All You Can Eat Sushi with Mexican/Latin Fusion Menu!
review is for ayce! $35.99 for dinner with 15% auto gratuity which is not much for the level of service! order from the ipad. lots of modification options if you have any food allergies or preferences.
only the carpaccio (4 types) is limit 1 order per guest. very generous with fish, especially in the hand rolls. salmon lover is a favorite. will definitely be back.

I go here often for all you can eat sushi. More often for lunch which has a lower price compared to dinner.
My go to appetizer is the salmon collar, and sashimi salad and avocado salad.
I really enjoy their seared sushi PCs and the fusion agua chile pieces as well big pieces of meat to minimal rice. Their baked mussels are really good too.
They have a huge selection of rolls with some being fusion, baked, no rice rolls, and more.
The service is fast and friendly I highly recommend this place.

Such a great place for an all you can eat sushi! Their lunch special is only about $30 and their dinner special is $35! They have specials on 50% off alcoholic drinks during the week and that is super amazing! Everything was super fresh. I like the fact that it was a Mexican infused rolls.
I took my sister here for her birthday and they definitely made her feel special! (She might be mad at me afterwards) they had turned off the lights and came with lighters and everything and saying her happy birthday. It was super nice!

The ayce sushi option was so fast! There were so many different types of fish and they were all so fresh and tasty. My favorites were the eel, salmon lover and Volcano. I really enjoyed the appetizers like seaweed salad. There were some unique dessert sushi that I didn’t get to try but they definitely catch my interest, like the strawberry lemonade sushi? Would come again !

Service was average when we first got there but nonexistent once it got crowded. When it's crowded it can take forever to get your order. We ate on a Sunday at 5pm.
Note to Management: IF YOU ARE FORCING EVERYONE TO PAY A 15-18% TIP, THEN PROVIDE BETTER/FASTER SERVICE!!!
We should NOT be flagging servers down for our food we ordered 20 minutes ago and then be forced & charged 18%!!!
And the sushi quality was average. Very mid but nothing like some of the AYCE spots closer to LA.
The only redeeming factor was that alcoholic drinks were half off! Not sure how often that happens. But we ordered sake and it was good.

We met a friend here to catch up and everything was delicious! I wish I had a bigger appetite because I did not want to stop eating. The servers were all so kind and everyone was welcoming and helpful. I got some sort of mango drink and it was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Visited a few months ago with 20 of our friends and the food and service was so amazing that we were recommending it to all our other friends and family! We decided to come back and unfortunately it was not the same experience. We started ordering and everything was fine at first however they kept bringing food that we did not order to our table I tried explaining this but they said I ordered it so I had to get it. Afraid of getting charged extra we need the food even though it was not food that we actually liked. It wasn't until about the third round of this that one of the waitress came over to apologize and tell us there was a mix-up with the tablets with one table not receiving any food and US receiving all of their food plus ours. By this time obviously the damage was already done since I was already full. I let the waitress know I was disappointed since I ate food I didn't like. Upon receiving our bill, I would have thought they would have comped one of our meals but nope. They still obviously tipped themselves and took nothing off of our bill. This experience left us so confused and doubtful that we will be back.

Came here to celebrate birthday after coming from the spa, and it was one of the only AYCE around the area that have some stellar reviews, so I thought we would give it a try. We were celebrating my friend's 30th birthday, huge deal.
Didn't realize they go all the way out for birthdays, exploding candles, the crew singing, plus a huge announcement letting the whole restaurant know your bday is truly an exciting experience, so thank you Okoku staff for that.
their portions are super fair, rice to fish ratio for the sushis were amazing. they also have sashimi and no rice rolls which really helps for those who are on strict diet but still want to enjoy sushi.
too bad this place is super far, otherwise i'd def come back more often! staff are all super friendly, highly recommend!

Went here on the recommendation of a coworker and my son and I liked it. Despite what many have said, despite it being busy service was quick and polite. Sushi was very good for the IE, good rice ratio, tons of variety for ayce. Yes, they automatically add a tip depending on group size but it's reasonable. They were so good I added a few bucks more. Will be back.

Visited 3 times for AYCE at lunch opening. All rolls, miso soup, salads tasted great. Tablet ordering makes it easy/streamlined. Our new favorite sushi place. No-rice rolls, and fusion sushi’s are a nice bonus. Recommend the Cherry/Orange Blossom.

Such great customer service here. Just wanted to make sure I said that first before I forget. My water was refilled without having to ask. I got extra napkins without having to ask. The waiter asked if I am missing anything, and I did, but he went and checked on my missing order right away. 💯 on customer service.
Now the food. Hands down the best ayce sushi in riverside. I got to try mexican fusion sushi and it is so good. They had some new rolls on the menu and I had to try them. I usually don't get baked rolls but glad I gave it a chance. It's really good.
Ordering was easy. It was on a tablet instead of a piece of paper. The only thing I would add, pictures! That would make it so much easier to order. They do provide you a menu with pictures, but it would be great to have it on the tablet.

The food itself was good. But the service was ridiculously slow.
My group of 3 got the ayce and would order 3 rolls or dishes so we could eat them all together but the food came out so slowly.
We waited 15 mins in between each roll if not more.
Also they have mandatory gratuity for all parties no matter the size but then don't show it on the receipt and have a blank for the space where you put the tip, I thought that was kinda sneaky.
The food is ordered on a tablet and given with no explanation of how to use it and then there's a mandatory 15% gratuity for parties 1-3 people and it goes up depending on the size.
Won't be returning.

I came to try the AYCE for lunch and perhaps it was the restrictions that made me feel like I was untrusted that rubbed me the wrong way or this is just a new Era of all you can eat. By restrictions, you're only allowed to order 10 minutes after your previous order, sashimi can only be ordered once, and a good chunk of the menu was not available to order unless a la cart. Although the service was attentive and the quality of food was fine, these rules left a bad taste in my mouth. Also, im a firm beleiver in tipping, but just a heads up, no matter the size of your party, gratuity is automatically added.

Reupdate. Recently visited. Upon arriving, there is a document stating a gratuity fee of 15 percent for 1-4 people and 18 percent for 5 and up. We were sat down quick and my son, 3 years old, there was no reason to get him his own all you can eat. About 4 people asked us if we were basically going to buy him his own ayce. Which was annoying especially coming from the servers. There was a new tablet system with no limits on ordering. 10 minute wait after last order. Food was delicious as always. Quick service, they removed plates, quick with responses. They were on it today. What I thought weird was how a couple months ago I came in with my family and it was 85 dollars for everything and now it went to $108 for everything. I liked it because it had great food, and at a reasonable price. Idk if the tablets made it 20 dollars more for some reason but that's something that I didn't like. Just for 2 adults, and a 3 year old. Ridiculous. I don't mind giving a tip but since it was forcibly included, they added it already.

The food is pretty good, i always get takeout sushi for the family since they have that 50% off rolls for online orders. There was a couple months when it felt like they decided to put siracha on everything, but that didn't seem to be the case. Pretty good sushi at a reasonable price. Their seared and regular salmon nigiri are pretty good.

This was my first visit. I noticed that most of all their sushi rolls had tons of crab meat. They have a collection of riceless sushi I thought it would be sashimi but it wasn't it was just a role sitting on top of a ton of crab meat.

The food here is amazing when you actually get your order if you get it. Service is horrible they give you other peoples orders you wait 20 mins or more if at all for a drink refill. Waited 30 mins for just nigiri and our rolls and apps took an hour to get to the table when they were just sitting at the sushi bar and we didn’t even get all of them. Ordered 6 apps only got 2 of them . Told the waiter with bleached hair that we were missing items he said cool and walked away and started serving other tables. Talked to manager who didn’t have a clue what he was doing and all he said was “well what do you want me to do about it “ I wish I can give a zero for service and atmosphere. Staff needs to be trained better the only thing good is the sushi chefs. Cherry on top still had to pay our full bill which was 102$ for two all you can eats cuz they tip themselves knowing they are bad at service. Will be disputing with our bank.

GET THE MOST BANG FOR YOUR BUCK AT SUSHI OKOKU. Whether it’s for their ALL DAY, EVERY DAY 50% OFF ALL ALCOHOL or 50% OFF any roll & sushi take-out!
Their salmon sashimi and hand rolls are definitely worth it! Especially if you order take-out (rolls & sushi ONLY).
Their Mexican/Latin fusion rolls are surprisingly good! We got the Mexi-Cali roll and it had a small lemon slice and cilantro. Eat the roll as is because my mouth was exploding with flavor!
The other rolls and dishes are similar to other AYCE Sushi places, but this one has a good take-out deal!
AYCE Prices:
Adult: $32.99
Kids (3-10): $22.99
Fair warning: they charge a gratuity fee to parties of all sizes:
Parties 1-4: 15% gratuity
Parties 5/more: 18% gratuity
Free private parking lot available
Visited 9 months ago
EDIT: They charge a 10% gratuity automatically on takeout orders, but they don’t give you an itemized receipt. Just a receipt that shows the total amount and a blank space for tips. This place could easily be a four or five star for me, but with my last few experiences all having issues, I think I’ll be looking for a new spot!
Sushi Okoku is my go-to place for local takeout sushi in the area! The food is always good, but just be aware that pick up estimates can be off on busy days. I was told 25 minutes once and ended up waiting close to 45!
NOTE, if they forget something in your to-go order and you only realize it after getting home, give them a call. It's an interesting business practice, but rather than refunding your money, they keep their copy of receipt and give you credit in the future.
They don't necessarily credit you what you paid and instead just discount a future item because according to the business, the prices of the rolls are "generally about the same." So I guess on your next visit, if you order a more expensive item, you save a few bucks, and if you order a cheaper item, you lose a few bucks!

The sushi is OK. I really didn't like the fact that they automatically add 18% tip. Tip should be a consideration based on how well you were served.
In this case, just raise the price 18% and don't advertise otherwise.
Never coming back. Feels like a rip off.
And by the way, the service is not that good.

We tried out this AYCE spot and were impressed by the large menu and the amazing variety available!
What was most unique about this spot was seeing some significant Mexican/latin influences and a few of our favorites were actually the Mexican Fusion Tuna, Salmon, and the Agua Chile Tilapia!
Another unique thing, imo, was that they had so many options for no rice sushi. At some places, no rice is usually a few nigiri choices but they have full rolls and sushi pieces (not nigiri) that did not have rice.
Overall, we all loved our meal and would definitely return!

Let's start when you enter beware they charge a 15% gratuity for 1- 3 people. I have been to a lot of Sushi places and have never seen this ever. However, my daughter (she's an adult) wanted to eat there due to she had just off work and didn't feel like driving anymore. Now, service we must have had at least 3 different servers helping, so we guessing they all split the tip CRAZY. The Sushi was mediocre. Now, during our visit, a family came in and shook the whole restaurant with the children. How you say? Well, they were screaming their heads off and mean screaming. The parents had no control. Other customers were looking as well and the parent tried to argue with another customer because they were looking. This just made matters worse. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against children I have 5(they are all adults now), but this was not cool. Will we go back NO, will we recommend NO WAY. Again this was my experience. If you had a better and approved gratuity go for it. It's just not for us we rather spend our money elsewhere.

The server was great. But one of my rolls had a clump of hair in it. The management said that I could get a new roll but no refund. I did not want an additional roll because my appetite was gone after biting into a roll and getting a mouthful of a random person’s hair.
This was my first time there and I will not be returning.

Service was going great. Our order took a long time to get to our table. Was told our order was never put into the queue. When we asked for the bill we were charged for the table behind us. It was $87. The lady then voided it. From there our new price was $94. We then decided to pay cash. 4 $20s, 2 $5s, and 4 1$s. The lady came back and said we were short $20. We didn’t want to argue about it and payed the rest with card. Food was great but probably won’t be coming back again.

Love this place. It has the best fish to rice ratio of any AYCE I’ve ever seen. I personally like the orange blossom over the Angie and salmon lover but husband likes those two more. Seared salmon is excellent. Handrolls with excellent fish to rice ratio. See pics for more thoughts. Tip 15% is included for less than 4 people but we add to it. Definitely would come back
Visited a year ago
An automatic 15% gratuity is actually insane for a 5% tip service. We should have the option to leave whatever tip we feel fit.
And we ALWAYS tip, well at that, but for it to be automatic is ridiculous. Y’all are not Nobu.

Have you had AYCE sushi but with a Mexican and Latin fusion twist? I never had sushi like that before so I was definitely intrigued. What makes it Mexican and Latin fusion are the sauces and the limes used on the nigari and rolls. They also have ALL DAY HAPPY HOUR, which means drinks are 50% off anytime of the day! This includes cocktails so make sure to leave extra room in your belly for the drinks too!
We were looking for a spot nearby that could deliciously satisfy our growing appetite after walking/hiking on an empty stomach at the Mount Rubidoux Trail, and this spot seemed to fit the criteria. For $32.99 per person for AYCE, they have so much to choose from on the menu that it really doesn’t make sense to order a la carte. I’d recommend getting the AYCE option so you can try out their Mexican/latin fusion sushi nigari and rolls, carpaccios and no rice rolls. I would say the only minor downside was that we ordered the mango tango roll and the popular strawberry cheesecake roll, but both did not arrive. We got an Alaskan Roll instead which we didn’t order, but we didn’t want to waste food so we just kept it. To be fair, we did order quite a few items, so that might have caused this to happen. We were quite full and super satisfied with our meal so we didn’t ask for it. As they serve full sized rolls even for AYCE, it would be nice if they could offer half sized rolls so people can try more rolls. There were so many rolls I wanted to try, but I got super full off my first round. If I only lived closer, I would definitely be a regular here. Prompt service, fresh fish and unique creations are what you can expect at Okoku Sushi.

What this spot has to offer that not many AYCE sushi spots offer is the Mexican/Latin nigari and rolls as well as seasoned seared salmon & tuna. They also got the carpaccios, fresh rolls, baked rolls, no rice rolls and tempura rolls. The carpaccios are limited to one order per person so I would definitely recommend ordering the maximum number of carpaccios that you can to get your money’s worth! I find that the Mexican/Latin nigiri are similar to the carpaccios except they taste tangier due to the sauces. If I hadn’t ordered so many rolls, I would have definitely ordered more of the Mexican/Latin nigiri.
A couple of my favorites were the: all of the Mexican/Latin nigiri (tuna, salmon, yellowfail, tilapia, shrimp, octopus and albacore), Angie’s roll (baked sushi), seared salmon ceviche roll and all the seared salmon & tuna!
Bring your appetite and feast on!

This spot is a favorite! Everything is really fresh and high quality. All of the menu items are different so there is something for everyone. They are attentive and quick with service bringing out the items. The place is spacious and neat. Really enjoyed the Mexican fusion menu items

They charge a 15% gratuity automatically for their hardworking staff. 18% for 5 or more. We stayed optimistic but truth be told this rubbed us the wrong way right after we saw the sign but again stayed optimistic and my son really wanted to try this place. The host sat us and told us to use the QR code for the menu and write down what you want on the paper. This is normal for alot of sushi places. But to be fair I'm already doing part of your job for you which would have been ok had our server been observant and attentive. He came to our table and he was really nice. He took our drink order and I told him that we had 2 more coming. He dropped the waters off and when my son came and we waited a while and then he came and took our order. we noticed that we only had 2 plates so we waited for him to come back. My son also wanted to order another drink but we still waited for him to come back. Finally we were looking around as he was helping all the tables around us but we couldn't flag him down because he kept walking the other way and we still waited for him to come back. Finally, The host saw we were looking around and brought us more plates and Wasabi. We still waited for our server. Then a while later a guy came and dropped two rolls. And then another guy came right after and dropped 3 more rolls. We were still waiting for our server. We were finally done eating. No server. Finally I got up went to the other host and told her that we needed the check. I said that we haven't seen our server so why do I have to pay a 15% AUTOMATIC GRATUITY for a server I haven't seen since he took my order? I'm not doing that. But that girl (me pointing at the host) over there has helped us more than he did. I'm pretty sure she was caught off guard with my question so I said If we could just get my check I'm sitting over there. ( I did not sound happy it was obvious but who would????) Then the server miraculously comes by and asks if we are good and I just said we wanted the check. At this point I wanted nothing to do with the server.
KEEP IN MIND THAT I STILL LEFT THE 15% TIP. WHY? BECAUSE IM NOT JUST AN A-HOLE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO LEAVE A TIP.... I ALWAYS LEAVE A TIP AND IF YOU ARE AWESOME THEN I LEAVE MORE THAN 20%. IM A PERSON WHO IS TRYING TO MAKE THE POINT THAT: you were barely serving us, you were barely there throughout the experience and you expect me to pay you for a service you did not give yet alone live up to the "hardworker" your company claims you are to be. But I tipped because I'm not trying to get out of the tip I am perfectly capable of paying my way and giving tips where it is deserved. You did not deserve it but I did it anyways.
**** coming from a person who has worked in the restaurant industry from a host to a badass server to an even better manager for over the course of 12 years.**** was really trying not to go there .... but I did.
P.S. your rice is really dry! It's the main part of your rolls. *facepalm* Too pricey for sushi that is barely mediocre... start listening to your reviews they are making good points.

Went last night for a friend’s birthday and the sushi was amazing! Fresh and so flavorful. All you can eat in 3 rounds and each roll did not disappoint. They also sang our friend a birthday song with a sparkling candle and it was so fun and hilarious! The employees were so into it even the chef in the back banging the pots n pans together! 🤣 they made our night! We laughed so hard and had so much fun! Will be coming back!

If i could give negative stars i would. Horrible service. Waited ten minutes to be seated. Then waited 30 minutes placed our order and we never got served.
There were tables that got there after us and they were served immediately.
We decided to leave and when the manager came to ask why, we were leaving I explained the situation and he just smirked and charged us 5 dollars.
Very unprofessional.
I'll take my my business elsewhere.
I'll never go back there nor recommend this place. They lost my business.

We met a friend here to catch up and everything was delicious! I wish I had a bigger appetite because I did not want to stop eating. The servers were all so kind and everyone was welcoming and helpful. I got some sort of mango drink and it was amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Good place for sushi, and the ambiance. I've been coming here for a few years now, as it is one of my favorite AYCE sushi spots that has fresh sushi, but with the increase in pricing and added gratuity, it is time to look elsewhere.
Aburi Sushi in Orange is about the same distance for me and doesn't add additional gratuity. Tipping culture is insane, and I will NOT pay your employees salaries.

After being on the waitlist for an hour and a half, I went to confirm that we would still be seated to be informed that they stop seating at 9:15 which was 30 minutes before I went in. I received no notification or communication. I can’t speak for the food or the atmosphere

Great sushi for a great price. The only negative to this place is the gratuity is automatically included and the last few times i was there the servers were not motivated to make more in tips and it reflected in their serving. I don't mind tipping more of the service is better. But overall this is a great place to eat.

I’ve been going here for about 7 years now they have had their ups and downs and sadly they are going down again they raised all the prices and added a gratuity to all parties for 2 people it was 98$ with waters. This place is good and the sushi is fresh and tasty but not worth 100$ for 2 people. Staff is nice and food is decent. We were told for a party of 6 would be 30-40 mins we waited an hour and half.

I went here to eat alone and got all you can eat payed 40 bucks for one round of sushi which was only 2rolls and some appetizers to start , I got ignored the whole time I had my paper ready with my next round and they kept ignoring me they kept avoiding me and the place was empty with 4 servers? And still could not get any help I got fed up and had to ask for the check it took 10 min then I placed my card in the pay check holder and they still ignored me so I had to get there attention again and they took it and had it for 15 min and then gave me my card worst experience

We availed their $29.99 AYCE (without gratuity+tax), the food was good overall, loved their shrimp boat and crazy bomb the most. The fried foods were a bit oily tho.

Service is SUPER slow. Waited at the front for about 20 minutes before being sat at a table. Restaurant was empty, no wait. Just no urgency to provide service.
Same thing with the food. If you want to eat a lot, good luck, they will bring out your food with 20-30 minute lags in between.

The wait time was about 30 minutes, but we were able to wait inside on comfy seats. The food was really good and fresh. They have a really large selection for AYCE. They had a variety of no rice rolls too for the carb conscious. The price was good too for all the food. They have a really cool birthday where the lights dim and they have disco colors and music. It was fun. The service was great. Our waiter was very attentive. The atmosphere was nice, not too loud. And the place was clean and modern looking. Only negative was that my 12 year old asked for dessert and we were told we get ice cream with a yelp review. My older son did the review for his little brother so the waiter brought 2 ice creams. It would have been nice if the whole table got ice cream. Regardless of leaving with no dessert for us, we would still come back for the sushi.

Yummy sushi here if it's a fresh roll! The baked rolls are hit and miss. Sometimes they are overcooked and burned, sometimes they are undercooked. Also ordered the popcorn scallop roll to go and they were soggy and cold Called and asked if they could remake it and they did. As I got into the car and opened the box, soggy scallops and it just came out of the fryer... I felt defeated and just left.

Great sushi! Slightly overpriced so they can discount it 50% for takeout. Service was good and food is packaged well. One thing is they add an automatic tip based on the amount AFTER the discount and not BEFORE the discount which gives their staff less money. I would encourage them to add the tip before the discount is calculated.

If leaving no stars was an option that's just what would've happened. My family of 7 in which 2 of them drove all the way from Brenton wood area just to have the worst dining experience ever. We waited and hour to be seated once we got there which was ok, they were very busy at 7pm.
Okoku Sushi service was not what I expected. I hoped to have a nice Christmas dinner, but it turned into a frustrating night where I was left unhappy.
For starters, they brought out food that wasn't ours. The food was left at our table until they came back 20 minutes later to take it back and deliver it to the correct table; after it sat there with us breathing on it.
I understand what being busy is but you can at least come to our table to check on us. We happened to do the all you can eat and they took 30 minutes just to come and pick up the paper with our order on it.
After another 10 minutes they brought out only 2 rolls. It took and hour and a half just for us to get all the sushi from our first round. Including the fact we didn't get 3 of the rolls that we ordered just from the first round.
After just simply wondering why we hadn't got our sushi, one of the workers claimed we hadn't marked it on the paper when we saw it clearly marked.
Another 30 minutes passed by without them picking up the paper for our second round. We then stated we still hadn't gotten the 3 rolls from the first round again. The worker stated let me double check on it with that being about the third time they had checked on those same 3 rolls. After asking a worker why all this was happening he said he could take off 1 of the all you can eats ($30) even though we were missing 5 rolls at this point.
After receiving the check I noticed it to be over $300 even though we only got 7 all you can eats ($30 each). This means we would have only spent $210 plus gratuity. After asking what all these unnecessary expenses were, they said they could take it down to $190 after I asked them to remove the gratuity beings we didn't get any service. I'm one of those type of people that always over tip but they automatically add it to your order based on any person over 4 at 18% spiking up your bill with horrible service.
Still frustrated we left. On the way out I stated Merry Christmas to the wanna be manager.
One of the people from my party made the point on how the customer is always right and how this man was being fairly unprofessional. He had a snarky look in his face as we began to walk out. The best part of my night is when he responded to when I said merry Christmas by saying "Merry New Years."
Overall the food was okay but I don't think you should leave an all you can eat sushi bar still hungry. Including the fact the management was bad. By the end of the night we had not been given 14 out of 26 rolls that were ordered over the course of 2 out of 3 rounds they offer. One of my main concerns were when the lights cut off and there is flashing lights during birthday celebration. The reason this is concerning is because someone in our party has epilepsy meaning she could have had a seizure in one of the two times during these birthday celebrations. No where does it state they do this anywhere in their building.
Less Okoku more like OKaKa.

Currently here at my table. Sushi is fresh but the service is TERRIBLE. They bring the wrong food every 15 minutes and the right food every hour or so. Terribly slow and all of these lame teen servers give you so much attitude when you ask for a fourth time for your food. I recommend Oishii or any other local spot. All these cool lights and loud birthday singing can't mask terrible service.

Owner / manager is extremely rude. There is a concerted rush us out towards the closing time and you are expected to be out right at closing time without any grace period whether the meal has been completed out not. Not a good look especially considering some in our party travel a bit of distance to dine here.
Food used to be great but has been in steady decline over the past year.
Appreciate some of the servers but will not be coming back due to the treatment and customer experience from the owner / manager which should be the model of service for everyone else.

I will give them a five star when they finally have "soy mustard" sauce like every other sushi place. It's the one, & only reason I'll go elsewhere. I love that sauce more than anything 😂 Other than that it's a great place to go, especially for birthdays 🤗

This sushi restaurant has quality food and a chill atmosphere. Take your parents, take your wife and kids, and even take your side piece (jk) 🤫. No, but really, go and enjoy what Sushi Okoku has to offer. The experience is nice.

So delish! Our first time and the food was super yummy and our service was even better. 90% of the experience is the service for me, and they hit the mark! The sushi was fresh and tasty, and the assortment of rolls offered was over the top. The presentation topped off our experience. We'll definitely be back!!

If I had a choice to choose zero stars, that's what my true choice would be. It took forever for our order to be picked up from our table without even going over what was ordered. The food was just atrocious. I took one bite of the volcano roll that I ordered and pushed my plate aside. It was gross, the rice was warm and the roll itself was sloppy and soggy. My fiance did not like his food either. I can guarantee that my fiance and I will never eat at this establishment again!!! Let me repeat: this food was disgusting. 3 hours later, stuck in the bathroom thanks to this lovely meal. Never again and never should anyone else.

The sushi is good, I love their Mexican fusion sushi, they have an extensive amount of rolls. With that being said if a restaurant has bad service I don't care how good your food is I will not be coming back. It felt like every order we placed they would mess up by either giving us something different or not bringing the items at all. I don't know why but the place smells like dirty mop water and that's a major turn off when you are trying to eat.

Poor quality
Better Sushi places, skip this one. I recommend Sumba. Worst sushi I've ever had. Udon was messed up, idk how they did that.

Need to stop getting rid of the best rolls on the menu. My favorites seared pepper paradise now their Randolph. They have all the ingredients but apparently don’t want to make those specific rolls anymore? Ugh. If you like fried rolls or Mexican fusion sushi ie sushi with cilantro etc then this is your place. That’s all they have now 😬 I’ll have to find a new place now. And I’ve been loyal to okoku for years.
