Found this place on a whim, and my goodness my girlfriend and I are happy we did! I've been to a number of Asian buffets and for the price being charged, the quality here is excellent and hey...ALL YOU CAN EAT LOBSTER! Our server, Nicole, did a great job and made sure that we were taking care of the entire time, as did the rest of the staff. Definitely the sort of place we are looking to go back to for birthdays, get togethers, or future date nights.

The best value middle upper end buffet in Miami.

I visited the AT&t store nearby and decided to have dinner. We walked over to this location nearby.

Normally don't expect too much from buffet food I decided to go for it.

For the price of $48 you get a main dish. The buffet contain crab legs , oysters , and lobster tails. Of course they have plenty of sashimi and sushi as well.

The Ambiance in presentation was on point and the service was excellent.

Not sure why this place is not busier but I would definitely be back.

18% charge at the bill, that means my waiter didn't even work for his tip, but the girl who works there did a better job. This restaurant was not what I expected. First the buffet style sushi even though it had a lot of choices, everyone felt hard and not soft to chew, and tasted mediocre or in another word O.K. The chicken wings were spicy but cold, and the drink tasted good but it is watered down so no buzz. You pay too much for two people, not worth it.

The food and drinks were amazing and I will be coming back again. Richard and Anthony were awesome and killed it on the service! The interior decor is super cute and the atmosphere is perfect. They have so many delicious sounding options it was hard to decide what to get but we settled on the Black Tonkatsu Ramen, a JB Tempura Roll, the Double Egg Chicken Fried Rice, a pork boa bun and Thai donuts with HOUSEMADE ice cream! Excited to try the Karaoke on Tuesday Nights with Richard!! 5/5 stars all around!!

Sesame Asian is pretty far from me but I have been seeing promos so I took the leap and tried it. I arrived on Friday night and there was plenty of parking in the parking lot. I had friends who had already arrived so we met them in a booth. The con about this part - we didn't see a server for 20 minutes. We had a canteen of water on the table but no water glasses. My guest and I were pretty thirsty for these 20 minutes. We didn't see the original server my friends had seen so we just flagged someone.

Food - pretty impressive for the price. You get unlimited lobster, crab legs, raw oysters, sushi, hot food, dimsum and dessert. They did include a menu where each paying guest can choose one item out of the 4 items they had to be freshly cooked for your table. I went with the creamy udon pasta and my guest chose the lobster. We didn't like that the lobster on the buffet was a full lobster where we had to break it ourselves and that it was cold. When it's cold, the meat is a bit tougher. The oysters were delicious but they didn't have any vinaigrette to pair with. Sushi and sashimi was good. Dimsum were in heated bamboo trays and were decent. The hot food did have a few items that look interesting such as sesame chicken and bulgogi but these items looked overcooked sitting in a heater.

I would say I definitely got my money's worth with a full lobster and oysters. I also really loved the creamy udon pasta and would come back ASAP for that! I did appreciate the scissors and crackers they left next to the lobster because we needed that to break our lobster. It was a lot of work. Last, they brought dessert out to us. We received strawberry ice cream, passion fruit shaved ice, chocolate cheesecake and macarons. I don't think they necessarily go together but we split this and it was a sweet ending.

The atmosphere is cute and having loud music. We follow tiktok but the food was actually not that great. I like the ribs and rolls was good. But the scallops are good but it shouldnt go with the bacon, thats why i dont like that dish.
The buffet is $48, not $35 like what people say on tiktok so be careful. But there were lots of food tho, maybe i will try next time.

I’ve been going to their Sunday buffet for years and it never disappoints! One of the best prices for a good buffet that even includes lobster, wagyu beef, sushi, and so much more! The owners and waiters are always so welcoming and they give great service. Make sure to stop by the Tuesday night karaoke too!

Not many variety. Crab legs arent looking good has black spots and when you open it barely any meat. Sushi is left out too long containing raw fish. Some fried items aren’t crispy at all and stale. I suggest trying out Nori Tori in Pembroke Pines for dinner many options including oyster, crabs and raw salmon and more!

this was my first time dining. Here. The service was banned. The food was old. The crab was moldy. You can tell that the sashimi had been out all day. The rice was cold. The noodles were cold. took 30 mins just to bring out ice cream and gave themselves a 18% tip don’t recommend this place

It's a beautiful restaurant. Buffet food quality is good. Service is slack, not very attentive. Likely would have ordered more drinks if even asked, there were a few our table was interested in trying, but they never came by and asked if we wanted anything. Had to hunt em down for the check.

I was really quite disappointed. I’ve been eyeing going to this place for a while, especially because it has great reviews. We got there about 7:45 on a Friday night, I had even remarked to my husband on the way there might be a wait on a Friday night. It was maybe 1/3 full. And when buffets aren’t full/busy, the food suffers. It had been sitting out for a while so it was cold and hot food dried out. The selection we saw on the menu online for things like bao buns wasn’t even there. The waitresses while sweet brought us a stack of extra napkins when we were more or less finished eating. We felt bad we finally had a night out with our friends and this was where we chose to go. We have another sushi/asian buffet that we frequent that was certainly light years ahead in quality. I’m sorry, we will not going be back here.

This was my second time eating here, the first time was great but this second time was memorable thanks to all of our amazing servers!! Richard, Anthony and Nicole you were all so fantastic! The food was exceptional but your service and kindness made our experience come full circle and one to remember. Thank you all for a great time. It was my nephews first time eating here and you made it memorable for him.

Food was bad . Low quality .
Their regular plates are so much better .
I have been coming here for years , I remember when it was called green plate . They have gone through different transitions. But this one was the worst yet . Gratuity is included . But the waiter just brings you water . Not worth it .

No one met met us to seat us. We drove a while there to have this wonderful buffet. Didn't see anything online about the ultimate buffet just being on the weekends until we got there. Waited to be seated when it wasn't so busy but no one came, I just walked to the buffet to see if it was worth waiting for, there were a few trays of sushi and a few covered trays and that was all. I'm sure the ultimate buffet would have been good but I was soured by it not being advertised and then no one to seat us anyways so I left 3 stars for the food as I have no idea how it would have tasted. I would have just stayed and ate but I have little patience for non existent service.

I went to sesame for lunch by myself. I paid 47$ plus 10 in tip. Because I felt bad. I have lived in this area for over ten years. This used to be called Green plate where it was Asian cuisine and now it’s Asian and Latin fusion. I truly believe the brand needs to stick to one concept and focus on the food they are serving. I got a crab cake sushi from the signature side and two beef bao buns. Usually when I order from this place I get the most basic thing from the regular sushi roll menu but today I wanted to change it up. I feel really disappointed in spending 57$ in total. The crab cakes where disgusting. It was like eating crumbs from the bottom of a burner and trying to layer it on top of a sushi roll. The bao buns were not good. The food just doesn’t feel fresh and when you are expecting to eat sushi it is expected for high quality freshness. The food was so bad my waiter didn’t want to come back and bring me my receipt. I was nice enough to give him 10$ but he truly knows that it was not worth it. If you are a restaurant you really need to sit down and taste all the food before serving it. Who ever is the food and beverage manager there needs to sit down with the owner because you are losing a lot of money and business. It was only me and one other lady in the restaurant and that was it. Dead empty. If you are looking for a sushi place in Doral, go to Sokai or Kokai.

The food was amazing. Nicole, Richard and Anthony provided great service. Came for a girls day and I will definitely be back with my partner! The beef rib bao buns, the calamari, the chinese ribs, and the drinks were all so tasty. We also recommend the pork belly. The pickled onions are marinated to the gawds.

This will forever be one of my favorite places to eat. I always love the friendliness of the staff, and their attention to detail. Nicole and Richard were absolutely great servers and did a great job of contributing to the great atmosphere here. Richard has served me everytime i have stopped by and it’s aLeah’s a pleasure interactive with him. Anthony was also a huge help to our table, he was constantly stopping by asking if we needed anything else.

I had a wonderful experience with Nicole & Richard. They were extremely attentive, friendly, funny and welcoming. It was my first time at this restaurant and I was taking my mother out for her birthday during brunch. Nicole was both precise and punctual with every order, request and inquiry we had and made our experience as smooth, enjoyable and memorable as possible. Been here on numerous occasions and our servers Richard and Nicole were a delight to our experience eating here. The food was freshly and readily available. The staff were easy to communicate with asking what was in the contents of the sushi. I genuinely always enjoy my experience here at Sesame. The buffet offered on the weekend is a lot of variety of sushi as well as sea food, and fried chicken/rice. Dessert is nice too. The ambience is really relax and fun; nice music and the manager and staff is always looking to help anyway they can. Overall really nice place to have a nice to eat with your family or your special person. Ps they have karaoke on Tuesdays. They also have buffet Friday Saturday and Sunday after 5 pm.

Food wasn't bad. Women's bathroom dirty and no hand soap available. We let server know it was my birthday and no acknowledgement when dessert was served. Also, man sitting in booth behind us was vaping. Husband advised Manager but nothing was done about it. Most likely won't go back or recommend.

This was put together for the video, in reality everything is super mediocre, the variety of sushi is super scarce and the meals that are supposed to be hot are cold, there are no desserts, in general everything is quite unpleasant not to mention that they already include 18% tip, when they have such an unpleasant attention, even to charge they were slow.

We saw the video on Instagram with a lot of different choices for buffet. They called it a luxury buffet..it was not luxury at all. We were there for 2hours waiting for food to arrive at buffet! We had one sushi, 2 pieces of sesame chicken and fried chicken. The buffet style food was not a buffet because there was no food. The main course of the buffet was nothing as shown on the picture. I ordered a lobster and I received the shrimp size lobster that had 2bites of meat..my husband got a steak and he had 3 small pieces that were barely 2 bites. Our desert was a grocery found dessert- ice cream in a box from the store and 2 ferrero rocher individual packs in a wrap..very disappointed, especially for paying $150.00 for a buffet that wasn’t existing

I came here a year ago and had an awesome experience, they used to have an all you can eat a la carte menu, with a lot of dishes and all of them really good in presentation and taste, now they changed it to buffet style which was pretty good but similar to others and more expensive than others and more expensive than it used to be before the change.
I wouldn't mind paying more for the previous style but I definitely didn't like paying more for lower quality.

It was okay. A little disappointing for $48 for the buffet. Most of the food was cold and not tasty. The sushi tasted like it was left out for a while. The crab was too frozen and had absolutely no flavor.

We had Nicole as our server and honestly I loved her, She reminds me of Maave from s*x education and shes my fav so, yes. and also the food is soo yummmyyytt ! loved it here. We did the buffet and to meeee it was worth it

Wow what a great time my girlfriend took me for my birthday today and the staff was amazing Richard and Venessa stood out when it came to the experience being great music was good and food unbelievable all you could eat never enough 10/10

The best value middle upper end buffet in Miami.

I visited the AT&t store nearby and decided to have dinner. We walked over to this location nearby.

Normally don't expect too much from buffet food I decided to go for it.

For the price of $48 you get a main dish. The buffet contain crab legs , oysters , and lobster tails. Of course they have plenty of sashimi and sushi as well.

The Ambiance in presentation was on point and the service was excellent.

Not sure why this place is not busier but I would definitely be back.

Definitely 💯 recommend it , Nicole is a jewel as a server , totally ask for her . They say that the manager is the head of the place , but Richard the manager is the life of the restaurant, with his music choices and is so happy and sweet . Thank you both . Definitely will be back!!!!

Great food, great atmosphere! For all you can eat buffet, food is very tasty and great selection. Vanessa was our server and she was very friendly and very welcoming. Definitely recommend!

Had high hopes for this restaurant but it turned out bland , the service wasn’t good, there was at least 5 servers and the restaurant was empty and I still had to call out for someone. The server places the plate on the table and almost immediately giving his back to us. I got the calamari (had mayo at the bottom and not even one lemon) the Korean fried chicken (good sauce but no crunch at all) , the miso soup (basically water with seasoning, 2 tiny tofus and one seaweed),the soup dumplings (where tasteless and basically no soup in it, a total waste of my money). The only tasty food was the bao bun (which was still to pricey $8 for ONE.) The plates accumulated on my table and not one server help us pick them up as they brought the new food. A total disappointment, doubt I will be coming here again. To pricey for its quality and attention. Only come here if you are desperate to waste your money and time.

Nicole is the best. We always get her when we come here and she’s always so attentive and nice :)
Edit: Nicole is awesome as always, but everything changed!! It’s buffet-style now and barely any of the original all you can eat menu items are here. Really disappointed, as I go to this restaurant every so often and it’s been so good every time. This time, the food was cold, not fresh, and lacked the love the original had. The music inside is also too loud now…I hope it will one day go back to how it once was :((

The food was amazing and at point with flavor and temperature. Oh!! Celebrating my friends birthday was the best surprise received from the Richard and staff. They provide the most delicious dessert!! Oh!!! The live music from the 80’s to now made the birthday celebration even better. I couldn’t believe the hospitality it was over the top. It’s something that you really don’t see much anymore in Miami.

The BEST all you can eat I have ever had! The atmosphere was so fun, great music, very lively. Richard and Nicole were amazing servers and the busser was great at grabbing plates right away as we kept coming back with new plates of food. The bottomless sangrias, mimosas, etc is $25 which is insane for Miami prices and it was great vibes in there to match. The all you can eat had lobster, snow crab, sashimi, steak and we got a dessert plater at the end with ice cream, macaroons, and cheesecake. Place was so fun and friendly, highly recommend!!

We went to this restaurant because I’ve seen it for years and wanted to try it. The reviews that this restaurant has are amazing and it didn’t disappoint. To my surprise, this restaurant was debuting a buffet concept, which means all-you-can-eat. I wished I had known this before because I wasn’t very hungry and paying $48 was a little bit too much. Either way, as I said before it didn’t disappoint. They have a buffet part in which you can select from a variety of rolls, tacos, appetizers, skillets, tartars, ceviche, desserts, and fruits. Also, they have more complex meals or entrees that you have to order because they’re not in the buffet area and the kitchen will prepare the food for you. These dishes include: Mongolian beef, Teriyakis, fried rice, etc. I ordered the salmon teriyaki with vegetables and it was delicious. Other people at my party ordered the Mongolian Beef and looked pretty good as well.
The staff is excellent and they really know how to serve their clients. Five stars to all of them.
