Very impressed! Before I even completely stepped in the building, a young man and a lady greeted me at the door and seated me. Excellent service, right off the bat! The lady taking my order was very sweet, and even helped choose an appetizer when I couldn't decide. Which leads me to my next point of discussion: This place has some of the best food I've ever eaten! I had the orange chicken and fried rice, along with noodles recommended by the server. Everything arrived steaming hot and fresh. As you can see from the picture, the plate of food was quickly demolished 😋 On top of a very quiet and relaxing environment, the people here are very nice. You will certainly feel at home. I left happy and full of food ☺️

Been to Osaka’s many times for to go orders- food has always been good but has always taken a minimum of 30 minutes longer than quoted.. not the end of the world. BUT when I left this evening with my “hibachi” chicken that tasted nothing like hibachi chicken and looked like soup, I went back a few minutes later to kindly ask for this to be rectified. The lady asked what was wrong with it (look at the chicken woman what do you mean) and then went to the back for about 5 minutes, came back with literally the food I brought in the exact same, opened the box to show me, quickly closed it, and went to the back as she told me to have a good night. Thoroughly disappointed and will not be returning.

Honestly worth my money, I got the vegetable tempura, avocado roll, and a vegetable roll ( and a dr pepper but u can’t go wrong with that). Everything came out quickly and the tempura was so hot even after letting it sit for a few minutes. I love vegetable tempura and this one was amazing! they had broccoli, onion, and sweet potato, and the most supposing thing was the mushroom! I love mushrooms so it was a very nice surprise. The avocado roll is a classic for me so it is always amazing, and their vegetable roll is unique for me because it had a lot of cabbage. I love getting these rolls because every restaurant does it differently! The service was very good, I was greeted and seated quickly and the woman who served me and took my order was very kind and checked up on me every few minutes. Overall, I will be coming back and I highly recommend Osaka Japanese Hibachi Steak House!

The best soup I've ever had!! The ginger dressing is amazing and OH MY the hibachi steak was to die for! Really great fried rice with lots of egg, and a variety of fresh vegetables grilled to perfection!! They do not cook in front of you but the atmosphere is comfortable and classy. Food was cooked quickly and we were given a fork and chop sticks. So many amazing foods on the menu to try next time like dumplings, sweet and sour chicken and so many types of sushi rolls!! My one small complaint is my shrimp was a little dry but good flavor, other than that it was just about perfect. Very authentic. $20 for hibachi chicken dinner and $29 for hibachi steak and shrimp combo dinner. Prices were good. Portions were very large. They also give you these amazing fruit mints when you check out, i think its coba berry flavored, a Japanese fruit and they are so delicious! Overall a wonderful experience!! We will be back.

Positives: Staff was very nice and friendly. Sushi was great. Chicken Katsu was ok. Very clean restaurant.
Negatives: Long wait times: could be due to being understaffed, because there was only one waiter for the entire restaurant. After our sushi was made, it sat at the pickup area for over 10 minutes before it arrived at our table.
Overall: Our experience was good, but I hope they are able to hire more people to help with wait times.

I first ordered from here a little over a year ago, I got a to go order and I remember waiting forever for the order even though I placed the order way ahead of time, I remember the food being decent and large portions but didn't eat there again until today because of the wait time. I figured maybe it was an off day then and tried again today.
Today, I was wanting coconut shrimp and I only have a 30 min lunch break and this restaurant is the closest place, I placed the order 20 minutes before my break and it said it would be ready at 11:55. I got there about that time and didn't leave until 12:10.
40 min total wait for a to go order?! I have never had that happen at any other restaurant, it would be different if I had a large order and the place was full but it was a side order of 8 pieces of shrimp and there was 3 couples in there already eating.
Thankfully the shrimp came with sauce because the breading was so bland and had absolutely no flavor.
So if you are wanting to place a to go order I would recommend placing it 45 min or so in advance. I have never dined in so I'm not sure of wait time for those orders.
Judging by other reviews, I am not the only one who has experienced this issue, not sure I will be eating there again.

We went with friends and we ordered appetizers before our meal. We got our drinks. I ordered unsweetened iced tea which tasted like dirt. We got 2 of the appetizers fairly quickly. They spring rolls were great. We got the clear soup which was amazing and the salad a couple minutes before the food started coming out. However the 3rd appetizer didn't come out until after we had our food. It was the pork dumplings and they were amazing. The table was cramped with all the food. My California roll was great. Probably one of the best I've had. I got pork ramen. The pork tasted old. I loved the broth, noodles, and soy sauce egg half. I could have had several of the eggs in the ramen and I did find I don't care for wood ear mushrooms. One of our friends couldn't eat the beef in his entree because it was so tough. My wife said her curry noodles were good but there was hardly any chicken and the only taste was of the yellow curry. The service was fine. Everyone was super nice and I loved the atmosphere. I'd go back again and give it another shot.

Just went there this past weekend, and it was a new restaurant for us. Needless to say, it was very disappointing. Total there were four customers in the restaurant and it took us over an hr to get our food, the server, while nice, seemed very lost and didn’t seem to know their job, and they had run out of ice so the drinks were hot. 10 mins after eating, I got sick and in the middle of the night my husband got sick. We were excited to try a new restaurant, but can definitely say we won’t be back again

The review that I wrote for Osaka, was actually attributed to Bojangles in Prescott. I just saw that and deleted that had been attributed to Bojangles. My review for Osaka was that it was not a place that I care to go to again. The staff was very poorly trained if they were trained at all. I did not enjoy the food and the children refusing to eat their chicken was very telling especially when they said it tasted like rubber. Need I say more

We went for our graduation party. The food was great but the service was absolutely abysmal. The lady there acted like we were a nuisance for coming in and ordering. Half of the stuff on the menu wasn't available and when we asked, she looked at us like we were stupid. There was no music and the restaurant was so empty. Also, the bathroom had no soap. I think this place is good if you want to order in, just don't go in and eat there because they'll treat you like you're a nuisance.

Only got the Taro boba but it was awful. The boba itself was good, but the milk tea although iced was warm, and tasted like water. Not sweet at all and has no flavor. Not refreshing. Halfway convinced it's just dyed warm water.

Food was just okay - I ordered thru Uber Eats, after the order was sent, the restaurant charged me a fee for a. “special request “ when no special request was made. I ordered off the menu no special notes or additions. I was unable to cancel the order without paying for the food. I guess they were trying to make using a delivery service more profitable for them but shame on them for randomly charging more after the order was made and couldn’t be canceled.

Food was pretty good but for $29 I expected a lot more food. I think they should get rid of the meal prep containers and go to the traditional styrofoam containers. The rice was good, the shrimp and scallops were very good. I’m not a soup guy but my wife loved the soup. The wait was long but I don’t mind waiting when poultry and seafood need to be cooked properly. Also this maybe more of a dine in restaurant then a take out.

We tried here as we were in the area for another event. We were seated quickly as there were only 2 other tables dining in. My husband and I ordered hibachi and the prices reflected what you would get if you ordered hibachi and they cooked in front of you. We spent 60+ dollars and I didn’t even eat the chicken. The sauce was very, very watery and the chicken was tough/not seasoned. The rice/veggies weren’t awful, but I wouldn’t write home about it. I tasted my friend’s orange chicken and the texture was off putting. The ginger dressing flavor was very off and the soup tasted like straight beef broth. There was only one server and 2 other tables and she didn’t check on us after we received the food, and we had to ask several times for anything. It was highly disappointing considering the price.

We ordered two filets. They charged us for them and gave us a different cut of meat. Was definitely not a filets. Very mad about this experience. It's also very expensive. They charge ten dollars to share. When we tried to order the child portion they also made us get adult meals, which is very minor compared to the other things. The bathroom also didn't have any soap in the dispenser or paper towels in the dispenser it was all just on a table. One of the stall doors also did not lock.

Go somewhere else.
These 5 star reviews are suspicious. There was nothing about our experience that was anything above 1 star.
Food: Japanese Raman had a funky smell, like dirty dishes. The egg tasted like overpowering soy sauce, with no other notes of flavor. The soup itself was bland in color and flavor. The ginger dressing on the salad was lumpy and tasted awful, like artificial flavoring. The gyoza appetizer came out 20 minutes after the main meal was served, and they didn't bring out the sauce until several minutes later. Everything left a funky filmy flavor in our mouth. We had plenty of leftovers, but on the way home, we threw it all away. Our 2nd appetizer was ordered with no spices, and it also was delivered to the table 20 mins after the main meal was served and was covered in spices. Also, the employee kept giving my child candy... wth?! Best part was when she came over and poured milk tea in small cups for all of us (which we did not ask for). She said she made it herself and then proceeded to drink from the same glass she poured our drinks from. Gross.
Service: Our order was nearly all wrong. There seemed to be a severe disconnect between the person taking the order, what is being cooked in the kitchen, and what the servers' job is. Very chaotic feeling and a lack of care. Also, neither restrooms had soap and toilet paper. That lead to us noticing there's not a restaurant rating anywhere. Gross.
Value: Considering the food, service, and prices we paid, I was insulted by the bill. $100 for 2 adults and a child, what a rip off.
Never going back.

We were so excited to try this place. It was super cute from the outside and in a cute area. Unfortunately that’s where it stopped. The staff were not friendly or helpful. Most importantly, everyone in our party experienced stomach issues since shortly after leaving, ie: nausea/diarrhea. We each tried a different dish so I can’t say for sure what the culprit was. The 2 people that tried the clear soup (onion soup) agreed that was the most flavorful item they tried, and that’s saying a lot. Even the sodas fail short, all being flat. I definitely would not recommend. Save yourself a bellyache and find another place to eat.

My other half was a little sad there was no alcohol, but they said they will eventually have some. We get it, it takes awhile to get license. Now he got the beef fried rice and some sushi. The yellow tail was my personal favorite. Overall would recommend everything we got. Warm and very well cooked/done. No complaints. They even had good chili oil, my boyfriend is super picky about his chili oil too, but he loved it. No photos though, we ate most of everything. Services was on par with food.

Un-freakin-believable...Worst experience ever! Where do I begin...sweet tea(cloudy and chalky..kinda like biting into a un ripen persimmon), my husband said "let's just go to fujis", we said let's give it a chance. Worst mistake by staying. After the waitress walked around like she didnt know where she was,
i said "ma'am we r ready to order" she said ok and went on another tour! Chicken broth and beef broth(like we are trying to cure a cold), salad with (ginger/idk), chewy chicken(like eating Thanksgiving turkey from lampoons Christmas vacation), sushi came out after the entrees(with a cute little light up bird which was adorable🐦), the sweet little waitress..bless her heart was not great. She spilled the tea, half of the soup...so don't worry if you got chilly from the tea, you would soon heat up by the spillage of the soup in your lap. They were out of sword fish and calamari. We had 7 people, this was the new restaurant that just opened in conway. With this being said..maybe they weren't ready to open just yet! Good luck. ❤️

Disappointing. The salad with ginger dressing had zero flavor. The rice they used for fried rice was different and didn’t have much flavor either. It didn’t taste like it was fried in garlic butter. The steak pieces I received were mostly fat. So I did not eat them. The grilled shrimp was decent. I think they do sushi well and would recommend the sushi rolls. I purchased the monster roll and it was good. The soda was flat even after they had to fix the machine. The lemonade and sweet tea was good. Overall I would not recommend hibachi from here. Maybe try some other dishes bc when I left someone had ordered other foods they offered and they look good but they left a lot of food on the plate so either it was too much or maybe they had a similar experience.

The ramen is terrible. The bowl on the menu is not what you get. They straight up said they didn't sell it. So why is it on the menu?
Both the chicken and seafood ramen were bad. I paid $18 for ice cold shrimp and fake shredded crab meat. One of the gyoza was also cold, so they are very obviously frozen.
The best part of the experience was the FNAF music that played.

I will tell you it was a hard choice as they had many great dishes from all over Asia! My meal arrived steaming and ready dive into and my goodness it was heavenly! Sushi rolls were good but the pad Thai was so bad it was kinda funny. Also had Singapore noodles but they were pretty much rice noodles with chicken bouillon. Sushi was fine but too expensive for what it is.

The boba was really good. The food is subpar for the amount you pay.

Good little Asian lunch spot, I was not wowed by my pork buns appetizer or pork belly entree, but it was decent.

This reasturant was low budget knock off of a noodle place. The food was actually very tasty only thing I didnt like was the small gyoza and the lack of variety. They had no spicy red chilli paste of black garlic oil.

Wide assortment of noodle dishes ranging from Pho to Pad Thai. Also serves sushi, appetizers, and Boba. Excellent quality food, taste, and service.

Moved to Conway for college and the first couple of years this place wasn't here, I was craving authentic Chinese food so badly. Their stuff tastes exactly like my parents cooking, and the Szechuan noodles and the crystal noodles are the best that I've found in Little Rock. Definitely recommend their noodles if you're feeling up to it!

We found this place by the reviews and it did not disappoint. Stopped for lunch on our way to Kansas City and had the best soups ever. The hot and sour crystal noodle soup and the pho are incredible and fresh! We were surprised, pleasantly, to find such a great little restaurant by accident. Our waitress was very nice and I assume she’s the owner or manger came to check that our experience was good. I don’t give many restaurants a 5 star review...this one deserves it.

Easily some of the best and truly authentic Asian food in Central Arkansas. Numbing spice on the chicken is perfect amount. Ramen quality beats anything else in AR. Great place, and worth the drive even from Little Rock. Can't wait to go back. Make sure you ask if the dish comes with numbing spice even if it's not listed!

Me and my friends family had lunch, I ordered Pai Thai, and my friend ordered the Seafood Ramen. Those two dishes were mediocre and lack the chefs touch. His parents ordered a Seafood Fried Rice and Singopore Curry Noodles, both were under seasoned. The waitress was nice, but unorganized. Kitchen crew needs help. Manger was not present.

I loved my japanese pork ramen, the pot stickers, and boba Thai tea. However, do not recommend the hot and sour beef noodle soup. My husband's taste buds are suffering.

Amazing! Got the Szechuan beef noodles and they were so good, mouth numbing. Service was great and quick. I'd recommend the angry edamame too, spices were on point.

food is pretty good but when i ordered online it took 30 min longer than the pickup time sm there was only 1 table inside. not enough kitchen staff.

Our waitress, Sarah was very kind. She kept social distancing as best as she could and if she saw us with our masks down, she would take a little extra distance. She made sure we were comfortable and satisfied. My food was great and the presentation was beautiful. I had a lovely experience and would recomend to anyone!

We saw the good reviews and had to give this a try. Wow how wrong could it be let’s start very small place slow service 45 minutes to get two bowls of noodles and our sushi was sitting ready for 10 mins before we got it. I could see it sitting there. Oh I know what you are thing it was a lunch or dinner rush. Nope it was past all of that. And here is the kicker it is EXPENSIVE $50 for two bowls of noodles and two extremely small sushi rolls. The SMALLEST I think I have ever seen.As someone that has eaten sushi for years all over the world I know my Asian food. Don’t waist your money here drive into Little Rock or come to Cabot for MUCH BETTER Asian food.

Was looking for Thai food on Google maps and this restaurant came up. It is not Thai exactly but what we had was the most delicious meal we have had in a year! My husband had the curried rice noodles and I had the cumin lamb. Both were delicious and I couldn’t decide which one I liked the most. The flavors were very tasty.
Service was kind of slow as they had only one waitress working but well worth the wait and my drink refills came when I needed without having to ask.
Can’t wait until we go again.

The food was okay, the service was good, prices were about what I expected, probably a little higher than the quality of food, but due to their location, I know they have some high overhead to overcome. Tables needed to be cleaned a little better, but overall not a bad visit. We all had a bowl of Ramen, they weren't as good as other places that I have had the same type food.

The food is really good. It is overpriced in my opinion and not enough selections. My girlfriend did not think the ramen was as flavorful as I expected. However, the braised pork belly and the sesame chicken was a hit for me. I loved the boba drink as well.

This good: online ordering was seamless, food was hot and ready before promise time, staff was friendly, varied menu that even includes Pad Thai!
Tried the Mala Mix on another trip. A dish I had never heard of but they delivered on the promise of spicy. I’ll have it again in the future.
The not so good (bear in mind, this was my first trip here and I only tried the one dish): this was the worst Pad Thai I’ve ever had. The broth/soup they gave me as a side had more and better flavor than the main dish. I chose to not even finish my meal. Second trip was a better experience but still not even the best Pad Thai in town.

I have mixed feelings on my experience here.
Sadly there was a lot more cons then pros.
Cons:
Me and my husband came in and were seated and hr was given his Dr pepper. I wanted a strawberry milk tea, but i was informed they were out of every single flavor except for matchta.
We waited almost half an hour to even order. I didn't get my tea until 45 minutes after we were seated.
The waiter kept his focus on one table and the phone the entire time. It was very frustrating. We almost left.
Another couple came in and never even got to order before they left in frustration. The owner ran after them! I couldn't believe she had the time to try to chase customers who decided to give up but couldn't attend to us.
There was only one employee working and in my opinion she needs more help.
Pros: food was good, not overpriced, filled me up.
I probably won't go back again. Overall negative and uncomfortable experience wasnt worth it.

Ordered pork belly dinner portion. The taste wasn’t good (meat was very dry)and the amount of food is definitely not worth what they charge you. You can find way better Chinese foods in Little Rock.
I also tried their noodle soups. Waste my money.

Very underwhelming yet again. I don’t even know why I come back to order food from this place and expecting anything less than below average. Pad Thai interpretation should just be taken off the menu, fried rice is as bland as British food. I would truly be impressed if this restaurant even stays open
