Table side all-you-can-eat restaurant featuring authentic sushi, sashimi, nigiri, hibachi, appetizers, desserts, and more!
I've been to this location a few times and while it seems like they are still finding their legs, I can't find a fault in the all you can eat lunch price.
The fried items, especially the shrimp tempura, seem very oily and bland with the small amount of sauce provided not offering much.
The rolls are incredibly solid, with a good rice to filling ratio. The only one I had an issue with was the "new surf and turf" as my "seared beef" was light pink and rubbery. Not reminiscent of a searing at all.
The only fault I can find with the food is the rice on the single sushi pieces. I have yet to have a run of them that holds together. It may be the speed at which they go through rice or just figuring out the process but I inevitably lose half of my rice half of the time.
The interior is definitely improved, but is absolutely the carcass of a Denny's. Not much can be done about it. Just the way it is.

We were very excited to try, and our expectations were exceeded! Everything was fresh, delicious, and served very fast. The staff was super friendly, responsive and always encouraged us to order more.
Value for which you got was amazing, the cooked food was cooked perfectly, the sushi was top notch, the appetizers were so delicious I think we ordered crab rangoons every time.
Great place, we will be back!

We tried this restaurant for the first time today and had a really great experience! Rayna was our server and she was patient and helpful helping us decide what to order. Our food was hot and flavorful. We ordered tempura vegetables, fried rice with chicken, tempura chicken, tempura shrimp, salad, sushi. We will definitely be back again.

If you do come, I would recommend giving these dish a shot. The owner and staffs were friendly and attentive. Services were superb. I would come back here again!

I was super excited to finally try Haya Sushi tonight! I’m so glad that this isn’t AYCE only and that you can place orders online. I placed an online order for take out, estimated 20 minutes online, but it was actually ready in 10 minutes! The restaurant had a nice aesthetic and the hostesses were very pleasant! They were quick to greet me, and had my order ready to be paid for. Now on to the food… I can confirm that the Rangoons are in fact earth shattering. Honestly hands down the best rangoons ever, and that was after I made the 10 minute drive back home! Everything was so fresh and tasted so good. Since this was my first experience, I got the “Any 3 Rolls” and picked the California, Philadelphia and Boston rolls. The rolls were wrapped beautifully and there was no spillage of rice. I spent about the same amount of money I would have if I had did the AYCE, and I honestly would not have been able to eat anything more than this. I am ready for the food coma to commence. I would imagine if you’re going for AYCE, it is well worth it. I can’t wait to go back and I am so happy to have found a good sushi spot!

All you can eat..... But don't waste the food or they will charge you .... New restaurant here in a Enfield CT ... Close to home . Still sorta had that Denny's smell to it and its a sushi house ..
Service was fast and friendly. Disappointed that had no gluten free soy sauce but I came with my own ..
And I was ready to eat sushi.
Unfortunately, our sushi rolls came out on a very warm plate. Huge red flag. You never serve sushi or cold items on warm plates.. sushi was room temperature again. Not a great sign. We did eat it but definitely prayed before eating it So after ordering three rolls which one of them I literally had to spit out of my mouth cuz it was just too warm and the fish was mushy and yeah...... We decided to try cooked only meals so we ended up ordering hibachi again. I had to order with no sauce due to the fact that they had no glutenfree soy sauce.
Wasn't that impressive. Also ordered the beef tataki
It was very rare but I don't mind my meat being rare. Very spicy, good flavor.
Honestly, I wish I came on a lunch menu pricing because again, I don't feel like I got my money's worth at all . The bathroom was actually ice cold and that's how the sushi should have came. The bathroom was colder than there are sushi...
I will give three stars just in case. People like room temperature sushi.. half the sushi I couldn't try anyways due to my celiac disease which would been the cook sushi and again I can't fault them for my own health issues but the sushi I did try room temperature. That's not how you eat sushi.

This was my first time going to haya sushi. I went on there grand opening the wait to sit wasn’t long. But the waiting room was packed but only to realize there was a party of 7 waiting for a table. We were seated quickly within about 10 minutes. The atmosphere was really nice. There was a sitting area where you can see the chiefs make the food. During this day all the tables were full and everyone was enjoying their meal. We sat down and began to order food. They give you a menu where you mark down what you want to order. It was simple and it works for people who have language barriers. We order their hot tea and soda on the side. The tea came in a fancy tea pot. I didn’t like the tea, but it was just my opinion. It is was fresh ground tea that was steeping in the teapot. It was a good palate cleanser to start off the meal. We ordered crab raggons and they came out super hot and fresh. Then we ordered our sushi which was super delicious. I would recommend coming. It is all you can eat for $24 for an adult.

Absolutely amazing. Food is cooked to order on demand and very high quality, (especially for all you can eat). I was truly impressed with menu variety and food quality. Servers are also always attentive and ready on the spot to cater to customers. Definitely one of the most worthwhile places to dine in the area.

Very very very rude, they watch over you while you eat your food and told me that I ordered to much food when I ate it all and they refused to give me my paper to order more food and told me I should tip almost 30% so the staff could be paid properly.

Went for all you can eat sushi my first time on New Year’s Day Jan 1 the food was good the service was slow I had to wait 20 minutes in between my food orders they kept not bringing me back my paper to order my food making it seem like they don’t want me ordering more food then when it came down to paying I tipped a generous 20% and was told that I was cheap and it wasn’t enough money by the manager herself at the front desk.

I stopped in with my sister and brother-in-law on January 1st 2025. The food is fantastic, but we found the waitress coming to pressure us to leave a bigger tip (when we originally left nearly 20%) to be quite tacky, rude and unprofessional.

Gave them a nice tip, was told that it wasn't enough money for them and I should add more money aggressively and in a loud manner, made me and my guests feel very uncomfortable.

I used to always go to the Springfield locations with my girls and we LOVED it so when this place opened, we were all so insanely excited because we all live in the Connecticut area and we loved our first experiences there and I was really excited to take my husband and my sister, but the past two times I went including today were the worst services I’ve ever received. The food is always good. I will not deny that. One of the last few times I went we were basically rushed out from almost the minute we sat down and barely spoken to. (I understood bc everyone has bad days) We were also snickered at a couple times by the wait staff. Then the next time (today) as we are leaving and talking an employee not even the waitress we had came up to me and basically told me are you sure you meant to leave that amount of a tip basically insinuating that I didn’t leave a big enough tip.
I’m always all for tipping because I understand that sometimes it is people‘s livelihood, but what I will not understand is telling me I did not tip enough, especially as somebody who also relies on tips who works in the food industry. It’s never a good look telling a customer Who may or may not come back that they didn’t leave you enough money, especially because the staff there doesn’t even usually ask me how I am.
Also the point of tipping to reward and show appreciation of service, as someone who used to waitress and still does other food service jobs I understand when a customer didn’t have the means to tip much or didn’t want to bc of the service I provided bc I was raised to be polite, respectful and kind to everyone no matter what but my family, friends and I will not be returning to either location

Showed up at 11am and sat down. Stepped directly onto a chicken nugget. Then moved over to the side and put my foot into a sushi roll. At that point, looked under the table and there was a bunch of food. The issue with that , is that they had literally just opened, so this was obviously left all night long. Not a huge deal, moved tables and started over.
They brought the check after we’d not been there for very long. Unsure what that meant. We didn’t stay more than an hour probably.the sushi was about grocery store level. Wouldn’t return.

Had to change tables because there was food all over the floor; for context, this was at 11am so clearly the food was from the night before. Two pieces of sushi and a chicken nugget (?).
The ordering process wasn’t explained at all, just a paper dropped in the table. Not terrible to figure out but no one asked if it was our first time or if we had any questions.
The check was dropped on the table before we were finished ordering really made it feel like we were being pushed out after about 30mins.
The sushi was maybe at the level of a grocery store, but the Philadelphia roll was the worst I’ve ever had.

The food was pretty good.
The only issue was that the service was non-existent. There were no greetings such as hi,hello, how are you. There was no asking if this was your first visit or enjoy your meal, etc. The customer service was very poor. The food comes out in intervals and gets placed on your table, and the waitresses just go off without saying a word. For example, you don't know what exactly is being placed on your table. I asked for forks twice, never got them, and was never asked if I needed my drink refilled. The waitress never showed any emotions. There was no smile saying enjoy, or if I had questions, just sign or wave your hand nothing. Overall, I and my company felt like we were not serviced with any real concerns, which made us feel like we were uninvited. I guess it felt really awkward at times and did not leave a sense of being a welcoming atmosphere.

The food itself is very bad quality. All the grocery stores in the area have better quality sushi than this place. The sushi here had rice that fell apart and overly chewy seaweed. We also happened to have a large piece of plastic found in one of our rolls which they took back but didn't apologize for (if the owner responds and says I was compensated for the meal, I was not). The tempora was overly soggy and heavy and overall not enjoyable and made the sushi rolls hard to put down. They also did not provide ginger and wasabi which is typical of any Japanese restaurant especially all of the AYCE places I've been to in CT (without needing to ask for it). They also charge extra for each piece of sashimi which is not typical of most AYCE sushi places. This location has replaced what was previously a Denny's and still has that similar sticky atmosphere so not the best place for a romantic date.
Overall I was extremely disappointed with this place and would not recommend to anyone. Also as for the owner's replies, I had a previous post that wouldn't let me update where the owner straight up lied saying I was compensated. The very fact that the owner is being disingenuous in replies is very concerning especially for anyone trying to determine if they want to try this restaurant.

We got take out tonight- were planning on going somewhere in Manchester but they ended up being closed in between lunch and dinner. Left us looking for a different sushi place! SO glad the Manchester place was closed because it allowed us to find Haya! We just got a few rolls & crab Rangoon for takeout. Price is awesome, and my wife was THRILLED because the duck sauce that came with the crab Rangoon is exactly like what she grew up with in MA and shes been searching for it! We will definitely be back and will dine in to try AYCE!

My best friend and I took my 22 month old and we all had a very lovely time. The food was rushed out to us, but we were not rushed at all ! And all the servers were just so friendly with us and my daughter which just made her day because she loves to smile and wave at everyone.

The food was okay, lots of options. The space itself was clean, inviting, and comfortable for dining. Overall, it seemed like a great place for a family meal. However, we had a frustrating experience with their time policy, that we were unaware of in the first place. The 9 of us were seated around 6:00pm and didn't even place our first order until 6:30pm. Despite this, the staff enforced their two-hour seating limit very strictly. When we asked for just two more plates for our kids—only five minutes past 8pm—they refused. This felt overly rigid, especially since we had spent a good portion of our seating time waiting for our initial order, and paid a $300 bill.

The sushi for the most part was pretty bland. it was more rice and fillings than fish. I did not like any of the shrimp dishes. Not good quality shrimp at all and very small. the tempura vegetables were cut so big that the batter didn't cook on the inside (broccoli). The spring rolls were nasty. The only thing that I found outstanding were their crab rangoons. the hibachi items were king of tasty. I didn't like the idea that they charge for leftovers! really?? so if you leave a piece of sushi behind you get charged for an entire plate of it? never heard of such a thing.
In my opinion, I think the price should have been more like $18/person and not $25. for that much I would think it would have been a little bit better quality. let's just say I came, I conquered I left and I won't be back!
PS: The staff was wonderful.

3.5 stars, rounded up to 4. This was my first time at an AYCE sushi restaurant, so it took me a little while to figure out how everything works, but I was generally pretty impressed. The food is delicious, the service is quick, and the servers are incredible; they clearly work so tremendously hard to make sure their customers have positive experiences. The restaurant was busy, but we didn’t wait long to sit down, which was wonderful. The decor is very nice—the fish bottle chandeliers are adorable. The layout is really good too.
I sampled a good variety of dishes and enjoyed pretty much all of them:
- The miso soup was delicious; I’d be concerned if the miso soup wasn’t delicious. It’s miso soup.
- The seaweed salad is tasty and perfectly salty. The texture is also just such a joy. I wish I ordered this a few times.
- I didn’t love some of the textures in the mussels or the takoyaki, but I think they’re both worth trying because the flavors were so good and unique.
- I’d probably pass on the edamame next time; I wanted it to have a little more salt.
- The crab rangoons were earth-shatteringly delicious. We ordered these multiple times.
- The tamago pieces weren’t my favorite, but that was probably a personal preference thing. I’m specific about how I like my eggs, and I think I just don’t love them chilly.
- The sweet potato roll also wasn’t my favorite, but I also feel like sweet potato rolls are generally pretty hit or miss with me and maybe I should instead just order something I consistently like. I think this is a me problem.
- The volcano roll was great, although it took some effort to get (see below).
- I’m not sure tempura is my favorite batter for a fried Oreo, but I’m glad I tried these ones. They tasted heaps better once I added a spoon of ice cream to each bite (chocolate and vanilla—just get both).
We were a group of 7, and we enjoyed this experience, but we did have a few issues. The biggest issue is that a number of our orders were partially canceled because the kitchen thought we were ordering more items than we would be able to eat. We did not struggle to finish what we ordered/received, and we would not have struggled had we received everything we ordered—again, there were seven of us, so we naturally ordered more than a two-person table would. Many of the items that were canceled were duplicates because two people wanted a specific roll, but because no one communicated that the kitchen had “cut us off,” we didn’t know to split the items that did arrive. We didn’t want to be wasteful and submit additional orders for the items we had t yet received, so this all meant that a few of us spent most of the meal waiting on rolls that weren’t going to come. In fact, I didn’t get to eat a full sushi roll until we asked a server about our series of missing items and clarified that we truly did want to eat those items. This was a bit disappointing and could have been clarified with a bit of communication.
We also felt that our eating habits were being monitored a bit too closely. For instance, one person at our table was eating the rice separate from the fish because the pieces kept falling apart. A server told that person that they’d be in trouble if they didn’t finish all of the rice on their plate. The menu is very clear about the repercussions of over-ordering and wasting food, so I’m sure the server was trying to be helpful; it’s also important to realize that people eat at different speeds and in different ways.
TL;DR: I like this restaurant and would definitely go back, but I’d maybe only want to do so with a table of two to four people.

Looking through the reviews and I've noticed the person replying to the reviews tries to justify everything when given a non 5 star review. I've noticed each time and people like myself come on here to see the reviews and the responses. There's a more simple way of just apologizing for the issue and making sure it doesn't happen again but each time they needed to add what the customer did wrong or could've done differently and sometimes called the customer a liar without saying "you're lying". I have not stepped foot in the restaurant or ordered anything yet but someone needs to be more mindful of the responses to the negative reviews. Management has to do better even with responding to the reviews. I'm glad these reviews can't be deleted.

The system is really good and if you are smart about it, you won’t be charged too much! Read the rules and order only in chunks you know you could handle and you’ll be fine. The food was good as well! Not the best sushi I’ve ever had but definitely worth the money. However, I will not be taking my girlfriend here as she is a slow eater and inconsistent with her appetite. When dining with friends and/or family, make sure they are being smart. And no sharing!

Great food and reasonable price for what you get. Restaurant was surprisingly quiet and pleasant despite almost every table being full. Only downside, it took a surprisingly long time for each dish to come to our table; lunch took about an hour, but it was busy at peak lunch time so that’s understandable. All around a great place to eat unless you’re looking for a quick meal.

Been to the Haya sushi in Springfield a few times and loved it. The new enfield location does not disappoint and lives up to the standard of its sister site. The sushi was delicious, the service and vibes were on point, and all for a reasonable price. A few things with our order didn’t come out be we were able to easily re-order since this is an all you can eat establishment. Sushi rice was a little loosely packed and fell apart but was still warm, soft, and tasty. Definitely recommend and love this new location!

Very cute and very popular as it’s new, and there aren’t many good sushi places in this area. The food was amazing, but if you’re planning to go for dinner plan to go before you’re hungry. Me and my boyfriend ordered 2 raw rolls and 3 cooked rolls, the raw ones came out pretty quickly maybe about 10-15 minutes after we gave them our sheet, but the cooked ones took almost 30-45 to come out, and we were STARVING. It was really aggravating watching everyone else’s sushi come out and just having to wait and wait and wait. Everyone was very friendly, just super busy, so make sure you come early and before you’re hungry.

Really below average sushi if you’re a fan of the food. Everything is also really tough in texture so not sure if it’s fresh fish. Feels like I’m eating balls of rice in comparison to the fish ratio.
Stellar service though. I got my food immediately. Would eat here in a pinch, but hopefully they improve.

The food was good enough, especially compared to the springfield location. But the service wasnt great. The servers werent attentive. But nobody was rude, and they seemed nice. Definitely give it a try.

Food was exceptionally fresh. Bathrooms are clean. Staff is super friendly. We will come again soon! Glad they are finally open. WORTH THE TRIP TO TRY THEM IF YOU LIKE SUSHI. Even if you don't like sushi they have tempura and rice options that are just as delicious.

Was very good. Not long wait. I loveddd the fish lights above the booths. Me and my boyfriend paid 55 total for both eatting here. Sushi was phenomenal and i can be very iffy on sushi. Beef sticks tasted like wagyu. I love how unlike other restaurants they werent constantly at our table asking if we need things they are very hard working here. First time i tried takoyaki and it was amazing they are creative here with their dishes too. 100% coming more this is THE sushi spot. You get your moneys worth and can order more if you get too little and still get the deal. I am over the moon

Delicious sushi and friendly service! Can't beat the price for unlimited food. You won't be disappointed. Finish it off with the tempura oreos and ice cream!

I was disappointed with my recent meal. The dumplings were overly tough, and the shumai lacked the freshness I expected, coming off quite soggy. The sushi didn’t meet my standards either. In comparison, I’ve had much better experiences at Big Y Sushi, which consistently delivers higher quality dishes. We ordered 5 dishes the 1st round and the second time we ordered 2 sushi rolls waited 25 minutes and at the end they lost the paper with the order and we never got it.

The food was delicious and was served pretty fast. But on multiple occasions the staff would rush us in asking numerous times “are we done”. When it’s a 2hr dining time and we were only 1 hr in for the “all you can eat”.

Our first visit and it did not disappoint. Boyfriend has wanted sushi for awhile. I’m not a HUGE fan, but enjoy every now and then. The set up for ordering is efficient. Waitstaff are very friendly. Orders come out pretty fast for raw items. A little slower (as expected) for cooked items. I’ve never had cooked sushi! The Golden California rolls were AMAZING!! I kept looking for a spicy crunchy tuna roll, maybe I’ll ask for it next time. ;) Portions were perfect. It afforded the opportunity to try different items, which was GREAT, and we both left FULL! The food tasted very fresh, which was my greatest concern. All for naught! The raw sushi was so light & delicious! We will be back! Thank you, Haya Sushi!

Great food. I didn’t know the back of menu selection is 6 pcs each item. You might want to print that in the area. I ordered way too many items first time thinking it was one piece per order. They corrected it for me.

Good food. Good service. I’m coming back soon. No surprises either. Highly recommend it.

Quality of the food for an all you can eat place is quite good. You're not gonna get huge fish portions but that's expected. It was lunch when i went but the servers were quick to clear food and bring out the non sushi items. I loved the mural on the wall with the explanation and cute art

I have so many memories growing up and spending time at the Denny's that used to be here it was fun to come eat at the next stage this building has to offer.
Super fast service, good food, reasonable price. We've lucky to have this place in town.Try the tempera Oreos!

First time here and excited to go back! Delicious food and great price! I like that the appetizer portions are small, so you can get a taste of multiple things. For sushi, we got the spicy tuna and different crab ones - all so good it was hard to pick a favorite. Each had 5 or 8 rolls and were more filling than I thought. Definitely order less than you think you want, you’ll get full quicker than you think. I didn’t have room for dessert but will definitely try next time I go! Staff was friendly and attentive, and fast service. Highly recommend!

Went in for dinner tonight and had a great experience! My husband and I frequent a different AYCE sushi place in E longmedow but this might be our new preferred place for sushi. Portions are just the right size to try stuff out, and you can always order more of anything you really like. The price was extremely reasonable especially considering the great quality you get. We got a various selection of rolls, nigiri, and appetizers. Everything we tried was fresh and delicious. Stand outs were the beef sticks, salmon nigiri, kani salad, and surf & turf roll! Food came out quickly, and presented beautifully. We will definitely be back!

Food was somewhat bland and there was no ginger or wasabi with the rolls. Would love to see Wonton Soup on the menu. Really liked the surf turf roll. Was told after the meal there wasn’t a way to run the credit card, luckily we happened to have just enough cash to cover it. *Response to below reply: Thank you for the reply.....Unfortunately, your staff lied to you, (I'm sorry about that) We were not offered any option other than cash. and was not offered any ginger or wasabi... Looking forward to trying it out again. Glad to see you in Enfield

Delish lunch! Swift service and the plates were just enough food on each plate to try many items. The rolls were tasty! We’ll be back

The food was okay everything came out in a timely manner. Although we came a little later we were one of the last tables in there, i felt rushed the whole time. The workers were literally staring at us the ENTIRE time we ate which made us very uncomfortable. One person would talk and they would all look then the next would talk and they would all look. We kindly told the manager she did end up removing them and was nice about it. Overall experience I give 6/10 food is good recommend going during the day when they are busy so you aren’t stared at while you eat (I rarely write reviews but I felt the need to with this establishment).

Love the concept and that you can try small portions of lots of different things. The fried rice and hibachi chicken were delicious, as was the tempura Oreo dessert! Service was fast and friendly. A great addition to Enfield.

Awesome new space for their second location! The fish is so fresh and the rolls are creative. All the hot entrees and appetizers are also delicious. They bring out appropriate portion sizes so you can try everything and you can order as much as you want. Staff is friendly and the owner is very welcoming and hands on.
