Premier all you can eat experience in Fort Collins! Specializing in Japanese sushi and Rice bowls! We also have take out and delivery!
Yay! Our new favorite Japanese restaurant. We've been here multiple times already because the food and service are great. We are so happy to finally have unlimited sushi here in NOCO. At first, we thought it was just like any other sushi place in Aurora or Denver, but Sushi Fi has the best sushi, appetizer, and kitchen menus. I really like the beef yakisoba & sushi fi volcano sushi. The beef was so soft, not rubbery. We can really tell that the chef put effort into preparing the meal. For the sushi, the rice and sliced was too thick but overall it still tastes fine. Gyoza & sauce was very good! Can't wait to go back again.

First off, the food is amazing. I did the premium all you can eat and was not disappointed in the slightest. That being said, you can do the regular all you can eat and still have amazing options so don't feel like you have to do the premium to have a good meal.
The service was on the slow side however the staff was very friendly and easy to interact with.
I absolutely recommend stopping here if you are looking for quality food and an amazing wait staff.
The Japanese Bread dessert was divine and the Toro was melt in your mouth amazing.

Overall, I was very satisfied and feel like I got my money’s worth from the all-you-can-eat (basic) menu. Nothing I tried was in any way bad. I especially enjoyed the baked mussels appetizer, and had to order seconds on that. The fish was fresh and prepared well. The sushi rolls were sturdy. The portions were generous for the most part. I’ve certainly had better sushi elsewhere, but this was by no means bad. I would eat here again. I’d suggest skipping breakfast beforehand to take advantage of the all-you-can-eat offer to the fullest.

The sushi is very yummy. My friend and I went there for lunch and dinner. The lunch and dinner menu is the same. We tried individual dishes (a la carte) not the All-you-can-eat. Food tasted very fresh. The yakisoba noodles dish was delicious. Less people at lunch time. The service is good. Sushi is made to order so it's a little slow but reasonable.

My husband and I went with the premium all you can eat sushi option. We ate 8 rolls in total! That’s a pretty good bang for your buck especially considering we tried several new to us appetizers as well. I will say, our darling waitress pushed a few of those appetizers hard and we caved and ordered them and they were our least favorite items. Which is a huge bummer because they were the most filling and due to the “rules” of the all you eat you must eat most/to all of the food on the plate that you order or you’ll be charged full price for each item that you don’t finish. So our advice? Just stick to the rolls if rolls are your thing. The salmon nigiri was delish as well. One more suggestion.. it is a small restaurant, get there early!! Very nice and hard working staff.

THE BEST SUSHI IN FORT COLLINS. My fiancé and I went for a date night and did the premium all you can eat and every single thing absolutely exceeded our expectations. The gyoza was my favorite, the sauce is incredible! The owners were so personable and the hospitality was very refreshing. We’re so excited to have found our new favorite sushi spot!!

Great food for the price. We’ll definitely be back to try something’s that we didn’t get to this time.
Plenty of vegetarian options. Some dishes are simple but done well.
Service is a little slow. However, the staff is really kind and attentive given how busy they are in a small space.
Definitely recommend

We had a great experience at sushi-fi! We did the basic all you can eat and were very happy with the quality of the rolls, appetizers, and soup. Everything came out in a very timely manner and the rolls had the perfect ratio of fish. Our waitress was lovely and was so attentive. Will definitely be back!

First time eating here and the waitress made it a not so good experience. First things first. We ordered miso soup and the cucumber salad. The miso soup tasted good but it was Luke warm at best. The cucumber salad didn't have any cucumbers in it. It was cucumber skins. Who eats cucumber skins? Maybe they should name it on the menu what it is. Skins. Then we got one of the less expensive rolls. $10 and only 6 small pieces. We asked the waitress for wasabi and ginger cuz the roll didn't come with any. She brought us a proper amount of ginger but only a half teaspoon of wasabi. We asked for more. She brought us even less. The next roll came out and it to had no ginger or wasabi. We asked for more wasabi and she had a mini piss fit and brought us even less. A quarter teaspoon at most. She then told the other waitress that she didn't want to close us out and had the other server cash us out. She didn't even want to look at us. It was really bizarre to say the least. Good luck to them. We won't be back.

Enjoyed the basic all you can eat menu. Had miso soup, a little different with mushrooms in it, but good. The Chicken Karaage was good once it was finally made. Had the eel cucumber roll lacking in eel. The Philly roll was large and tasty. The baked salmon roll was very food. For nigiri did the eel very good flavor and then the Tamago "wich I will only ever have at all you can eat places - wast of money otherwise" had nice sweet flavor.
The atmosphere is nice and the place is clean.
Server's are unattractive but friendly. A bit too busy eating.
Over all 7/10

The dining experience was exceptionally remarkable. We visited this establishment to celebrate my son's birthday and were greeted by a friendly and professional staff. The sushi was of exceptional quality and the service was impeccable. The staff's attentiveness and expertise made the prices reasonable, and the food was truly extraordinary. I highly recommend this establishment to anyone who appreciates sushi and values excellent customer service. Our family is grateful for the wonderful experience and the unexpected birthday surprise for our son.

I went in tonight and my food got mixed up was a simple misunderstanding and when I asked for it to change she decided to go to the cooks and mocked me to the cook. I felt like crying I felt several of the staff watching me as if I did something wrong I was so polite and just asked if we could fix it and apologized several times and got treated horrible. She was polite when coming to the table but over hearing what she was saying was outrageous. I also left my phone and they decided to take my phone a take picture on it.

Terrible service and LONG WAIT… we waited 2 hours and regardless some of our dishes never came to us. The asian lady who was our waiter was NOT attentive and we had to take initiative constantly asking for water refills, removing empty plates, etc. She forgot to input some of our main dishes to be made and it definitely ruined our celebratory mood. She knew we were getting a bit upset yet still ignored us and left for lunch break. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in terms of food quality, wait time, and service.

Best sushi in Fort Collins. I was very skeptical at first when someone told me that the new Nemo place was excellent and all you can eat. Well let me tell you that I was not disappointed at all and it was simply delicious for the money and the staff did a great job getting the food out in a timely manner Considering they were packed.
The fish quality was also very high compared to other local sushi restaurants. I never order tuna because it's always too grainy and the tuna was so delicate. A must try.

I have had the good fortune of eating some very good sushi in Japan across several weeks and this place is in fact quality. We had the pleasure of dining in yesterday night (11/3/24) for dinner and it was great. My partner and I both got the ‘basic’ all-you-can-eat which offered more than enough selection for anyone looking to fill their stomach and enjoy the options. The Hand Rolls, Nigiri, and Sushi-Fi Nigiri all tasted very fresh and were prepared very well. I thought the Chicken Katsu was bomb, so I ordered it twice; honestly brought me right back to the taste I got from it in Japan. The veggie gyoza was also good along with the cucumber salad. Atmosphere was chill and they had some nice lofi music playing in the background. The service was phenomenal, with very kind staff that checked in on us regularly.
I’ve been to a number of all-you-can-eat sushi places and this one was a contender for favorite of all time. We’ll definitely be back.
I should have taken pictures of the food but I was too busy enjoying it 😂

My husband and I were excited to finally have an all you can eat sushi option in Fort Collins. We decided to try a few things before ordering all you can eat. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a massive disappointment and we are glad we did not order all you can eat.
1) While we waited to order we observed one of the servers cleaning tables with a dish rag that appeared to be dirty and in no way sanitized. Additionally, she then proceeded to also wipe down the menus with the same rag. The soy bottle on our table was dirty and had food residue on it. There are an inordinately large amount of flies in the restaurant.
2) Service was incredibly slow. Not only did it take a long time to come to take our order, but the end of the meal we waited more than 20 minutes trying to get someone’s attention so we could pay. My husband ordered a beer which we never got.
3) The quality of the food was pretty bad as well. My sushi roll was warm. My husband’s roll was dusted with a powder that was not good. The water had something floating in it.
I wanted to really like this restaurant but sadly will not be going back.

My wife, son, and I had the pleasure of dining at a recently established all-you-can-eat sushi restaurant. The sushi was exceptionally delectable, and the establishment offered a diverse selection of options. It is likely one of the finest sushi experiences I have had in Fort Collins to date.

The food is amazing! It’s not “oh that was good for an all you can eat place.” It’s, “ok I’m really excited to go back and eat really good food.” I like the atmosphere, everyone has been friendly and I like they were playing Miyazaki movies on the TV.

Food was great for a buffet, the issue for me was the service very slow and unorganized lady that waited on us took.our first order and never came back never brought me a my sake, then about 30 minutes later another lady checked on us we got to.order again and I asked for my drink which she brought out in an instant. Again we waited quite some time to be able to order again. Maybe get some green and red cards so tables can put up the green when they need to order and can switch to red while they eat whats on the table just my two cents I've worked in a ton of restraunts and the buffets in the route you guys took usually use this system and it's great. Atmosphere was good anime playing on TV was nice, I didn't appreciate all the food from who ever sat before us that was on the floor as it was stuck to my shoes at the end of our meal.
I had a good time just trying to give you guys some feed back to improve and have a smoother running syestem. Props to your kitchen guys they did great 👍

This is a great place! I love the concept, and the idea of "All You Can Eat" sushi?! 😋🍣 Ok, we'll play your game, you see there are rules to this thing 😜 we gave them a try over memorial weekend and we were pleased with everything we tried so far. I say that knowing that we only tried a few of the things that the base level would get you. I am dying to come in with some friends and dig in to the full, premium level of the game 🎮 all in all it was a great run and we're going to play again. They're working out the kinks in the system but I hope they stick around because it's an unusual and amazing way to serve great food!
***UPDATE***
They have changed some things on the menu and added some great options for anyone's taste. You don't have to just get sushi here. The hot kitchen is putting out the good stuff!
You have won all of our meetings up till now, but one I will achieve victory, but for now I will accept my defeat with honor and a full stomach 🤙🏽

My brother and I went with our dad to celebrate a special occasion and had a wonderful time here! The food was delicious. Our server, Olivia, recommended a great sake to us and gave us excellent service. Highly recommend the denshin yuki sake for a clean tasting drink that compliments the raw fish. We especially liked the agedashi tofu, loco roll, and the spicy octopus nigiri. It’s a fun, welcoming atmosphere with high quality sushi.

I dont even write reviews but i have to say this. The food is great but I'M WARNING YOU, the service is absolutely atrocious. The waitresses do not care if you like the food or not and also do not care if there inconviences or if you had a good time. You are on your own here. It was $48 a person with 3 people only to wait an hour for each dish and not even get half of our order. You are on your own to get help from the waitresses because they aren't even assigned a table. No one checks up on you or asks how it is, and frankly, i dont think they care. Half of the people were waiting for food and i know for a fact we aren't the only people who feel this way. I sound like I'm complaining but heed my warning because i dont lie. Was it the time we went? Was the it the day of the week? I have no idea. But, it was very sad to see such good food get ruined by terrible service. I hope to return to see improvements eventually but for now i will not be returning.

One of our new favorites! Simply GREAT sushi! Love the atmosphere - light hearted and fun (anime on the big screen is a fun touch)!
I gave a 4 star for the service because I won't lie - our server got my salad request wrong, and didn't bring my wife's beverage (which she admitted she didn't need anyway) . To be fair, it was a busy night and it was towards the end of the day, so it's not a big deal at all, but worth mentioning. It's also the the only time I've had an order biffed, so take that into consideration.

They offer all you can eat but I always order a la cart and when they say it's a big roll, they mean it!
Prices are very reasonable as well, my wife and I can actually afford to eat here from time to time.

I took my two kids here a couple of weeks ago for the very first time. My 15yo son was very excited about the notion of 'all you can eat' sushi and he chose the premium level and most definitely got his money's worth!
My 12 yo and myself both chose the basic, which was perfect - we filled up with some appetizers (miso soup, cucumber salad, tempura veggies) and also enjoyed several rolls. I ate more than I needed and could probably be fine just ordering a la carte next time, but especially since kids 9-12 are half priced, it was a deal for my daughter who sampled several things she probably wouldn't have tried otherwise!
We had Olivia as our server and she was friendly, prompt and helpful explaining how to order and describing some of the dishes and even making suggestions.
We sat at the sushi counter and got to see several rolls as they went out, and they all looked beautiful and delicious!
We loved everything we ate, and are exited to come back again. It was a pricey meal, but not anymore than you would pay at any nice sushi restaurant.

Sushi-Fi is my son and I's favorite new all you can order and eat place in Northern Colorado. The giant menu is packed full of delicious options, such as their tender and juicy chicken and beef teriyaki appetizers (we both order these a few times every time we go because it's always perfect). The sushi menu is very extensive, and most everything is customizable if you ask them. The food comes out so quickly for being freshly made, and the service is top notch. If you're ever free on a Wednesday/Thursday afternoon to early evening, you'll have ample time to try out different dishes, then reorder the best for your taste. I cannot wait for my son and I to go back time and time again. Once you see the anime on the wall just inside the front door and the anime playing on the TV in the corner, you'll know you're in the right spot. I can't say enough great things about Sushi-Fi. I hope you're here to stay!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!
You'd think that with all you can eat, the quality would be subpar, but they had some of the best sushi I've ever had, and I consider myself a sushi purist.
Also, they had some very unique rolls that I've never seen or had before. Everything was delicious!
Service was phenomenal too! Because it's a very small place, they are able to see you and attend to your needs quickly. And everyone jumps in to help customers and not necessarily your server, which definitely expedites everything.
The only issue is the wait if you have 3 or more in your party. Because it's a small place, table space is very limited. Expect to wait over an hour for dinner. 1 or 2 people are about to sit more quickly at the bar. However, the wait is worth it!
We cannot wait to go back!

The restaurant space is very small, so there are a very limited number of tables and we ended up waiting around 1.5 hours for a table for five. Tables of two were seated much more quickly, so unless you're a larger party you shouldn't have too long of a wait. Since it's all you can eat, we assumed it was quantity over quality. We were pleasantly surprised to find that it was actually some of the best sushi we've ever eaten, and we've eaten sushi all over the world, including in Japan. Every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious. The staff was all so welcoming and friendly. The service was impeccable. No one at our table ever had an empty drink. My daughter dropped her chopsticks on the floor and before we could even think to ask for another pair they brought us some. My husband has allergies so they had to special make all his food. Our server warned us that it would take longer to special make everything, but five minutes later my husband had perfectly allergen-free food in front of him. It was altogether a great experience and we can't wait to go back.

Great quality, especially considering it is an "all-you-can-eat" type place

I got take out which can be hit or miss with sushi compared to in the restaurant but it was excellent!! I saw the red dragon roll suggested and I usually don’t love imitation crab but it was soo good! My only complaint is that not all of the rolls list what is in them when ordering on the website. There were some that interested me but I just wouldn’t buy a $20 roll without knowing what it was. Pictures would also be a nice addition to online ordering, I’d probably be tempted to order way more! Regardless, I’m looking forward to going back!

INCREDIBLE food, fair prices, and fresh fish. You can't ask for more! The owner is incredibly generous, the whole staff is insanely hardworking, and the place is very clean. There can be long waits but they have an online wait list which helps a lot. The food is so so worth the wait.

Incredible experience!! We absolutely found our new favorite sushi place in Fort Collins! We stopped by for the All You Can Eat special and was incredibly impressed by the super friendly staff, the delicious and fresh sushi, the expansive roll options across the full menu, and the cozy atmosphere. The service was super fast and super friendly! We really had a fantastic time and will definitely return for future meals!

Great food. Good value. Excellent staff. My only suggestion would be to have less sauce on the nigiri and sashimi (not the special sashimi flavored plates ) pieces. That would be better to taste the fish.

This place was amazing! Best sushi in Fort Collins easily and even some of the best sushi I’ve had period, and on top of that, it is all you can eat! The owner was awesome and he deserves a special shout out! My wife generally is pretty picky with seafood and he went above and beyond to help her find stuff that she liked. All of the staff were very kind and helpful and very on top of getting our next order in (we did unlimited). This will be our only sushi place going forward!

Wasted 3 valuable hours of my time that I can’t get back. Yes you read it correctly, 3 hours!!!! Went to meet with family for sushi tonight & the whole experience was beyond horrible. The waitress must have forgotten to put in our complete order & kept bring us food that we did not order. At one point, one of the waiter had to jumped back & made our sushi for us after realizing we’ve waited forever to get our food. A few of the tables that sat down after us ate & left but we were still sitting there hoping to get our correct food. That we ordered. I finally told my family I had to leave after 3 hours of waiting to eat a single roll of shrimp tempera. Spent $48 per person before tax & tips for the meal & I didn’t get to enjoy. Not only it was a waste of money & my valuable time as well. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

I just found a hidden gem. I discovered this place on a walk with my dog, as someone who lived in the Pacific NW for a time, sushi is one of my favorite things, and when I saw all you can eat I was intrigued. This place did not disappoint, everything I had was amazing, the selection was quality and diverse, the service was extraordinary, and I will be back again. This is the spot guys, go spoil yourself with quality all you can eat sushi, you know you want to.

This place is fantastic for the price and location. They have an all you can eat option with different tiers and both tiers are worth what you pay for. Most everything I've had here has been fresh and tasty. The tuna for my taste was a little off but as I mentioned price and location they are doing great.

Good food and a fun style with the all you can eat sushi concept. I don't care for seafood but there were plenty of items on the menu for me to enjoy. The tamago nigiri was a favorite.

This place is amazing! All of the food was wonderful, and they had so much variety to choose from. We interacted with the sushi bar staff, the wait staff, and even the kitchen staff, and they were all so incredibly friendly and truly cared about our experience. I absolutely recommend Sushi-Fi to anyone who is thinking of going, you will not regret it!!

This is some of the best sushi I have had in Fort Collins. The service was quick and friendly. Great atmosphere set by the art, decor, and music. And price is not bad with the all you can eat options.
Mango tango and Godzilla were our favorites.

Absolutely delicious sushi. The chefs rock and absolutely work their butts off, and the wait staff are kind and attentive. The pacing/flow can be a little slower or disjointed at times but they're starting to nail it down well. Better every time we've been.
The FOOD. Holy smokes, this is some of the best sushi we've ever had. The rolls are delicious, the seared garlic albacore nigiri and the Big 3 roll in particular are absolutely fabulous. My daughter can HOUSE some salmon rolls and she's delighted to have as much sushi as she literally can eat. All you can eat, regular or premium, is a smoking deal. Kiddo is still 7 so she eats free, and 8-12 is half price.
We've been here probably 5 times now and as my kiddo says... it's "darn delicious sushi!" Even on slower flow days the food is worth the wait.
You've found customers who will be back again and again!! <3

One of the best dining experiences in Fort Collins! You can really tell the owners care about people and about food. There is usually a wait during dinner hours, but worth the wait! Definitely coming back again and again. Great value and great quality.

This place is exceptional! Get there before 5:30pm if you don’t have a reservation. This was my first time trying sushi and they walked me through the rolls to ensure a smooth introduction. Sitting at the sushi bar was so fun. Seeing what they prepared and the art they made was a sight to be hold. We sat by the lead chef and he was so welcoming, interactive, and a wealth of knowledge. My husband and I went here for our birthday and as they overheard what we were celebrating, they treated us to their Japanese toast after we had already paid. It was so delicious! We will come back again, and will tell all of our friends. The food is great and the staff is a delight. Thanks for making my first nerve wracking sushi experience a breeze and beyond enjoyable. Keep up the great work and service!

Came here tonight with my husband to celebrate my birthday and we were so impressed with the food and the service! We sat at the sushi bar, and I've never seen such pleasant, friendly sushi chefs - I feel like sushi chefs tend to be grumpy most places? These guys were great. And our server (and like 3 other servers who also interacted with us) was so kind and attentive. We got the basic AYCE deal, and definitely felt like it was a great choice. Super delicious, fresh food. We will definitely be back!

Update!
We have been back twice since our last review. They have made amazing adjustments and listening to customer feedback. The Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice is unreal!! 5-star - the rice to Tuna ratio is great. The Red Dragon continues to be a favorite.
They have made changes to how they serve the all-you-can-eat and it just right, the tempo of the food coming out is just right. All the fish is fresh and the owner is just happy to share his passion. We love this place. Gem in Fort Collins.
----
Fresh! Perfect amount of rice for the sushi rolls. Amazing and friendly owners. Our waitress is new but doing her best to know everything and would ask the owners when she didn’t.
Fish is great! And we were pleased with everything we ordered. We will be back. The Red Dragon is one of our favorites. The spicy tuna rice was good but maybe a little too much rice but over all not a complaint. Will become the best sushi in Fort Collins.

The fish was awful. They repeatedly neglected to make some ordered items and sometimes made the wrong dish. Servers were too busy to be attentive and they are unfamiliar with the items. We miss grumpy old Nimo.

If you’re looking for an unforgettable sushi experience, look no further than Sushi-Fi in Fort Collins. This all-you-can-eat sushi spot is unbeatable. Mimi and her husband add a special touch that makes dining here a delight. The rolls are incredibly fresh, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. We tried for the first time last night and we will not be back. Service was okay but took awhile to get our drinks and food. The rolls were not the greatest and was pretty disappointing. Everyone seemed to rush you out the door and seemed like a tense environment where you couldn’t even enjoy being there.
We used to go there all the time (when it was Nemo’s) but last night was our last time there.

I never write google reviews but this was the worst sushi experience of my life. Sat down at the restaurant for 2 hours which 1 1/2 of that time was just waiting for food. We put in two orders which took 1 hour and 30 minutes to prepare total. I've been to so many other sushi buffets and I've never had such a bad wait time for a buffet. The first round of sushi was clearly not handmade. The rice under the nigiris were cylinder shaped and super compact (clearly made from a sushi mold). The second round was hand made and tasted much better. This restaurant recently went under new management and the ratings do not reflect the current state of the food quality.

Perfectly acceptable overall, but a roller coaster experience. Service was very friendly, but also very slow (there was a help wanted sign for sushi chef). Basics were hit amd miss. Example - "tempura shrimp roll" included krab and other stuff that was not desirable and came as a surprise. This was offset by the best Chicken Karaage had outside Japan. So - diners experienced in Japanese food might be disappointed overall, but give them a try and see for yourself.

Bad customer service. We sat down for 5 minutes and never received a menu, a new group came in and immediately got a menu right next to us and no one said anything. We then asked for a menu when a server finally recognized us and they seemed bothered and confused. The menu didn’t even have drinks on it even though they had a full bar so we had no idea how or what to order to drink. It felt like they didn’t want to serve us or something. Not to mention that tables are practically stacked onto each other so if you don’t mind your neighbor practically touching your food then it won’t bother you. Not interested in trying them again.

Reviewing Sushi-Fi, not Nimos.
Food was very good, but the service was not great. Our server did not understand us very well when we were placing our order. She ended up bringing the wrong order several times, and missed some items completely. The couple we were with received their order about 15 mins before our items arrived. We also placed a reservation online to find out when we arrived that they do not take reservations. Giving them some slack because they’re a new spot. Hoping they can work out some of the kinks!

We were so excited to see an all you can eat sushi place in Fort Collins. Unfortunately, it was not meant to be. We made reservations, skipped lunch to be extra hungry, and headed out.
Once we arrived we saw they had a wait. Thank goodness we had reservations! Nope - we were told to write our name and phone number on a piece of paper, they are a walk-in only restaurant, no reservations.
45 minutes later, we got a call and headed over. We were seated after a couple more minutes, and then the true wait began.
And yes, I had a timer running. 4 minutes from being seated, we got our menus. Not too bad. We decide what we want to start with, and wait for the waitress to come back. She never did. 32 minutes from being seated, we left.
It seemed we weren’t even special! We spoke with a couple sitting next to us, they said they had waited around 25 minutes to have their order taken and that several other tables had left without ordering due to the wait.
They desperately need more staff and some organization.

The all you can eat special cannot be beat. Everything was delicious and tasted fresh. Best takoyaki and volcanoes I've ever had. I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy enjoying every round of food.
Special shout out to Caitlin, our server, who was the sweetest ever. She was hustling her butt off and so complimentary throughout the meal.
Edit: came back 2 weeks later and holy mackerel - very busy on a Friday night, on a wait the entire evening. The servers were still super friendly and busting their butts! The food was slow to come out at the peak of the busyness, but they were not rushing anyone to leave at the 90 minute mark. And despite how busy it was, the food was still incredible and plentiful.
Don't sleep on Sushi Fi!

Good service and some of the food was good, but some of it was very disappointing. Chicken karaage was dry and floury and unseasoned. Shrimp and vegetable tempura came with only one shrimp, and they were stingy with the vegetables as well.

I really hate to be a downer on a restaurant that is really trying and I feel like these people are really, really trying. However, our group of only eight people arrived at 5:20 PM and ended up leaving three hours later and still never got all of our food. at least three different people checked on our orders and said the food would be coming right out and at the end another one check and finally they said the kitchen did not have record of the order at all. When in fact, the server was reading it right from the handheld order device, clearly showing that it was on there The food that we did get was good. The staff was pleasant and helpful. They tried their best, but there is a huge , separation between ordering and delivery from the kitchen they need to get that figured out or they won’t last long.
Because of all the issues with orders and the flood of customers mentioned to one of the weight staff that the men’s room needed hand towels and two hours later, it has still not been checked. I am sure this is due to the fact that there was so much confusion between ordering and delivery of the food.
I will probably try them again in a few weeks and see if they have made any progress

I wanted to point out that many of the reviews here (including this one, which im not editing) are for the sushi place that used to be here: nimo's. No idea how this new place just inherent my review, but what's being offered here is basically the polar opposite of Nimo's, which was an authentic sushi spot. This new place appears to be an all you can eat sushi place, which is now apparently taking credit from those who praised Nimo.

This place is amazing! We had the premium all you can eat, and while it was 2pm on Friday there was no wait for a table. The sushi came out within a reasonable time frame too! My only suggestion would be to have a slip of paper that customers can write their order down. Because the plates come out at different speeds, it was hard to keep track of what had already been ordered.
The sushi was so good though! Nigiri, rolls and sashimi was all very fresh and well flavored. Highly recommend the seared miso salmon and the drizzle roll! I would say the sushi was good for an all you can eat restaurant, but honestly the sushi was some of the best I have had in town regardless of the all you can eat. Can't recommend this place enough!

Really liked this new restaurant in Fort Collins! Fresh fish, creative and delicious rolls, very yummy gyoza. We ordered a la carte (gyoza, hamachi nigiri, sassy, Godzilla) because all you can eat was too much food for me, but looks like a great deal if you are hungry enough. Atmosphere is nice, similar to the previous owners. Service was friendly and pickled ginger tasted home-made. As a former SF area
resident with lots of sushi under my belt, this is good food and I will definitely return.

We had an amazing experience. My family and I went to this restaurant for the first time and we did not know that this was an All You Can Eat. This restaurant is by far the best, the quality of the rice and fish are amazing, the appetizers are great and the flavors of the sauces are perfect. I am very picky when it comes to eating sushi because I tend to feel like I am about to puke after I am done eating, but this restaurant is different. They have a great sushi. If you bring an empty stomach I would recommend get the premium $48 (All You Can Eat) the special rolls like the Island Roll, The Red Dragon, Japanese Style Plate and the Tsunami Roll, appetizers, noodles or rice, rolls, sushi-fi nigiri or the basic $33 (All You Can Eat) like my kids order or if you don’t want to do All You Can Eat, you can order individual. I will put pictures of the other things I ate down below. The restaurant is clean, has nice atmosphere, the service is great, the owner is very friendly and awesome. A lots of parking available. Come and check out “Sushi-Fi”.

I hate giving reviews like this, but this was just weird. I was by myself and stopped in at about 6:40 pm on a Thursday. The restaurant was only slightly over half full, and there were at least 2, maybe 3 seats at the sushi bar. The hostess came up, asked me if I had a reservation (which I didn't), then told me they had no availability. I figured maybe they didn't want to waste a table on a single customer, so I asked if I could sit at the bar. She told me those spots were reserved for someone for a 6:30 reservation (it was 6:40). At that point I finally succumbed to the fact that they didn't want the business of a paying customer over 2 who couldn't show up on time (let alone all the empty seats). So I went to Suehiro and had great food.

I had a below average experience at Nimo’s sushi, the atmosphere and staff were okay. However the food was really not up to par. For the price that they charged they did not provide enough quality nor quantity of food for customers. My sashimi dinner plate looks like they put on different type of fish scraps and served it room temp which make the sashimi taste super fishy and not in a good way. I also ordered scallops, mackerel, and uni nigiri and was quite disappointed too. After spending $130 here I was disappointed with my experience. I would not be back and would not recommend my friends or family to go here.

Wonderful place! Bring your appetite and your patience. The sushi and sashimi were excellent! And true to a real Javanese experience, food is made to order, not even the edamame is precooked. Before anyone says the typical American thing, "hire more staff," remember this is a Japanese restaurant run by a Japanese family, and the owner is a true Japsushi sushi chef. More staff does not always equate to better food. If I could suggest one thing, it would be to broaden their sushi ordering menu, let everyone know what is available as sashimi, how many pieces, price, etc. But the staff is excellent at walking customers through that, showing no sign of how busy they are. Oh! Make reservations for they are always busy.
