Service was outstanding and everyone very friendly. Restaurant was quite busy and crowded. The calamari appetizer was absolutely phenomenal, highly recommend! The Ocean sushi roll was also very delicious. The entrees were just okay to be honest. Would return to try a different entree dish.

Me and my boyfriend went out for my birthday dinner on new year's eve, and the staff was phenomenal! We were seated quickly after arriving, and we weren't waiting too long for our food to come out. And when I accidentally got some sauce on my dress, our waiter was so lovely to bring over a club soda and cloth for me upon my request! Everyone was pleasant and the food was delicious, will absolutely visit again!

First time, and it won't be my last. I have been wanting to try this place for years and finally was able to celebrate my birthday there. It was a great experience. I recommend coming during happy hours best deal ever. I love that they offer optional water choices, toiletry items in restroom. Ladies get the black orchid drink 5 stars. Ask for Evelyn in the lounge...she was amazing. It's been a long time since I had A1 services from the booking the reservation to checking out!!! Food we uniquely prepared, this is definitely an adulting restaurant Kisses to the Chef. Oh that butter cake my lord........... Thank you for making experience a memorable and special one!

Absolutely beautiful set up! Very attentive service from the moment you walk into the door until you walk out. Went for our anniversary and to say that they brought out all the stops is to say the least! Candlelit dinner with real rose petals and two complimentary desserts! Absolutely would recommend😋🤤❤

I’ve been to several other Ocean Prime locations, and while they’ve all had good service, great food, and drinks, this location is by far my favorite!

Our server was Joe and his assistant was Francisco. Another server, I believe his name was Ishmael stopped by our table as well. All of these guys were amazing. Professional but also kind and personable. Joe provided us with excellent recommendations as well. From the hostess team and each of the servers they all wished me a happy birthday, which was the reason for our visit.

We had the shrimp sauté and the smoked Gouda tater tots (which is actually a side), and calamari. All were delicious. For my entree I had the teriyaki salmon with the sticky rice, it never disappoints and this time was no different. I decided to try the black truffle mac and cheese. I think I prefer the lobster mac, but the truffle mac was also good.

Love the black orchid cocktail!! You seriously can’t go wrong with this one. I also tried the Take Two, which was very good! Very refreshing.

I usually stick to my regular faves, but thanks to our team of servers I tried a few items outside of my normal. I’m excited to go back and try a few more things!! Awesome team! Superior service! Thanks so much!

We recently visited Ocean Prime in Indianapolis to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The restaurant came highly recommended, so we called ahead, and they mentioned we didn’t need a reservation since we were nearby. Upon arrival, we were seated at a beautifully decorated table with rose petals and a candle, which set the perfect romantic mood. The ambiance was quiet and elegant, creating a lovely atmosphere for our celebration.

The food was absolutely amazing! My husband ordered the lobster with a baked potato, and I had the chicken, which was served with spinach and roasted tomatoes—both were delicious. We also shared the Chop Chop Salad, which the staff kindly split for us, and the mushroom ravioli stuffed with cheese was simply divine. To top it off, I had a non-alcoholic bubbly drink that not only tasted incredible but was also beautifully presented. We also appreciated the Fiji water after requesting no tap or filtered water.

To our surprise, our server returned and let us know that the restaurant was offering us a complimentary dessert in honor of our anniversary. We were so touched by the gesture! We couldn’t decide on which dessert to get, and our server even mentioned that since my husband’s birthday was the next day, we could get another complimentary dessert. Though we didn’t take them up on the second offer, we were incredibly thankful for the thoughtful gesture. It made the evening even more special.

Our server Heather was excellent, providing attentive and thoughtful service throughout the evening. We were so impressed with the overall experience, and the last-minute recommendation we received while shopping at Castleton Square was spot on. We dressed up for the occasion, and it felt like the perfect place to celebrate.

We give Ocean Prime a 10 out of 10 and would gladly return. Highly recommended for a special night out!

OMG is all I can say! We were celebrating our 31st anniversary and it was amazing from the food, the service, the staff, the ambiance, everything! Love it that we were greeted at the door with “ happy anniversary” and the fact that the manager stopped by to see if everything was ok. They also put rose petals around the candle centerpiece which made it so romantic. We ordered a lil bit of everything like the shrimp & sauce appetizer, roasted chicken, lamb chops, corn, twice baked potatoes, asparagus, lobster Mac & cheese & carrot cake. EVERYTHING was so good and worth every penny! We’ll definitely be back because we don’t have this restaurant in Dayton OH.

It's a 5 star experience dining here. They even provide everyone with a hot towel before your entrees arrive.

The steak was cooked correctly to medium rare. The seafood tower was fun.

Don't sleep on the jalapeno au gratin potatoes as a side. They had a jalapeno flavor throughout each bite and it was not overly spicy so even sensitive palates can appreciate it.

Absolutely horrible experience for New Year’s Eve. Came in with a group of people and multiple orders were wrong or not good. I ordered the market crab legs with asparagus and potatoes, and they came out cold on ice with no sides. I sent them back to the kitchen and they came out, the same crab legs, 20 minutes later, microwaved and cold in spots. My entire party was completed eating and checks being lId. I sent them back to the kitchen much more frustrated than originally. They were taken off the bill at my request but I left hungry and upset. No manager came over to apologize. Our server was barely apologetic. I dine all over Indianapolis at fine dining restaurants. This is completely unacceptable and we will not return. There’s many other better places to visit that value their customers and would never allow this customer service experience.

Oceans Prime is an excellent restaurant, terrific food, and a beautiful atmosphere but the highlight of the evening was our server Joe! Joe was extremely knowledgeable, personable and fun. He was just great! The next time you go to Oceans Prime please do yourself a favor and ask to be seated in Joe's section, you will definitely NOT be disappointed. I even recommend he be given a raise to show our gratitude and let his coworkers know how good he is. AMAZING JOB JOE! Keep up the amazing work young man. 👏🏾 👏🏾

Went for Happy Hour as their menu & ambiance is the best in Indy. Love the delicious complementary truffle popcorn & drinks are included in Happy Hour. I am disappointed the recipe changed for crab cake sliders & lamb chops. The food wasn't worth me coming back for Happy Hour but will still dine for regular menu.

I'm at a loss. How does this place keep it's doors open? Service was incredibly slow. Cocktails weren't made well. Last but not least I was shocked by how poor the food quality was. I decided to eat here with my family after we couldn't get into Ruth Chris and honestly I'd have been better off at the local Cracker Barrel. I wore a jacket and tie because I believe a formal dinner requires formal attire but I was obviously misinformed about this establishment and found out this is the local hangout of people that rent houses in Hamilton county and live on credit cards. Somebody should take a flamethrower to Ocean Prime before this infection spreads.

My boyfriend took me out for a date night to Ocean Prime in Indianapolis tonight, and it was a phenomenal experience! From the minute we walked in the door until we were leaving, the atmosphere and service was top notch. Our glasses were never even half empty of water before they were refilled, the calamari, salmon, scallops and risotto were exquisite, and the desserts were extremely delicious. And the pineapple picanto cocktail was the smoothest drink I think I’ve ever had the pleasure of tasting. Our server Luis made the experience that much better as well, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered any questions we had with ease! This man deserves a raise and we will always ask for him to be our server. We will be recommending Ocean Prime to all of our friends and family!

WOW! We received Great service at a business meal here and everything was top-notch! Deviled eggs with caviar and ravioli for hordeavours. Sea bass, shushi and sea scallops we had was made to perfection. Go there, enjoy and appreciate the great food and atmosphere.

Blake was a great server. The food was very good and we were well taken care of by the entire staff. We were celebrating our friend’s 13th anniversary and the staff went above and beyond to make it a special meal. This was our second visit and we will return. The Blu Lounge is a great place for celebrating an adult birthday (my mother's 85th). The only spoiler is a 35-ish year-old couple with a lively little boy in the lounge seating. Sure the law allows for it, but restauranteurs should use discretion. Other than that--great food, service, wine, and cocktails. Eric and Jose were outstanding as well as the kitchen serving tasty entrees and desserts. Highly recommended especially if you have the patience for little ones hanging out in the bar area.

We were taken as guests of a friend. Ordered the west coast oysters. They were beyond tiny, not sweet, disappointing. Had the goat cheese ravioli for my meal and the salt level was beyond healthy. My companions enjoyed their lobster and salmon so perhaps I ordered the wrong things. Staff was excellent and our waitress Kristin was pleasant and helpful. The noise level allows for conversation. The signature cocktail was tasty and fun. As I said i made bad choices but I believe every choice should be good.

My husband and I came here to celebrate our 6th wedding anniversary and it was a great experience! We were escorted to a large booth that had rose petals around the candle and started with cocktails. I had the Berries and Bubbles (my cocktail was literally bubbling too!) cocktail and my husband had the Black Orchid. Mine was so good, I may have ordered a second..or even a third! We ordered calamari for our appetizer and it was the best calamari I have ever had! He also the Lobster bisque and I had the Ocean Prime salad. Both were delicious! For the main course, I had Teriyaki Salmon and he had the Grouper, SO GOOD! We also shared the lobster mac and cheese side. Again, so so good! And since it was our anniversary, we had a complimentary dessert and we chose the Peanut Butter Pie, yumm! I left feeling satisfied and the leftovers heated up well the next day!

0i had seen and been intrigued by this establishment and stopped in Friday with my wife. Very nice entrance, and you could tell it would be an upscale dining experience.

Our waiter was Joe, and he was nothing short of excellent. Attentiveness, recommendations, and conversation all excellent.

I had the Chilean Sea Bass with bacon cremed spinach as entree, and we had calamari as the appetizer.

The calamari was the best I have had in indiana and ranks among the top. The entree was equally delicious. The topper was the warm butter cake we absolutely loved!

Had a party of 8 for a birthday tonight.
Server was very pleasant but there was a hiccup with a steak but the management took care of that on the bill without being asked. However 2 of us had the dinner special and we ordered carrot cake and ice cream. Neither one of us received our desert and we didn’t mention it because the wait for our grandsons desert had already taken long enough.

When I tell you this place is a vibe like no other, I'm going on record to tell you this restaurant is tied with another restaurant, service, food and ambiance, next level. We enjoy dining at Ocean Prime - especially on the outdoor patio. Ceiling heaters & FP make it comfortable even when it's chilly outside. Love how they prepare their Blackened Snapper & Chilean Sea Bass. Well-made Lemondrop martinis & old fashioned cocktails along with attentive service make this restaurant a great choice.

Ocean Prime serves really good food, and the people who refill your water are great at their job, always making sure you have enough. But, the waiter we had wasn't the best. He acted more like he was trying to sell us a car than help us enjoy our meal, which felt a bit off when we are spending $150 per person.

This took away a little from what would've been a good visit to Ocean Prime.

Had dinner here to celebrate spring break. Eric, our server, was very knowledgeable about the menu and made excellent suggestions on food and wine. (Thanks Eric!) Service is great! Food is delicious. We had a great time here. It was Sunday so the restaurant was not busy at all, three tables were seated during our time here at the main dining room, which works out great, making it feel more relaxed. Definitely would come back for our next date night.

Wonderful place for a date night. We had great friendly service. The food was fresh and delicious. We had the calamari, lobster bisque, two lobster tail, ribeye steak with shrimp scampi, lobster mac n cheese, and roasted garlic mashed potatoes. Valet was complimentary. We sat in a booth and felt it was quiet enough for ua to carry on a conversation. We will definitely be celebrating more occasions here.

We sat in the lounge at 8pm on Saturday. Unfortunately it was loud due to some overly loud customers at the bar near us, not the restaurants fault. We have amazing drinks and crab cake, which is always great. Our waiter (Christian) was amazingly professional and helpful despite all the chaos and noise, he was awesome. We will be back, and hopefully the obnoxious customers won’t be there. Amazing place as usual!

If you want an amazing server ask for Dupree when you go in.
The Host (I don’t remember her name 😭)that walked us to our table was super friendly as well. She asked me if I considered myself an Aquarius or A Capricorn. We bound over being social awkward in the restaurant industry.
Dupree started the evening off amazing. It was my birthday dinner. My second time in this restaurant and was the best experience I’ve had. He is so warm, inviting, and knowledgeable. Treated us like old time friends. We are both Aquarius, both from Gary Indiana! He made our whole dining experience. He was better than the food.. The Sever assistant were very friendly as well. Food was good, but no where near as good as the service.

We traveled to eat here and it did NOT disappoint. I loved the fact that as soon as I walked into the door they knew it was my birthday. Even the host Fransisco, who whom was an absolute delight, wished me a happy birthday. Our first server Ashley, who wished me a HBD, was a sweet & knowledgeable, however I didn’t like the location of the table so we lost Ashley. I forgot the new servers name but she was NOT Ashley. To make a long story short, the new waitress never really acknowledged my birthday. And if it wasn’t for Eric, with the awesome suit, we wouldn’t have known that they actually “celebrate” special occasions in the restaurant. And he went above and beyond to make me feel special, which was amazing. ….. Now the FOOD!!!! OMG!!!! I had the red snapper, and it was probably THE BEST fish that I’ve ever eaten. It was so good, everything was delicious. We will most definitely be back. The staff was so friendly and made me feel special.

We were a party of 10 tonight [Friday]. The restaurant was beautiful and service was impeccable. Our waitress was great. The food for the most part was very good except the oysters Rockefeller it looked like maybe someone had dropped an oyster in the salt on the plate and just sent it out anyway. One filet mw had to be returned twice to get right and the waitress did remove it from the check. The tuna sushi smelled very fishy. All other things were ordered were excellent.
I would make one big suggestion. It might be advantagize if you had two or three specials that included a salad and some sides included. You price structure is very high. If customers knew that the could come back and get an entre that had a soup or salad with a side they would feel more comfortable coming back mid week or more often. The food and the service were phenomenal! Took off one star for atmosphere because we sat in the covered patio area on a warm-ish day in December, and the space heaters were on so it was unbearably hot. Other than that, this is a MUST if you’re looking for fine dining in Indianapolis.

It was a perfect atmosphere for our business outing. The food and drinks were wonderful. The lotus martini is a winner you should definitely get it.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Ocean Prime Indianapolis this evening. Tonight‘s selections included the lobster bisque, lettuce wedge, New York strip Oscar style and the Gouda tater tots. Our server, “Andrew” ensured that our food was cooked to perfection, drinks were plentiful and overall delivered a top notch dining experience for the two of us. Well Done, Andrew and OP!

Came here with my grandparents for my 16th birthday. First time, they had been before. I think it was awesome the staff were extremely nice and made really good sweet tea just for me! I’d recommend this place to seafood lovers looking for a more fancy option of dining. Sushi is also amazing.

Very disappointing meal. Both of the fish entrees were awful and mine was so bad I sent it back and ordered steak instead. For a seafood restaurant I expected a LOT better. Our server was spectacular though.

Amazing experience. We were celebrating our anniversary and daughter's 18th birthday. We were greeted by the hostess, and sat at a beautiful table decorated with rose petals and a long stemmed rose. Our waiter was very attentive. The oysters were very good, we tried both east and west coast. The calamari was the only dish I wasn't crazy about. The flavor was good, but it was a bit mushy and not crisp. Probably from the veggie topping. The desserts were also very good. We did not feel rushed. Manager checked in to make sure everything was good. It was everything I hoped it would be. We will be back again.

Been going by here for a couple years. Make reservations here. If you like amazing food and impeccable service this is the place. Shout out to Blake. His service was unbelievable and the food was amazing. No disappointment here. It was worth every bit.

Myself and the wife were there a few days ago celebrating her birthday. The front end host were really nice, the atmosphere was also really nice. Our waiter was nice, he told her happy birthday when he first came over, but over the course of the evening seemed more interested in his other tables. For whatever reason the kitchen made mistakes on most of our food. The lamb was under cooked the steak over cooked and the Brussels tasted burnt. The wife's birthday dessert wasn't on the house, though we heard the table ahead of us say theirs was. Wasn't our best experience overall.

Celebrating our Anniversary with our Son's this past weekend. Erick did an amazing job , TJ was extremely attentive and helpful.
The managers stopped by a few times to be sure we were all happy with our experience and service.
Seafood was very good and cocktails were great!
Fun place for a celebration dinner.

Everything was amazing! Ashley(our server) was informative, polite, professional and personable. My steak was slightly overcooked, I wasn’t going to say anything, when she came to check on us she noticed and said something( I wouldn’t have said anything to anyone) to the manager even though I told her it was fine. (I have to apologize I do not remember his name… maybe Eric? I’m bad with names). He came to the table apologizing and offering a discount, which I told him wasn’t necessary but greatly appreciated. I gave this 5stars because the hospitality was superb as well as the food! Ashley needs a raise management.. Js she’s great!

We celebrated our 28th anniversary here last year and loved it so much we came back for our 29th. The food is beautiful and delicious, the service is attentive and professional, and the atmosphere is sophisticated and comfortable. Highly recommend. Get the lobster mac & cheese then thank me later!

Went for Devour and it was a fantastic experience. Our server Kimmy was amazing! The food and atmosphere were spot on. I had the scallops and my friend had the snapper. Both were to die for. The mango sorbet took me back to my childhood. Don’t miss the old fashioned. Will definitely be back.

Blake was our waiter. He was assisted by Kadeem. A great dinner. Food was cooked to perfection. Food and service were worth the price.
The warm butter cake was the most delicious and heaviest brick I have ever consumed.

Ask for a table in Blake’s section and you won’t be disappointed.

An absolutely phenomenal experience on all accounts!! We had dinner here this evening for our anniversary and were welcomed with rose petals on our table and were told “happy anniversary” from every single employee. The food was delicious, our server Tammi was attentive and SO helpful, and the atmosphere was amazing. Best place to eat in Indiana! Could not recommend more!

Best restaurant in Indiana I have ever been to! Yes the food is amazing, appetizers, sushi, steak and dessert were all perfect and to die for. However it was the service and staff that made this SO amazing! We celebrated our 5 year anniversary and 5 different staff members said happy anniversary to us that were not even our waiters. They are super attentive and on top of everything! Tammi is amazing and the entire staff was just exceptional! Perfect perfect perfect!

Ocean prime- best meal we’ve had in a long time.

Server -Blake- super friendly, explained all the dishes and specials, took time to make sure we were taken care of, and even brought us complimentary champagne for our anniversary dinner.

Crab cake appetizer, amazing, mostly crab instead of filler that most places do. Delicious and perfect.

Lobster bisque-, so very rich and buttery and full of lobster.

Teriyaki salmon- wonderfully cooked, and just the right amount of teriyaki sauce..I’ve tried to copy this and I’m getting closer.

Scallops- just perfect. I asked that the be seared a little extra, and the chef accommodated, best scallops ever.

Such great service and amazing food. I can’t recommend it enough!

Went here with my husband for our anniversary and everything about it was perfect. The food was outstanding, the service was great, and atmosphere was cozy and romantic. You pay a pretty penny for everything but it's absolutely worth it! The drinks were yummy too! We will be going back!

We really enjoyed our dinner at Ocean Prime. The food was excellent and the staff very attentive and friendly. It's a higher end restaurant, so the prices are high, but the food quality matched the pricing. We both git a steak and tgey were both foojed exactly how we ordered them and they were very tasty! Definitely a special occasion restaurant for us, that we plan on going back to soon!

Reported an issue with my reservation last Saturday that cause my party to leave very disappointed and unsatisfied. To my surprise, I received a call from the Assist. General Manager to discuss my experience. She was very apologetic and willing to listen to my experience that evening. I believe in 2nd chances and I'm willing to make another reservation in the near future.

I truly don't understand why this place is so highly rated. The water refillers were the best part of the restaurant. The service and food quality are what you would expect from Applebee's. At this price point service should be out of this world. I won't be back again.

First Ocean Prime experience. Dinner with friends to celebrate a birthday. Food was excellent! I enjoyed the French onion soup and the Branzino. The celery root puree was the perfect pairing with the fish. Dessert was the warm butter cake, it was warm and gooey deliciousness!
The staff was fabulous! Our waitress was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the evening fun. ( I feel terrible that I don't recall her name, but she has beautiful curly hair! two dogs, one named Gravy;) Fun night! Highly recommend!

The food was alright. The lobster linguini came out overcooked, so we sent it back. They gave us a free shrimp cocktail, and the second iteration of linguini was good. Filet mignon was slightly overcooked for medium rare, but great otherwise. Our server Sarah was incredible. She had great insight into the food. The atmosphere was great as well.
