Stopped in as we were traveling through the area and was pleasantly surprised by our experience at Sushi Village. They have a lot of options for both sushi and non sushi eaters. Everything we ate was delicious. The star of the evening was the crab rangoon - the menu lists it as cheese bag but it is so much more. Most crab rangoons are filled with lots of overly sweet cheese and very little crab but these were the complete opposite. Sushi Village makes their own mixture which is loaded with lots of crab - they are a must have. Staff were friendly and attentive. The restaurant is small but they are in the process of expanding. The restaurant was bright and everything was clean. Highly recommend.

I saw Sushi Village on TikTok and was excited to try it. The menu was pretty limited for non sushi lovers. The food was all mid.
Servers were great! Worked quickly and were nice.
Bathrooms were pretty gross. It was a rainy day and water was dripping from the ceiling into buckets. Including where the sushi was being made. Wouldn’t be surprised if we get a stomach ache later.
Wouldn’t ever come here again.

They are closed from 3-5PM but stop taking customers at 2:30PM and food is ready after 5:30PM.
Everything hours are also impacted by their kitchen. Their kitchen closes 30 minutes before posted time and they stop taking customers an hour before.
Easy access location. Friendly crew. Fast service on round one 😆 then snail serve. Okay food. Lean menu. Fair price.
Special downgrade for poor restrooms. A year later, Bathrooms still not fixed!
They just remodeled the place but hours are wrong! They stop serving an hour before their time.

I love this place, very good price for all you can eat sushi. Service is good and the sushi rolls are delicious too. There’s so many options to choose from, and I appreciate that they tell you which roll is which when they bring it to the table. I just wish the rice wasn’t warm or room temp for the raw rolls.

Was taking a lunch break from my job and decided to check out this all you can eat sushi restaurant. I expected to see a buffet but come to my surprise it runs just like a normal sushi restaurant. They give you two sheets to fill out and they make your food fresh. They offer a good amount of options I was very impressed with all the food I could order all at once. They don’t believe in wasting, if you do they will charge you if you don’t eat everything you order. They charge $17.99 for all you can eat you can order as much as you want. I ordered 3 specialty rolls and calamari, I also ordered a beer as well. Everything was good but the crab mix did have a very fishy taste, i suggest avoiding anything with crab mix. Really enjoyed my time and I can’t wait to bring a friend so we can eat a lot more!

My husband and I enjoyed some of our food. The chicken Katsu was great and so was the teriyaki chicken but you have to order rice separately. READ THE MENU there’s specific rules to receive the buffet offer it’s not a literal buffet as in you pay xx.xx dollars for how ever much food you can eat it’s more like 2 of this 2 of that type of thing. but like I said read the menu. It’s pretty expensive to me we paid 65 for the two of us following the buffet rules. Imo it’s comparable to what you would pay at Ru Sans but you get more “food for your money” here. You order as you eat and must finish what you order or you will be charged separately outside of the buffet. We got some rolls I really enjoyed the KFC roll. My husband got the egg drop soup it was great! I got the Miso it was basic. Over all some of our stuff was good some stuff was great some stuff was just ugly the tuna sashimi was a joke it was just a big lump of tuna and some of the sushi was an awkward temperature. Even with the complaints I mentioned I would still go back again because I enjoyed it for the most part and it’s hard to find this type of sushi buffet where it’s made to order here in Atlanta. Oh the service is spotty at best it’s like they run around trying to avoid helping you. They have a mixed option of tables and booths for dinning. There no true buffet seat up where you serve yourself. You sit and they come to you to get your order. The service was decent.

What a great find! Was up meeting someone by Cumberland mall and we were craving sushi. I will always Google AYCE sushi near me first. Haha. Got there and we're seated and server came and explained how the place worked. You're given a menu and you're limited to ordering 3 appetizer pieces at a time or 10 sushi/2 rolls at a time. The appetizer limit is a bit ridiculous because the tempura is one piece per order and I wanted to order like sweet potato, broccoli and shrimp tempura to eat with my soup and maybe get some gyoza but you can't do it like that. I had the miso soup with one sweet potato tempura and one broccoli tempura 😒 a bit annoying but it is what it is. Servers were great but a little overwhelmed. We sat down then our server was given a table of like 8+ people so when we were ready to order more we had to wait like 20 minutes until he was able to come back and help us again. You're limited to 2 hours once first order is placed so it was annoying as well but what can you do. Ayce sushi for $26 is a deal so you deal with it. Server was great, rules need some adjusting. There's also a wings spot in the same restaurant you can order for carryout so I'll definitely be trying them next time I'm in the area.

I don't know if it was race thing or if they had something going on but tonight was our first time coming in and it was very bad. We sat down and ordered after 10 minutes but it was at least 40 minutes before we got an entree. We never got the drink, utensils or veggie roll entree. The ginger for the rolls looked very old as well. The server was nice, he apologized but he could've checked on us more. I doubt it was his fault but it was a really bad experience and it didn't seem like the other staff cared at all.

I used to love this place I used to shower it with tons of praise. Last time I flew in and came all the way from the airport it just to get the sushi. But even though I was within my time limit to get there once I got through the door, I was informed that sorry but all you can eat has been closed while we do the renovations. I was so ticked because who does not say that on Google in order to make sure that a customer is not show up at your door and then you turn them away.

Hands down best sushi in the area. Hand made as much as you want for 30 dollars. The sashimi is my favorite part. Come hungry as they do uncharge for wasted sushi but I've never left with a piece un-eaten. I come here at least once a month.

Great sushi variety and the all you can eat is awesome. I don't fully understand why they charge you regular price in addition, if you choose the all you can eat option and end up with a few left over that you want to take home but it is what it is. The biggest downside is their parking lot is used for game day parking for Truist Park leaving customers to find parking elsewhere or choose to come another time. At least half the lot should be designated for your customers only at all times.

We came at 2:33pm & apparently they close seating at 2:30pm & the restaurant closes @ 3pm. Before you ask no there was nothing they could do or wanted to do. We drove 45mins to come here & there is nothing in the website which would’ve been helpful to know before making this long drive. The staff here is trash. They stand & look like complete idiots while you speak to them. I will not be back.

This was some of the best sushi, sashimi, and nigiri I've ever had in Atlanta. Definitely worth the visit it's all you can eat and everything is portioned large and filling. The service was amazing absolutely perfect. Everything was replenished as soon as we were close to empty, nothing I mean NOTHING was actually empty ever. Everyone was friendly and willing to help if you had any questions or concerns. A perfect visit and I will definitely be back 😊

I was really disappointed with this place, the service in the atmosphere is pretty good. Damn the roles were larger than I thought that would be I thought they would be about four rolls per serving but they're about six or more.
My only real complaint is the rice that they use is kind of mushy and not crisp I guess you would say. If they up their game and had some better rice I could give this a better review.
I did end up eating what I paid for cuz it wasn't cheap for all you can eat. I remember back in Jacksonville Florida I can pay $8 or $15 at different sushi restaurants but again that was probably around 10 years ago and I'm understanding inflation is not good.

🪳 READ THIS- Review from a once loyal customer:
I work 2 minutes away from Sushi Village and used to come here once a week if not more. About a month ago I went with a co worker and we noticed someone leave… then we saw 2 dead roaches on the floor🪳🪳… my friend then went to the bathroom and noticed another few in there. It was to the point where one roach came out the bathroom and ran across the floor and the server had to kill it in front of us. My appetite was ruined and I asked the server if there was any way they would accommodate. They gave us 50% off and that was it…. Sadly never going back because I used to LOVE this place. Food is great but I can’t do the roaches.

Came in with my family for dinner. Everything was good except that the lady in charge was ruthless and rude! She charged for my 5 year old, when she didn’t even eat. We ordered her a drink and that’s it! As she brought the check to our table, I asked her if she charged for my daughter she said yes and walked away as I was speaking to her. I told one of the waitress that my daughter DID NOT have any food that why did she have to pay. She replied saying that she didn’t have to pay but she would have to talk to the lady in charge. She walked backed to our table saying that unfortunately for my daughter just simply being there had to pay. I found this ridiculous charging for a child just to be there.

This is an update to my wonderful review I left before. Came in ordered exactly the same as previously and was told I would be charged menu price for nigari($5.00 ea) because I did not eat all of my rice. I told waitress that I ask them not to include the rice. She then can back to my table and said they would no longer accept my orders. So long to a decent restaurant because of poor service. I loved the food so much when I DoorDashed it, that I brought my boyfriend with me to the actual restaurant. We enjoyed everything! The food is so fresh, everyone was so nice and the atmosphere was pleasant. Something I wish I’d known before going, their prices drastically increase on the weekend, so check first and don’t get wide eyes like me when you see the receipt 😂

The rolls are full portion, however, the rice is not sushi rice. It's regular moist white rice.
The chef definitely does not have the certificate/license/qualifications to handle raw fish. The sashimi was not cut uneven, a lot of the pieces were not even fully separated. The piece was cut big as well. I found a scale and a small piece of bone in the salmon. The quality of the fish of not fresh neither. The sashimi was not professionally handled.
The employees are friendly, 5 stars.
To sum up, I do not expect exceptional quality fish with the price around $27. However, if you eat here, please be prepared to get a potential food poisoning, actually, there is a high chance of food poisoning since the raw fish was not professionally handled.
P/s: Prepping sashimi is not just about cutting fish. It is to make sure you are confidence that the customers enjoy the food you made and not get a stomache.

It had been a while and my wife and I decided to revisit and introduce it to my two, sushi loving teenagers this time. It was as good as remembered and maybe even better. The quality of the sashimi is excellent and the rolls and tempura and several other small plates were great. It's a real bargain to be able to try multiple things and enjoy more quantity if you are really hungry. My 14yr old ate enough for two and he's picky. Don't let the appearance of the building or entrance sway you. Nice people running it, good service, quality seafood and nice preparation.

This place needs to be shut down! The absolute worst customer service, unsanitary establishment, & terrible food. The chicken on the chicken teriyaki was rotten and probably wasn’t chicken! Found a rubbery, slimey substance in the rice supposed to be “chicken” had the consistency of a lizard tongue. The food make my wife sick. Used to come to this place years ago when it was Jade Palace. This spot now shares an entrance and foyer(?) With a fried seafood restaurant. Unfortunately it makes the entire place smell like dry oil, was kind of off-putting.
AYCE options were basic and somewhat limited. But they were actually ok, if not anything special. Don't expect sashimi or exotic fish, this is a rolls kind of place.
Staff was nice, but I did overhear one waiter enforcing the "if you order something and don't finish it, we will charge you extra" rule to one table. Table didn't end up having to pay, but take that for what you will.

Fair price for all you can eat. The food was fine, but the sushi wasn’t good enough for me to desire to go back. Food came out fast. I did appreciate the all you can eat meal execution - each person can order 3 items at a time. Once you finish those 3, items you can order more. The entire menu is fair game. The rule is that you have to eat everything you order otherwise you’re charged though.

I arrived within lunch service hours, they gave us 20 minutes to choose the food in a rush and then they charged us for dinner, they charged the leftover much more than stated, the attendant was very rude and had no patience, the average spend was very high, $85 for a couple with 3 drinks, octopus nigiri was frozen, we went for the advertised price and spent more than twice as much, the experience was not worth it, I would not recommend it. As they say, cheap is expensive

I’ve been coming here for YEARS and I never encountered the service that my friend and I received today. We were the only two people of color in the establishment at the time and sadly the only table left unintended. Joe the server only took our first order and we had to order our second round with someone who was helping send out the food. Joe only came to check on my party when he was ready for us to leave. I will never be back!

My friend and I stopped in for lunch. I was seated a few minutes after my friend, so I’m not able to speak on their initial encounter, but I will say the server was very inhospitable from the moment I sat down. My server, Joe, was very rude, & rolled his eyes at every request. Joe took our first round and never returned to our table. Joe intentionally took care of every table in the dining room, except my friend and I. I found this very offensive considering we were the only women of color in the restaurant. He even went as far as refilling water for the tables us around while skipping over my friend’s empty glass on the end of the table. If it wasn’t for the woman working alongside Joe, I don’t think my friend and I would’ve been served past our first round. I was not able to get her name, but I do appreciate her service.

Wow, this was a gem of a find. This unassuming place, that also felt a lil sketchy was actually really great. I want to give it a better rating, but I'm hard pressed cuz it's great sushi, but I've had better in the area. However, for $27 for ayce sushi, it's pretty tough to beat.
Most places like this usually they have trays of it thrown up on a buffet bar and u pick off what you want, but here you order in "rounds" and they make it to order. Which for them a "round" is a couple of appetizers and/or 2 rolls or 10 pieces of sashimi/nigiri.
The service is pretty solid. They check on you regularly, clear the plates off when they can and the food is brought out fast. This sushi but no means will blow you away or anything, but it's perfect if you want a sushi fix and don't want to break the bank as spending $30 on sushi can happen so easily at other places. They also have a nice selection of drinks if like to drink and you want a lil more kick than just water or soda.
It's not the nicest looking place on the inside or out, but they make up for it in service and good food. Give them a try. It definitely felt worth it to me

I don’t eat the buffet; I get the chicken teriyaki, cooked to order. It’s the best.

Best sushi I’ve had in a long time and it came out so quickly.

They closed over an hour before they were supposed to and my boyfriend and I drove an hour to get here. I've eaten here before as well and the sushi isn't even good. It's tastes old, has no flavor, and the fish looks fake and cut up in a square shape. Lazy staff, terrible food, terrible location.

Sushi was so so. Waitress was nasty and inhospitable. Would never go there again! I hate spending my money at a place with mediocre food and poor service. There are several other sushi restaurants in the area with better sushi, more welcoming and kinder to their customers.

Drove 24mins to get there and they closed almost an hour before they actually closed. Staff was sitting down and you could tell that they didn't want to serve us. The place was dirty too and I didn't even get to sit down.

I ate at this restaurant twice, that’s been over a year or two ago. The first time was during lunch time. Everything was hot and fresh. The second time around dinner time. The tempura shrimp tasted like they were freezer burn. Everything else was ok. The atmosphere was a little dark and dingy inside. This place reminded me of an old pool hall without the pool tables and the smoke! Very unappealing. Needs a makeover.

The food was really good. The only thing is I believe that the owners are racist toward African American. When eating, one of the workers rushed up but never rushed the guest that were Caucasian. Also , when eating the same worker came to us and scolded us that is now you’re suppose to sushi, even though we informed them that we had dietary restrictions. He then proceeded to threaten us that he would charge us for eating it like that. The energy he gave towards me and my friend was uncalled for and was given to any other tables. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place.

So originally I was going to do Uber eats through here but it was literally like a mile away from my house so I thought I’d come in and eat. I was NOT disappointed at all. So basically you play 27 dollars and your allotted different entrées appetizers and rolls. It’s technically not an all you can eat but for the amount you pay you get a lot of food. I HIGHLY recommend the Takoyaki and the KFC roll!!! It was super good and so was the fried shrimp tempura. So I got the KFC roll, California maki roll, the shrimp sashimi and octopus nagiri to start off with. Everything by was super delicious and the service was fast!! Then I ordered the cucumber salad, miso soup, tofu teriyaki and shrimp fry tempura. As I mentioned everything was yummy but my favorite hands down was the Takoyaki. My only complaint is 1. They were out of a lot of soft drinks. They didn’t have fruit punch, lemonade and a bunch of other soft drinks listed on their menu. They literally just had carbonated drinks like Pepsi and sprite. Also you’re not allowed a to go plate. I understand in a traditional sense not to get to go plates for buffets but this technically isn’t a buffet per say due to the fact you’re only allotted certain amounts of food. You’re not able to continue ordering sushi or eating like at a regular buffet. This made me a little sad because I couldn’t take home some of the food I wanted to eat for later. Make sure you come hungry!!! But overall great food and awesome service. I spent about 36 total including a tip. Defff coming back.

Tiny spot, mediocre sushi, great service

A very thorough selection, paired with a friendly staff, that knows not to bring out all the rolls when a first timer over orders lol. Great food at a great price. Loves the upon tempura soup 🍲

The service is very bad, the attendants are very arrogant. We ordered the wrong dish because they didn't explain the menu and we still had to pay. I don't recommend it! But the food was so good and came fast.

Pretty good! There are some vegan and vegetarian options, mostly deep fried stuff.

It was decent.. the atmosphere was pleasant, had a hole in the wall type of feel. Bathrooms were not great. Food was pricy, friends had gone a year prior for the (all you can eat)when it was $20…. we found currently the price was raised on it. $27 for one person all you can eat. Plus if you don’t finish something you will be charged a take home fee. There were 5 of us and were charged a hefty gratuity. If you really like sushi or are REALLY hungry to eat a lot this would be a decent place. Otherwise I think I’ll stick to take out or something less pricy.

Hole in the wall ambiance which is okay as long as the food is good. Good service as staff was always on top of customer needs. Sashimi was excellent, fresh, and vibrant in color. The rolls on the other hand were a cause for concern. I'm unaware of what grade of fish they use for the rolls but the fish in mine came out looking off, dull and in some cases dark. It was off-putting.

Went here to try the all you can eat sushi and for $38 at lunch time it was a waste of money. The food quality was bad the flavors weren’t coordinating the kfc roll chicken was undercooked. If you want a good all you can eat sushi restaurant go to sushi yu in Kennesaw! Or Publix they have better sushi options! I will not visit this location again.

We arrived 1 hour before closing, my friend ordered different plates, since they were closing in a hour, I have by pass surgery so I can't eat at once when we asked for a box to go they said we need to pay a la carte price ? And if we leave any leftovers, or if we didn't like something, they will be chargi6us $0.75 a piece 🙄, even though we are paying full price, that's ridiculous, and the server never explained to us how they work, they do have a small letters explaining how does it work.
I WILL BE NOT RECOMENDING THIS PLACE AT ALL.
And the servers are in bad mood, and they taking the food in front of you without any delicacy

The sushi itself is decent. Service too. The way they handle all you can eat is bad. Only one salmon on rice piece at a time and it’s tiny. Going back to my regular spot. I can order 24 salmon on rice at my other spot if I want and they are huge and same quality. I’m just spoiled. This is my first time trying something new in 15 years. Probably won’t be back unless I’m out here in the area. 2 stars cuz the sushi is good. Sorry that’s just cheap. They also seemed reluctant to give me a second paper. And it’s much more expensive. I can go on and on.

One of the only places ive been able to find whole wings while here in GA they’re delicious and perfectly seasoned and the sushi is fresh BUT DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GO THERE on a day that the Braves are playing they rent their lot out and parking is pretty much not available even if you call your order in. Its a NIGHTMARE

If you want a fulfilling sushi experience without breaking your bank, this is the place. Fish and rolls are always fresh and fast. The White House roll is our favorite. I would also recommend chicken Katsu and gyoza.

I recommend this place. I like the all you can option. I wish the service was a little bit more faster. However, I'm satisfied with my visit andI likes the items there. The parking is OK it was not very crowded when I arrived and the sushi looks very close to what I wa in the photos. Give it a try and you will not be disappointed

Overall: 4/5 the best thing is the price (for all you can eat) versus flavor of the food. A good balance between the two.
Food: 4/5 got almost all the starters and the best was definitely chicken and Goya. Would not recommend anything fried such as the temperas as it tasted as it was frozen previously or left out on the hot plate. They were not crispy. The sushi itself was alright. Great if you’re craving a lot for all you can eat.
Service: 3/5 brought out all the food relatively fast for lunch rush. However, they forgot my main rolls twice and kind of gave up trying to order them a third time.
Atmosphere: 4/5 standard Asian flare at the place. One thing to keep an eye out is the wall mural which I thought was just a wallpaper. It was hand painted and kind of impressive all things considered.
