Offering Premium All You Can Eat Sushi with a diverse selection of sushi rolls, traditional japanese dishes and a wide variety of specialty creations.
When I read that there was going to be an all you can eat sushi spot in Fort Collins, I was hesitant. I’m so glad I went! The price was great for what you get! You can order 6 items at a time- from appetizers, classic rolls & their special rolls! The staff was nice & helpful with explaining the experience. I would highly recommend this spot to any and all sushi lovers.

Did the basic all you can eat option with my family. 10/10 worth the money. The basic menu has all the things you could really want but if you plan on eating sashimi you’ll need to choose the premium option.
The food was great and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The atmosphere was cozy and made it feel like we were at a high end dining spot. We definitely left full and even joked that we had to roll out.
A train passed by while we ate and hearing the horn while eating was pretty cool and exhilarating.

Just had an amazing experience at Sushi Izumi. The sushi and appetizers were so good. It's hard to know when to stop. The service was also amazing. I always got my food shortly after ordering it and it was always in a presentable fashion. You could tell put a lot of care and love into their work. Thank you so much for an experience to remember.

Edit: I went again a week later and the quality went down significantly. You could see the rice through the fish it was so thin, the rice was hard, and some of the tuna tasted very fishy. They also changed the menu in that week as well. I wouldn’t recommend going back if the quality remains the same. I’ll add the new photos.
The best quality fish in town. Very very worth the money!! Honestly they could charge more for what they offer. So glad to had such an amazing option for all you can eat sushi in town! Run don’t walk!

Looks like this restaurant changed the owner. Last time when we came here, it’s Korean style restaurant, but now looks like all sushi, but my friend and I decide to give it a try. We ordered 3 different things, and they all taste pretty good. Will come back and try again.

Came here on a whim because the *other* all you can eat sushi place in town is closed Tuesdays. My partner and I ended up liking this place so much more! Great quality sushi, great service, great selection, great atmosphere. The attention to detail they put into the food and atmosphere was impressive too. We will be coming back!

Awesome spot. Had the all you can eat basic option, well worth the money if you can put away sushi like I can. 😂
I like that appetizers are included in the all you can eat. The sushi is good quality and plenty to choose from.
The staff is welcoming and polite, waitress kept our drinks topped off the entire time and was very attentive. A welcome addition to Fort Collins.

I went here for my son’s birthday and the atmosphere made it so much more meaningful for us. We did the basic option. I really recommend the Hama Hama roll that was my favorite. My husband loved the baked mussels and the birthday boy loved the pork katsu curry. My other kids eat everything and said they will be back to try the premium option. There was non-fish items that my kids boyfriends were able to eat as well, one of them said he liked the chicken teriyaki while they other loved the chicken katsu ( both can come with a side of rice but I wouldn’t get it if you don’t want to fill up on rice😉). Though it wasn’t too busy when we came in the food came out pretty quick, I’m assuming there will be a little bit of a wait if it were to be packed. I’m glad to finally have an ayce sushi place in noco I don’t have to drive to Denver anymore! Thank you for making this memorable moment for my family!

Of all of the iterations of this restaurant location, I am sorry to say, this was the worst. Having enjoyed sushi the West Coast’s fresh, all-you-can-eat sushi, we kept an open mind, but almost every roll fell far from any expectations. The rolls were bland or the flavor combinations did not work well together. The craftsmanship of the rolls also left a lot to be desired. We ordered 7 different rolls and only the Black Dragon was “ok”. If you want good sushi, and can’t get to the Coast, FoCo does have a few, really good options, but this is not among them.

I was excited to see another all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant open in this city; however, I will say Sushi Izumi isn’t the worst I’ve ever had, but it also isn’t the best. The pros? This restaurant is newly renovated and opened, taking over Mi Sushi/K-Food, so everything interior-wise looks modern and inviting. The takoyaki and baked mussels were delicious as well, and the fish used for the nigiri were bright and smelled clean, indicating fresh fish used…. which leads me into the con. My main gripe is the fish-to-rice ratio. I ordered 3 orders each of unagi nigiri, maguro nigiri, hamachi nigiri, and sake nigiri, and on each piece was a HUGE mound of shari (sushi rice) underneath, especially with the tuna nigiri. While I’m no sushi chef, my years of experience working at a sushi restaurant and shadowing sushi chefs in Las Vegas, NV taught me that the fish should be proportionate to the shari to create a balanced bite. By the time I finished my nigiri, I had no appetite to eat my rolls. Had I known the fish-to-rice ratio would be as high as it is, I would've ordered less nigiri and no special rolls at all. I ended up paying $48 for premium AYCE to eat nigiri and waste most of the rolls, as it tasted like nothing after I ate rice for appetizer, entree, and dessert. Keeping this fish-to-rice ratio in mind, as well as the price charged ($35 for basic AYCE and $48 for premium AYCE), I likely will not return to Sushi Izumi as it's not worth the money. I attached pictures to this review. I invite you to please look at everything for yourself.

Excellent! Fresh and delicious. The Wukong roll (I think that's what it was called. It had fried banana and mango and some other stuff) was new to me and especially delicious!

1st the good. Staff is very friendly and service was great.
The sushi is a mess. It lacks the flavor and the consistency that you get at places like whitetree and jaws. The rolls do not stay together so that's an issue. Look the service is fast and yes it comes out quickly but your shooting yourself in the foot.. take the time to do it right. The concept is fine.. the execution is flawed.

2 tiers of all you can eat. I went with the basic for $35 and that was more than enough to satisfy my sushi craving. If you were gonna spend $12-15 on a roll somewhere else, you might as well go here. Sure you don't get access to the premium rolls but the rolls on the basic menu is plentiful and delicious. You also have access to the usual Japanese food. I think I mightve put down like... 8 yellow tail sushi rolls. Definetely a great place to eat if you wanna use your $35 smartly.

Admittedly, this place doesn't look like much from the outside. But as soon as you step inside, it's clear from the atmosphere that you're going to have a phenomenal experience. The waiter (who we assume to have been the owner) immediately clocked on to what both of us would like, and gave excellent suggestions for both of us without needing to ask us questions (which was equal parts hilarious and impressive.) The food was *exemplary*, and very reasonably priced for what it is. We will definitely be coming back, and strongly advise anyone reading this to do the same.

Mi Sushi has the best Korean food in Fort Collins. If you’re looking for a welcoming and authentic vibe, you should stop by and try it out.
I had the bibimbap, my friend got the ramen, and we split the half and half wings. The dishes came with sides that we munched on before the food came out. When the food came out I was surprised by the portion size because our separate orders were only $10. Couldn’t finish it all so we took what remained home to finish later!

We always pass by this place until tonight. We decided to stop by and give this place a shot after we saw they had Korean style fried chicken. We ordered the half n' half chicken, two sushi rolls, kimchi, edamame, a beer and some sake. It was all so delicious! The chicken is fresh and cooked perfectly. The sushi rolls were so good, great tasting fish. The staff is so kind and welcoming, the restaurant is very clean and tidy. I love this place! We will definitely be back.

While tasty, the prices were quite high relatively to the quantity of food provided. Good place to hang out with friends, good atmosphere, but too pricey to be a go-to location.

A Korean friend of mine brought me here to eat, and it was fantastic. We got hotpot and chicken to split across the table, and everything tasted amazing. I really loved the chicken with the sauce, but there was something great about the dry chicken too. It was crunchy without the greasiness of other plain fried chicken.

Went to Mi K-Food for dinner. Ordered Korean Fried Chicken and fried sushi. It took time for them to make the chicken, but it’s worth it!! They’re made fresh from scratch!! They also have partitions between tables and created a private space for people to enjoy their foods! The host/server and the owner were so friendly. They answered all my questions and explained everything. It’s a hidden gem in Fort Collins for sure!!

This is my go-to place for fried chicken. Their chicken is hands down one of the best. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of their hours. They open around noon for a couple of hours and then close until 5, which is very inconvenient if you're craving fried chicken during those times.

Looking for a authentic Korean restaurant in Fort Collins. Not many choices locally here compared to the city of Aurora hour further south. This place do have Korean foods but very limited choices. This is more of a Japanese sushi restaurant. I did try the beef bulgogi and pork kasu. The beef bulgogi was wonderful and sweet. The pork was little bit dry but it was delicious. They do give you small side of kimchi with your meal. The prices are little expensive but the service was fast and fantastic.

I really love the food here but I wish their was an online menu. I invited my friends to eat here and they said no because their was no online menu so they didnt want to go. I also think they should open on sundays and close on Tuesday’s. It would make so much sense. This place has so much potential, they just need pictures for the sushi menu and make an online menu.

We have been eating at Mi Korean Restaurant (Mi Sushi) off and on for a few years and this is our first time back since the original owner has gotten back. Honestly can say we were thrilled to know that they are selling authentic Korean food again! We ordered the Wang Jek Bal and the Gob Chang Jeongol. The Jekbal was very tender and fresh, while the Gob Chang jeongol was the perfect spiciness with a peppery flavor to finish. It is hard to find good authentic Korean flavors in Northern Colorado, but hands down this has a full Korean approval by my wife.

I usually like to leave only good reviews but this places warrants a bad one for how terrible it was. Don't come here for the sushi. Wanted to try something new. Instant regret. Our server had terrible customer service as well. The fish was not fresh and they covered it up with old siracha sauce. I can't speak for the Korean food because we only ordered fish and sushi. When our sushi roll came out incorrectly(how it listed on the menu was different than what we got), the server tried to say that's how it is, even though on the menu it said something different. He even went as far to touch our roll and say look, thats whats in it. He couldn't admit fault when he was wrong and the quality was awful. I will never be coming here again.

Went in for take out, place has nice atmosphere, server and cook were attentive. They let me know it would be about 20min for my half and half chicken order. So about the fried chicken…Tender, crunchy skin, perfect amount of seasoning for me. Sauced chicken was soo delicious, sweet & tangy, a little spice but no sniffles…hats off to the chef! Definitely will be returning to try other items

I really like their new setup. the walls between booths really make it feel like a private dining experience.
you can tell that it hasn't been open long and that the service staff is new but they have really good hearts and are trying really hard. when we were there it was pretty empty so didn't have any trouble getting service.
we got a green onion pancake and it was very eggy texture and the vegetables were not cut up finally. other green onion pancakes that I have had the green onion is either cooked longer or Incorporated better into the batter... it also included jalapenos and other veggies which weren't listed on the menu which might be an issue if you have allergies. from my experience, I wouldn't order it again.
the fried chicken took 20? to 30? minutes to come out after we ordered it. the wait staff let us know that and it was not a bad wait with good company and the private table experience! the chairs were comfortable and we never felt crowded with the walls there either.
we got the half and half chicken and it was primarily drumsticks with also a few thighs included, half plain and half sauced. my favorite was the sauced. it was not spicy but had good flavor. the plain I ended up dipping in soy sauce as I felt it needed more salt. yeah people had two drumsticks and one thigh left over.

I’ve tried a few Korean chicken places before in Colorado but this place is absolutely amazing!! The best I say!! Very authentic Korean chicken!! So fresh, amazing service, and very tasty not dry and so flavorful! I love their sides that came with the chicken! I love the owners, had a pleasant experience and tipped them $20! Humble hole-in-the wall feel with good Korean food! Loved the side dishes, especially the homemade kimchi. The sundubu tofu and seafood stew was great for the cold weather and came with a very generous serving of silken tofu. The soup itself could have had a deeper flavor but otherwise great. Absolutely loved the fried chicken wings too! Only thing that would have made this perfect is if they had more vegetarian options.

I recommend the Volcano roll it was so savory. The atmosphere is very calming and a perfect place to end your week on a high note! It was a very bad experience, we order an asparagus and sweet potato sushi and it was kind of a pancake size , very big, unable to fit in my mouth , very very loose it fall in parts when i picked up , and the presentation was awful and terrible. It doesn’t taste good. O order eal sauce and chimimayo both bad I bet they were from a box. We ordered a Tea and it doesn’t taste anything literally it was like sock water. So disappointed we came last winter and it was good don’t know if they change the chef or what. The waitress was very nice after all.

We were back at Mi Sushi and it was fabulous. We decided to be adventurous and have our waitress and sushi chef pick out our sushi rolls. They asked us a few questions as to what we like - lobster, shrimp, eel, etc.. and they went to work. They came back with some amazing rolls. Our new favorite is the Lobster Tempura Cone (see pic). Big chunks of lobster rolled with fresh veggies, rice and seaweed fried with a spicy Asian sauce on top. We also had grilled mussels, Shrimp Tempura roll, Calamari with Salmon Roll and a couple other rolls. They were beautifully presented, like works of art. And the taste made me feel sorry that I was getting full. Just a remarkable sushi and dining experience!

I don’t even know where to begin, I’ve been going here for 6+ years and I can wholeheartedly say I’ve never had better sushi. The fish is high quality fish that’s been imported into the US. The owner himself drives down to receive the shipments, he’s an amazing guy. Beautiful technique, made with love (literally) you can tell this is his passion. And his wife is an AMAZING woman. Everytime I come in she is sooo happy see us, recognizes us every time. She even remembers our puppy family and is so happy we come all the way out of state to see her. I can not preach how incredible this woman is. They are absolutely thriving and I love it!! EAT HERE!! Must haves are the Ginger salad, Miso soup and Philadelphia roll, phenomenal.
We appreciate everything you do for us!

We called in a pickup order and were pleasantly surprised with the service. The workers were friendly and our food was ready before expected. Unfortunately, the sushi was incredibly disappointing. The fish didn’t taste fresh and the ingredients inside rolls were disproportionate. My roommate gagged eating a roll with a giant piece of raw salmon, and the morning after we ate I threw up.

Great Sushi, especially the Unaju Bowl, filled with rice and the best EEL in Ft. Collins. As a bonus, Meera, the owner provides a warm and welcoming experience. Great Place!

AMAZING!!!! Food was so delicious and worth the drive. They were formally Blue Fins from Centerra in Loveland.
I guarantee you will love and enjoy your sushi.
Come stop in and give ‘em a try, you won’t regret it!
(No photos because we could not stop eating!)

This is the absolute best sushi place that I have ever eaten at, hands down. The sushi is mouth watering. They use real, high quality ingredients such as fish, crab, rice ect. They dont use fake crab like a lot of other sushi restaurants. You can tell that they make all of their food with love and care. Their kobe beef is to die for, and I honestly could write a book on how wonderful their food is... but what makes this place so great is the experience that comes with it. Mila and James are amazing, sweet people that always make sure that you are happy, having a good time, and leave satisfied!

I'm Korean-American, grew up eating Korean food, and this place is LEGIT. I couldn't be happier to find an authentic Korean restaurant in Fort Collins! My friend and I ordered Yangnyum Fried Chicken (seasoned w gochujang sauce) and gopchang jjigae (spicy stew). It hit the spot. Like to the core. And I even ordered more chicken to go for my family and it literally stayed crispy even after 2.5 hrs of sitting in my car. I'm definitely coming back (we'll probably go at least once a week). Highly recommend this place!

I’m so happy I found this place! My friend and I split the beef intestine/tripe soup and yangnyum chicken and it was so good! AUTHENTIC Korean food and it totally hit the spot. If you come here, try the Korean food!

Solid three. The food is alright. The portions are modest. The staff are decent. Basically we go here if we are completely out of other options but definitely want sushi. A very meh place. If the prices were a little bit lower this would probably be a solid four but for this price I expect much better quality.
Tried the unagi bowl and sushi bento. The unagi was over sauced but tender with no bones. The spicy tuna roll was not my fav. Flavor wasn't great and the spice wasn't a good flavor for the fish. The miso and tempura were alright.

Server was unable to work the credit card machine; tried for 15 minutes and gave up. Food was good - but very bizarre experience that ruined the evening. Will not be returning or recommending...

The name was a little confusing (which is one of the reasons that I wanted to try them). Their menus actually Mi Sushi Asian Fusion, which makes more sense. The menu is ver eclectic and everything that I tried was excellent (kimchi, kimchi pancake, seafood yaki soba). They are advertising for servers and the one there seemed inexperienced, but she was friendly and the food was served in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely return if I'm in the area.

I came in for lunch with my business partner for lunch today, and the sushi chef was not wearing a mask. There is no way to know who is vaccinated, and the chef was preparing sushi with no mask at all. Please fix this for the safety of your patrons, employees, and community.

Surprisingly the best thing on the menu is their Korean fried chicken.

It's easy to stick to the sushi because you recognize it, but trust me the Korean dishes on the menu are delicious

My favorite sushi place in Fort Collins! I come here every chance I get. Everything off the menu is delicious. You get big portions for the price and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend eating here if you're looking for Asian food in the area.

Food was amazing. Very happy and pleased with service. Miso soup warmed the soul on a cold day as it should. Pictured below is the Alaskan roll up top crunch roll on the right, spider roll in the middle, and shrimp on the left. Flavors were all there. Super savory with the crab meat. They get it. I wish them luck and can’t wait to come back or pickup. Building is very clean and super spaced out!

Great service and experience every time here. The hidden gem on the menu is the korean fried chicken. This fried chicken is the best in northern Colorado(may be the best in the state), it seems expensive until it comes out and is easily enough for 2 people!!. I am anxiously waiting so I can dine in again!

Great Korean and Japanese food. I love here.

Food quality is still good few misunderstandings with our food but nothing to complain about really. It's just unfortunate that the prices stayed high with the new owner yet the portions of food on their menu got smaller.

I went to the prospect location. Staff sitting at counter ignored me when I walked in. Asked if they were open and the 2 waitresses rolled their eyes and didn't respond. I walked out. Unbelievable!!!!!!
