I was a little worried about trying this location due to some of the recent poor reviews. I should not have been worried. I was greeted quickly and shown to a large clean booth for my family of four. Our server Lynn greeted us warmly and provided us with excellent and personable customer service during our meal. Our food was excellent with the exception of one dish which we were not asked to pay. We stayed for dessert and really glad we did! The portions were huge and delicious. Overall an excellent experience with a great server. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.

PF chang is the best restaurant around. Very close to the exit. Every item we ordered came out perfectly. Lookout for unlimited free refills of some non alcoholic drinks in the menu if you are a fan of mixed fruit juices. Pierce is a lovely server who helped us during our visit. He asked about our interests and suggested options. Being vegetarians, we liked his hospitality. The atmosphere is also very good with spacious seating.

Even though I am vegan, I have had two delicious meals there recently. First was cucumber salad followed by charred green beans. The second meal was the brussel sprouts. My dining partners had orange chicken which he said was good not greats and my other dinner companion had the lettuce wraps which she said were exceptional. Not no calorie but delicious.

I am sad to have to write this review but I was extremely disappointed in the service and way our group was treated last night for dinner. We are a large group that have dinner together each week and we go to different places. I called 10days ahead of time to make a reservation and make sure the restaurant could accommodate our group of 25. I was told my manager that it was no problem. I explained we all pay separately and that was not an issue. Made reservations then followed up with restaurant yesterday morning around noon. Our reservation was at 6:30 on a Wednesday night. I got to restaurant at 6pm. They had tables set up so I thought it was going to be a great night. Boy was I wrong. We had 1 server who could have cared less about our needs. We had to ask multiple times for refills and a few of our dishes were mixed up. No big deal we managed the food mix ups and have patience on the refills although it is activating after the second ask. Well it got time to pay the bill so the waitress brings 1 check for the WHOLE table. We explained we all pay separately and need it split up. She advised they couldn't do that as their system was down. However no other group around us (there was 5 other tables in the whole restaurant) had no problems with their bill. She provided 1 menu and told us to figure it out. Then we were told we would have to figure out our tax and add that to our dinner cost. She couldn't even provide us with the amount of sales tax we needed to calculate. It was a nightmare at this point. Needless to say our group will not be back. It's sad because I was really excited to go and have something different than our usual places.

I have always enjoyed shrimp fried dishes, but the greasy preparation found in many restaurants often deters me. PF Chang's has been a reliable exception, and I frequently order from their Mall of Georgia location. However, during a recent visit to the Alpharetta location, I was unfortunately disappointed.
After placing an online order that was delayed despite the restaurant being nearly empty, I brought my food home. While enjoying my meal, I encountered a foreign object in my dish. Upon closer inspection, I discovered it to be a long strand of hair.
Given the inconvenience of the delayed order and the unpleasant experience, I am concerned about the quality control measures in place at this particular location. I have since read online reviews that corroborate my experience, and I would caution others to proceed with caution when considering dining there.

Clean outside. Quiet inside. Music set a comfortable vibe. Roughly 90 seconds inside before I was greeted (not sure what is customary but it felt like it was a long time)

I was led to a dirty booth to eat at. The host apologized and promptly cleaned it. After some time a server eventually came out to take my order which was done with both hands full of dirty dishes.

My meal:
Food was delivered quickly.
Sweet Tea with lemon, tea tasted ok. Egg Drop Soup was disgusting. Spicy Orange Chicken was not spicy but did have plenty of garlic and sweetness. Steamed white rice was the only item that tasted as one would expect.

After delivering the food to my table, the server (Aleisha) proceeded to join a table for “a little snack “ and could be heard carrying on. I couldn’t see where she was but could hear her speaking with those at the table and a man cleaning up a table.

After my food had gotten cold, she did come by to check on me.
She quickly retrieved the chili sauce I requested.

*I really wanted to try a dessert but also didn’t want another letdown… how sad

It was over 15 minutes from the time I was given my check until Aleisha came to pick it up and run my card, but first took the dinner order of a large table. 21 minutes after my initial request for the check, I can finally leave my 20% and get out of this place!

Definitely not what I expected and one of the worst dining experiences I’ve sat through.

Honestly, while the food was really enjoyable, what stood out the most was the service. Aleisha, and even the General Manager, Cannon Simpson, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind. This is one of the few places where the warmth of the staff truly elevates the entire experience. It's my second time back in a week, and it's largely because of the exceptional service.

My wife and I went to P.F. Chang's weekly when the restaurant was first opened and it was very, very good and popular. Over the years the overall quality gradually deterioted, and around covid, the experience was nauseous.
Today, we decided to give them another try, despite the terrible ratings previously. We, today we're very pleasantly pleased. The service was superior, the food was exceptional, and reasonably priced. Our server "Ryan" could not have been more polite, professional, and attentive. The Assistant Manager stopped by to ensure our food was well prepared and our service was satisfactory. We are very pleased that we gave them another chance. We would recommend the "new" P.F. Chang at Northpoint without reservation to anyone.

Our server, Zariha, did an awesome job helping us navigate the new menu and offered several delicious options to make sure we were well taken care of. We arrived at 9:30 pm. Their website stated they close at 10pm. We went to the bar for a quick bite and one drink after a concert nearby. The bartender barely spoke to us and made it very clear she did not want us there by her attitude. They wouldn’t even seat us, which is why we went to the bar. We ended up not ordering appetizers or getting a drink and just getting water and our food because we felt so rushed and unwelcomed by our bartender. She loudly told me that last call was in 5 minutes before I could even sit down. We showed up THIRTY minutes before close. We planned to have eaten, had a drink and be out by then. Next time we attend a concert near this location we will NOT be back. Other people showed up after us and they were treated even worse and some were even turned away! She looked at her watch before she asked the person next to us what she wanted fifteen minutes before close. HORRIBLE experience!

I was a P.F. Chang’s stan upon discovering them for the first time 15 years ago. The lettuce wraps were otherworldly, and they had the best pepper steak I’ve ever tasted. Almost everything I tried on the menu over the years was quite good. I moved away, and it’s been a few years since I had been. I was back in town and decided to go there.

Within the last few years, it seems Chang’s has hit some financial bad times. They were acquired and a new/updated menu with new flavors has been introduced. The famous lettuce wraps now taste quite literally like burnt peanuts. The flavor so disgusting that I had to spit my first bite into my napkin. The updated flavors aren’t fit for dogs, and the parking lot that is normally full with a restaurant that sometimes had a wait for lunch, now has almost no one there. Someone else posted just two months ago about how they’ve always been to Chang’s and never been disappointed. Frankly, they’re lying. They’re writing a review about some place they used to go to, because I refuse to believe there’s a human alive and kicking that thinks the updated lettuce wrap flavors are better than the original.

This chain has fully imploded, and might as well close now. The food, which was always their strongest point, is so bad that you couldn’t give me a meal here. It smells bad, it tastes bad, and it’s now a 5-alarm dumpster fire of a restaurant.

By the way, the service wasn’t good either, which is also a first for me at Chang’s. I think even their staff is sad and demoralized about what their business has become. If you’re a wait person in a restaurant, this would be the last place you’d want to work. You’ll comp more meals than people will pay for. I can’t do it justice with any description. Just know this, if today’s P.F. Chang’s were the last place to eat on earth, I’d try and live off my boogers.

Came in at 2:55 pm today to dine in. I sat at the bar and waited approximately 2 minutes before being approached by the bar server to ask me for my drink order. I ordered sweet tea. After bringing the tea, she walked off and came back in 4 minutes to ask for my order. I had questions about the menu and she answered questions. She walked away. It is now 3:10 and she never came back to take more order--granted, my menu lying on the bar was a clear indicator I was ready to order. By the way, the restaurant was not busy so I don't know what caused the delay. When I lived in Alpharetta, I frequented this restaurant at least twice weekly. Oh how times have changed. I drove from South Atlanta to come back to a place I enjoyed. However, if this is how the demeanor of this restaurant has changed, I will never visit here again. I am so disappointed. Management, please teach your people the employees how to enhance the customer experience. I will not be returning.

I waited to give it another chance before writing anything. And I’m not sure if it’s this location only or a corporate issue, but quality is not up to usual standards and has not been great. The soy sauce is watered down, the portions of food are reduced with added filler (such as celery).

As a result - food is bland. And left me wondering why I didn’t just go to Panda Express for 1/4 of the cost and double the food and flavor…

It’s really too bad because the servers work really hard and I can tell the reduced quality combined with the high prices is keeping this place from ever really being full (at least the last couple times I’ve visited).

I hope this review isn’t seen as me being mean but rather hopeful that someone steers this ship back on course.

I recently dined at P.F. Chang's, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience that I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, the service was shockingly poor, marked by a level of rudeness and incompetence that is simply unacceptable for a restaurant of any caliber.

Firstly, the host seemed completely disinterested in their job. Despite a reservation, I had to wait nearly 30 minutes past our scheduled time. When I approached the host stand to inquire about the delay, the staff member's dismissive attitude and lack of apology were both jarring and frustrating.

Once seated, the service did not improve. Our server appeared visibly annoyed when we asked for recommendations and seemed impatient when we requested simple modifications to our order. It was clear that the server had little regard for providing a positive dining experience. At one point, after waiting an unreasonable amount of time for our drinks, we asked for an update. The server responded with a curt “It’s coming,” without offering any further details or acknowledging the delay.

The food, while mediocre at best, was further overshadowed by the staff's incompetence. Our dishes arrived at different times, with some items missing entirely. When we asked about the missing items, our server acted as though we were an inconvenience. It took several follow-ups and an unreasonable amount of time before the missing dishes were brought out, and even then, the food was lukewarm and far from what we had expected based on previous visits.

To make matters worse, the restaurant was visibly understaffed, leading to a chaotic and unclean environment. Tables were left dirty, and it was clear that the staff was struggling to manage the demands of the restaurant, not due to lack of effort, but due to a glaring lack of training and proper management.

Overall, my experience at P.F. Chang's was marred by rude staff and disorganization. It is evident that this location is in desperate need of better management and staff training to ensure a pleasant dining experience. I won’t be returning, and I would caution others to consider alternative dining options.

The service was meh but the food was horrendous. The spare ribs smelled like cinnamon and we had to ask for bbq sauce to drown out the flavor of the dry rub. The broccoli beef didn't taste like anything,the sauce was just water,so I drowned it with the same bbq sauce. The pepper steak was overly sweet and alot salty.

Five of us ate here for 2 family members’ birthdays and it was great. First I’d like to mention our server, Kiera, she was fantastic- very nice, attentive and thorough- really appreciated her excellent service and smile! As far as the food, the appetizers were fresh and very tasty- we ordered lettuce wraps, crab wonton & crispy green beans. We also ordered a variety of entrees including crispy honey shrimp, crispy honey chicken & Singapore noodles. All came promptly, served hot, and were as good as the appetizers. The chocolate cake they brought for the birthdays was delicious too and HUGE, enough for all of us to share. Will be back soon!

My sister Samantha and I were traveling from NC to Atlanta to see a concert and have a sisters weekend. We got in late this past Friday and were starved!!! My sister wanted Chinese, I said we need to find a PF Chang's (she had never been to one). We got there around 9:15pm, not too many other customers were there. We had the absolutely BEST server named Cha Cha, she was extremely nice and pleasant and personable!! The food did NOT disappoint at all!! I told her once she brought the check that it was my sisters first time and then Cha Cha said she had to top off the experience with the famous Great Wall of Chocolate (sparkler included along with a to-go box)
Thanks to Cha Cha she made the start of our weekend so memorable!!! And thank you to the kitchen staff also!!

We had a great experience at dinner this evening with my family, including 2 kids. Our server was David and he was so friendly and accommodating! The food was delicious and cooked to perfection. The host staff was very friendly as well. The favorites this evening were the pork dumplings and Chang's Spicy Chicken. My kids eat up their kid's lo mein as well! I ordered a drink they used to have on the menu, Midnight in Tokyo (my favorite) and they were able to make it and it was delicious! We will be back.

This place is full of employees who absolutely do not care about the customer. They lie in order to make you go away long enough for them to go back to whatever they were doing, and no one takes ownership. When pushed on the issue they spent all their time on excuses and none on resolution. They didn’t even have a manager on duty here. No wonder the service is so bad.

If this were a one-off I would understand but I’ve seen similar results a half dozen times over the last 6 months. As a result, I won’t be back and I recommend you steer clear as well.

It’s really too bad because the food is consistently 4-5 stars. This franchise owner needs to cycle out their management team and spend time training the new team.

Had wonderful drinks & dinner tonight at P. F. Chang's! Our bartender 'Thomas' was friendly and accommodating. He made some good recommendations on their menu.

Management definitely needs to take the appropriate measures to improve not only their curbside experience but the quality of food they are serving when a pick-up order is placed. Disappointed is not even the word here, but more so disgusted! I placed a pick-up order on Wednesday, April 17th for 11:30 a.m. When I arrived, I called to give them the spot that I was waiting in. Granted, I did call a few minutes earlier than my pick-up time, 11:22. The woman said that my food would be right now. I ended up having to call back at 11:38 to check on the order and that was when my food was brought out and the young woman simply told me that she had forgotten about my order - no apology.

This is not even the bad part. I ordered an entree and the California roll sushi appetizer, which I've had many times from PF Changs, as well as other restaurants; so I am very knowledgeable of how it should look and come packaged. When I got back to work and opened the California rolls, not only had they been thrown into the container, but they looked sloppily made and stale! There was also a strange odor and there was sauce on the bottom of the container, which the rolls had mixed into! It looked like they'd either given me someone else's order that had been sitting for days or they served me rotten food! This is unacceptable and if they cannot serve food that they themselves would want to eat, their practices need to be evaluated!
