Meats are cooked at table grills at this casual Korean BBQ also serving sushi, imported beer & soju.
I went here for dinner with my family as they wanted to eat the Korean BBQ. My family were eating from the all you can eat manu but as a vegeterian, I saw very less option from the all you can eat menu. It is understandable since its a BBQ place. If you are seating in a same table, you have to order from the same menu. You have to either order from the all you can eat menu or the other menu but you can not mix orders from two menus while seating in a same table. We selected set B from all you can eat menu. The server recommended me a dolsot bowl with egg. The portion was enough and filling. I also got avacado maki & sea weed salad. The side dishes were good too. My family loved the BBQ, non veg makis & soup they got. The service is fast & good.

A great place to get authentic Korean food. The dishes were new to me so I went for the multi seafood soup with muscles as well as other shellfish. I'll was served in a clay bowl that must have been preheated in a blast furnace. A delicious new taste and eating sensation that was delicious and enjoyable. The service was quick, which was good for us as we were on a lunch break time budget. There were quite a few Korean speaking clientele chomping away heartily so I figure this is the real stuff. The interior of the restaurant is nothing to write home about but I found it interesting that there were two large heating areas in the middle of the tables. Not sure what they are for but I am going to definitely find out when I have more time to explore this cuisine.

We decided to do the mid-level all-you-can-eat. I thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. It was great sitting there, cooking delicious food with my brother and nephew.
Pretty much everything we ate was fantastic. The spicy chicken was probably our least favorite, but that's OK.
The staff was friendly and helpful as this was me and my brothers first time trying Korean BBQ... my nephew on the other hand seemed to be an expert and showed us how to place it, and when to turn the meat... it was fun having him show us what he learned about this place.
I will definitely go back.... when I'm in Denver again.

Went to my first korean bbq restaurant but only ordered teriyaki bowl with chiken. The Staff was very friendly and helpful especially when ordering bibimbap they specifically differentiated with cold bibimbap and hot bibimbap so customer know what to expect. They give free ice water and some complimentary vegetables dish. The toilet seems clean and the atmosphere seems very nice. One thing I didn't like is the price and portion comparison between the teriyaki bowl and the hot bibimbap. How come the hot bibimbap cost $17 and is much bigger in portion than teriyaki bowl which is $18 but smaller portion. It can't be they way it is cooked nor the cost of the ingredients. That's why food is 4 star.

Seoul BBQ has a wonderful atmosphere. The services is on point they are always trying their best to keep up with customers need. The food is delicious and prepared wonderfully. If you have never had Korean food I highly recommend you take the time to give them a try. Also it is a wonderful way to expand your food palate.

This was my go to Korean all you can eat place. I drive all the way from Fort Collins just to come.
I went the other night with my two kids, and a friend. We were sat down and then waited for her 20 minutes before anyone came to the table to take our order for what we wanted.
We received food and ate it all, waited another 20-30 minutes before anyone came to our table to ask how we were. And there weren’t even busy, servers just standing there not checking on us.
Once we complained, we had more servers come.
If you want to go somewhere with horrible service with mid Korean, go but there’s better places to eat.

This is a really interesting place that really stands out in the area as truly one of its kind. It seems like they're mainly known for their table barbecue style eating which is great for parties. However my wife and I don't eat that much and it's way out of our price range for two person night out that's not a special occasion. Since we didn't get barbecue we were sat in the back in an area that seemed to be neglected. One of the tables near us miscellaneous supplies food and games. Almost kind of like a storage closet. We both got rice-based bowls and they were quite good. Overall I give it a 4 out of 5 Stars due to the high price and the area we were seated in. The service was exceptional best in the area probably.

“They” USE A LOT of RICE as a FILLER for their dishes as a COY PLOY so be wary, even then so, this place is still pretty good, we only come here for special birthday once in a while kind of visits. Everyone in your party has to get the same order altogether whether it be the A..B, or the C so no piping off another. There is also an EXTRA CHARGE if there is unfinished leftover food on your table. Asian “Karen’s” in the male/female DEI sheep format employed here.. their tudes are a 50/50 shot of compartmentalization 👍😎

The service was terrible, they all acted like it was so annoying to serve our table. The food was ok but the portions were small. They charge for every little thing and tip is already included in the final bill and it gets to be super expensive.

We were four people, two adults and two children, and at the all you can eat service we thought it was closed at first because there were no customers, but it was open. The children wanted the simple buffet for $33 and we adults wanted the $38 one, but the waiter told us that the children's menus could be combined with the adults', that basically the price of the children's menu would have to be the same as the adults'. The truth is that it doesn't seem fair to us to pay as an adult if they are two children aged 4 and 7. I think that's why they don't have any customers. I don't recommend it to anyone who brings children because they will have to pay the adult price.

Lowering my rating to 2 stars. Service was terrible. The woman who waited on us was frantic and looked tired. She only decided to be nice to us when it was time for us to pay. Food is good, although they don't have a large selection of meats. Atmosphere is ok, but the bathrooms smell bad. It is also expensive compared to other (better) Korean BBQs.

Unfortunately, our waiter was rude and has zero customer service. He went to our table to get the order, then later served us the food and gave us check after. He didn't bother to check his table if everything was okay, or refill the water, give us some forks, and clear some dishes. Anyway, We ordered 3 entrees that come with 3 rice and 3 sides. He brought us 3 entrees, 1 sides and 2 rice. I didn't complain because husband and I were so hungry and tired after traveling for 3 days. He should not be serving food if he has a bad mood and refuses to serve the customer.

This is my favorite Korean BBQ spot even though it’s super far from me. I think the price is good but they should have a kid’s prices since I know kids don’t nearly eat as much. I like that it comes with stuff to try. I like their soup and salad in option C and of course their meats.

Seoul Kbbq has a large dining area great for large parties. We were seated quickly and opted for the Set C All- You-Can-Eat menu. While waiting on your meats to arrive we enjoyed some of their sushi options. The best roll was the crispy shrimp tempura roll, the main course was more satisfying.
To accompany the order there are a handful of small side dishes to enjoy with your meal. I enjoyed the potato salad was sweet and creamy with corn, though I wish they had pickled radish as a side. I'm finding this side dish hard to find amongst Kbbq establishments for some reason.
Large portions and lots of options among this menu.
My favorite was the Short ribs (limit 2 piece per person). The thick and juicy cuts were amazing. Rich and fatty, 2 pieces were more than enough for me.
One thing I really appreciated was that the staff checked in with us frequently to change out our grill and see if we wanted to order more.
The only thing was our table did not receive scissors to cut the short rib with. I asked two servers if they could provide us with them though we never received them. It made the dish a bit difficult to eat, but all in all a good experience. The sushi was ok but main attraction was the large portions and roomy seating, which left me comfortably full after a few rounds of ordering.

The food is great but it is on the pricey side. The last time we went which was a few years ago, we did the all you can eat BBQ and even through our little kids sat at a different table they required everyone to pay for the buffet. I thought that was a bit cheap of them but it is all about making money so... I was going to stop eating but because of this, I ordered an additional plate of meat and ate the whole thing. I always share this story with whoever asks a out this place just so they know.

Food was absolutely amazing, no complaints there. Of course the food was delicious. We cooked it. We arrived with a large party at about 3:00 pm, we were expecting to have to wait and understood an accommodation for a party this size can be a bit much, we were sat at two tables which made perfect sense and was a-okay, we opted in for all you can eat, were told after sitting that we all had to have the same tier, so for us it was B, but, we had two young children that would not eat anything near what an adult would, 38 for them to.
Server only started to pay any attention to us towards the end of the meal, one server was absolutely terrible and seemed like he was upset we would have the audacity to ask for refills. One person had no food and only two beers as this was our goodbye before returning home after a week visit with family. Total for all of us with the AUTOMATIC 18% gratuity on EVERY check was 800 bucks. We could have gone to a nicer place with better service for half that.
Food is great, service sucks, also, if you do not finish all of the meat (which they decide portion size) they will charge you for it. This is after they assume how much meat you want and bring a huge plate. There is no option to ask for portions or a specific amount of meat to ensure there are no leftovers. They set you up to fail. It feels like they nickel and dime everywhere they can.

We always love all you can eat Korean BBQ. We don't do it as often due to dietary and cost restrictions, but it's best way to try different meats and food options. We had an out of town guest whom never had Korea food before and it was great way to introduce different Korean food to them. Excellent marinates for the all the meat.

It was all Ok at best. It was very confusing. We got in, and right away, a waiter came up and said that he recommended 'all you can eat', which I had high hopes for. But when we sat down, the 'all you can eat' menu was confusing, to say the least. It was in sets, which was a new concept for me, but I do not think he did a very good job of explaining it because I was still left puzzled. So we just picked a set, can't remember which one, and when we got the food it was pretty good, I loved the Bibimbap, and there was only one jelly like dish that I wasn't a fan of, but for the most part the food was delicious. But the service was really inattentive, I mean, it kinda took a few minutes just to get a water refill, and we had to go up to the counter ourselves to pay, while some other tables got the check brought directly to them. So some tables were serviced more than the rest, like ours. I will go to a different Korean BBQ next time I'm in the area. The only great side is that I left with a full stomach. But overall, the service is what really sucked.

Definitely a one time thing. Bbq was good, but everything else was not. Servers were unprofessional. One of the servers, a Short Asian kid with black hair and one earring went to the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands. Automatic 18% tip normally is fine but feels stingy for a place with such bad service- almost like they know they will get a tip no matter how bad they are

We came around 5:30 PM on a Thursday and there were 4 other tables seated. Seating was not crowded, nor was the parking. We ordered Kimchi Pancakes and Dol Sot Bibimbap. The Kimchi Pancakes were really good! I would definitely order that again. However, I wished they served a soy sauce-based sauce with it, rather than a gochujang-based sauce. The Dol Sot Bibimbap was alright. Large portion of both rice and vegetables, which is nice because it was quite expensive for one bowl. Taste-wise, nothing outstanding. I would have to note that the 고사리 was too long and difficult to eat. I can easily see it as a choking hazard. Even though I write the review as such, please keep in mind that this restaurant is known for its bbq, which we did not order. So you can take this review with a grain of salt. Definitely order the Kimchi Pancake. Maybe consider a different dish, instead of the Dol Sot Bibimbap. Service was hardly there. They only came by to take the order and serve the food. They didn't check in on us after serving our food. We had to call them for the check. So service-wise, not fantastic. Pricewise, expensive.

Been here quite a few times for Korean fix and honestly I have to agree with other reviewers. Service is quite lacking. Food is good, not the best, but pretty good for Thornton area unless you want to make the trek to Aurora for some K-food.
Used to be in restaurant service and have to say the work is hard and the money might not be good. But service IS the lifeline of the restaurant. Good service brings customers. Hope the owner takes heed and train or guide the staffs to be better.
Hate to see restaurants close in this economy. But yours need to change for the better.

I was a little bit worried, scheduling a Valentine’s Day, given the reviews about the service, but because of the food reviews I did it anyway, and we were very pleased! We got them all you can eat plus sushi. The biggest sushi roll was the one that was the most delicious and the Korean barbecue was out of this world. we really enjoyed it. And the service was just great. The person who waited on us was immediately attentive was able to really explain the different options and make great suggestions. So whatever it was, that caused people to be upset about the service seems to be over.

We live so close to this restaurant for years we have always talked about trying it and finally did last night. I am so glad we did! Everything was excellent! First of all, I appreciated the amount of sides you get with your meal. They bring plenty out right away so you are not sitting there waiting like other places. Other places try to give you as little as possible and then take a long time to come back and replenish. Our initial sides were more than enough throughout our meal. They came and checked on us quite often and it was very busy. The variety of food choices one of the best parts. The dipping sauces were delicious as well. This is the best Korean Bbq I have had and now I understand why they are so busy all the time! We will be back.

Went on a small date last night. After the first order they wait about 30 mins to an hour to serve you again. They took so long to service every table that the table next to us had someone fall asleep. Don't mind spending alot of money for little amount of food as long as the service is good but I don't recommend.
Edit: went again a week later, better service but not really. Had to ask the server multiple times for items. They don't write anything down.

Love KBBQ and honestly there isn’t many options around this to region of Colorado. Seoul BBQ has great food options with a number of authentic fixings. The price of all-you-can-eat is pretty typical for KBBQ, though if it’s your first time it might seem a bit pricey.
We’ve never had issues with service, and love going here every few weeks.

Still the best in Colorado! I’m usually fussy on my kbbq. I have been spoiled with real Korean bbq in asia so I know what it is/isn’t. I came here a little worried of the reviews but I have absolutely no complaints. I have been very disappointed with dae gee and wanted to give someone else a try. This place exceeded all expectations. I think their sides were good, they refilled them quickly. Our server was hustling! The fact that you can get non Korean bbq thingson the all you can eat plan is sweet. The bibimbap was good and the sauce it came with was legendary. I am a MASSIVE fan of the amount of salt you put in the sesame sauce, definitely like the salt in there, nice job. I ate so much I was in physical pain for at least 3 hours afterward and unfortunately I’m going to have to go back and do it all again cuz I simply have no self control.
Some criticism: I wish they had lettuce wraps, complete with garlic and spicy peppers. I found on my 5th visit or so that they do in fact have lettuce wraps available by request. But I still wish they had egg roll side, everybody likes egg roll but nobody has the skill.
Edit1: came back for another visit. Service was even better than last time. Totally inundated with food, it was great. We decided that our favorite was Pork galbi, I believe that’s the marinaded one. But the Chadol-baegi is the most efficient use of your time if you’re a beef person.

Good service, but not great food. I got two rolls with spicy tuna on them and they were not good. My partner got a dumpling soup that was ok. The hot saki was great!

The food was good they stuffed the plate with so much meat which is nice, I’m from out of town and would come back! The only downside is the server we got seamed to be like upset with the amount in our party, we asked another server if we could switch and he gladly said yes and we helped him move everything. The location was nice a lot of parking. Just the only thing I didn’t enjoy was they didn’t have rice paper that would have elevated the food to another level

This place is busy. And for good reason. If you are not doing BBQ , they can often seat you right away. Get Dolsot Bibimbap!

Not impressed. They probably shouldn't offer sushi; it was really bad and didn't seem to be sushi-grade fish. I wouldn't have expected it to be good but they really really push it.
The meat was frozen and not good, driest pork belly I've ever had. Tasted like select meat.
Service was extremely slow, even though only 4 tables were used out of maybe 30 ish. It took forever for everything but our frozen meat to get there, so we couldn't eat anything together like you're supposed to at these places... And I was hungry so I was filling up in the meantime on the sides, which isn't fair since the all you can eat is SOOOO expensive and you're paying for the entrees... But I didn't want to be so hungry waiting so long.
The waiters kept checking in with us before our food got here and I'm just asking... "aren't we still waiting on like, everything we ordered?" and then they stopped checking on us after we finally got our food and wanted to order more.
They also played loud rap music that I couldn't hear my date over. I had to ask them to turn it down.
Miserable to be that expensive.

The barbecue here is always fantastic but I also recommend their soups if you do not want to commit to a massive meal. All the orders that I've made there come with a bunch of little complementary appetizers and they bring more if you ask.

Plenty of tables if you go at non peak times. At peak dinner time on the weekends, you can end up with a 45 min wait. But the reason its busy is because it's good. We loved everything especially the Soon-tofu. They do both all you can eat (everyone at the table has to order) or a la cart.

Looks like it's on the verge of going out of business. The place is shabby and run down. Menu missing a lot of items that were erased with wite out or tape. Food was average, service was bad. Our entrees arrived at three different times spaced out over ten minutes. Servers were inattentive and absent. I was not comfortable eating there and won't go back. Afraid they are cutting corners and that's not appetizing.
Whatever this place used to be, it seems to be on its last legs now.

Update the service has gone down after Covid, last time we had a family group and had to be in a separate table (which we were okay with) unfortunately because they're understaffed now, they're not able to keep up with demand, which we tried to sympathized. That doesn't excuse the lack of attention when you try to grab the servers attention, even though they have free time.

First time dining here, we're so glad we visited! Christian was our server, after explaining to him that it was our first time here, he went over the menu in a very patient and enthusiastic way and gave us time to review the menu and answered any questions we had. I tried something I've never had before, Bulgogi. It came with like 7 delicious sides to sample and it was enough to share with my partner. She ordered the teriyaki bowl and it was the best teriyaki hands down we've ever had, no comparison, it outdoes any teriyaki we've had elsewhere. The raspberry ice tea was very delicious, smooth and not too sweet, it was great. We look forward to coming back to try the cook at your table style BBQ. I highly recommend you try this restaurant, food is as good as the quality of the servers and staff. Special thanks to Christian for for being a great server!

Have to change my review to only 3 stars, down from 5. The BBQ is nolonger anywhere near worth it at the current prices. They've significantly reduced the number of banchan they serve. Disappointing.

We came in the evening of a Wednesday and was seated right away which was nice. Once I stepped foot in the restaurant, it was extremely hot. The restaurants thermostat read 86 degrees. I had 2 adults and 5 kids with me. Kids wanted to eat KBBQ and there was nowhere else nearby, so I decided to stay. The service from the staff was great but sad to see they were sweating more than us running about doing their job. Once we recieved our meats and the grill was turned on, the smoke from our grill as well as everyone else's smoked up the entire floor. It was hard to breathe due to the heat of the restaurant, the grill and poor ventilation. I commend the wait staff for still putting on a smiling face while combating these issues. ATTENTION TO THE OWNER (S), MAINTAIN THE BUILDING FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES AND CUSTOMERS!

Wow this place is great! I had low expectations and I was very impressed. The ribs were AMAZING. Pork was bomb and so was the chicken. Even all the sides were delicious!! Staff was very friendly and attentive. All these one star reviews complaining about the service need to buzz off. The food is ON POINT!! I’ll be back.

Fist off, food was great but the rest was not. I was going to cut them some slack for being understaffed but other understaffed places that I've been to, the last few years, are still attentive to their customers or they make up for the lack of service else where. They weren't super busy when we got there but the wait still managed to somehow be around 35-40 minutes. When we were finally seated, they separated our party into two groups, and we weren't even seated close together. No server(s) came to greet us or brought us water until we made it vocal that we've been waiting for 10-15 minutes. After that we just enjoyed our food, but overall the whole experience was uncomfortable and one of my least favorites. The place also needed desperate updates. I would not recommend this place to visitors or anyone else, in all honesty. If you want better service and food, I'd point you to other Korean BBQ restaurants in Aurora, Denver or even Fort Collins.

I ordered to go, I have no idea what's the menu is like, and my friends and I enjoy Korean side dishes. However, your staff turned me down right away even though I am willing to pay extra for the side dishes, Your food is good, that's why I patronize your diner. Unfortunately, it's a bad service.

We have been to several Korean BBQ restaurants over the years. Seoul is hands down the best food and experience we've had. They have more options than any other restaurants offering this family style meal. Not only are there multiple types of meats to choose, there are incredible sides, main dishes, and fresh sushi included in the price! Friendly staff, cool atmosphere, and best of all, it's an all you can eat buffet.

I just went here for my anniversary and my god it was great. The food was fantastic ( a lot of bang for your buck) they have different tiers of ‘all you can eat’ which accommodates how hungry you are. Plus Our waitress was the sweetest person ever who helped us choose the best meats, drinks and explained the koreon traditions to us. Highly recommend!

Amazing food, service and staff. Will be back. First time ever and was not disappointed!! They walked us through the menus and when told of my soy bean allergy they went above to make sure our plates didn't have any.

We have been going for more than 10 years. They took away the lunch special. If you want bulgogi, it’s almost $40. Last night we spent $17 each for a rice dish that had about an ounce of beef. Never going again!!!

We placed a large pick up order at Seoul BBQ for my daughter’s first birthday, and everything was perfect. Yujean helped us coordinate the call and actual food pick up, she is the best! She made sure to provide all of the sides so it was just like dining in, and also made sure the pick up was ready on time which may have been challenging since it was at noon. We thank her for the best service and the chefs for the delicious food!

The entire experience was not really good. The food was ok, not the best food. We were not that late 1h+15mins before they were closed, but look like the waitress was not happy with us. The worst part is the waitress seated us next to the a ridiculous loud group, the blonde lady kept screaming and laughing continuously for entire an hour, my bf and I couldn’t even have a second to talk. After a long day, this is torture

This place was definitely interesting for a first but it was understaffed and we waited nearly an hour just to sit. It was hard to catch the attention of the waiter as well though they seemed more attentive of certain customers. The food was good, my family and I had the all you can eat and you have to cook your own food. Therefore I can't complain about the food I ate. The whole thing was also very pricy.

Decided to try this restaurant even though we were hesitant about the 3 star review, and we were right to be hesitant.
They were understaffed, server only checked on us 3 times and did not offer any drinks.
When we went to pay the check, they automatically added 18% gratuity without telling us, and added it to the meal price, Instead of it being its own line item on the check.
We asked for it to be taken off and they said they can't take it off.
If they couldn't take it off, get a manager to do so.
And when we asked to speak to a manager, we were told there was no manager on duty.
A good restaurant ALWAYS has a manager on Duty and will let customers know BEFORE they pay that gratuity is automatically applied to the check, neither of which this restaurant had and can now see why they have only a 3 star review.
Visited 2 years ago
Highly overpriced for poor service. There is no disclosure about additional charges and there is often no manager on staff for any issues that will and do arise.
Visited 2 years ago
The waitress was nice, the food was okay. I felt like the other Seoul tasted better, more flavor.
Visited 2 years ago
The food is good but the service is pretty poor. The waiters rarely pay attention to you and there are some annoying rules that prohibit you from splitting a check more than once. There's also a mandatory gratuity. Extremely expensive for the quality of the service.
