OBON Sushi Bar Ramen

I was looking forward to rate this place. Its tricky because it is interesting sushi but can be improved.... they put in right amount of work for the given location and price. So its tricky to rate because you can tell they can do better but the audience or work is good enough for the location.

Overall, i rate this place a 4 out of respect, and a 3 if i was comparing it across the country. Food is great, but i specifcally rate the food 3 out of 5 as a sincere feedback.

Awesome location, mainly to hang out with good people. Good for late night dates, mainly for couples. I will go again... we had a kid, not a place to bring one but they were friendly to us. Thanks.

If you feel like being a prisoner waiting for a server to deliver your check after doing absolutely nothing because they were playing on their phones despite the restaurant being nearly empty, this is the place for you.

For whatever reason, the California Rolls were crazy good, which is the only reason the food gets a 2 star.

First time here and it was great. The atmosphere is loud and vibrant. It's got a neighborhood vibe like I could take my kids here or go on a date. The food is delicious and the staff are all very nice and attentive. Highlights: pineapple sake- pretty fantastic, eating your way through the happy hour sushi menu, those chicken wings- I'm not sure what's on them but I definitely need more. Will definitely be back.

The best part of this restaurant is probably the wait staff and the atmosphere. We’ve been there a few times and went there more for the convenience of the location. I’m not saying that their food isn’t good. They are good if you simply want Asian food. But is it authentic Japanese food? I don’t think so.

Very yummy and nice sushi restaurant in Scottsdale. I just came here accidentally but everything was wonderful. I extremely love Salmon Sashimi here, they were so fresh and Miso soup also a good choice. The restaurant is very clean, the staff is friendly, the atmosphere is comfortable, perfect. You can pick the table outside too. The location is quite far from my home but I do not mind :) In general, highly recommended

By far my favorite sushi and ramen bar in Scottsdale. The restaurant is large, fun, and modern. The vibe is always fun and comfortable. The staff is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We always feel amongst friends when dining. The drink menu is very creative and features unique and fun cocktails. The food menu is extensive and delicious. The apps, entrees, ramen bowls, and small plates are all delicious. Highly recommend animal fries, Obon edamame, and the steambuns for starters. The teriyaki dish and pork ramen are both fantastic. Overall one of the best dinner spots in Scottsdale. Happy hour is also very good and worth checking out. Great place for a date nite or family dinner.

I ordered takeout of their Tonkotsu ramen. The broth was delicious and well spiced, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. The pork was also very well made and was even better after soaked in the broth. The only reason I put 4 stars is for the small amount of noodles. I suspect this is due to the fact it was a takeout order and there is only so much room in the ramen takeout bowl. Will try again in person to test this theory.

En general el lugar me pareció agradable.
Me gustó muchísimo la decoración y diseño tanto exterior e interior.

El personal es súper amable y por supuesto saben perfectamente que recomendar.

En menú es bastante variado.

Los platillos tienen buena presentación, buenas porciones y buen sabor.

En relación a precio y calidad me pareció basten adecuado.

Solo el único detalle que no me encantó es que al parecer el esmalte de las mesas hace que todo se adhiera a ellas lo que puede ocasionar un accidente y es muy incómodo.

Por otro lado las jarras de agua lucirían mejor si las secaran después de lavar ya que tomando en cuenta que el agua de Arizona deja manchas en los trastes, deben d tener cuidado ya que da apariencia de suciedad.

We ordered takeout for my daughter’s 13th birthday since she is under the weather and this is her favorite restaurant. When I got home we realized there was no wasabi or ginger in our order. I called to let them know that I was displeased since it changes the overall flavor without those side items and the girl who answered was very dismissive and did not seem to care. I did say that I wanted to provide that feedback since it was disappointing, and again the girl just responded “ok”.

We frequent this restaurant and this was a very disappointing interaction and experience.

Bad experience, I asked for a non egg ramen, and they brought me the ramen with an egg even though I said I was allergic and then they dare to remove the egg and bring me the same ramen but without the egg, do you know how dangerous that is? And the girl tells me ot is the same without the egg and i was like what? BAD BAD VERY BAD

The restaurant is really nice, great atmosphere. I tried the Bao bans and they were good. Nigiri, sashimi as well very good. Then i tried a sushi that had a weird combination that i did not like: tempura roll, with tuna, avocado and pesto on top.
We had to ask for been moved in a different table cause we were placed close to the door, and it was too cold to eat in that way.

We had Jesus as a waiter. He forgot everything. From drinks to meals to appetizers. Asked for ginger and wasabi, which normally comes out with sushi….never brought it after two requests. Never put in for two entrees in a party or 6. Had to take those to go. Never brought out 2 drink orders. Never was around. The kicker, he still got 20% gratuity that was forced on the bill. He got paid to do nothing.

Also the inside was a ghost town but told we had to sit outside since no reservation. Very strange place based on all this. The food that did come out was good. But man what horrible service and atmosphere. Go elsewhere.

I think my only other review is of a physical therapy place saying 5 stars years ago. So this 2/5 is saying something.

Obon has become a main staple in our restaurant rotation and, frankly, I'm astounded at the low rating on Google. In a city that struggles in the restaurant/food department, Obon is always a reliable go-to with excellent, delightful, well-executed dishes. The Fukushu Roll, Yuzu Yellowtail appetizer, and Obon Ramen really knock it out of the park; their cocktails are a treat across the board to boot. We love the servers, manager, bartenders, and greeters too - many have been on staff for months to years and it's always nice to see the friendly faces. Keep doing what you're doing, Obon! So much yum and always a wonderful experience.

Was generally an ok experience. Thought maybe the miso soup tasted off because my nose is stuffed from allergies but then the sushi was bland and my husband said the same about his too. The patio is nice and the bar buns were good just not worth it for sushi.

The OG ramen was full of flavors and has a fantastic texture. The 64 degree egg was perfect for this dish. The chopped pepper has some good heat to it. Hit the spot perfectly.

This is a nice, casual spot to get a meal. The atmosphere is laid back and trendy. The entrees and sushi rolls are affordable but the price point is slightly high for the ambiance of the place. My friends and I shared nigiri, sashimi, egg rolls and fried rice. The flavors were good but nothing to die for.
The best part of the experience was the server. I did not get his name- he’s a tall fella with long hair and wears many rings on his fingers. Overall, average restaurant with top notch service.

visited June 10 around 730pm.

ambiance was nice until they got busy and we had people sat at the table beside us - which isn't a problem except the tables are too close together and we were basically a part of their conversation and couldn't have our own. Drinks were weak - tasted good but not enough alcohol content to let you know you just drank alcohol. We ordered 7 rolls and 2 ramen bowls: five rolls and the two ramen bowls came out at the same time. These were tasty. Dylan W, our server, never came back around to ask if we needed anything - needed drinks refilled and wanted to order another beverage, also needed more wasabi because somehow theirs was not hot at all. Finally the hostess walked by so we asked her for stuff and her response was to send our server rather than relay our needs. By the time he was able to make it over, we were almost done with those five rolls and the bowls... That's fine though because we were also still missing two rolls. When we asked about them he had the most bewildered look on his face - didn't know we were missing food... found out the eel was still frozen so it was taking longer because they needed to defrost it... finally got the drinks. Little bit later finally got the other two rolls (both contained eel)... also figured out they used some kind of "warmth" to defrost the eel because the rolls were not cold at all... we actually quit eating them because it tasted horrible. Would have loved to share this with our server but he never came back around, again - it'd been another 15minutes of sitting there waiting. The restaurant wasn't that busy - there were three empty tables around us. Hostess came back by so we asked for our check - of course she had to get our server. He finally came by, we paid and couldn't wait to get out of there. We certainly won't be returning and quite frustrated about the service.

Great service marred by really poor quality and average tasting food. The sushis is a step up from grocery store sushi. And it'd a very small step up. The egg rolls had virtually no filling in them and the ramen was below average if you have enjoyed good ramen before. The space is clean and modern, but lacks any character or personality.

Normally my favorite location but tonight was absolutely atrocious.
We watched several couples leave while the two girls ran around in the kitchen and kept telling guests who arrived it would be several minutes before they were seated.
Both girls consistently touched their face and hair and then worked with food without gloves or washing their hands. I’ve never felt like such an issue at a place I’m spending good money at. Normally the staff here is great but tonight was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at any restaurant. Until the staff is retrained I would not recommend.

Just got Obon sushi for dinner the previous night and what a terrible experience - service was poor, our sushi took 45 mins for a simple California roll/tuna crispy rice that had zero flavor and then one of the other rolls never even came out that we cancelled it. I have never had such a poor and lousy service and to top it off the food was poor quality. I’m not sure if it was new management or what but I was very displeased and will NOT be recommending this restaurant to anyone.

Service was terribly slow, and restaurant was not full, I assume only understaffed. We ordered appetizers, they arrived and were completely eaten long before we were able to get a server back to the table. Sounds trivial but when such a long pause happens between appetizers and actually ordering much less receiving your main courses... no one is hungry when the food arrives. When you're spending paying a premium price on food, you would expect to enjoy the experience.
Food quality and flavor was a 3-3.5 at best, service a 2 (because giving a 1 would mean someone had been rude and they were never rude)

Went to the McCormick Ranch location a couple nights ago for dinner and was met with the rudest hostess and most bizarre waitstaff. We walked in without a reservation seeking a table for 6. Was told by the hostess that the kitchen needed time to catch up so there would be a wait. There were tables available, including some high tops at the bar which I asked if we could sit at, but the hostess advised me that it was a matter of the kitchen needing time to catch up as opposed to table availability, so we had to wait. I thought fair enough, so we waited. While we waited, the hostess took 2 to-go orders by phone and invited 2 different 2-tops without reservations to seat themselves in the bar at the high tops I had asked about. When I asked her why she was taking to-go orders and seating other people that came in after us when the kitchen needed to catch up, she lied and said they had reservations. So much for needing time for the kitchen to catch up before seating us. When I reminded the hostess that we would have sat at those high tops at the bar had we been given the choice, she became defensive and told us to just wait a couple more minutes for a table.

When we were finally sat at a table outside near the back of the patio, no servers came by for 15 minutes. Many walked by, no none looked at us or made eye contact. During this time two servers were chatting at an empty table next to ours. The female server was clearing off the table while the male server was complaining about something to her. Both were obviously not happy about being at work. Finally we had to ask one of them to take our order, and the male server said, “Sorry, I’ll be right there. I just needed some time to figure some stuff out.”

Our server was very pleasant. Two people at our table ordered ramen and the rest ordered sushi. Ramen came out first. We waited another 30 minutes but no sushi. Meanwhile, the female server is still clearing off the same table behind us. I get the impression she was “quiet quitting” or doing just the bare minimum. We eventually left before the sushi got to our table. I suppose the kitchen was backed up due to the ongoing to-go orders the hostess continued to take and the people she continued to sit after we were told to wait.

Communication and transparency were completely lacking. Had we been told from the outset that the sushi orders were backed up, but the Ramen could be brought out right away, we would have all ordered Ramen. The hostess could have sat us at the bar, and invited us to order drinks, while we waited for the kitchen to catch up.

If these workers are indicative of the service industry nowadays, humanity is doomed.

Met a couple of friends here. The food was good.

I’m we thought it was happy hour and we got 2 items. We got the gyozas & egg rolls. They were both good.

Also got a mocktail a mojito , it was good.

I got the katsu sandwich. It was good but thought there would be more stuff in it. Looked like a Chick-fil-A sandwich. Still good thou.

Food was good. No issue there. I write this review for a different reason. Got out to my car and realized I left my bracelet on the seat. I quickly ran back in and it wasn’t there and I asked someone and a server came up to me and pulled it out of her back pocket and handed it to me. She said no words and it was very awkward. Clear she was trying to take the item I had left. This whole story was 2 minutes start to finish. Icky .

What a joke! This bougie place just treated us like absolute garbage! The table next to us complained that we were too loud(which we were NOT BTW! We were having normal conversation) and their waitress decided it was OK to shame us in front of the rest of the restaurant. The weak and overwhelmed manager apologized but gave us ZERO consideration except to ask us to give them another try(insert eye roll here) This was an expensive meal that was, at best mediocre food and some of the WORST service and management I have EVER encountered. You would be well served to avoid this establishment at all cost. There are lots of sushi places you can visit. This place blows!

You cannot go wrong if you are craving delicious full flavored ramen. My daughter and I love to go on “Ramen dates” and we recently visited Obon in Scottsdale, Arizona and was blown away by their incredible ramen, service, and quality of ingredients. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and welcomed into a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

The staff at Obon were friendly and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. They were also knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations.

But the real standout of this restaurant was the food. The ramen was hands down the best I have ever had. The broth was rich and flavorful, and the noodles were cooked perfectly. The ingredients were also of the highest quality, with fresh and flavorful meats and vegetables.

I also appreciated the diverse menu at Obon. They offer a variety of dishes, including small plates and appetizers, in addition to their famous ramen. The gyoza and shrimp tempura were both delicious, and the sake selection was impressive.

Overall, I would highly recommend Obon to anyone looking for incredible ramen and a top-notch dining experience. The service and quality of ingredients set this restaurant apart from others in the area. Thank you, Obon, for a truly memorable meal.

For the capacity of this place there should be a larger men's bathroom. There was only 1 stall and 1 urinal and the urinal was out of order. On top of that the bathroom floor was super sticky and gross. I got the tonkotsu ramen I ordered tasted good, but the noodles were overcooked. Salmon sashimi and uni nigiri was pretty good.

Terrible service. Seated 3 and they brought out 2 of the entrees orders out and we all 3 sat there for 20 mins not eating waiting for the 3rd entree. Waiter never checked on us once. I had to get up to stop the waiter and ask where’s the 3rd entree and she never entered it into the system so we waited an additional 10 mins for my food to come out. Waited over an hour total to get food for all 3. Then you didn’t even comp the once missed entree. They mess up my family dinner and you still pay full price here. Never again will I recommend this place. 👎🏼👎🏼

First visit was lunch today. Fair pricing, great food, fun vibe, and good service. We loved the menu, the Ramen, the pork and chicken Bao buns, and found the sushi fine (but unremarkable). I look forward to returning for cocktails and more bao and ramen.

We waited 2 hours to be served our food and the chairs are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat in in my entire life. When the food did finally come out it was missing some ingredients as well and we had to get those on a side plate.

Really nice staff with amazinggg food! My bf and i had to go two days in a row! Can’t wait to go back and enjoy some more food! The flying fish roe nigiri, obon ramen, and kanto beef was amazing and I can’t stop thinking about it! The atmosphere was really nice and calm with good music choices :) The personable staff really put the cherry on top of our visits!

Used to live across the street and come here all the time when they first opened.

Decided to come back and visit and while the food was solid it was not as good as as before.

They've reduced some of their options change from the menu got rid of some of their specials the happy hour isn't quite as good as it used to be and the ramen seemed saltier by a good bit, not only then they're ramen used to be it was also saltier than other ramen I've had recently as well.

Staff was friendly and and the vibe there is nice.

My wife and I went to a show and we needed some food after it ended. Thankfully on a Sunday night this place was open till 9. It was what we needed. Some good Ramen.

We arrived about 45 minutes before they closed. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The menu was perfectly balanced. We both ordered drinks. My wife got a local margaritas and she enjoyed because it was not too spicy. As for me I had to enjoy an Orion.

Our Ramen arrived in a decent amount of time. Both of them were well presented and with fresh ingredients. I ordered the Obon Ramen and it was simply delicious. All the ingredients mixed well and the broth was amazing but not overly spicy. My wife enjoyed the original Ramen and she was also impressed. Thanks for a wonderful dining experience.

In the time it’s taken this place to get my “to go” order right, I’ve watched people come in, be seated, eat, pay and leave. I’ve asked multiple staff members for help and I’ve been told “five more minutes” like Im a child in the car with my dad asking if we are there yet. The manager seems great too

Tried the jackfruit bao bun and veggie black ramen. The bao was soft and well flavored. The ramen didn’t have a lot of flavor depth but considering there are very few restaurants that offer a vegetarian option, it was good. The noodles were stickier than usual.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited an hour for our appetizers. When we asked the waitress about our meal said she didn't know why it was taking so long. We asked to see the manager. One entree came out but the rest of our meals were no where to be found. The entree sat on our table for 20 mins before the manager came over. We overheard the hostess telling the table behind us that they were prioritizing Take Outs only. The manager said he could remake the entree that was sitting out for the last 20 mins but had no idea when the rest of our food would be made. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else which had much better service.

Really fun atmosphere, good combination of sushi, sashimi and ramen foods. Our party of 10 didn't faze them at all! The Bao buns are also a great choice!

Food was fantastic and so was the service! Becca was a great server. The happy hour deals were so good and so were the cocktails! We ordered half the menu lol. The sushi was phenomenal.

Mostly good food, but be ready to WAIT !!

I got the Obon edamame and jackfruit and I highly recommend both. Some may find the edmame too spicy. The jackfruit and a few other items are served in a small pancake, but looks like a street taco.
We had to wait an hour and half to get our entree, street noodles and seabream. The noddles were great and the fish is good as well. I would have given this 3 stars for the wait, but the server didn’t charge us for the drinks to make up for it, even though we never asked for the reduction. That was nice of them.

Customer service is nonexistent….we placed a takeout order, waited 45 minutes only to be told, when I arrived to pick up the order, half the order wasn’t available. I asked why someone didn’t call to adjust the order, the hostess said “nobody told me until it was too late”. I asked to speak to the manager, her response was the hostess was supposed to call you back. When I explained that no such call was made the manager said, “I’ll talk to her”.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

We placed a large order online 3/14/22, and arrived at the designated time 65 min later to pick up the order. Neither the front desk hostess nor manager/person in charge of the order knew any thing about the order. After looking around for 15 minutes, they told me I went to the wrong location. My wife reconfirmed the location was correct, called back, and was told they found the order but had NOT worked on it. She asked to speak to the manager, was put on hold for 15 min and then was hung up on. I called back and was told manager was bz and wouldn't couldn't talk. EXTREMELY POOR FORM/SERVICE. HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE

Absolutely incredible! The veggie white ramen was fantastic. Noodles are springy with an eggy taste, and the broth was incredible. The Original Ramen was also a success; we finished the whole (large!) bowls. If you aren’t vegan, adding an egg to the veggie white was awesome.

Atmosphere was very nice and the service is very friendly, but the sushi was poor - the roll was poor and the fish did not taste very fresh. The gyoza was disappointing as it was fried to the extreme (I personally believe that if you fry a gyoza it should be mentioned in the menu).

The ramen was nice and comforting.

The ramen soup was cold and egg raw, so I complained and the lady brought me another ramen that was hot but missing the mushrooms and the taste was watered down, just because I complained.

Vibe was also off. For starters turn on the patio lights so the guests don't feel like they are a bat in a cave. Music was very interesting to say the least, and sushi was warm and probably sitting since noon. Over priced and really just unhappy with that whole experience.

Surprised this place doesn’t have more reviews. Had an amazing experience. Came here for the ramen and wasn’t expecting much from the sushi. Both were absolutely delicious. Had the shrimp tempura sushi roll and the obon ramen. Highly recommend. Wife had the kanto beef and broccoli. We didn’t leave anything behind. Food was so good, we didn’t take any pics. Great service as well with amazing atmosphere and aesthetic.

We had such an amazing time! Ive never had sushi before and while its definitely not for me, it was fresh and beautiful! I did like several of the other items tried. The staff were so accommodating when we arrived with a larger group of 12 people last minute on a Saturday night. The service was prompt and friendly. Like i said, amazing time🙌

The food was mediocre at best. Teriyaki chicken was swimming in sauce with a few pieces of chicken hiding among the “soup” of sauce. The pork dumplings were hard fried and crunchy in texture; hardly a noodle! And the papaya salad had no semblance of papaya flavor or evidence; the waitress told us the salad was made of unripened papaya; hence the similarity to papaya was not evidenced in flavor; and the absence of peanuts was obvious. All in all not a stellar dining experience.

This is the first sushi place I’ve EVER been to that still had a bone in the fish… and it was in two of my dishes. So unsettling. Clearly the sushi chef doesn’t know how to cut the fish. It was in my salmon avocado roll and yellowtail crudo.

Update in response to the owner comment below: it was last night Friday Sept 17. It was a takeout order I brought home, so I didn’t discover it until I had left. I made the order at 9pm from the bar.

I usually don't write reviews, but I must share.

Okay, I started frequenting this location with my daughters about a month and a half ago. The first time we went, the ramen was awesome and we loved the atmosphere. The waitress we had was friendly but distracted and often forgot some of our requests and that resulted in our orders being slightly mixed up. Which I was not too concerned about and decided not to hold it against them. Well, we came in the next few times and the service was friendly enough. I felt that the wait staff could've been more attentive and accommodating while serving us. Furthermore, I did have an incident where a waitress took my ramen bowl without asking if I was finished first ( I wasn't) and that was extremely RUDE. Although she did apologize and gave me the bowl back, I didn't want it back after she rudely snatched it from my table. Then fast forward to a week later with the same waitress that snatched my bowl, served us again on my last visit (And mean my LAST visit). First, she served people water that got seated after us BEFORE us. When she FINALLY came over to take our order, I felt that she rushed us and did NOT fully listen to what we wanted, because our orders were incorrect. Not only that, on several occasions during our visit, she walked away while I was speaking to her. I have never ever never had a waitress walk away from me while I was speaking to them. Now, when she returned with our orders, I let her know that they were made incorrectly. She was unconcerned about her mistake and suggested that I should pick the peppers out myself!!!! She should have offered to remake my dish and apologize, but instead, she had an awful attitude. When she came back to check on us, I asked her why she had such a nasty attitude. She immediately got super defensive and started a "lightweight" argument saying that if I didn't like her service I don't have to tip her and that she has other tables to serve and that she is ending the conversation. At that point, I asked for her manager.

The manager came over and she was super sweet. She listened to everything and offered us our meal free and some to go home with. However, I am saddened by the treatment I received from this waitress. I was starting to look forward to patronizing a couple of times a month with my daughters for their yummy ramen and neat atmosphere, but I can not see myself paying exorbitant prices for horrible biased service.

Great service, fun atmosphere and great happy hour deals! Very impressed with their dietary accomodations as well - I can't eat garlic or onion and am able to order whatever I want and know I can trust the chefs to make a delicious meal without worrying about getting sick after. Very happy frequent and long-term customer

This place has some awesome food. We loved the yellowtail on the appetizer menu. And the spicy Miso soup was very tasty. We had two sushi rolls and one of them we didn't care too much for. Our waiter was very friendly and attended to our needs. Bathrooms were clean. We missed the happy hour which looked pretty good so hopefully we can go during that time when we come back.

The service was great... but the food was not "Japanese ".. it was sort of Japanese... the atmosphere was nice, but the dishes were more a "Fusiony" pad thai sort of Fusion inspired tasting preparation of their own creations....

We arrived pretty late, it was close to closing but we got there in time. The food was "okay" definitely suited for just that neighborhood, it seemed more "fusion than an authentically Sushi place, but overall we knew what we were getting into, given the closeness to closing, etc.

We have been coming here since they opened this location and before that we'd visit the Scottsdale Quarter. The food is always on point! The sushi is great, my favorite is the yuzu yellowtail crudo. The fried cauliflower is my favorite app and for entrees, the beef and broccolini is outstanding. Only issue we find is there is honestly too much great food to choose from. When the weather cools, we love to get a nice hot, spicy, bowl of Ramen!

Service is always timely and polite and the happy hour is a steal!

Was blown away by the level of customer service here. Was seated quickly by hostesses that were friendly. Tim who took care of my table was detail oriented and provided amazing service. The drinks were refilled even before they were halfway empty. I was so thirsty since it is hot in Arizona during the summer and he had my drinks refilled and I didn’t even have to ask. The shiro roll and the poke bowl were high quality. Definitely recommend the spice bomb. Will be back.

Very nice place in nice area around Scottsdale, the food was very good and tasty and also affordable. Even in a hot day you can seat outside since the mist cooling system delivers a refreshing feel.

Loved it! We ordered Korean Animal Fries, Fuku wings, Crispy tuna, Salmon sashimi, Rainbow roll, Pork belly steam buns and a Monster roll. Yes I know it’s a lot of food but they had an amazing happy hour and half the things we ordered were 1/2 off. Food was amazing and the drinks even better. Will definitely be back.

excellent food, service, and patio. the staff is very friendly and accommodating for families, the tonkotsu ramen is very rich and delicious, the signature rolls are flavorful and fresh, and the nigiri is excellent. happy hour cuts 50% on many favorite items which on our last visit was a surprise discount because they didn’t broadcast the HH deals. have returned multiple times and will be back!
