customer service and maybe remove the “please wait outside” if that’s not how you’re going to be calling people from your waitlist.

Food is on point at this chain whether in Houston or Austin. Drinks are always a little slow so order them first and foremost. The bathroom at this one was in horrendous shape. Use RR before arrival.
Overall a very good experience! Staff was friendlt although not very knowledgablen but thats fair its mostly automated or on a the train. :D i recomend all the dishes. Their Ramen is fantastic if your not into sushi.

I don't like sushi, this place however was fantastic. My wife loves sushi and we have problems finding places we can both enjoy. This nailed it.

Absolutely delicious sushi! High quality and wide variety. Staff were clear and concise while explaining how the revolving bar works. I will say the atmosphere during dinner service was a bit overwhelming due to noise. But they were extremely busy so that's to be expected. Definitely a new favorite spot.

Always wanted to try a conveyor belt sushi place! Kura is a great place with top quality sushi and ramen bowls. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and prompt, and they even have a little robot that serves your drinks! What ever you want on the menu can be ordered to your table if you don’t spot it on the belt. Just be aware that once you order it, you have to wait for it to come to you on the upper belt. If you order the plate and then happen to see it on the lower revolving belt, that order is still coming to you on the upper belt. Don’t put the plates or the extra order back onto the belt.
