Lunch only has like 4 rolls you can choose from, not allowed to get tuna. What kinda sushi place doesnt serve tuna for lunch. Just gonna go down the road to next sushi spot from now on.

Always a fan of this place. They keep updating things and adding new items. The food is great and a great deal for AYCE and the staff is very friendly and always checks if you've been here before since they want to help out and make it an enjoyable experience. I'm not a seafood fan so can't comment on that but have been a big fan of the meats.

A very good restaurant, the service is very professional, the dishes have their own unique flavors, and the serving speed is also very fast, especially Doris and Mike, who are really enthusiastic and value for money. It is worth recommending.

Cheap restaurant, low quality food, and bad service. Triple threat, ladies and gentlemen.

They are soooo stingy on the meat. I had to tell the waiter to bring me pieces that were bigger than my thumb. He brought back larger pieces, but they were all so fatty! The flavor options for the broth were bad. I wish they had miso. The service was so off! Asked for two diet cokes but never got it til the VERY end. Asked for certain sushi rolls and had to ask again why they were taking so long to come out. Mind you the restaurant was empty! The server was clueless. The options were super limited on the lunch menu it’s a joke. They practically force you to get the dinner menu and you certainly don’t get the value for your money, as the meat they serve is low quality and stingy.

This place managed to do everything wrong. Want good hot pot? Go to Shabu-You.

This place is fast fresh and fun! Super friendly waitstaff! Would love more variety of sweet potatoes and yams as well as fresh noodles. The sole fish is maybe catfish? More fish variety would be awesome!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience deserves some feedback. It was my first time at this restaurant, and while the staff was polite, the service was clearly impacted by how busy and understaffed they were. We waited an hour and a half for sushi, and other tables nearby experienced similar delays.

I ordered the Szechuan Broth, which I’ve enjoyed at other hot pot restaurants, but this version was disappointing. The amount of Sichuan peppercorns was overwhelming, making the broth overly numbing and inedible. It wasn’t a matter of spice tolerance—it was simply excessive. My friend’s Mushroom Broth was fine, but the Szechuan Broth left me feeling sick and later throwing up that night.

The sauce and veggie bar was compact but adequate. While the waitress was courteous and did her best under the circumstances, the overall experience was disappointing. I would recommend avoiding the Szechuan Broth and hope the restaurant makes adjustments. I would suggest visiting when the restaurant is less busy to see if it improves.

Busboy checking out mom with two teenage daughters. Asked for their number. Needs a talking to by management. Wait staff started off good but no refills of beverages or even check in until an hour later. Creepy busboy didn’t speak English?
If you’re high and want to experience flavors of oblivion strangeness and possibilities of biting into peppercorn, dry spicy peppers, and be slimed with a layer that “icks” your tongue even after drinking a glass of water to get rid of it! Quite fascinating! Not! I don’t take any drugs. If you like your taste buds, this may not be the place for you.
PS sushi rice needs to stick together! Not here!
Can’t believe the amount of good reviews. We won’t be back. Customer service needs work. Chop chop!

We’ve enjoyed Galaxy Hot Pot and Sushi in the past, but our recent visits left us feeling a bit disappointed. During our meal, we found a dead caterpillar under a cabbage. While we understand that this can happen with fresh veggies, the way it was handled wasn’t entirely reassuring.

Our waitress was lovely—she apologized immediately and informed the manager, who promised us a 15% discount as an apology. We appreciated the gesture and didn’t make a big deal out of it. However, when the check came, they now claimed we’d get only a 5% discount. It was only after we insisted that they corrected it to the original 15%, which felt needlessly frustrating.

We also asked to use $5 discount in rewards at the start of the meal, which the waitress assured us would be applied at checkout. Although our phone number was entered, the rewards weren’t applied. We didn’t notice until after we had left. What’s more frustrating is that this same issue happened the last time we visited. It makes us wonder if this is an oversight or a tactic to encourage repeat visits.

Overall, we felt the checkout process could have been handled with more transparency. We hope the restaurant addresses these issues, as the food and atmosphere are enjoyable, but these repeated missteps leave a bad impression.

A wonderful hot pot place. Has a good mix of meats and self serve veggies. I really appreciate the large sauce and dip options.

They are always quick to refill meats and explain the process to new people.

Sushi is actually pretty good comparable to an all you can eat sushi place.

3.5 stars

1st time trying hot pot and this place. Over all it was a good experience. The food on the other hand was ok. Maybe all hot pot restaurants in general is bland overall.

Sushi was in line with all the all you can eat spots. Not as much selection, but it covered the bases.

Hotpot was a good experience. However, everything lacked in flavor. Maybe I need to try the different broth. The sauces they had on the board should've just been premade, instead of trying to figure out where's what. Skip the noodles, and the other accompaniments. Mushrooms had a weird taste. Just order meat.

Seemed like they were short staffed. Had 1server tackling 9 tables, so service took longer than expected.

This was so much fun. First time at hot pot and my partner and I had no idea what to do haha. But we both agreed that we will be back, everything tasted pretty good and the service was good too, our server was very friendly. Can't beat that price either, one price for unlimited hot pot AND sushi and the actually had more sushi variety than I expected.

Edit: The day after my partner said the sushi wasn't good. He said that the fish wasn't fresh and that it was on par with "gas station sushi" in his words. He did like the hotpot though.

Additionally there's no menu that you can write on to tell them your order. You order a lot from the menu because it's all you can eat, but our server forgot parts of it repeatedly because we couldn't write anything down. Interestingly enough the only things she ever forgot were the more premium meats, and I overheard the same thing happening to the group next to us. Coincidence? Perhaps, or maybe this was by design. Regardless, I shouldn't have to call my server over multiple times to ask for our meats.

I’m giving two stars. One star for the nice interior. Second star for a nice and attentive waitress. For everything else zero stars. I ordered three rolls of different sushi. My wife ordered two rolls. Unfortunately, they did not have any taste at all. All five different types of sushi from the menu. They were served to us right away. What it means is that they were premade. And I don’t know how long they were waiting for us. We will not come to this restaurant again.

Not fresh or flavorful, I don’t think I’ve ever had as bad of a miso soup nor my waiter forget what I ordered and bring us the wrong food numerous times. Mind you we ordered lemons and didn’t put them in the water, we walked away to get our vegetables and someone put lime in our waters from the dish they brought us, no one was wearing gloves.

Our first time at this hotpot. They have choices that others do not have. We didn't think the broths had as much flavor as other places. But, we REALLY enjoyed everything else and will return. Some of the items on the sauce bar were really good which helped with the minimal broth flavor. Plus, along with the out of the normal protein options, they had 5 or 6 different mushrooms! I don't really get why they have the ayce sushi, one or the other should be their specialty. A little pricey when most people would only have one or the other. Why would they send out an order with three items on the plate with two people at the table? SIMPLE math tells us 2, 4 , or 6!!! If, the table has four people how does three work??? Can't wait to see you there!

Came here in May and it was a solid 4/5 very friendly and sushi wasn't stuffed with rice like most ayce places.

Just came back and wow has it went down hill, the sushi was packed with rice and the fish didn't taste fresh. The food is still okay it was the service that suffered the most. There was a ton of employees and it felt like they were doing us a favor everytime we had to flag them down for simplest thing. We had to keep asking hosts to go get our waiter, it was like he was avoiding us. Felt very unwelcomed by the staff who didn't seem like they wanted to be there... Won't be back unfortunately

I’ve been here a few times now and enjoyed every time. I go alone and they always accommodate by giving me smaller portions of the meat if I ask so I can try more things. I love that the sushi is rolled into the price now, the Jupiter Roll is a perfect start to a hot pot meal. The sauce and veggie bar are always well stocked and clean. I had to take one star away from service because sometimes it takes a while for the server to come around for the next round. I wish had some kind of punch card or loyalty system with how often I want to go!

Beware: $40 automatic gratuity and $16 taxes added without them telling you. They charged me $17 because my 5 year old special needs child was sitting with us at the table for 20 minutes until her dad picked her up. She did not order anything but she drank a cup of water while we waited… $253 later I asked the manager if they charged me for my child because she was sitting with me and waiting? No one could explain why I was charged $253. when I asked again why I was charged extra and told them that she didn’t order any food and we told the hostess that she was leaving when we first arrived, the manager offered me a $10 gift card to come back….. i declined the gift card several times and tried to leave the restaurant but he started following me out of the restaurant. so I took the card and gave it away just so we could be allowed to leave. This is the first time I have been here and I will not be returning. Make sure you do your research before coming here because if you don’t finish all of your food there is an extra fee of $10 per person. Save your money and go somewhere else.

** In regards to your response, Galaxy Sushi and Hot Pot, I told the waitress upon arrival that my daughter would not be staying and that we were a party of 5 only. I also told that to our sever. My receipt does not show a break down it just says party of 6 - $179 and then the $17 additional charge for a child along with the automatic 18% gratuity and taxes. Your own policy states that 18% gratuity is added on parties larger than 5 so even though I told multiple employees we would only be a party of 5 and my daughter’s father was on his way to pick her up, and she did not order anything, you took that as an opportunity to round our party up to 6 and charge me the additional gratuity and taxes without informing me of your policy or that you were doing so. When I explained the situation to the manager he even asked me if I informed the hostess that she was leaving and I said yes. If there was nothing wrong done on your part then why wasn’t I allowed to leave without taking the $10 gift card? Why was I held up at the door and apologized to and asked to come back again and again? Thanks for your response but I hope you take a look at the way you conduct your business and change it to better serve your community.

Price is very fair for lunch. The hot pot ingredients were fresh and tasty. I did order the most spicy broth which was too spicy for me but that was my own fault. Becoming a favorite for my family. I've brought my family a few times now and they've loved it. Fun experience, little bit of bonding as we cook together. Lots of options for meats, seafood, veggies, and noodles. We like that we can each get our own hot pot if we want different soup bases. We like trying to mix up new sauces at the sauce bar. Veggies and noodles are self serve buffet style. Sushi now included in the regular price which is nice, though we usually do more hot pot items. We like that we can really customize our meals and make it as healthy (or not) as we want. Photos from a couple different trips. Dinner and weekend has more premium meats and sushi for a higher price, but you can just pay to upgrade if there during a weekday lunch. We usually get a bunch of seafood so it feels very worth the price! Everything is pretty quick to cook, though we still spent over an hour (2 hour limit) since we like to chat while cooking.

A work colleague and I came in for lunch on a weekday, wanting to get some sushi or a poke bowl after looking at the menu online. We didn't realize that the table service was just for the all you can eat, but we were pleasantly surprised. Neither of us had ever been to a Hot Pot place but we decided to give it a try and it was awesome. I started with a seaweed salad and some edamame and a couple of rolls that were tasty. I got the Thai broth and added some beef belly and a few diff types of mushrooms and spinach and it was excellent. The server was very good at explaining everything to us and recommending what to pair with the broth we wanted. I'll definitely be back, it was a great deal!

Went here on a whim with my husband and we are so glad we did. Initially, we were interested in just the sushi, however we followed our waitress', Nancy's, advice (it was all you can eat anyway) to try hot pot. Boy are we glad we did!! It allows you to try some of everything, which I took full advantage of to finally eat things I've never had the opportunity to before. Everything was absolutely delicious! (Yes we still got sushi in addition) The place was very clean, we were surprised to be the only people there during lunchtime, however, I do believe that it gave us more of an opportunity to chat with our waitress, see what she suggested and really get into the food.
We will certainly be back!

I've been to so many hot pot places.. Of course we set the expectation pretty low because it is located pretty far from the city. But this is BY FAR the most disgusting broth I've tasted. We tried all 5 broth.. You can TELL these are pre-packaged Broth.. You can literally buy a pack of little-lamb broth and it will taste better than this restaurant.

Also meat is extremely low quality, stringy. Meatball you can literally taste the rancidity. Tripe is so un-fresh that you can smell the decay. This is absolutely unacceptable.. I am filing a DPH report to the city right now. Hopefully this will give this restaurant a wake-up call.

I am afraid that this place will meet the same fate as the previous King Shabu-Shabu if they don't do anything to improve . Only time will tell..

I really, really don't like that they bring a tablet to your table to pay your bill. The only three options for a tip that you can tap are 18%, 21%, and 25%. The server hovers while you pay the bill so they know if you hit the "custom" button for another tip. That alone is enough for 2 stars in the service department. In addition, if a table next to you has finished eating, the bus staff violently toss all of the flatware and silverware into the bus bins while cleaning up, making a ton of noise.

Secondly, they raised their lunch price from 19.99 to 22.99.

Third, if the place is busy sometimes you need to sit at the bar, which is fine. But for some reason, the staff feels the need to set up a huge oscillating pedestal fan (set on high) in the the area inside the bar (inside of which nothing is happening, maybe it used to be a real bar but now it's just people with hot pot in front of them), so every 10 seconds you have wind blasting in your face. This is not necessary, the place is not hot or uncomfortable.

The food is good, but if you are there for lunch probably 80% of it is store bought frozen stuff (cuttlefish balls, fish cake balls, shrimp / chicken / pork dumplings, squid). Seafood is not cheap, even prepackaged frozen, but 22.99 for lunch seems a bit excessive.

We went there for lunch, got hotpot and sushi.
Sushi made fresh as you ordered, a lot better than most restaurants.
Hotpot is good , this restaurant has a lot sauces to choose from , Chinese BBQ sauce is prefect for hotpot , I even put Chinese BBQ sauce in the hot pot. I used to bring my own Chinese BBQ sauce to Happy lamb since they don't have.
Menu is a little confusing, they should have a lunch and a dinner menu , buy one get one free Bobo tea also not very clear .
It has many Korean posters there, I thought owned by Korean , after I spoke to waiter, most are Chinese. We were their 3 times, always saw Chinese customers there, any Chinese restaurant has lots Chinese is a good place.

Galaxy made a convert outta me. 😆
The herbal soup base was a standout. Original, mushroom were great for non-spicy options. Tom yum is an interesting choice and adds dimension for a hotpot experience.

Fresh veggies and the meat selections were good for lunch but better for dinner for $10 price difference. ($19.99 lunch and $29.99 dinner) Monday-Thursday buy 1 get 1 free drinks. Sour plum juice is our fav.

The tables came with easy to operate controls for the individual hot pots. The reception from walk in to servers was excellent. The entire staff was patient and friendly.

Environment wise, the spaces between the tables was a tad close and the veggie and sauce stations not very efficient. Would have loved to have that against the wall in one line (with the glass hood over it, more sanitary) or center down in one line for two side access.

Me and a couple friends went on a Wednesday night for the all you can eat sushi. It was pretty empty and the service was still crazy slow. We could only order 1 at a time at first, it took some time to get the sushi, we got it, and then the waitress took forever to come back for our next order and the next order. If we weren't talking and catching up we would have been more frustrated. The sushi was good but pretty average. I like the way they had the hotpot bar set up and would be up to coming back to try it.

The veggie bar had a nice selection and the sauce bar was really good! We order tomato, mushroom and original as our broth! I really like the mushroom one, the original is a little bit spicy for me! The pork belly slices were really thin! The portions for the squid and shrimp were perfect! The staff came around and refilled the broth when it was low!

The sushi was above average, but it was slow arriving at the table. And while they say AYCE hot pot and sushi for $29 95, the reality is only one option - the sushi - is available at that price. Adding hot pot is an additional $10. The selection of sushi was extremely limited, I don't think I'd bother going back .

Me and my girlfriend have been coming here for two months now as our regular hot pot place and it never disappoints. We were here earlier and our server Nathan was extremely attentive and would refill our drinks without us asking. The food and broth are always delicious. We’re looking forward to returning for many more times to come

Bad place for sushi, an unfriendly atmosphere. We only ordered sushi, so can's review their hot pot food, but it is not a place where we will return. It is all you can eat, and in most such places, the food quality is lower than in regular cafes. It is not cheap. $20 per person for lunch (add another $6) you want to try both options. Sushi were tiny, and fish was not fresh. Spicy tuna mix in our rolls was completely frozen! Even wasabi looked like a hard clay ball. But the wost is atmosphere! They discourage you from ordering! Yes, it is all-you-can-eat, and maybe they had bad experience with clients who overeat, but one should be able to order several sushi and a couple of rolls for $20! without unpleasant glances and the waiter running from you once you place an order for a couple of items. Our waiter never checked on us, only came when we waived several times, plus he seemed to have a problem with always jumping and itching in the most disgusting manner when by our table. Overall, you can definitely have a much better food and service for the same amount of money at any other place.

Probably the best hot pot I've been to, incomparable to other hot pot restaurants. The dining area and vegetable, sauce bar, and dessert buffet areas were clean and tidy with so much variety. Went for the hot pot only option for lunch ($30/person). They also have all you can eat sushi which was an extra $5-6/person. Ordered and pictured here is their Original and Thai Tom Yum broth. The Original is definitely their own signature and different from others. The Thai Tom Yum was perfect with a nited level-2 hot. Beef Belly and Brisket were our favorite meat options. Can't wait to go back again and also can't wait for their closer location to open.

3rd time this year since our experience was great but was a little bit disappointed this time. It was a busy full pack friday night and they only have 2 waiters checking all the tables. Maybe the confusion started when we asked to move to a normal table from a bar table and the waiters got confused on who should take care of us. It was our first time to experience that no one is proactively asking us our orders. The waiter went to the table beside us and check them more than 5 times but we have to always ask for assistance and they just skip us almost the entire time. We still gave 20% tip but honestly there should be a better system.

Don't go to this restaurant. The service is terrible. If you want to order sushi, you will have to wait a long time and pay an extra $10 per person for everyone in your party. Nearly an hour after your meal, the bill will come to you. If you pay, it will automatically show that you paid 25% of the consumption-unless you change the tip amount, but you must pay a minimum tip of 18%. And they don’t give you a bill. It’s just an average buffet-level restaurant. As a result, you actually pay much more than the buffet when you check out.

We think we have found the cure for hunger!

We found it at @galaxy.hotpot in Deerfield!

An unassuming AYCE Hot Pot and Sushi Restaurant in a strip mall at the Shoppes of Riverwoods

First, you order your soup base, your meats, seafood, and sushi (if you choose to) from your server.

It's a very large selection with lots to choose from.

Then, you go into the next room to select your own vegetables, noodles, sauces, and dessert.

Everything is full of Flavor, Flair, and Fun!

It's a restaurant we can guarantee you will come out lethargically full.

We really enjoyed our Dinner here, and will definitely be back!

All you can eat. And some of the items were tasty.
Especially the variety of mushrooms and broths.
Maybe skip the small sausages, they just taste like breakfast sausage links and don't belong in a soup.

Decided to give this hot pot place a try, and I can say that I won't be back. It was underwhelming, it is all you can eat, so I expected the meat quality to be okay. However, the meat quality was even lower than my expectations for an all you can eat place. The meat is clearly pre-frozen and still looked frozen when brought out to the table. You can pick your vegetables from a buffet-type area; it gets very congested, and there seems to be no organization. Overall, quite a bland taste, service was okay, meat quality is subpar, and the restaurant gave me a feeling of a "Chinese buffet" rather than a sit-down hot pot restaurant.

I visited with my sister and NANCY served us. Whenever we tried ordering more for our hotpot, she kept reminding us there is a $10 fee for leftovers. We said we were aware but she didn’t serve us what we ordered, assuming we couldn’t finish it. I had to remind the servers what I ordered multiple times for them to serve it a good 30 minutes after. The miso soup was almost cold and everything was extremely slow. I was disappointed in the original soup base as well, I expected a fair taste as they told me it was really popular. It was extremely salty. For the sushi, they served us salmon&tuna rolls with tempura mixed in the filling. Salmon&tuna rolls should just be salmon&tuna, but they served us with some tempura roll instead. I had hoped to be served with what I ordered. If I had to recommend one course over the other, I'd recommend the AYCE sushi over the AYCE hotpot. Despite the food, shoutout to the atmosphere & prices!

We had lunch on a weekend so dinner prices and offerings applied. We only had hot pot, so my review is about that option only. The hot pot was great! There were plenty of meat options, and I enjoyed the buffet style vegetable options. I liked that each person got to pick a broth, as it was fun trying more than one option. I recommend the Thai Tom Yum spicy broth the most, as it wasn't too spicy, and it was very flavorful. All three of us liked it the best. However, we also enjoyed the original and mushroom broths. The sauce bar was great, and I appreciated that there were mix recommendations provided.

I do wish that all of the items in the vegetable section were labeled, as that would have made selecting those items easier.

I came here to leave a good review and then I read some of the bad reviews and ... hmmm.

First, I can't imagine the sushi is worthwhile, we didn't see anyone eating any last night, it's clearly not a focus. But the hot pot was tasty and good value at $30 AYCE. Happy to have this nearby. We sat at the counter and each got our own pot, one with the original which has an asian peppercorn note and is definitely a little spicy 🌶️ (at least for this laowai), the other the mushroom broth which is fine, just a basic soup. You can make your own sauce combinations and we really flavored up the stuff we made with combos of soy, vinegar, hoisin, oyster sauce, yakiniku sauce, etc.
The vegetables are good variety and fresh, certainly these are not inexpensive items and we had multiple kinds of mushrooms, bamboo, bok choy etc.

Nobody should be expecting "fresh" protein in a place like this - even if you go to an Asian market, you'll get pre-sliced frozen hotpot meats. We had the two kinds of beef, lamb, scallops, quail eggs, and two kinds of dumplings (chicken and shrimp har gow). The har gow was really good in the mushroom broth. The lamb was solid. The scallops are small but have some flavor, and the quail eggs were fine.

I noticed in one of the other reviews a comment about stomach distress and one of us did experience a little bit of that the next day. So, I think I would just be cautious to make sure everything cooks fully.

The menu shows rice is available but I guess you have to ask for it? I noticed the rice steamer later, I would have liked some vs cooking my own noodles, some of the noodle varieties are almost too thin for hotpot.

The service was fantastic and attentive, they also were really helpful at describing the different soups, vegetables etc.

This way you don't have to commit to a large quantity of just a few vegetables. I like it because I don't like mushrooms but my partner loves them so he can get a many as he wants and I can get extra lotus root instead. I was excited that a hot pot place opened nearby! Came to visit this location with a company of 3 others. 3 of us got the lunch special hot pot option while my younger brother got the all you can eat sushi lunch option (and he was seated separately). Overall, the broth for the hotpot was okay-not as flavorful as the happy lamb hot pot. The original broth was better than the Sichuan and mushroom broth. The meat availability was justified for the price. I would say the meat didn't taste as fresh as I hoped, but it was still good to eat. The sushi was reasonable for the lunch price. Service was a little slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy, but the host was very nice! Overall, for the lunch special, they had the most options that we all wanted to try. They had a sauce bar and a small area for desserts (and they were delicious!). Overall, it is an authentic hotpot place to consider trying if you don't want to go to Naperville or Chinatown!

Definitely not good as the lamb hot pot located in Chinatown or Naperville. It’s most authentic hotpot you will find in northern suburbs for sure. The broth is little blend compare to other hot spot places. Definitely the choice of vegetables and meats are very comparable. They serve actual ham instead of luncheon meat which is something different than other hot pot places. We did sushi and unlimited hot pot option and the price is very reasonable. The sushi lacked quality and they also serve frozen meat slices. The ambient and service was amazing for busy dinner time. The price is very reasonable per person. I wish the broth was more flavorful.

Nothing will make you miss King Shabu Shabu more than eating this food. The meat was of an unexpectedly bad quality; the seafood and other items were all frozen. We had three different broth selections, and none of them had any flavor. The fruit and other items sold on the bar were unexceptional at best. For $30 per person there is so much better food out there. Because everything came frozen there was no wait time in between items; that is definitely a positive.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this all-you-can-eat hot pot and sushi restaurant and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.

The selection of ingredients for the hot pot was extensive and fresh. From an array of thinly sliced meats to an assortment of crisp vegetables, there was something for every palate. The broth options were flavorful and catered to various taste preferences, making it a delightful culinary adventure.

The sushi offerings were equally impressive. Each piece was meticulously crafted, showcasing the chef's attention to detail. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the rice had the perfect balance of sweetness and stickiness. The variety of rolls and nigiri left me spoiled for choice, and I found myself going back for more.

The staff were attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests or questions.

What truly sets this place apart is the value for money. The all-you-can-eat concept provides an opportunity to indulge in a wide array of high-quality dishes. It's a fantastic option for gatherings with friends or family, ensuring everyone leaves with satisfied taste buds and happy memories.

Pretty good hot pot place for the north suburbs!
I got the original broth and my husband got the spicy broth. Both broths left much to be desired but still good- the spicy was the right amount of spice with more of a numbing sensation.
They had a wide variety of hot pot sauces at the sauce bar. Had our favorite Chinese bbq sauce which is somewhat rare!
Wide variety of hot pot items but the meats were about the quality you’d expect for all you can eat.
Our waitress Naomi had great customer service!

Very friendly staff! Came in for dinner and the waitress explained the menu and options very well for us. Some small recommendations though since I know this is just a 'soft opening'.
1. Put a little container of soy sauce with the sushi orders. Having to walk across the restaurant to get soy sauce at the sauce bar is annoying when you're mid meal.
2. Figure out a system for ordering items without interacting with the staff. Part of ayce is being able to order quickly so you can have a steady flow of food. Not having a steady flow makes it feel like less value for what you're getting. Smaller portions but have them easier to order/faster to serve.
3. Make the sauce/dessert area smaller and have the veggies in a buffet over there. Easier access to the veggies would have had us eating more of them, having to place an order for them made them seem on par with the meats, again less value.
A small thing to add, wait staff shouldn't smoke cigarettes. Nobody wants to smell stinky cigs when they're eating, when vapes are an option (or just not smoking) there's no excuse for that anymore.

Enjoyed our dinner very much, sushi was very tasty, meat selection was very good and quality seemed good too! We'll be back!

Food was alright. We waited over 20 mins in between each order for raw meats to be delivered to the table. We did a LOT of waiting around, while the broth just kept slowly evaporating in front of us. Our last order never even made it out to us and we finally got frustrated enough and just asked for the check. By the time we left we had ordered only a handful of items on an “all you can eat” menu, because of how bad and painfully SLOW the service was.

After I explained to the waiter why we had decided to just leave, he tapped my card, handed me the reader and then uncomfortably stood right over my shoulder when the tip option came up.

Overall it was such an annoying experience, I really don’t recommend.
