This parking lot can be busy, it shares the lot with a lot of other businesses. So just take your time looking for parking. But it's easy to find when you get into the area!
The interior is very fun. Definitely passes the vibe check in my opinion.
Service here was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and made sure that evening is perfect!
My friend and I did the AYCE, and boy did we order a lot of the food.. Sushi quality was 10 out of 10. We also ordered the Tonkatsu Ramen and Udon. The noodles were perfect and both dishes were bursting of flavor!
Don't miss out on the Inari, those were amazing! You can't go wrong with any of them!
They do have a couple of desserts, we got the Tempura Ice Cream. Oh... That was the best way to end the meal.
Check this place out! It's a fun and tasty place to go!

Sushi lovers, this place is a total game-changer! If you're craving an all-you-can-eat sushi experience, Sushi Bomb is where you need to be. For just $39.99 per person, you get unlimited access to over 50 specialty rolls. The Sexy Hawaiian and Lemon Salmon rolls are hands down my faves—packed with flavor and perfectly crafted.
The freshness of the sushi is notable, and they definitely know how to balance that perfect rice-to-fish ratio. I’m also a huge fan of the Yellowtail Carpaccio—light, refreshing, and just melts in your mouth. Oh, and don’t even think about leaving without trying the macaroon gelato sandwich—it's a sweet, decadent ending to your meal (additional cost)
The chilled Sapporo beer was the perfect pairing to kick off the meal, and the vibe here is set by the amazing servers. Whether you’re rolling with a sushi squad or flying solo, Sushi Bomb is a must-try for anyone who loves flavorful sushi. You will leave with a happy belly and a smile on your face!

We had dinner here on Tuesday. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant itself is charming. There is both indoor and outdoor seating.
Service is friendly and on top of things.
We started with Sapporo's that were presented in an ice bucket. Points for presentation here.
The AYCE menu has the most options I have ever seen. Besides the nigiri and rolls, the options for ramen, udon and appetizers is second to none.
The nigiri was fresh and delicious. The rice to sashimi ratio is great. All of the appetizers are perfect portions. And with the amount of options for appetizers, I honestly think my friends that don't like sushi would still find a lot to eat here.
This will be a great place to come back and visit again.

Sushi bomb has brought back the AYCE!! 🥳🎉. They have come back to be one of my favorite spots in Fullerton. The quality of the fish is very good and the presentations have been elevated. Sushi Bomb has always had a piece of my heart but they just got a lil bitire of it. The service is great and the new decor had made it an even more fun place to dine in.

Sometimes, you just gotta vibe and let yourself get ❤️ *love bombed* 💣 by Sushi Bomb in Downtown Fullerton! 🍣💣 Right by the Fullerton Amtrak, this spot gives you two fire options: AYCE Sushi & Apps or the À La Carte Menu. Tbh, both slap, but I’m team AYCE because I’m out here building my own sushi fantasy. The only thing missing? A sushi train, obvi. 😜
Spent a solid 90 mins stuffing our faces and spilling tea—it was the ultimate weeknight chill. Add @sushibomb_fullerton to your hit list, ‘cause by the end of the night, you’ll either be in a food coma or just straight-up vibing. 😴✨
Major props to Ms. Ivy for the good vibes and smiles all night, and shoutout to the 🍣 chefs for making me an orange panda for dessert. Too cute! 🐼🍊”

Excellent service. Food came out quickly and tasted amazing. Came here for my birthday and was the best sushi I've had in a long time. The all you can eat menu is amazing and you even get full rolls! Would definitely come here again! Worth the price!

I think this is a solid spot for ayce sushi because of the variety and quality. Their fish is fresh and buttery. I would definitely come back for their ayce menu! Parking isn't too bad either.

I’ve been searching for a new sushi spot since my old favorite changed ownership then closed and I’m finally home. The server Jiwon was excellent, humble and friendly. The sushi is top quality and fresh, and AYCE before 3:00 was definitely a bargain. I expect many returns.

I'm extremely impressed with the quality and flavor of everything I've had so far on the menu. I used to come here before the remodel.
I'm normally quite picky about the places I go to but this is hands down the best place to get ayce sushi in Fullerton. This place makes the other places look like a joke.
Every single piece of nigiri was better and better with every bite.
The only complaint I have, is that there are no longer any anime girls on the walls
Visited 5 months ago
Smallest Nigiri I have had in a long time for an Ala Carte not All you can eat. At premium prices you should get premium size pieces.
I am used to better and I have had many different sushi restaurants experiences over the years and it pains me to write this but this the truth sometimes hurt.

Arrived at 9 PM on a Sunday, just in time before the last call for rolls at 9:30 PM. The staff was incredibly friendly, providing several recommendations and ensuring our visit was comfortable by offering us miso soup and remaining attentive throughout our meal.
We ordered the Jalapeño Bomb, In & Out, and the premium chirashi Bowl -- all of which were delicious. Although they don't currently offer an all-you-can-eat option, they mentioned it would be returning in July, so I'm looking forward to coming back then.
Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy good sushi with great service.

Went with my wife and daughter Saturday night, and we loved it. Got the King Spider Roll, a Vegas Roll, and fresh oysters. I've never seen oysters so big! Very fresh and tender. Never tried soft shell crab, but I really enjoyed trying my wife's King Spider roll. My Vegas was very tasty, although larger than I'd like it to be, but I can't really complain about having a large roll.
The service was amazing. The two ladies were so sweet, and the chefs took the work seriously. The only thing that was off was the atmosphere, sushi sports bar with early 2000 club music, but as it is near the college, I can see the atmospheric appeal to the locals.
We will be returning to try something new!

Looks like it's our last time here since it's no longer AYCE.🥲 Regardless, we still enjoyed our meal today . Having not visited the establishment in 6 months the service and quality is still 8/10; dining area had a facelift which is a nice touch. Wish you the best Sushibomb!

Had a long drive in from Arizona. We were looking for a place still open after 8pm.
The service was phenomenal! Amy was our server and she was so friendly.
The menu is full of many options.
My wife had the Ramen. I got a few of the no-rice rolls.
After a Soju bottle, we left fat and happy. 😊
We will come back before we leave back home.

Not all you can eat. Honestly to guarantee the quality and keep the doors open, I was okay finding out the all you can eat ended. My husband was a local a while back but it was our first time as a family eating here. The place got a makeover and it's on par with the local establishments. Very clean, loved the warm welcome, and the music was my jam. We went on a Monday afternoon so no charge when parking and tons of parking as well. The food was fresh and yummy. We tried the chicken bowl, avocado salad, lemon salmon roll, and tonkatsu ramen. I recommend all of it! Wasn't disappointed at any point. They also were kind to my chaos toddler which as a parent guarantees us as a return customer. As our first meal of the New Year as a family, Sushi Bomb has set up our 2024 for success. We will be back!

It was recently remodeled so they removed the “all you can eat” option. Rolls were very juicy. My kids tried miso ramen and they like it very much. It’s a little bit more expensive.

Amy was our server. She was very attentive and made sure we knew all the specials. Before we walked into the restaurant, there was indication of what time the restaurant opened. We just walked in and asked. Amy said that open at 1130, but told to have seat anywhere. We arrived a few minutes before they open. She very friendly and welcoming.

Best restaurant I’ve ever been to! Best service from waiters/waitresses! Best owner I’ve ever met! Best sushi I’ve ever eaten! Owner was even there to make sure the service was amazing. Which it was amazing! Was able to have the best conversation I’ve had in years with him. He is an amazing owner. Made my night! I live in San Diego and would travel all the way back here just for the food and service. Best service out of all the restaurants I’ve ever been to. It was perfect! Couldn’t have asked for a better place to eat. The food is amazing and the service and the experience is amazing too.

We have been Sushi Bomb fans since we moved here 2 years ago and the remodel is absolutely fabulous! They have changed quite a few things on the menu and it did not disappoint. We had the best time today at Sushi Bomb! No more all you can eat but the waitress explained (patrons hid sushi in booths to avoid paying the fees). With how amazing the sushi was I had to review to try and bump this place up. Amazing food, knowledgeable staff and offering 50% off certain sushi and 20% off the rest of the menu. We both ate WELL for under $48.00, $55.00 w/tip. I ordered the hot night roll and my cousin ordered the lunch special with chicken and beef!

New go to place for sushi in Fullerton!! Their no rice sushi is of the best I’ve had! Servers are always helpful, concerned about your experience, and efficient! Even when I have taken orders to go, they offer me water while I waited. 1 star off for music being very explicit and young children in the space, but other than that very, very good and highly recommend!

My husband and I i love this place for all you can eat sushi, he usually picks his favorites of the baked rolls and I go all out on the nigiri options. I particularly love that they offer fresh ground wasabi, which really elevates the experience if you're a sashimi lover like me!
Visited 2 years ago
Always come back here never disappointed in the food or the service. Always got the games on the TV if not just ask they will put it on. It's a hidden spot but worth the hunt.
Visited 2 years ago
We used to love it here and it used to be our go to Sushi Place… but !
We were totally disappointed with our experience at Sushi Bomb this time.
The melamine dishes were really dirty and broken, and the sushi was not fresh at all!
The shrimp was rubbery, the avocados were mushy, and I even found a hair in my sushi. The sashimi salad was also awful. It was made with stale fish and wilted vegetables. The staff were friendly and helpful, but that was not enough to make up for the poor quality of the food.
I would not recommend Sushi Bomb to anyone. There are many other sushi restaurants in Fullerton that offer better quality food and service.
Visited 2 years ago
Food quality has really gone down hill while the prices have gone up and serving sizes have gone down. Last time I went the fish was lukewarm and salmon was a bit fishy smelling. I had a diarrhea the rest of the day and the next.

Dined in 5/20/23 I don’t know how this place has 4 stars, It is laughable. It is a complete rip off. There standard roll is 4 pieces and the my have the audacity to limit you from a reorder of what you originally ordered. I was a party of two and the order should be 4 pieces per person, equaling a total of 8 pieces. Instead they only gave us 4 pieces of each roll that what we ordered, hmmm the math does add up. This is called stealing. In addition to that, a complete lack of flavor in all of the rolls except two. Bruno Mars roll and the albacore Takaki roll. The rest were what I’d like to call gas station sushi. The fish, freezer burnt as well as left out and then chilled for another day. All around horrible, for
$36 a person you’d expect a bit higher caliber sushi restaurant. This place is comparable to nowhere so those of you that have compared this place to other restaurants please do not install those restaurants and there owners. Overall service was subpar. We will never come back. Definitely one of the worst sushi restaurants experiences I’ve had.

I read a review that said "owners and staff are horrible" and to go elsewhere, but I am one particular consumer when it comes to service and staff, and this place is nothing like some of the unreasonable reviews that are listed, so please, pay no attention to those. I finally found a place where the rolls can easily fit in my mouth and not crumble and fall apart like other places do that make me look like I have poor eating etiquette. When I want rolls, I come here :)

Drove from Irvine tonight to Sushi Bomb for AYCE sushi. Unfortunately it was apparently a waste of time and gas. Online it says they are open till 10pm. Upon entering we waited a minute to be greeted by a server that was just coming out of the kitchen. He asked us if we wanted AYCE or regular dining. We requested AYCE and he then informed us they just ended AYCE for the night but were still open regular dine in. I asked if there was hours listed anywhere that stated AYCE had different hours than the restaurant. I was told no, the chef just decides to end it when he wants. Pretty disappointing.

We used to like it a lot here, but the last couple times it's been below average. We got a bento box to share with mixed temperature & a California roll. The mixed temperature veggies were hard, and we didn't even get one shrimp. The salad barely had dressing on it. Maybe a tablespoon & the salad wasn't rinsed. It had the persevative taste from the bag or container on it. The service sucked. The servers (guys) didn't come to take our order after waiting for quite a while and were gone before we could even ask for soy sauce.👎
Visited 3 years ago
I came here with my grandma and sister. We sat down at 3:00 we didn’t get anything that we ordered until 3:50. And it was an ice cold bento box. We understand that there was only one chef and it was going to take a while but they didn’t tell us that until 45min into us sitting down and ordering. We were fine waiting but when my sisters food came out ice cold we were upset. Everyone in the restaurant was being served before us (even customers who came in after us). We decided to leave and go somewhere else having not eaten anything that we ordered (because it wasn’t made) or barely eating ice cold chicken. As we were leaving the poor waitress was upset because she said she was going to be responsible for paying for our meal that we didn’t eat. (Which was sushi that we ordered but never got and an ice cold bento box that we didn’t eat).

It was a little confusing at first, and we ordered way too much the first round. If you order all you can eat, there are two rounds. The fist round you order things and if you eat most or all of it you get to order a second round. Any leftovers you pay a dollar for.
Well, we ordered way too much h the first round and had like 24 things left over. My advice would be to take it moderate the first round and the second round you can see if there is any room left for more food.

Came here at 8:45 on Saturday. Tried to get AYCE but they said they stopped it at 8:30. We decided to stay because we were there and we were lazy. The service was friendly and quick. We begged again for AYCE telling them we would get thru it quick but no go. So we ordered a few rolls, the yellowtail carpaccio, and fried gyoza. The spicy tuna in the garlic albacore wash pretty mushy and husband didn't care for it. The salmon in the cut salmon roll was fishy and inedible. Gyoza was good but dipping sauce had zero flavor. California roll was good and at $5.50 the only thing worth the price. Carpaccio was actually best quality item. Would never go back for ala carte definitely not worth it...May consider AYCE but probably not at the raised price even for that.

Extremely disappointed!! First we ordered a rainbow roll and got two different fish instead of the “rainbow” of 4 fish , they said you have to order TWO ordered to get the full assortment so false advertisement. Second they forgot 2 items on our all you can eat , so we politely asked for them. Then on our second round the completely brought out the wrong roll . At the end of the meal the waiter said “ is there anything else you want to complain about “ wow !! Just rude when it was all their mistakes . Will NEVER eat there again .

AYCE lunch, this place lives up to its name. The sushi is bomb af, everything was delicious. My hubby and I came right before it got busy. We called ahead to gauge the wait time since there’s lots of restaurants in this area.

If i could rate zero stars i would. i was denied access over a year ago due to my medical response service dog. staff refused to seat us indoors, despite stating many times my family did not want to sit outside because of how cold it was (it was the middle of winter). i refused to eat here for over a year, until i began working across the street and began ordering takeout. staff had zero issue with me entering the restaurant with my service dog to order, wait for, and pickup my food. i THOUGHT the issue was resolved. today i returned with two friends, one of which also has a medical response service dog, to dine in. we were immediately told we could only be seated outside— in the cold while it was actively raining. we made it clear we did not want to sit outside, and it was illegal to refuse us a table inside. we explained the federal law and even read them the Americans With Disabilities Act when they claimed “allergies” were the reason they didn’t want to seat us inside (which the ADA clearly states is NOT a valid reason to segregate or deny a service dog). at this point the owner came out refusing to seat us inside and we were told if we didn’t leave he would call the police. we told him to do so and we were happy to wait for them to arrive, as HE was the one violating federal law. he told us they were on their way and we waited another 20 or so minutes. they never came. the owner stood across the restaurant watching us the entire time we waited. whether the cops were actually called or not or even coming i have no idea, but the amount of time we were standing inside the restaurant waiting to resolve this issue, we could’ve literally eaten and been on our way. other guests entered the restaurant and were quickly seated while we were ignored and left waiting. i am absolutely disgusted by the way the owner spoke to and treated two young disabled women who simply wanted to dine in his restaurant. i had eaten in this restaurant TWICE prior to my first access issue, accompanied by my perfectly trained service dog, and had zero issues. my guess is the owner was not in these times, as both instances where he was in i was treated with blatant disrespect. we were blatantly denied access to dine inside of this restaurant due to our MEDICAL EQUIPMENT. by law, service dogs are recognized the exact same way any other medical equipment is. so in the eyes of the law, this owner essentially denied two guests a table because they had wheelchairs or oxygen tanks. this is a FEDERAL crime and the ADA hotline will be contacted. if twice now i myself have been treated this way i highly doubt im the only team who has had this issue and it will not be tolerated.

Delicious sushi and the 50% off special can’t be beat.

Decent sushi if you're craving it and decent happy hour, but their cuts of fish are very thin so it's not really worth it unless you're doing AYCE

Good sushi rolls, nice service, cute place

Friendly staff. Fresh fish for AYCE, much better than hello sushi down the street.

Like other reviews I've seen, I think the thing holding this place back is the service.
Tl:dr: food is good and fast, service is poor.
Sushi was tasty, decent rice to fish ratio, and the chefs are really, really speedy. About 10 min after our order was taken back, we had 5 large plates full of appetizers, rolls, and nigiri all come to our table at the same time (had 2 servers carry it all). They were arranged neatly, didn't seem like they rushed it. But, like I said at the beginning, the service was pretty poor. They kept my party of 5 waiting for a long time, despite the fact that they actually had a table of 4 with another small table for 2 they could have easily put together. We knew because we saw it in the outdoor seating area, and we said we were fine with sitting outside. We had to suggest it and it was like a light went on in their head. Maybe it was a crew of new people, I dunno. There was also a very long wait between periods of time when they would come and check on not only us, but the tables around us. One of us had to go inside and flag down a server so they could grab our order sheet, and because someone finally came out there, the two tables on either side of us were able to finally ask for their check, or give their credit card. I did notice on their website that they have a big pop-up saying that they are hiring, so there's a good chance that they were probably short staffed, but this was a Saturday night. I'd think that any restaurant would normally make sure that they're fully staffed on Saturday nights. Judging by other reviews, it could also just be terrible, inefficient servers. One of the servers was actually very good and efficient, but unfortunately, she wasn't the only one serving us. I'm not sure, but I don't think they actually have assigned servers. It seemed like they were all just going to whichever table needed something at that particular moment. Anyway, I probably won't be going back until I see more reviews talking about good service.

I used to come here ALOT. But this last visit killed it.
I came for AYCE and made the reservation in paper, wrote my number name and number of people. I asked the waiter about how would it take and he said about 1 hour. So me and my wife waited and after 1 1/2 hour I get no call back so I decided to call back and see what was my estimate wait time. Waiter claim he called me three times when I called him. I always get my calls/texts. I said well okay then can I still come in? I still waited 1 1/2 hour. He said yeah but there’s no AYCE anymore. A waste of time I’ll never get back.

We recently tried Sushi Bomb. The sushi was good, but we were really disappointed in the service. It took almost an hour before they took our order (over 50min). My husband and I debated getting up and leaving, but decided to stick it out. No one really checked on us until we mentioned we hadn't gotten our order in yet, as one of the waitresses walked by. Anyway, after putting in our order, it took a long time for any of our food to get to the table. A couple a table over to us said they hadn't had anyone check on them in over 20 min, so they took their filled out AYCE sheets to the sushi bar. We noticed that after they paid, it literally took the waitress over 15 min to bring his card back for him to sign as well. We had plans after dinner and had to cancel, because dinner took way too long. If they had any courtesy, they would have let us know that the wait was long or that they were short staffed, or at least given us a discount, because this place is not cheap. We won't be coming back here.

I must say Tom & his team have kept the focus on customer service and great sushi from day one. The atmosphere in this place is genuinely good-natured and fun, from a Tuesday lunch to a Saturday night you will always enjoy!!

Our server Amy was the best ever. She gave us the best service EVER. She was funny and nice. The food was great. The price was great. My friend and I will be back here for sure. The parking in the lot in the area is a bit tough sometimes but mostly can be found.

Will not seat your party of 2 after 8:30pm even though they close at 10pm 😂 makes no sense 👍 Also they don’t offer All you can eat after 8:30pm.

First time coming back from the pandemic and the sushi is so much smaller. We are being constantly reminded to not leaving anything behind. We understand that you should not leave any rice behind at AYCE but being constantly reminded ruin the atmosphere!
