I visited with my daughter on a Sunday afternoon. We had the hibachi with chicken, steak and shrimp. We received a nice serving of shared food, we even had leftovers to take home. The chef was entertaining, drinks were ok. The atmosphere was wonderful. The service was impeccable and ran with precision. I thoroughly enjoyed the sushi roll and the fried rice. I will definitely be returning. The prices are affordable and well worth the cost.

Attended for a wedding reception. Our server Senly wasn't attentive to our station, and we had to ask other servers to refill the beverages and bring us bags for our carry out containers. The chef was friendly and prepared the food as ordered. There was plenty of food, and the entire guests enjoyed. There was plenty of food for leftovers. The restaurant is very clean and the atmosphere is nice. The prices are affordable. Be aware they charge $3 for fried rice, and there's a surcharge added to the check. We had a big party, so 22%was added to each check. My ticket included 3 dinners totaling 112.00$

You want thee hibachi experience, place this restaurant at the very top of your list! Top Tier and then some! From the moment you walk in, you’re catapulted to another realm. Hibachi room is huge! Shout out to Daniel our chef! Quite the experience let me just say that! He cooked that food to perfection, everything was amazing!! Rating 10/10! A-1 service as well! Our waiter was amazing and very attentive! Come here, you won’t be disappointed!

Really used to love this place. No more. Ordered lime with water. Told they had no lime. I asked about the bar. She did not wanna walk ten steps. Ordered lemon, got neither.
Chef was mediocre at best. Not a lot of interaction or "tricks". Portion of both shrimp and scallops seem small but tasty.
The real kicker was the 18% surcharge for a party of five. They hide that and then tell you how much tip is 18 or 20%.
To sum it up, mediocre chef, horrible server.
Five people, $180. Not worth the money for what we got.
Got one unagi roll. Very light on eel but only $8.

Under staffed and the staff they do have isn't the most welcoming/hospitable. The kid hosting seems like he's afraid to ask if I needed help, as if he has a fear of talking to people. (Great characteristic to have if you're a host btw.) The older ladies seem like they just want to get you in and out quickly, no time for niceties...Then after paying all that money, they want to charge an extra $2 for a little container of yum yum sauce?! Gas apparently isn't the only thing going up, quit being stingy with the sauce!

Their integrity is the reason for the low rating. My sushi and spring roll were a chef's kiss. It's their integrity of bringing me the wine I asked for that was insulting. Instead of coming back to the table and saying I can't open this bottle, they insult my intelligence by bringing me a glass of a totally different wine. I guess because it was red they didn't think I would notice the difference. I chose not to be "THAT" customer as I'm convinced if they tried to pull a fast one on me, they were definitely gonna stand firm on that decision. I'll post my review and state this disclaimer. Order your drinks at the bar so you can see what they're giving you. I choose not to return because if you're switching wines there's no telling what else you're switching.

This place is nice however I experienced a very dangerous situation which had no real reason to even happen. The waiter we had named "Billy" was not happy explaining the menu properly. He mentioned kimchi and I told him I didn't like the smell but my daughter liked so I didn't ask for it to be removed. After ordering he said I was racist for saying I didn't like how kimchi smelled and placed the kimchi in front of me. I apologized and explained there are many foods I don't like the smell to, never knew that was racist to some ppl and apologized. It didn't matter, my sauces deliberately had things in it, I asked for another, came with hair. I have been sick for a few days and I have no idea what other crap he did. I won't return. He also put that our party was of 6 ppl so he can get automatic tipping. There were only 3 of us.

This use to be one of my favorite restaurants, but I'm pretty sure I just ate there for the last time. Cleaning is the most important part outside of food being cooked throughly, I had to ask for them to bring out hand washed plates because all the plates at the tables were dirty, no exaggerating, I had the tell the chef to clean the whole grill because it was old rice on there. One of the most beautiful hibachi places we have been to. We have reservations for almost 30 people. When our group got there, they seated us, but they need to do something about the old lady who is one of the waitresses. She's very impatient and I did not like her attitude. . And we have been served by her more than once.... poor customer service or lets say its her attitude.... Otherwise the food was great. The customer service and other people were great. They added not a 18% gratuity, but 20 plus percent gratuity, but we just went with it because we had so many people.Once the older lady who was a server got out drinks then she disappeared.We had to flag down to get someone else to get us Additional drinks are whatever we needed.... My sister came and we had a seat safe for her right.When the shelf came out this older lady was nasty and told her that she could not go and get the additional chicken that my sister wanted for the hibachi meal..... I was going to get the manager because the man had just came out.But my sister just ordered sushi....Otherwise.My husband had a great birthday party there!

Ate here 2 hours ago. The food and service were perfect. I had Ramen and it was one of the best Ramen’s I have had. Husband had Sashimi, daughter and SIL had sushi. The atmosphere was so nice and the food was incredible! Wish I could remember our server’s name but he really took care of us. I live in Smyrna and wish the location was closer. Really exceptional! So happy we got to try this place!

Have been here 3 times, hibachi side every time. Food is always good. I got the spicy tuna roll today; it wasn't very spicy. Maybe the wasabi drowned it out. I got my son the chicken nuggets. They were pretty chewy. I won't be getting those for him again. Chefs are usually great. Our chef today was amazing, wish I would have caught his name. Service is so-so. Service definitely could have been much better today. I think my server's name was Mercy? Her attitude wasn't great at all. Seemed like she wasn't really feeling work today. I left without getting my drink or sauce to-go because I was just tired of asking for things. Lucky for her she got gratuity. I'm normally not against gratuity, especially for parties, but some of the servers seem to use this as an excuse to give s*** service. At least hire people that are worth the service charge. I can get good food elsewhere if I'm just going to come here and keep getting s*** service.

My Raman had two big pieces of pork fat with no meat on it also why put in instructions notes when you order if you not going to follow them? To go packaging is poor and need to come up with a better system. By far the worse Raman I've ever had it's not worth it.

This was my first time at this restaurant and it was not the best experience. The service was slow. They attempted to sit our party of 20 guests at a table that was already occupied with guests from another party. The portion was not even half of what it should have been considering the price. The waitress would not give the guests takeout containers for the cake, only plastic plates without a covering. The server attempted only once to refill the drinks at our table. They need to upgrade their service according to their menu prices.

This is my family's favorite hibachi restaurant!! The staff is always nice and pleasant. The restaurant is clean and spacious. The chefs are very entertaining and personal. The food is delicious. I appreciate that the vegetables are numerous. The vegetables are carrots, cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, and onion. Most hibachi restaurants are skimpy with the vegetables offering only carrots, broccoli, and onions or only carrots. The waitress made sure our cups never got past half full. Eat here, and you will be pleasantly pleased. We could eat all of our food. We went at lunchtime and had plenty of leftovers to eat it for dinner.

Last time I went here was about 3yrs ago, but I loved it. I finally was in the area so I figured why not stop by. It's changed so much. The atmosphere was very stiff. The clear soup before the main was very bland. Usually there's crunchy bits in it but they were soggy and nearly mixed in. We got the octopus balls. They were so small. For $8 I expected bigger than a quarter... We got the shoyu ramen and teriyaki salmon. The ramen had 0 flavor and was also missing the nori. The salmon was dry and overcooked. The veggies and stir fried rice was good though.
The waiter we had was VERY timid and did not understand what we were ordering. She only checked in on us about 10m into eating with a to go box, even though we were still eating.
Lastly, the service change is always so annoying. Why is that added and a tip is still expected. Chose one.

There are no menus. You have to scan a QR code and try to read on your phone. I missed several things because there are some places with red text on a black background and it just wasn't working with my eyes.
Husband's dish said it came with a soup and cabbage. He received two salads (one before his meal and one on the plate with his meal.) He ordered an ocean roll that tasted like canned tuna fish. They also forgot the masago. He was quite unimpressed.
I had ramen and a chipotle roll. I thought the roll was tasty and the ramen was okay. I did not eat the chicken in the ramen.

3 of us received a very super watered down, old tasting icetea, then we pointed this out to waiter and asked for a fresh icetea and it was even worse , still severely watered down and old stale tasting, at the end were offered a coke with no apology and we had to pay for the drinks we really didn't want and received no explanations. There really was no interest by the staff why the tea tasted like water with barely any old tea in it and in my opinion they should not have charged for the cokes since they didnt give us what we wanted. Other than that the food and cook was ok.

Typically, I judge a place solely on it's food; however, this place was so unprofessional in how they treated other guests that I would never consider returning. A young African American man seated at a table near me didn't touch his food. He asked for it to go and the waiter took it from him and threw it away. The staff then started shouting at him for refusing to pay a meal he was not provided and at one point barred the door, locking him in and refusing to let him leave, which is not even legal. The cops were called and he was eventually allowed to leave, but, please, speak with your wallet and force this place to realize that you cannot treat customers this way.

I have been coming here with my father for years but the decline in service 87 HEALTH SCORE is just the tipping point. Customer service is the problem not only arguing about if something is made wrong refusing to take it back but also my least favorite experience coming here in my birthday having a hair in my food being told it’s my hair and I need to put my hair up when I go to eat and having the manager agree absolutely the reason this place has gone down hill poor service and poor management cutting corners in food quality and service but final reason they have dropped to an 87 HEALTH SCORE which is why I will be finding another place to dine to expensive and not worth any of it!

I have been visiting this restaurant once a week for 8 years. As with most restaurants I have encountered a few not so good moments with the staff and the food. The sushi is (hamachi) great and up until today my overall experience has been good. My wife took my daughter there today for her birthday. My daughter found a hair in her food. The waitress returned the food to the sushi chef, returned to the table and stated that it was my daughters hair and that she should wrap her hair when going out to eat. She refused to return her food and being unruly asked if they were going to remain for dinner. I have a beard, if I find a hair in my food, are we going to debate if it's my hair and that I should shave my beard. A professional establishment would have simply returned the dish. I cant believe that my family was treated this way at my favorite restaurant The restaurant displays a no return sign in the dining room which I think sends a terrible message to customers, and their staff are not trained to handle. If my order is not correct or if the quality of food is not what I am accustomed, or if I find a hair in my food, it will be returned or not paid for so why have the sign. My wife is furious and has insisted that our family and my company discontinue doing business with the restaurant.

My family and I are new to the area and previously went to another hibachi restaurant because it had better reviews but this place is 10 x's better. Our experience here today was terrible. We were the only people in the restaurant, and waited at the hibachi table for an hour before ultimately getting up and asking if we would eat.
Our waiter never came back to our table- drinks never refilled. After an hour of sitting at the table, a chef came over.

I ordered hibachi fried rice, shrimp and lobster. I didn't receive hibachi. I know the taste and when I called to inform the manager, she informed me that even though I ordered and paid for a hibachi meal to be prepared they charged me as hibachi but prepared the meal in a wok. At first she stated it was hibachi prepared and then she admitted it was in a walk. I informed her that the information should be given if you're going to charge for hibachi, the price reflects hibachi. Just be honest ! If I pay for a service I only want to receive what I'm paying for I don't want anything free just give me what I'm paying for, I don't believe that's asking for too much. I received a meal that was prepared in a wok, but paid for a meal that should have been prepared for hibachi.

Called for my pick up order of hibachi chicken and shrimp, and a sushi roll at 4:37pm. They said my food would be ready in 15 minutes. My food was not ready until 5:15pm. Highly frustrating when you call an order pick up and you have to wait when you are pressed for time.
I would understand if they were packed but the restaurant was not full.

It was just OK. It was unusually crowded, but we were seated reasonably quickly, and we got menus and drinks almost immediately. We were a party of four. Three of them ordered hibachi meals, but I ordered the Bulgogi Bowl because I'd never had Bulgogi. Actually, it tasted very good, but it was very, very salty, even for Asian food. I tolerate salty foods well, but this was hard to take. So, the takeaway is to stick with the hibachi meals and leave the bowl meals alone

I've been going to Yukis since 2009, always had the best portions and reasonable prices. I went today for my birthday and my family came with me and it was their first time coming to Yukis. We were so disappointed idk what happened tonight. The food was mediocre at best and the service was non existent. Our waitress sat us down took our drink orders brought out soup and salad to everyone except my nephew and my sister even though she was supposed to get it. After bringing our drinks and taking our order she disappeared didn't come back to the table at all not even to refill a drink or pick up the empty soup and salad bowls. We were overcharged and charged an 18% service fee for the service we didn't receive. My niece was charged as an adult and she's 9, shes just tall because both of her parents are tall. We weren't even asked the kids ages the waitress just took it upon herself to profile my niece because she's tall. She assumed she was 12 so she charged her full price for a kids chicken and rice, she said it wasn't her age but because she got vegetables but she only got chicken and rice. After the pandemic their portions got smaller but their prices stayed the same, I hate to say it but I will not be returning. It was a terrible birthday experience and when we talked to the waitress and management about it both had a horrible attitude. Please do better! I've been coming here for years and the food has always been great. The service has been good. If you're going to hang a sign in your restaurant that says
"all sales final" your food better stay on point. It's not a good look for a restaurant.Some customers return after bad experiences but not if they feel like there is reciprocity.

Disgusting! Rice in sushi extremely overcooked and plate presentation was horrible. Attempted to eat the Korean bbq and they didn’t even have shrimp as an option. Go somewhere else.

I don’t know if you guys had a bad day today but nothing was good about what I ordered. I had the Spicy Seafood Ramen with over-salted broth, unopened mussels, and just sloppy presentation. Also, the braised pork bellies may have given my sister a stomach ache. This is so bad, y’all. I’m never ordering from this place again.

My daughter wanted Hibachi for her bday dinner with friends and we wanted to avoid going into Atlanta/Buckhead to go to Benihana so we tried this place out. The food itself was good, and the cook that did the hibachi show was amazing. My daughter and her friends loved that part of it. But if I could give the service 0 stars I would! Our server whose name was either Joi or Jio was horrible! We had barely sat down before she was asking for our drink orders, my daughter and one of her friends was still looking at the menu to see what they had and she told them she will just come back because they are very busy (there were plenty of open tables so not sure why she said that unless they were understaffed). She came back and took their drink order put it in and came right back to take our orders which again we had barely just sat down and weren’t ready yet. She continuously rolled her eyes and continued to rush us to where we even forgot to order some things we wanted. Once our order was placed we barely saw her again and had to flag her to order what we forgot. Once the hibachi cook finished our food, as we’re eating she brings to go boxes and bags and placed them in front of us. WE WERE ALL STILL EATING! No one asked for to go items. She then brought the checks out. Again we are still eating! And I wish I was lying when I say she came to the table 6 times in 10 minutes to ask if the check was ready to where we finally said to her NO we’re still eating! It was so frustrating. Once we finally were ready to pay we used cash for one of the checks that was over $200. She stood there at the table with us and said ok I need to count it 🤯🤯 It was as if she didn’t believe we could pay the bill. Understandable she had to count but usually servers take the check to their little kiosk and count there. It was very off putting and rude. I have never felt soooo rushed during a dining experience that I am paying my hard earned money for. She in no way deserved the 18% gratuity that was automatically included. If we ever go back I refuse to have her as my waitress!

My family has been coming here for 10 years but as of the last two years the food and service has became horrible. Today there was paper in my mothers soup. The manager had disgusting attitude and rude tone. She did not apologize or attempt to make it right! I have worked in the food service for years when it's your kitchens fault you apologize and try your best to fix the issue. Our server was a sweetheart but that manager is something else. I hope the owner find someone new or makes some changes soon because they will only continue to lose business. We will not be coming back. They will refuse to take any accountability and from the way the respond to people shows how they are completely unprofessional. I think they are under a different ownership than that of a few years which would explain alot.

My parents, their friend, and I reserved for Korean BBQ for dinner. It wasn’t crowded at the time so we got seated quickly. But that was it and went downhill from there. We ordered family combo and took about 15 minutes to wait for the meat to come out. When it came out though, several meats looked bad since it had dark shades of brown. I asked the server who brought the meat why the color was brown and his reply at first response of “this is how it is so there is nothing wrong” was totally ridiculous. I got agitated and contested Why would we have ordered expensive combo meal if the meat quality was total garbage? I also flat out asked him would he pay big bucks to eat brown-colored meat. He then said he will take the meat back and bring the new one. That took additional 15 min or more of waiting while other customers-3 groups-got served. (Don’t know if the meat was fine with them.) So we got the good quality meat after waiting about an hour after being seated. Food and the portion size were ok except their sauces were too greasy and salty. They had better side dishes in the past so I was very disappointed. Servers were nice people, but they didn’t come to check on table often. I had to ask side dishes and drinks in a bulk. They were not in a hurry to serve the customers which is not the service I expected. It is important to check on the customers frequently (that’s what the servers are for right?) so customer can have comfortable “smooth flow” of their meal time. I recommended the restaurant, thinking the service and food remained great as the past. I was wrong and really got embarrassed that I picked the restaurant. I am hesitant to recommend.
1. Order right after getting seated or you will go hungry-crazy while waiting
2. They say it is Korean BBQ but that is a semi-lie when servers don’t cook meat for the customers. It is annoying when they add automatic high percentile tip when customers does all the cooking by themselves. Go up north near Duluth, GA and Korean BBQs there are the real deal. They cook all the meats and have great service, food, variety, and price
3. They used to have lots of customers, but that night it was quiet with many empty spaces.
Overall, first impression ruined everything.

The food is good. Service isn’t worth the mandatory 18% tip. I am willing to tip and often do but why am I being forced to tip well when I receive mediocre service. This used to be my favorite place to eat because of the atmosphere, but I no longer enjoy eating here.

The food is good, so I tip my hat to the cooks, both sushi and hibachi. However, the service is mediocre at best. They aren't consistent with the prices. Server Ralph and bartender MM I would avoid IF, STRONG IF, i ever return. The atmosphere is not very welcoming. People don't check if you need anything, they wait for you to ask or flag them down. Sorry, I'm not use to service like that. I guess since they already include an 18% gratuity they have nothing to work for, because trust the service isn't worth Including anything extra. Also, their hibachi comes with white rice, or you'll pay extra for fried rice. In all my years of eating hibachi, I've never heard of such a thing. I've never seen hibachi with white rice but ok.

Looking forward to lunch but was made to wait over 45 minutes for hibachi to be served. We were the first in the restaurant so it wasn’t a crowd situation just we don’t want to serve you till more folks arrive. I’m sorry but 45min is way too long.

Warning read Yelp before deciding on this establishment!!! I arrived at the restaurant at 6:30 for a birthday dinner with a reservation for 30 people at 7:00. However, at 7:00, 5 members of our party were not present, and we were informed that we couldn't be seated until everyone arrived, which was understandable.
Once the entire party arrived, the restaurant staff informed us that they couldn't seat all of us at the same hibachi table because it was reserved for 22 people, even though the reservation was for 30, and only 26 people had shown up. This decision seemed odd, as they should have known that even a 22-person table wouldn't accommodate the entire group.
They ended up splitting our party and cooking food for the additional table and half of the table I was seated at. While watching the other part of our group eat, my sister requested to speak with a manager since we had been waiting since 6:30 and the latecomers had already been served. She asked if they could compensate for some of the cost, considering we had followed their rules but were now experiencing a delay due to a shortage of chefs (only 3 on duty). Surprisingly, the manager declined and told us to leave.
To make matters worse, they even handed us a bill for the soup and salad which came up to almost $13 which we declined to pay after the horrible experience .

Your response lacks coherence. Despite a reservation for 22, there weren't enough seats, and 22 people were waiting in your lobby when the request to seat us was made. We suggested seating them first, but you refused. Being short-staffed with 3 cooks, prioritizing service for the existing party would have been logical. The decline in service might be tied to your Yelp reviews, highlighting customer service issues. While Google reviews show a high score, Yelp reviews seem more accurate. In the competitive restaurant scene of Henry County, analyzing customer feedback is crucial for improvement.

I went for a late lunch with my sister, and the food was delicious. It was very quiet, but we were also there at like 2 PM on a Wednesday. The service was immaculate. I would definitely go again to try the hibachi side.

This is the WORST hibachi restaurant, I’ve ever been to! If you’re planning to have a large party, please save your time and money. The party that I was with arrive at 6:30 and had made reservations for 30 people, days in advance. We had 4 members running a little behind(no problem, I understand the importance of having the entire party present). When the entire party arrived the designated area wasn’t able to accommodate the party again no problem. The party was instructed to separate into 3 tables(again not a problem). The problem arose when most of the party had their food cook and the table that I was at was still sitting waiting to be served. When I asked the waiter when will our table be served he would come up with so many different stories. It was to the point where other tables in the party were boxing up their food. I had, had enough….I requested that my order be cancelled. That’s when the manager, Chloe be came outraged said we had to pay the bill. I’m thinking for what???
Just my opinion if you knew you didn’t have the staff or the ability to handle a large party, why accept the reservation and advise you host parties?
If you’re going to require rules, your establishment service should be up to par.
Side note: The party members who had the salad said that it wasn’t good. Large chucks of lettuce, covered in dressing that’s as thick as mayonnaise.
