Amazing. Came here on my lunch break and I would 100000% recommend. The serve tacos, burgers, and sushi, and EVERYTHING is DELICIOUS. It taste like love is baked into every bite. I ordered the Italian kiss roll and the cheese burger. My order came out very quickly and I was very well taken of by Taylor. Please come support this business they deserve it.

The restaurant was very neat and tidy. The lovely hostess, Maria, greeted us as soon as we entered and cared for us throughout our visit. Adding on to the exceptional service, the quality of the food was delectable! My eyes widened more and more with each roll that was brought out; B-town’s diverse combinations of unsuspecting flavors are quite thrilling! I WILL be returning to this establishment, specifically for the tiger roll that is to die for!

10s across the board! My crew of 6 went there randomly on a Saturday afternoon and the food was absolutely fantastic! They've got unique sushi combinations. Like hot cheetos crusted sushi roll with a plantain sliver on top. Yum!!! Their Mexican chicharones are massive and delicious! The guacamole that comes with it is super fresh. The chicken sandwich is AMAZING!!! It's got three cheeses, and a sweet and delicious slaw on top. So good, we got another to go!!!

Food was excellent. Some of the best I’ve had in the Casselberry / Altamonte area. You could taste how it was cooked to order. You could tell how even the oil in the fryer was clean and fresh. My girlfriend and I ordered a few different things to try and share and we were happy with every single plate. The sushi was really great and the pork lollys were excellent with the house made BBQ. The chicken sandwich was the perfect combination to pull all the flavors out.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it this weekend, and was quite satisfied! Arrived right when they opened and placed my order at the counter. The owner took my order and was very friendly. I ordered the B-Town Burger and the King Salmon Roll and both were great! The burger was giant, juicy, flavorful, and the bun was perfectly toasted and very soft! The sushi roll was massive and was expertly rolled! The only drawback was that the kitchen was quite slow. I was the first person to order and I was the only person in the restaurant, and my food took around 25 minutes to come out. So, this might not be the spot if you're looking for a quick lunch, but if you've got the time, the food is worth it!

I ordered multiple items tiger roll, b town burger and the Nigiri party . When I got the Nigiri after I already ate my burger and most of my sushi roll it wasn't what was advertised which is probably why it took so long to come out. I was given 2 pieces of shrimp instead of white fish nigiri when I asked the gentlemen about it he told me they didn't have white fish in the area . If I'm spending 27$ for this entree wouldn't it be a good idea to let someone know before hand. I have pictures of everything and according to the internet shrimp is not a white fish so honestly it's disrespectful that they were insulting my intelligence . I wasn't asked if I wanted a substitution a refund or anything . Beyond unacceptable for a business to act this way will definitely never come back

I recently visited B-town restaurant and it truly exceeded my expectations! I tried the OMG Burger, which featured sweet plantains—an innovative twist that added a delightful sweetness to the savory flavors. I’m not around this region often but had a particular craving for sushi. A variety of delicious food stuffs what I found on offer ranging from smash burger, to tacos, and the sushi. Plenty of tasty sauces as well. Will come again when near and suggest a try. Indoors is cool too.

This place was SO delicious!!! Hubby loved the Birria Burger. The Birria was nice and tender, while the burger patties had deliciously crispy edges. The B-Town Burger is perfectly sweet and salty with the caramelized onions and bacon. And the Mexican Chicharrón is an absolute MUST!! Perfectly salty, flavorful and with the most amazing crunch!! A must try, definitely recommend! Will be returning for sure!

VERY underwhelming food and service. the service was very ok but the only positive thing that stuck out was the clean atmosphere. the rolls were uneven and falling apart before even arriving at the table. after ordering 5 rolls looking for a variety, it was $80 to say “eh”. not something i’d want to experience again but a meal is a meal

Stumbled upon this place looking for something that all of my kids would eat. My teenager wanted sushi and I wanted a burger, who would've thought! The food was great and everybody finished their plates. My burger was cooked perfectly and the caramelized onions were great. My daughter said the sushi was amazing. Found out that they've only been open 5 months! The staff were polite and accommodating and the same guy that took our order kept checking on us and refilling our drinks. For a family of five, it was a lot better than I expected. Not to mention that my kids don't sit still and we still have a great time. Definitely recommend!

Super inconvenient to have to drive back and pick up the rest of my lunch. Food was good as usual but come on.

I've been back several times since they reopened again. New owners I was told. Casselberry and surrounding areas- keep this gem open!

Poop still in my shrimp, nigiri was dry and old tasting. Eel sause was super sweet and nasty the ginger tasted like pinesol. Definitely wouldn't spend a cent here again.

Great place to enjoy sushi and more. From the moment you walk in, the decor and ambiance captivate you with a cozy touch. They offer an incredible variety of sushi, burgers, and tacos, with wine and sangria options that perfectly complement the experience. Let's start with the lady in the front had no clue about the menu. She didn't tell me that something was removed off a mean and replaced for something else until I asked what the roll was she said we don't have that. So why not tell someone that before they order? She had no idea about the toppings and how it was made. They the sushi came out it was so smelly that immediately my stomach turned. I decided to give it a try to then not being able to stomach it after the shrimp pieces. Not only that but the salmon is smoked it's not even fresh salmon they don't tell you that either. Was hesitatant because of the smoked salmon recalls. The sushi roll was dry and awful the cheetos was old tasting. Over all they wouldn't switch my order for something else huge disappointment when spending almost $80 on few NASTY items. DONT COME HERE FOR SUSHI. They should not deal with sushi it's not the place.

Over priced nasty smelly sushi shrimp had poop still in it. Rule of thumb if it smells don't eat it. Sushi rice isn't even good. The eel sause is super super sugary NASTY. The barría burger was okay. Super disappointed.

Absolutely amazing. The food is incredible, as is the staff. Had the smash burger with bacon and it tasted like there were bits of steak fatty bits in it too. Amazing. Thank you for letting us use tour venue too for our nephews birthday. You were so accommodating and went over and beyond with balloons and a cake. We are so grateful. Definitely will be coming back to try more of the menu.

I recently stopped by a local burger spot in the afternoon, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Laura, Taylor, and Eliezer. These three made my experience truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, they were genuinely warm and welcoming — not with that forced kind of politeness you sometimes get, but with real, down-to-earth friendliness that made me feel like part of the family.

They struck that perfect balance between being professional and making sure you feel comfortable. You know that feeling when you're in a place where the staff really cares about making your experience great? That's exactly what it was like with them. They took the time to make sure everything was right, but never in a way that felt overbearing. Just pure, effortless hospitality.

Family of 4 each person ordered a plate, $70 in total, we are using to $90 and above so we thought the pricing was good. The Dragon Roll was absolutely amazing as well as the California Roll!!! The OMG Burger was beyond amazing, so many amazing but beautifully blended flavors!😋😋 We were serviced by the Owner who is just an absolute sweet heart, amazing, gave good recommendations! The food here was great! Everything came out nice and fresh and the space was very clean. However, be prepared for long wait times. We ended up waiting over an hour for our food, and that was only with one other party in the restaurant. I can only imagine what it would be like during a busy time.

So I went here for dinner with my dad for my birthday and I wasn’t expecting much but y’all let me tell you the service was amazing. This food was amazing. It was awesome. Since it was my birthday and the server gave me a birthday sash and a tiara to take pictures in, he also checked in on us multiple times asking if we wanted refills or if we needed anything and my dad is a picky eater. I asked him what he would rate the Smashburger that he got and he said eight out of 10, which means it was really good and he said he would definitely come back and I got the dynamite sushi roll . And usually when you get sushi, it’s like small little sushi rolls, but these were really nice and full and big very filling and the presentation of the food was grate I wil definitely be recommending this place to my friends and family

We had found this place after shopping at the mall and wanted some sushi. When we arrived the place was very clean and very welcoming. The menu is versatile which we loved because not everyone wanted sushi and were able to order other things.
Our kids loved the milkshakes and smash burgers. We ordered the tiger roll, spicy tuna and spicy salmon. They were very delicious and the presentation was beautiful.
The only thing that threw us off was having to pick up your food at the counter rather than it being brought to the table. This wouldn’t normally be a problem, but because there were 5 of us with kids, it got to be a lot with constantly getting up to get the drinks and food.
The owner and cashier did come over to check on us and refill our waters. Very nice guys and attentive.
But overall, the food was amazing and we will definitely be visiting again.

I normally wouldn't pay $20 for a burger, but Damn I am glad I did. 3 burgers and 1 order of sushi was $80.

The OMG burger was one of, if not the best, burger I ever had. The Birria burger had my girlfriend speechless (it was a glorious 20 minutes). The California rolls were presented well with a delicious drizzle on the plate like an avocado honey mustard. Our boys destroyed the 3 burger sliders. The fries were better than most places, but generally ok.

If your girl says she wants the best burger in town, this place is a sleeper in the corner of a normal shopping Plaza, but get there cause it was worth it.

I ordered the B-Town Burger here. I thought the burger itself was well-cooked and juicy. The BTown sauce was very good. The only issue I had with the burger was that it was a little salty for my taste. In my opinion it either needed a little less bacon or more caramelized onions to even out that salty-sweet balance. The fries and seasoning were not bad, but I felt it was a bit too crispy. Overall, the food was still good and the service was great. I would come here again.

I can not understate how delicious everything I had here was. We we're looking to try a new sushi place, stumbled onto B-Town and already letting all our friends know about it. Presentation was *chef's kiss*. The pork belly lollypops with house made barbeque sauce was sensational. We split the dynamite roll, chicharrons, pork belly, and the chicken sandwich and nearly roll ourselves out of there. We will definitely be back!

Burger came out way sooner than the sushi, and the burger was more like a loose meat sandwich. No ketchup or napkins, had to wait another 10 minutes for same. Wife got sushi, took a another 30 minutes to come out, and avacodo was like a rock. Sushi did not come with additioanl soy or eel sauce, had to ask for same. Keep in mind there were only three other families there. She didn't finish the other roll bc she said it didn't taste right. Presantation was great, and the sauces were good. Hate to knock a small business, but was not impressed. Great concept, but probably won't be back.

We've been to BTown multiple times, but last night, after an entire day of moving in 95° heat, these rockstars made us some of the best burgers we've ever had. The Florida burger in particular, was absolutely insane. The birria tacos are also absolutely phenomenal. The smash burger is hands down the best I've ever had in Orlando, Run don't walk and get yourself here!!!!

Stopped in here after looking at rentals in the area. Owner was very nice and informative. Food was great. We had the smashburger and our Granddaughter had chicken strips. Food was good, service was great. Will be going back soon for Shushi.

Best fusion restaurant in town! They have tacos, burgers, sushi, appetizers, salads, and desserts! Friendly staff, as well. Everything is delicious. We had the dragon roll, California roll, and B Town burgers. Delicious. Go. Support this local business, they do a great job!

We found this place literally driving by it and decided to stop in because I wanted a burger. Much to my surprise, the food was fantastic! Even my pickiest eater child agreed of how good the food was. We tried the burger and sushi, B-town did not disappoint. If you are looking for a local, modern and affordable restaurant please give this place a try!

This is a bit of an odd combo smashburgers and sushi... I got to tell you they managed to pull it off.

The sushi is pretty good, presented in a very attractive way. It tasted great.

The smashburgers are fantastic, one of the best in the area. Again, I am surprised given the location but if you are in the Fern Park area this is definitely worth a stop.

I would say the quality of the meat and how it was prepared was better than Burger Fi. A double was only $9.99.

On a side note, my son who dislikes everything praised the California role as the best he's ever had.

The burgers were good enough that we ordered two to go home.

Excellent customer service, clean place and the food was super tasty and delicious. Our food took around 10-15min to come out which was Totally fine and understandable (it is not a fast food) We had the smash burgers, spicy tuna roll and a Mexican roll I forgot the name but not the taste 😋😌. Will be back to try their birria tacos and pull pork.

Good concept, nice people but poor execution on the food...roll I ordered Tiger roll, Salmon was burnt giving it an awful smell and taste, sushi rice wasn't sticky it wasn't sushi rice, using mediocre ingredients, chicken tenders and fries were very salty and tenders were very though and hard to chew ... I was only customer they had during lunch but it still took a long wait! Wouldn't go back even if It was free

The service was the only thing saving them from getting even a star, the burger and fries was dry and salty “af”, and when I walked in the place it smelled like a gas station bathroom. The ketchup looked liked is was made with toilet water, runny and very liquid form and not the same consistency as a regular ketchup should be.

Went with my friend and I was not sure of the sizes of the rolls so I went with two: the Tiger roll ($15) and the Dragon roll ($18). When they were being served, my friend was erroneously given the Tiger roll so she wound up eating four pieces of mine. She went with the Mexican roll ($15) and the Italian Kiss roll ($22). She also shared the Mexican chicharrónes ($15) which were salty, crispy and exactly what you want from chicharrónes. The skin was sticking to my teeth and the meat was crazy tender. I would have eaten all three pieces, given the chance.
The two rolls I got are both deep fried and they were amazing with a really varying collection of flavors which was great in these two large sized sushi rolls. I had a piece of the Italian kiss, the pairing of the strawberry jam with parmesan cheese was unique. Had a piece of the Mexican too and that was tasty.
The service was good, there were around three tables for individuals and small groups and three booths in you prefer.
Yes, I spent quite a bit on lunch today but my tastebuds were very happy and so was my belly.

I've been wanting to try this place for a while and finally made it this weekend, and was quite satisfied! Arrived right when they opened and placed my order at the counter. The owner took my order and was very friendly. I ordered the B-Town Burger and the King Salmon Roll and both were great! The burger was giant, juicy, flavorful, and the bun was perfectly toasted and very soft! The sushi roll was massive and was expertly rolled! The only drawback was that the kitchen was quite slow. I was the first person to order and I was the only person in the restaurant, and my food took around 25 minutes to come out. So, this might not be the spot if you're looking for a quick lunch, but if you've got the time, the food is worth it!

The food was disappointing. The menu was confusing and the staff seemed unsure of the ingredients for the toppings. For example, despite the menu stating to choose 4 toppings, they could only provide information for 3. The language barrier made communication difficult. The lack of leadership was evident on a Friday evening. Even though the restaurant was not busy, the wait time for my salad was 30 minutes, and when it finally arrived, it had a strong fish odor. The sushi rolls were unappetizing, and only the burger was somewhat enjoyable. As regular sushi eaters, we found the lack of freshness concerning. The total bill of $75 felt like a rip off. The atmosphere was not family-friendly, with drinking and loud cursing in the dining room. I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it fell short. While they did refund me for the salad because I could not eat it, I wish I could get a refund for the entire experience. I will not be back and will be warning my friends and family to beware of this place as it is a huge waste of money and time.

We came here for my nephews 16th birthday after he choose and did all his research. The staff did an absolutely amazing job. Not only was the food delish and had their own twist on some of the menu items, but the service is hands down the best I have ever had. We had about 24 people and they had our tables set up and even had decorations out. It is hard to find great customer service these days and this crew knocked it out of the park. Family members enjoyed everything they ordered from mozzarella sticks, smash burgers to the poke bowl. I ordered the Mexican roll and it was so flavorful and filling. We will definitely coming back to try more of the menu. I recommend stopping in for a taste. Thank you to the staff very much

A single smash burger with fries was $6.99. You can not beat that price!
Mozzarella sticks were good

CONS
-If paying by card, you have to tip ahead of the time because you order at the counter. So you tip before you’re given any service and the service wasn’t that great And no one came over to refill our drinks.
-Fries that came with my burger were two different types of fries. Half for crinkle cut, which were cold and half straight fries which were just warm. If the fries had been fresh and hot they would’ve been delicious. The Parmesan topping on them was so good. I feel like fries are the easiest thing to cook so I don’t understand why they can’t be hot and made to order. I didn’t eat my fries, but my husband did because he gets embarrassed and doesn’t like to send anything back🤣
-I asked for no cheese on my burger and they put cheese on it so then I had to scrape it off and ended up scraping off some of the crunchy bits of the burger.

Overall, I would give this place another try. For the price of the burger and fries you can’t even get that at a fast food restaurant!

My burger was yummy and the service was great. I wish there was less of the sweet sticky sauce on this burger it drowned out the taste of the other ingredients and made it hard to finish. Fries were solid. Beer is coming but not ready yet. The overall experience was good. I’d return to try the sushi or a different burger.

Greeted by Jess at the front counter who was very friendly and helped us pick our food. Chef Aslay treated us to a fantastic smash burger with great fusion flare. I loved having bacon in every single bite. Hands down the best burger around and I look forward to going back again.

This is a cute little hole in the wall, that has food that doesn't match the atmosphere. You walk in, it's clean and nice. But the food it phonemial. My husband who can be hard to please, ask to speak to the chef just to tell him how amazing the burgers were. We didn't try sushi.. next time for sure!!

Hands down the BEST burger I’ve eaten in quite some time. This is smashburger on a whole new level. I had the B-Town burger and it’s the perfect mix of salty and sweet. Not sure what the BtownSauce is but it’s pretty tasty with the carmelized onions and bacon. Big ol’ basket of seasoned waffle fries done extra crispy as I’d ordered.

They don’t yet have beer/wine, but it’s in the works. The restaurant is super clean, not huge, but big enough. Looks pretty unassuming from the outside but is actually quite a cute place!

Easily my new go-to burger joint.

Tienen que visitar este lugar. Desde que entramos nos sorprendió la decoración del lugar. Muy bonito y acogedor. Desde que entras tienen un olor divino . Los baños super limpio, todo estaba muy limpio. La comida de 100. Pedimos una Smash Burger Double y Tiger roll. SABROSO. la carne de la hamburguesa estaba a otro nivel y el roll super fresco. Solo falta en el menú alguna sopa o caldo. Por ejemplo una miso soup. Pero el menú está bien completo y de todo un poco para escoger. Los precios bastante razonable en el área y la cantidad muy buena. Regresamos pronto. Felicidades Chef . 👍👍👍

Waffle fries? Not asking about the temp of my burger? Guess what?! The food was AMAZING! Waffle fries weren't soggy, but crispy and seasoned with parmesan, YUM! My burger, PERFECTLY done. Now my favorite burger spot. It was so juicy! I had the B-Town burger. It was so filling. I was going to order dessert but had no room. The employees there were helpful, and the young lady had a huge smile to greet us. Place was clean and not cluttered. Can't wait to go again. The assistant manager was very attentive to my comments and genuinely wanted us to have a great experience! Thank you!

If you're in the mood for a burger or even sushi, then you gotta stop by and give this place a try. I had the Florida Style Buger, a gourmet burger with a mild kick to it, and my friend got the King Salmon roll. The food was amazing, and the service was great as well! I myself will definitely be back to try out the other selections on the menu. And, hopefully, this time, I'll remember to snap a picture before I devour it.

Love this place!! Jess took care of my husband and I. He got the b-town burger and I got the king salmon roll and the spicy tuna roll. We are the food before we thought to take pictures, but the placemats are perfect for paper airplane making. Definitely coming back

We ordered through DoorDash and were unfortunately very disappointed with the food. We got the spicy tuna and California rolls. The tuna roll was mostly rice (wrapped in tough seaweed) with a small piece of unappetizing tuna that smelled and tasted “off”. It also didn’t have any avocado (and neither roll came with Wasabi). It was overall pretty bland and tasteless- other than the slices of jalapeño scattered around the roll. The California roll didn’t look like any I’ve had before. It was warm (where the tuna roll was cold) and covered with some type of mayonnaise sauce. The crab and cucumber inside were good but I didn’t care for the sauce…we ended up throwing the tuna away since it was questionable. Maybe this is an americanized version of sushi - I can’t see a Japanese sushi chef making either one of these rolls. Next time we will try the burgers since they’ve all gotten great reviews. Wish I could have written a good review about the sushi! 😕

All of it was excellent.

Noticed this new place on my way home from work one day and knew I had to go back and try it just by the name. Oh man I’m so glad I did, food is DELICIOUS, omg burger is fantastic, such a good selection, great atmosphere and friendly staff that go above and beyond. Will definitely be coming back!

As an avid sushi lover, my expectations for the food were blown out the water. I got the King Salmon Roll and the portion size for the rice, veggies, and fish were way bigger than I expected.
My boyfriend got the B-Town burger with waffle fries. His burger was juicy, flavourful, and all over delicious. So much so I was asking for more bites of his food. For the price the portion sizes matched fairly well. We walked in with our stomachs in our hands and walked out stuffed like turkey's.
Our server Jess, was very kind and attentive. She made sure our glasses were always full and accommodated us nicely.

As a former Health inspector I look for very clean restaurants. I found this restaurant to be extremely clean. However, the food is also extremely great. I had the smashed burger with cheese , & bacon. The bun was also soft. This place ranks at the top of my restaurant experience. Great job to the staff for keeping me safe and for an outstanding service. I will be back and I will tell everyone I know to come to Casselberry to experience the best burger in town.
