Trapper's is definitely a quality sushi spot here on the West Side. The rolls were delicious and there were several unique rolls on the menu. The service was good!
We sat at the sushi bar and enjoyed the all-you-can-eat. If you want more than 2-3 rolls this is a deal. The rolls were full size and the sushi Chef's did not skimp!
I rated 4 ⭐ because* the atmosphere was very rushed and hurried. I felt hustled. It didn't help that an hour before closing the sushi Chef's started cleaning their stations. It signaled to me as a patron that I was no longer welcome to linger and savor the experience. I needed to finish ordering and get out.
Overall, good quality food, expertly made rolls, good service - but next time I want a relaxed sushi experience, I'll consider dining elsewhere.
Edit: fixed spelling error 😵💫

We did the "all you can eat" lunch for $20. You can also do a dinner ayce for $30 and it has more choices. If you eat 2pm-6pm, you can get the dinner price for $25. My husband & I both got an order of miso soup, gyoza, & the We split both shrimp appetizers on the menu. Miso was avg. Gyoza was very good. Both shrimp apps were great but I preferred the tempura. For sushi, we ordered the spicy tuna which was not good and tasted like green onions (wasn't listed on ingredients) and I don't like green onions so we didn't finish that one. We ordered the mountain & it was great, rainbow rolls & it was great, Timmy & it was great! The sushi chefs did great on our food but I question what they do when it's busy as I've never seen anyone work so slow. So just know the food is great but slow, probably on purpose you can't eat as much. I would absolutely return if in the area, again!

Trapper’s Sushi in Surprise is absolutely fantastic!
The ambiance is modern and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a wide variety of rolls, including some unique options that are hard to find elsewhere. I highly recommend trying the Vader Roll – it’s a perfect blend of textures and flavors. Whether you’re a sushi enthusiast or new to it, this place is a must-visit. Can’t wait to come back!

Trapper’s Sushi is clean with great service and awesome happy hour deals. We tried several rolls—Magnificent, Marvelous, Phoenix, Mt. Rainier, and Warrior. The Magnificent roll was our favorite by far! The jalapeño and shishito peppers were some of the best I’ve had at a sushi spot. Highly recommend!

I just finished a late lunch at Trapper's Sushi in Surprise, AZ, and had an outstanding experience!
Our server, Andrea, was incredible. She was attentive, friendly, and made excellent recommendations.
The dishes were uniquely flavored and absolutely delicious. Each bite was delicious and the quality of the fish was top notch. My favorite was the Sushi Tacos. They were a perfect blend of traditional sushi elements with a modern twist.
Overall, Trapper's Sushi was fantastic with great service and innovative dishes.
I highly recommend visiting and be sure to ask for Andrea!

My son and daughter-in-law brought me here for a belated father's day gift and we had a great Saturday morning.
We are from the lunch menu, and I personally only had 2 rolls, but my son had room for 3. Everything we tried was great - and the customer service was extremely helpful and welcoming.

We went to a build your own sushi roll and sake tasting experience, apparently their first, and it was such a fun experience. We got to pick out our own ingredients for our rolls and they brought them over and thoroughly explained how to make the rolls ourselves. On top of that, for the sake tastings they had some authentic Japanese hosts to explain the sake differences, pairings, and production. This was a wonderful experience for my wife and I, I hope they do many more in the future. Highly recommend this to couples and friend groups!

Awful experience would NOT recommend this place. We were there for 2 hrs they kept forgetting our orders finally was just over it. Waitress was friendly but the back of the house couldn’t get it together they kept blaming it on the tablet and not getting the orders. Definitely would not go back.

The food wasn’t anything special for the price. Got the beef bento box for lunch and 2 for $18 rolls. I got the chili garlic edamame which was $8 and probably the poorest quality I’ve ever had at a restaurant. It was undercooked and not saucy/seasoned almost at all. I was so confused why it was $8 and regular edamame was $4. Genuinely felt ripped off with that side. Maybe I would’ve liked their specialty rolls, but those were $16-$20 for just a few pieces. Idk, doesn’t seem like the place I want to spend $16+ per roll…
Great service and friendly staff. Our server was on top of it and refilled and took care of us.
Atmosphere was good enough and I got to watch football so that was a plus. Although it was a tad tight in there. I probably wouldn’t ever go back.

Love this place and the food. It is hit or miss regarding good service. Sometimes, you get sushi chefs that are obviously new and/or very slow. It can take up to an hour to get 3 or 4 sushi rolls, which can be very upsetting for all you can eat sushi. Evidently, they don't work for tips there, so no one appears to be trying too hard. My understanding is that they get a percentage of the total sales for the day, so the tips go straight to the company.

$10 rolls were tasteless and tiny. More rice than anything. Even the more expensive roll at about $15 was small and just okay.
Honestly would have been better off going to McDonalds next door.
So they have curbside pickup, but zero parking spots for it. Being as packed as they were, you need to park in the back of the lot.
Wouldn't go back.

Beware!!!! This place is FREEZING COLD inside!! They are doing renovations at the bar and are not turning the heat on. It is sooooo cold, unbearable for our 4 year old. We waited 40 minutes to get our child’s meal, after our appetizers and meal was out. Completely unacceptable.
We were caught off guard that they stopped doing happy hour on Fridays and Saturdays. It seems they are cutting all corners they can.
We are from Bonney Lake, WA where the original Trappers started and couldn’t be more disappointed in this expansion. We were very excited to have a little piece of home open close to us and I don’t think we will be back.

The mcdonalds of sushi. Need I say more? Sushi was same quality as grocery store sushi. Squid salad was ok but not worth getting again. Masaga was there in spirit if not reality. I will drive a little further and go to somewhere else.

Good quality, but I'm a fan of basic, traditional sushi. There is a little of that to be found on their big menu, but most of it seemed to be complicated, unusual rolls that struck me as overdone and gimmicky. If you think of happy hour and sake bombers when you think of sushi, definitely check this place out!

Excellent experience. Appetizers could use a bit more in the quantity dept, but otherwise great. Advice to restaurants: don't let tipping be a negative in peoples experience. They use these handheld card machines that give you the option of 15%, 20% and 25%. Don't skip 18% to force people on the higher amounts (since everyone knows 15% is too low now). Tipping culture is becoming a negative to a lot of patrons, don't let greed tarnish your reputation. Food is awesome, service is outstanding and atmosphere should be emulated by other restaurants. Keep up the good work!

When I told the server I didn't want to order from the all u can eat menu the first thing out of her mouth was "it's going to take a while'" thatvshould have been my first clue. My coke zero didn't taste right she brought my a new now and it still tasted off. My jasin roll was gross. I took a bite and spit it out. Did not finish. My garlic edemame was yummy. Additionally it's was too bright in there. Inwas there at 8pm and it was lit up like a lunch hour

We normally enjoy our time at this restaurant, I recommended it to my parents, and when they came, they did not have a great experience. The server was very monotone and did not smile. She took over 20 minutes to bring their drinks mind you their appetizers had already been served. She didn’t explain any of the specials. She brought them one soup when they asked for two.
When they brought their edamame, they gave them an additional bowl to put their eaten edamame in, and that bowl was already dirty when brought out.

This restaurant is a great place to eat, but the workers are not nice! The people I was eating with asked for more sushi and the waitress said, "you want more!?" And said it would be a long wait, so we waited, and 45 minutes later the same waitress came over and asked why we were still there, and we said that she said we would have to wait for our food for a while and the waitress said she forgot!! Very poor service. Disappointed in the food choice tonight.

This Arizona location is truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality. Our server was attentive, the sushi chefs and the cook were incredibly skilled, and the management team made sure to show appreciation to each staff member, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. I was so impressed by the level of teamwork and dedication that I felt compelled to share my experience with the manager. It's clear that not only is the manager doing an excellent job, but the entire team is a shining example of what makes this location stand out.

Took my family out for lunch on Sunday. We are regulars at trappers Avondale but were out closer to surprise so decided to go there instead. The restaurant itself is beautiful and similar to the vibes at the Avondale location and the same great rolls. I appreciate that they have overflow seating for the ayce bar and we did not have to wait at all. However, our server was not enjoyable at all. She walked away in the middle of taking our order without so much as an “excuse me” to argue with the hostess about seating. She was frantically running around the restaurant. She was rushing us through orders and then would forget to bring the last order. She spilled water on the table next to us. She really needs to slow down it was all very hectic and ruined our experience. We will be sticking with Avondale location from now on.

Left disappointed and will never come back but Still leaving a 3 star review.
My husband and I come down from Prescott for an event and were hungry afterwards. Stopped in at 12pm to take advantage of their $20 all you can eat sushi deal. For the price point, they had a lot of great options including my favorite, rainbow roll. We were told there was no room in the “all you can eat bar” so they sat us in the “over flow” section. Which was fine by us because we had our son with us so sitting at a bar wasn’t exactly an option. Sat down, made our order, everything was great. The appetizers came out fast and they were good. I got the miso soup that had large chunks of tofu and was yummy! The first round we waited 25 minutes for two rolls. Rainbow roll & Spicy tuna. Before the waitress left we ordered another two rolls. My husband liked his tuna roll and my rainbow tastes great however my rainbow completely fell apart, the bottom had little to no rice so nothing was holding it together. Our second round of rolls took over 30 minutes. At this point I was frustrated. I felt a little bad for the waitress cause she asked me if we wanted order more and I sharply told her no we are done once our second rounds comes. A manager did come and apologized and explained that the over flow does take longer to get served because we are not ordering directly to the chefs at the bar. Although she tried fixing the issue stating that if we do order more that she will personally take it to the head chef and have him make it immediately, I lost my appetite at this point and was ready to leave.
Great taste, great prices. Terrible execution.

Great food & service. Been here 2 times within a 3 week period! Parking is always available. Dinner menu has many options. Love that this place has AYCE sushi!! Love the everyday happy hour from 2-6pm and Sundays all day (which we will be trying this weekend and i have been told theres 3 rolls for $33...lol) We have sat at the bar to do AYCE which accommodates approximately 10 people and we have also sat in the dining area. The AYCE bar area is a lil tight and is always full. There's usually a 45-90 min wait if your not lucky to get a seat. That's the frustrating part!! Usually before 5pm on weekends the bar area is not crowded yet. It can be hit or miss though. Have not gone during the weekdays, yet. Another thing I miss about this AYCE is there is no baked rolls options (only in the dining area). Besides crowded bar area and no baked rolls at bar area, we will be coming back & highly recommending this place! Everyone is friendly. Kinda funny to me that there is not one Asian or Japanese staff member in the place though. Happy dining.

If your looking for bland, poorly rolled high priced sushi, this is your place! Ordered a spicy tuna roll (not a normal tuna roll on the menu ) and it had 0 spice. It was all tuna as well or at least it look like grounded up pink fish. It didn’t even taste like fish. Worst sushi I’ve ever had. The price wasn’t even on the menu. Worst designed menu ever. I’ve seen better at Indian food places. Staff was kinda rude. Please save your money and buy the sushi sold at the Safeway next door. It is way better than this and better priced. Never going back and never recommending.

Maybe it's me but we were there for labor day weekend and I think the quality of the food decreased a little from the first time we were here(maybe they were too busy?)

I did a “curbside” order in the app. It was my first time ordering from here. I checked in on the app and sat there for 10 minutes before calling the restaurant. I was told they had no way to know I was there! Makes zero sense when I checked in! If you offer curbside you should have designated spots to park and be prompt bringing out the order. I was told that when people do curbside they always call when they arrive. How was I supposed to know that when it wasn’t posted anywhere?!
Now onto the food. My hot meals were placed in the bag on top of my sushi order! After the 25 minute drive home my sushi was hot! The sushi was nothing special. For being a “sushi”restaurant you would think the sushi would be better! I ordered “spicy” and there was NO spice!
I cannot rate the “atmosphere” since I did not go inside.

I got the salmon teriyaki bowl without the rice. Price: $20 + for salmon with teriyaki sauce on it, white rice, and a few fried vegetables on the side. It comes with a 1/3 cup of pickled cucumber salad. I tried this restaurant twice, and unfortunately, I left disappointed both times. Also, I got a large fish bone in the salmon. Overall, the price for the quality/taste hasn’t been there for me.

Really nothing special about the place. All you can eat menus for lunch and dinner, a very small bar seating area to do happy hour and nowhere else allowed. Bad service. One roll at a time limit. Each one took 15 to 20 to come out and the server was anything but energetic or happy. Half the items sucked. No eel sauce at all. No golden Cali roll. The cali roll was dried up, your local grocery store could do better. Food temperatures ruined textures at time for food.

Nice place. We did the all you can eat sushi. Overall think we spent about the same as we usually do, so I don't know if it's really a good deal, but it was nice to just order what we wanted without looking at prices. It's a shame that all you can eat is only served at the sushi bar. There aren't many seats at the bar. It would be nice if all you can eat was offered in the dining room too for when there's more than a couple of people, or kids.

My friend booked us in advance for a group of 10 Friday night 6:30pm we didn’t get seated till close to 8pm. The servers apologized. That day happened to be a very busy day. Lots of customers were comfortable not leaving after the meal which caused a huge delay for our seating arrangements. We waited patiently! They were nice to give us a discount. So kudos for making it up to us. We left joyful after the meal. Food was on point. I think the amount of portion was ok. The tastes fresh and flavor was there very nicely. We will go back for more. Unfortunately, the all you can eat is only at the bar area which is small only recommended if you’re alone or on a date. Works for couples but not a large group.

We wanted to check out this sushi place next to our house since we are new in the area. It's a Tuesday lunch so it's not that crowded. Servers were very nice and attentive. Food was slow, even with few customers, but they have a lot of online orders so that's understandable. However, I think the dine-in customers should get priority over online customers, but that's just my opinion. Restaurant is new and clean. Beers on tap are very reasonably priced. $7.50 for 16 oz $8.50 for 22oz. Other than that, the sushi is just so so, portion is on the smaller side. The fried calamari is very good! Didn't ask for the happy hour but I saw the sign from 2-6pm. Will come back for beers and appetizers.

This is the first time I’ve ever had a bad experience at this location which is sad to say. My friend and I came in for All You Can Eat and we were immediately uncertain of our server. Can’t remember her name but an older, Hispanic woman with her hair up in a clip. She took our appetizer and drinks order but once we got those—she disappeared. We had her asked for ginger and wassabi, ended up asking our sushi chef. Not sure if she was picking and choosing who she catered to but it definitely was not us and when she would come to clear our plates, she was short and rude to us. When we finally got her attention and asked for the bill and a copy of the receipt, she took my cash, we saw her put it in her purse and came back stating that she didn’t have enough change to give back to me so she left me a few cents short. I already was not planning to tip her but this kind of just proved my reason to not tip her. Also didn’t get a receipt. Not entirely sure what’s happening with putting cash in her purse and having excess amounts of cash stuffed in her shirt while serving. Food was excellent and we appreciated the chefs. We truly enjoyed Trappers, however we won’t be coming again after this event.

Trappers is the least authentic sushi restaurant I've ever been to in my lifetime. I am from Hawaii and have lived in Japan and many other places in the Far East. I guess you can say that I know my fish!
To start, the service was marginal and the food was not prepared like you might expect in an authentic Japanese restaurant. The fish was old, the sushi was heavy on the rice, the rice was dry, the salad consisted of marinaded cucumbers, the miso soup was watered down resembling instant soup, the ginger and wasabi was served "together" on a mini bowl, and the AYCE offering is only available at the sushi bar.
We ordered the sushi combo and it had ten pieces of thinly cut portions of fish on top of dry rice. When I say "thin cuts", I really mean THIN! The manager indicated that the sliced fish were normal sized cuts and that they were "precut" from its shipment origin - JFC (Japan Food Corp) presumably from Califonia. One could suspect that those normal sized sliced fish had been re-sliced to double its number? The sushi rice was dry and not moist as it should be. The salad consisted of sliced cucumbers marinated in sweetened mirin (rice vinegar) sprinkled with sesame seeds. It had a watered down taste to it and was unappetizing. The miso soup closely resembled Kikkoman Instant Miso Soup mix with tiny bits of tofu. The taste was also somewhat watered down. The ginger was served in a small bowl with a ball of wasabi literally on top of it. These should be served separately, not stacked on top of each other. At the very least, they should provide a small saucer to use the wasabi with the soy sauce. Moreover, we observed a couple next to us who ordered various sushi rolls. The rolls were heavy on the rice with minimal amounts of fish, veggies, or other accompaniments in the center. I would have attached a photo but didn't think of it at the time. For some, more rice might be preferable, but this is not consistent with your authentic sushi restaurants with your discernable clientele.
AYCE is available but only at the sushi bar. This could be a great value for the price of only $30. I can see why the sushi bar would be the only logical place for the AYCE. Prompt service could only be achieved by being almost directly across from the sushi chefs.
I am not trying to be overly critical of Trappers. The manager was nice and understanding why we were so disappointed. I stated that I merely wanted to provide feedback so they can correct those deficiencies and survive in this tough restaurant business. Sooner or later, patrons "who know" will eventually dwindle until the restaurant can no longer sustain their business. I hope management will visit other "popular" sushi restaurants to fully grasp what I am talking about. As more customers become more critical of dining out because of inflationary costs, it will pay dividends to consider free advice/feedback to analyze and improve services and products within their ability to do so.
The bottom line is that this restaurant has potential but only with MAJOR revisions to its service and quality of food served. I would love to see this restaurant thrive and become a go-to place in Surprise. We need good Asian cuisine here. We are not quite there yet.

The quality of the food was exceptional; the sushi was particularly delicious. However, the pricing did not align with the quantity provided. At $17, I expected a more generous portion of sushi. Additionally, the jalapeno poppers, priced at $10, included only three pieces, which seemed disproportionate.
Furthermore, the curbside pickup experience was disappointing. Although I selected curbside pickup through the application and indicated my arrival, there were no designated curbside pickup signs. After waiting for 10 minutes without any assistance, I had to leave my car and go inside to collect my order, I even called and there was no answer. Please don’t offer curbside if it’s not available.

California crunch has to be my favorite so far I will be going back to try some others soon!

This was my first time and i would never come back! Waited for almost an hour for our food and their spicy mayo tasted like pureee mayonnaise!!! Wasabi was not spicy and was pre-prepped so it was SUPERRRRR dry. Also soy sauce dishes were so light they kept tipping and the sauces kept spilling.

First time here. Waited over 40 minutes for our food to come out. Restaurant was very dead/not busy at all. Wasabi had been sitting out for some time and was hard. No one checked in with us while we waited or updated us on our order. Small portions for the price. Unfortunately, this will be our last time visiting.

First time here. We found out half way through our third round of all-you-can eat sushi they charge you for any food you don't eat. We found out by overhearing another diner's conversation. We gorged ourselves to avoid the charge... Would have been nice to know prior to starting our meal.

This was our first time at Trapper's; we went for all-you-can-eat sushi. Atmosphere was comfortable, staff was very friendly, and the food was great. We really liked the unique sushi rolls, and we'll definitely be back. The prices were crazy affordable, which really helps in this current economy.

Great little all you can eat sushi place, sometimes it can go a little slower, so make sure you give yourself time at lunch to get back to work.

Great food. Excellent place that features a small all-you-can-eat bar. Seats only 12, so you may have to wait if you want that type of experience. The service was goimod, some if the chefs were quick in their handling of the dishes and very knowledgeable and friendly. A few seemed to be having an off day, but it happens. I am definitely returning!

Amazing all-you-can-eat lunch and dinner! Unique rolls (my faves were Thrill and Vader), and Andrea was an amazing server. We WILL be back! 🍣

Food was great but service was pretty slow. Not that busy during lunch and only had one server on… never saw the bill but how somehow was charged a little over $90 for 2 bakcads rolls, a kid meal, 1 spicy tuna roll, 1 spicy cali roll, one soda, and a sangria. I did purchase a $5 fundraiser ticket but still doesn’t add up to $90 something…. Would have been nice to see a bill.
Also I shouldn’t have to wait over 25 mins to cash out….

This place just opened but they are coming out strong. The salmon and tuna was great. All you can eat sushi was what we did and I will be back with a bigger appetite next time!

Great food. Great staff. So noisy because of acoustics. Hard to have a conversation or hear the wait staff. I'll go back.

So our first time was yesterday and it won't be the last time I go. Sam, our sushi chef was amazing, and Andrea, our waitress, was great. We went for the 20$ all you can eat lunch menu. We started out safe and got more adventurous as time went on. First off, being all you can eat, I thought the portions would be small. Nope, you either get a roll cut into 8, some 6, and the ice cream cone of sushi. Secondly, be adventurous and try something different, and all I can say is that eel is like the bacon of the sea. Can't wait to come back.

Came for all you can eat lunch. We ordered many sushi options such as: Phoenix, Jaysin, and the Warrior. All were fantastic. If you are a sushi fan, this is the place to go. And if you are lucky enough to get Sam as your sushi girl, you are in for a treat. She was amazing!

The Surprise location of trappers sushi needs a little work. They are newer and the sushi bar seems to be working out some kinks still. Our rolls were very rice heavy. The chef making our rolls was very kind but you could clearly see she was stressed from the amount of orders coming in. Not very talkative but still in high spirits when she asked us if we were ready for another roll. The tall male in the black coat behind the sushi bar seemed to share the same stress. He had advised he worked there [assuming he ment with trappers since this location is fairly new] for 17 years. When I replied "17 years, you must love what you do?" Our eyes locked and he said in all seriousness "NO". Though that maybe funny to some, but as a customer who enjoys the trappers experience, it was more sad to hear then anything. Back to the food. Most of my rolls were very loose, falling apart when I attempted to pick them up. Cucumber falling out when a roll would manage to make it in my chopsticks in tact. It was just very... unappealing. The cucumber salad appetizer did have some bad cucumbers in it. The bitter bite did take away from appetizer and a few of the rolls. My self and my father both had a roll where we took out the cucumber as it was unraveling its self. Quality is definitely not a main focus at this location yet and it shows in their food. The sushi bar fish storage area was dirty when we were sat infront of it. There was tons of scraps of octopus and tuna in the case that could have fallen off in error but did make it seem like they were to busy to care for the cases appearance though that is the highlight of sitting infront of the bar. There was confusion with Togo orders and orders from the bar so were were waiting 15-20 minutes between the time we ordered our next roll and actually receiving it.
The location seems tightly packed with a chair and table any where you can fit one. Beautifully decorated, my only wish was that the neon sign was on against the back wall and that there was a little more space. It would have made this sushi lover excited at the photo opp.
The music is a little loud but the play list is great. More for the younger crowd, but definitely very upbeat.
There was something I seen at this location that peaked my intrest. Maybe can be a highlighted special in the future? I seen they have those wooden boat shaped platters against the wall. I would love to eat a boat of nigiri off that!! I paid 100 bucks for 3 people to eat at the bar, I'd pay 100 bucks for a boat of nigiri!!
Especially since trappers gets their fish shipped from Japan over night it could be a selling point!!
I know this location is still getting on its feet so I will return later on in the year to see if there is any improvement. For now, I will continue going to the avondale location any time we crave sushi. I look forward to giving another review in the future.

I’ve eaten in person and I have ordered takeout around five times since the restaurant opened. The service has always been good and staff have been polite and helpful. Today, on Father’s Day there was a mix up with my order. The manager Sarah went above and beyond for me and provided me great customer service once she was made
Aware of the mix up. I am glad that this location is being managed by genuine people who understand how to run a business and how to treat their customers! Thank you again!

Horrible place. Will never come back. The kid at the front desk wanted to make my 3 and 5 year old do all you can eat sushi if there eatting with us. I’ll never visit another trappers again.

It was a decent enough place. There is nothing to write home about. The atmosphere was great, they staff were friendly, but the sushi was lacking terribly.
Visited 8 months ago
Disclaimer: all you can eat is only available if you’re able to sit at the bar. Wait times vary and the bar is small. Atmosphere was disappointing for our first time as a family & service was lacking. We wont be returning. If you’re going on a date or meeting a friend, this place seems appropriate. I wouldn’t bring a medium sized family to this establishment. Food is overpriced for the quality of the meal.

Typically we come here 1-2 times a week because the food is consistent and good. Today overall was pretty bad the new people sitting you did not know what they were doing and our waitress was so focused on process compared to listening to our orders. We had to ask her 4 times for water with ice and the sake bomb I ordered cold and came out hot. It is sad to see the staff and the food go from a A+ to a C- We are probably going to have to look for a new go to for food.

They offer some unique sushi plates and have some really nice and friendly staff. Went with a large group and they were able to help us with seating as it’s not that large of a place but we all got what we needed. Looking forward to heading back and trying all the other dishes there.

I wasn’t expecting much but was still left disappointed. The cooked rolls were alright, not crazy good but not bad either. But the fresh rolls…Truly the worst Ive ever had purely because of the avocado they used. I don’t know if anyone even checks the avocados they use because they were terrible. Brown avocado, and when I dug into a new york roll without really looking at it, I bit on something hard. The avocado. Disgusting.

First time here... had an excellent time. The food was great, and the service from Sarha was perfect. She was patient and explained everything to us, working with us to make sure what we ordered was exactly what we were looking for. Great recommendations, thankfully. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'm glad we decided to try a new place, Surprise needed a hot sushi spot. The app is made well, also - it's nice to be able to earn points.
